ROCKSTAR LIMO

We used Rockstar Limo for our Luxury Vintage car as well as the sprinter van for our wedding day. The experience was amazing and their staff was great to work with. The drivers went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and that we were protected from the rain. Driving around in the Luxury Vintage car was our favorite part of the day! We would highly recommend Rockstar Limo to anyone getting married and I would also HIGHLY recommend splurging and getting yourself that Luxury Vintage Car.

ROCKSTAR is the best and most reliable transportation company and I cannot recommend them enough. Meagan and her team were easy to work with, communicative every step of the way. On the day of our wedding the vehicles (a sprinter van and a coach bus) were on time, actually early, and easy to work with! They sent a text upon arrival and checked in periodically to make sure they didnt need to make additional trips for us. I truly cannot say enough good things about ROCKSTAR- but hire them today!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Rockstar Limo - especially the coordinator I worked with, Carol Shute. We hired a few trolleys for our wedding day and there was a lot of coordination involved, but Carol was there to answer every one of my calls and emails. On the wedding day, all of the trolleys arrived on time (if not ahead of schedule) were beautifully kept and the drivers were extremely friendly. We received so many compliments from our guests - you will want to use them for your wedding day!

We had a limo for the wedding party and coach bus for everyone else. Highly recommend!

Sara and Rockstar made it Happen. Going to eb honest, the first few months they were harder to get ahold of, but once we were assigned Sara she made sure we are all set. Timing was perfect, the busses and sprinter vans we used were great, the drivers were so nice and everything was easy to coordiante. Would highly recommend them!

Our driver Paul was great, on time, and delivered in every way. We got the 14 passenger van and it still felt special. We got all of our questions answered and had a perfect experience day of.

We hired a limo and separate 54 passenger shuttle bus for a Newport wedding, transporting guests and bridal party from three locations. Communication in planning the right vehicles, routes and times were fabulous. They have great ideas and experience to get the best value. Vehicles arrived early, super clean and professionally staffed. Due to uncontrollable issues, the company had to swap out the shuttle bus and provide two alternative vehicles - great communication in advance, though a little stressful to get such a message day before wedding. However, it was handled very professionally with an easy to implement solution. Highly recommend!

I can't tell you how disappointed i am in the experience we had using Rockstar Limo. I spent so much time going over the plan and sending detailed instructions to the administrator/coordinator Carol to make sure everything would be flawless day of, what a waste of time. It seems like none of the plan, timeline, or even addresses were shared with the driver. He drove around aimlessly for 20 minutes before admitting he had no idea how to get to the church when driving the groomsmen there and didn't have a GPS at all?? My husband, the groom, had to pull out his phone and give directions the entire time instead of enjoying himself like he should have been able to, and was so stressed about the detour and how it would affect the timeline of the day. Then the driver didn't leave the church immediately to pickup the next group of attendants and seemed completely clueless to the fact that he was even supposed to?? Thank god one of the groomsmen stepped outside 20 minutes after their arrival and ran over to tell the trolley he needed to leave and go pick people up. There were 2 locations he was supposed to pick up at, one group left before he arrived and just decided to drive because they were so nervous about missing the ceremony, the group he did pick up arrived 30 minutes late for our ceremony. We had to delay the entire day for them, i spent the half hour before walking down the aisle having a panic attack and arguing with the church coordinator about the delay and wanting to wait for our best friends to arrive. It was 4th of July weekend, and i spent HOURS going over the timeline to accommodate for extra traffic, which all got screwed up anyway because the driver was clueless to the plan. Not sure whether the admin team dropped the ball in communicating with the driver, or if the driver is just an idiot. But either way I'm still trying to get over how upset i am with how much Rockstar screwed up our big day. advice to brides considering using this service: don't. or at the least definitely don't trust the coordinator with the plan, go out of your way to contact the driver yourself and make sure he knows the addresses and timeline. so sad and disappointed

The only reason I gave Rockstar a 4/5 is because their communication with me was a bit stressful! Two times, I was sent the wrong contracts, which made me an anxious bride as our transpiration was a huge part of our wedding day. However, once I got the right contracts (in time) everything was perfect. I got a trolley and a coach bus for the bridal parties and the rest of the guest (respectively). The drivers for both vehicles were so accommodating and friendly. They allowed us to play our own music and have a lot of fun from venue to venue. I would recommend this to friends with the understanding that the communication can be a bit taxing.

