er been to the venue. They were super easy to work with throughout the entire planning process, even with a pandemic trying to throw a wrench in the planning. We don't live in the area, but if we ever had an occasion to use them again, we absolutely would. The least we can do is make sure the word gets out in their area -- Rockman's rocks!

ing service, I reached out to them to share some of the mistakes we encountered during our dinner and reception. They NEVER responded to my emails. It's like they basically took our money an ran. The staff tried to start our dinner service an entire hour early. It was clear they never read the run-of-events document to know what details we ironed out in advanced. The bartenders never restocked our drink cooler (my brother-in-law had to), only filled the water dispenser when asked, they told us we were out of ice when there were 4 bags in the freezer (I had a guest run to get ice), they mixed cocktails in dispensers that were designated for lemonade and had to dump it at OUR expense. They didn't even know how to make a moscow mule - which was one of our signature cocktails. The food ran out before two tables were served, which we were assured they always provide extra and we had fewer people than I had them prepare for. I had to tell the staff they needed to scoop ice cream for my dessert bar (they should have known this). Additionally, my guests had to break down our own tables, the staff had to be told to clear a heaping pile of dishes on the head table, and above all the meat was so fatty most of my guests couldn't eat it. The bride should never have to get up from the head table during dinner to walk over to the bar and tell the bartenders to stop serving drinks and to dump the drinks because they were seen putting alcohol into the lemonade dispenser and kids could have gotten into it! If you book them, I hope you have better service for your event than we did. Dealing with Scott during the planning process and tasting was wonderful, but the staff the day of was HORRIBLE!

t and his team are 100% professional, friendly, and efficient. We also used bartenders from Rockman's who were fantastic. Absolutely wonderful experience working with Rockman's.

idn't give 5 stars is that the bartending service was suboptimal. Bartender poured our expensive elderflower liquor which was for signature drink as white wine despite clear labeling and original bottles. Guests were dumping their drinks out because it wasn't wine and we ran out of that signature drink early. He also put out a tip jar even though we had asked to not have one. All of the food was amazing though and they are very easy to work with!

t catering job!! They made us pay in advance for this expensive nightmare... don’t make the same expensive mistake we made in trusting Scott Rockman!

d (family style dinner), milk, etc. The dirty dishes, silverware, bowls, cups and platters remained stacked on the tables throughout the night. We also tried asking any staff we could "flag" down to remove our dirty dishes at the table, but we our requests were ignored (rudely dismissed), until we just gave up trying to get any service or attention at all, and just left... What is going on with Rockman's Catering? It must have cost a fortune for this dinner for over 300 people ... There are many, many good, reputable caterers who stand behind their service and food with much pride... a caterer should treat the guests at an event like you would treat a guest in your home... with the respect and warm hospitality they deserve. Rockman's Catering falls sadly short of these standards.

aff was rude and condescending every time they were asked to clear the tables... Horrible service... We were disgusted and disappointed because Rockman's was highly recommended...and was over 30 miles away... There are many local caterers who would do a fantastic job... And who would take care of your guests with pride for you... Rockman's chose not to ... Choose a local, reputable caterer!

didn't tell the tables to go up. Other than that they were great and I would use them again, just make sure you take a moment to talk to the staff and let them know what you need that day!