We hired the white trolley for my Daughters wedding on 6-18-22. Khoury was our driver, he was so patient with us! the Trolley was absolutely beautiful! Carol was very accomodating ! I would highly recommend them. Cindy S. MOB

We hired luxury vans for transporting the bridal parties for our wedding. The team took a while to respond in the off season but once we were able to connect, they were very helpful in providing booking options. On the day of, our driver was Ralph. He brought champagne and glasses for us which we were able to use during our final getting ready pictures. He was super friendly, helped me (the bride) remain calm while we were running late and had to run back due to forgetting something. I would highly recommend this company and Ralph!

Booked a van for our wedding party before our first look and a school bus to shuttle guests to and from our venue and it was great! Such an easy process to book, and they helped with timing, which was super helpful! The van and bus were both nice and clean, timely, and the drivers were great! Would definitely recommend!

Booking our trolley through Rockstar Limo was the best decision! The company was incredibly helpful when we were first booking. The trolley we were assigned was absolutely perfect for us, and our driver was right on time and stopped at many locations for our pictures during the day, navigating some very busy and narrow streets. Very professional from start to finish!

We had elder family members who lived 45 minutes from venue - decided to hire Rockstar Limo to provide the service to/from the event. We wanted to ensure that if these family members wanted to leave at any time - they had that flexibility, and they did! It worked out SO well, and my husband and I were confident with their safety and access. I highly recommend them! I would recommend Rockstar Limo for not only wedding events, but use them for any type of car service need - ride to a special event, etc.

Rockstar Limo was a pleasure to work with for our wedding limo! They handled all the logistics of transportation flawlessly, so we didn't have to think about it for a second on our wedding day. When our original point of contact took a new job, the transition to our new transportation coordinator was seamless. And when the pandemic forced us to reschedule (twice), Rockstar was wonderful with accommodating the date changes. 10/10 recommend Rockstar Limo for wedding transportation!

POOR SERVICE. COMPANY UNRESPONSIVE. NOT PROFESSIONAL. I have been waiting a while to do this in hopes that the company and I could solve this without going publicly, but after waiting over a month, I have gotten nowhere so unfortunately I am here writing this review...My wedding was 8/7/2021. Long story short, our limo hit a curb in the parking lot of the hotel and blew a tire. An hour and a half later it still was not fixed and I, the bride, had to go to the church, in my best friends Honda Civic and my now husband in a Ford. We were 45min + late to the church. The limo was there to pick us up and take us to the venue after...were the blown tire in the front seat (see pictures). In the limo, the driver did not know how to work the music and was going to the wrong location (the location we were supposed to go to if we were on time for pictures but unfortunately we were unable to do that because of the mishap. Accidents happen, but we have been ghosted. Our limo from 12p.m.-3:15pm ended up ONLY BEING A 15 MINUTE RIDE...THE WRONG WAY...WITH NO MUSIC. We have asked kindly just for a refund, our wedding day was compressed in time due to this and we didn't get the service we paid for. The CEO was supposedly going to reach out to us but here we are...9/14...no refund, no response from the CEO. I will also be contacting the BBB. I’ve been told bu bank/credit union employees to take this to the BBB. I’ve been trying to be reasonable and work this out with respect to your company but it’s gotten us nowhere. I worked 70hrs a week leading up to this wedding to have the money to be able to make this all possible and now I’m out $953.11, again, for services not rendered. Even for the FIFTEEN minute ride we got, the limo started taking us to the wrong place, making us MORE late and didn’t know how to work the sound. I don’t care who I get a response from but I’d like that and my refund initiated tomorrow or unfortunately, I’m going to have to try different avenues to get somewhere.

Rockstar Limo totally delivered on our wedding day! We booked their 30 person party bus and were so impressed with the cleanliness, space and driver. Our driver, Angelo, was so personable, clearly experienced and was very attentive to our needs. He even danced along to some Bruno Mars on the way ;) Very happy we booked them and would definitely book them again in the future!

Customer service was great as was day of service. Trolley was spacious, cool, and clean - and driver was great. Overall great experience!

We hired Rockstar for our wedding transportation and they were amazing! We had the 14 person luxury van which was a great size. We worked with Dawn and Meagan who were both so kind and easy to work with. Our driver Cesar was fantastic and so helpful. They were professional, on time, and affordable. I highly recommend them!

Rockstar was great. They were punctual, friendly, and got everyone where they needed to be safely. They were very professional and we didn't have to worry about anything after booking. Their team answered all questions in a timely manor and made sure we had all the information we needed at all times. I would absolutely use them again.

Barry our driver was awesome! He was so laid back and encouraged us to play our music loud. We have no regrets booking the party bus for our wedding and would do it again in a heart beat.

We had to cancel our wedding because of COVID, and this was the only vendor who played games with us regarding a refund. They ignored me, they then send me to person after person in circles. Finally they said they would refund my money. They kept giving me different timelines for the check to arrive and after nearly six months, it came for less than the deposit amount. The owner basically told me to live with it. So disappointing and upsetting. What a shame they treat people like this. Don’t book! Go elsewhere.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Rockstar Team this past weekend for our wedding. Unfortunately COVID happenend and I immediately started planning my Plan B wedding and there was no way I wanted to give up the beautiful white Trolley. The Rockstar team was very supportive and were very accommodating to my changing schedule. Teresa our driver was great, she helped me in and out of the trolley and even helped me with my heavy flowers. The 28 passenger Tolley fit my large wedding party perfectly. Teresa the driver drove the Trolley right up the bar where the wedding took place so my dress wouldn't get ruined. The Rockstar team went above and to make our day perfect despite a pandemic & rain from hurricane Laura. My whole family loved the Trolley and we can't wait to work with them again.

We loved Rockstar! We requested the white trolley for our wedding day and we LOVED it. It added the perfect aesthetic... especially for a chilly December day. It had snowed the week before so there was still snow and ice on the ground. Our driver helped all of the ladies get down the stairs and truly was a pleasure to be with. The trolley was clean, spacious and made for a really fun experience! I am so glad we went with Rockstar!

We used their white trolley for our wedding day and it was perfect! Our driver was courteous and even ran back to our hotel to get my veil, that I sadly forgot there. The trolley was clean and even had some champagne and waters for my bridal party.

Overall I give Rockstar four stars. Stephanie was a pleasure to consult and communicate with! She was very responsive via email and answered all my questions. We rented one of the mini coaches for our bridal party and it was clean and very nice. There was plenty of room even for my giant dress! The driver was very nice, but had a lot of difficulty navigating the area in the coach. She needed a lot of help and direction, but was very gracious. We also rented one of the school buses to transport out wedding guests and it worked out perfectly! The driver was very nice and did a great job with our guests! Overall I would recommend Rockstar to anyone looking for wedding transport!

The staff was helpful and professional. The sprinter van and sedan were both beautiful. The seats in the back reclined in the sedan and you have full controls of the radio, etc, from the backseat. Of course- champagne too. And the sprinter van is so perfect for wedding parties! Room to hang all of the dresses and nobody is getting squished or wrinkled!! Love them

We are SO happy that we booked Rockstar Limo for our wedding transportation! We worked with Stephanie who was wonderful- super friendly and very quick to respond to any of our questions! We used Rockstar both two school buses and one trolley for the wedding party. The trolley came and picked up the wedding party for "first look" pictures prior to the ceremony and was great about stopping at the different locations for pictures and very accommodating to everyone riding aboard. The buses picked up the guests on time and there were great reviews from everyone who rode the school buses. The communication from the time of booking through the day of was fantastic, transportation is something that you may be worried about, but with Rockstar that wasn't the case, everything was communicated so smoothly and it was great!

We hired Rockstar Limo to shuttle our guests to and from the hotel to our venue or our wedding day and it was a great decision! The company was fantastic to work with, especially Stephanie, and responded to emails/calls in a timely manner. I ended up hiring a separate car for the morning of the wedding to shuttle the bridesmaid and then the groomsmen in the early afternoon. The drivers were efficient, kind, and offered the bridal party champagne to enjoy during their drive. Our guests were well taken care of and enjoyed the bus! Highly recommend!

Rockstar Limo was incredibly easy to work with and very professional! Everything ran smoothly on the actual day of our wedding thanks to them! They were really flexible and patient too during the whole planning process while we were figuring out exactly how many buses we would need. I highly recommend Rockstar!

Rockstar Limo was initially easy to get ahold of, though somewhat difficult to get detailed questions answered. This seems to be a risk you take working with a larger company. We specifically requested a vehicle for our wedding day and found out when it showed up to pick us up that it was not what was specified in our contract. While our drivers worked diligently to make it work, our guests were slightly inconvenienced due to the smaller size vehicle that was sent. Our limo driver was kind and helpful, despite a few mishaps along the way. Our limo on the other hand likely could have stood for some routine maintenance due to bad noises as it made its way down the highway and the need for bridesmaids to get out to make it over bumps. While Rockstar worked hard to correct our issues, I would ensure asking more thorough questions in person in the future if I were to work with them again.

We used Rockstar Limo for our wedding in August. We rented three motorcoaches, a trolley, and an SUV. We had one stop in the trolley and then sent our family and wedding party back while we got in the SUV for more photos. Rockstar Limo did a great job executing our plan and everything ran on time. Our drivers had plenty of water and champagne for our group and all of the cars were cool and looked great. I didn't get to meet the motocoach drivers, but our trolley and SUV drivers were excellent.

Rockstar Limo was wonderful!!! I ordered a school bus and a trolley for our wedding. The trolley was awesome and all our guests loved it!! Both transportation were on time and very friendly. I had a great experience with them!

We had a trolley from Rockstar Limo on our wedding day. Our driver was great and on time and very pleasant. The trolley was a good size and a nice way to transport our whole bridal party and our parents. The one down side was all of us have new phones so we weren't able to connect our music to the trolley's system, which is older. I would also suggest everyone working with Rockstar read their contracts very carefully. When we initially booked we discussed renting two other vehicles to transport our guests to and from the reception. We did not notice the two vehicles hadn't been included in our contract until a month before our event at which point Rockstar had few remaining options.

Joe was great! He was very nice, prompt and on time, and kept to our schedule. We were very happy with Rockstar Limo!

Really bad service-do not use Rockstar limo. From start to finish, there were problems. Rockstar did not have a record of one our reservations a month out, and made it so difficult to rectify, despite emails with Rockstar showing our reservation. Our contact person, Stephanie, actually accidentally forwarded us an inter office email that badmouthed my husband. And lastly, our bus driver was incredibly rude at the end of the night, ruining our wedding night.

Rockstar limo was phenominal and went above and beyond - they were amazing and professional to work with and the white trolley was added the perfect quintessential touch to our shoreline CT New England wedding. Angelo was our driver and was truly exceptional. He came into the church and help me with my veil before walking down the isle! Would 100% recommend 10/10 throughout the whole process.

Rockstar Limo is awesome! Stephanie is a great coordinator, very responsive. The drivers were great and the trolley is adorable! We did not have to worry about the timing of wedding guest pick up and had a blast! Highly recommend.

We got married in North Stonington, CT in May 2019. Rockstar was right on time and they were very accommodating to our bridal party. They waited until guests were inside our venue to make sure no one saw the bride before the wedding. The sprinter van was clean and fit everyone comfortably. At the end of the night our getaway car was waiting for us and they took us to our hotel for the night. The driver was so friendly and even had our bottle of champagne waiting on ice for us. It was the perfect send off for the night.

Rockstar Limo was amazing! They were great to work with, and always so professional. They were able to accommodate our somewhat complicated schedule with multiple locations and pickups and drop offs. We received detailed confirmations of our day, as well as text messages when the shuttles would arrive with the license plate and driver's information. Our transportation was on time for every second of our day. They have so many options to choose from and we were easily able to make it fit within our budget. I would highly recommend them!

We had the greatest experience with Rockstar! Everybody in the office is so friendly. They were even able to provide us with an upgraded limo! Our driver (I wish I could remember her name) was one of my favorite parts of our day. She held my dress and hand every single time in and out of the limo. It was snowing that day and she shoveled pathway after pathway for us. She kept me calm and she was just sweet as can be! 100% recommend Rockstar limo!!!

We hired Rockstar to shuttle our guests to and from our wedding in one of their white trolleys. It was beautiful and well maintained and the perfect whimsical touch to our day! We also used them to drive the bridal party around for pictures before the ceremony. Lou was our driver and he was fabulous. The was professional and kind and even had champagne for us to enjoy!

Rockstar Limo is the best transportation vendor you can pick!!! While booking Stephanie was so awesome! She responded to all of my emails/calls so quickly to ensure that our day went perfect! We got married in Newport and we knew we had to have a beautiful white trolley to transport us for photos! The trolley was beautiful and Bill, our driver, was an absolute sweetheart. The trolley arrived early to wait to pick us up and bring us to the ceremony. Our driver took us to and from each location with ease and assisted us with hooking into the bluetooth music system. Towards the end of the evening just as my photos were ending, I had a bit of a walk down a long walkway back to the trolley. Bill walked down to me with an umbrella without even being asked to. Bill assisted all of our guests on and off the trolley throughout the day. Great service by this company and excellent communication through my planning process. Thank you for making our wedding day so special!

I highly recommend Rockstar Limo! We used their services for our wedding day and the stretch SUV Limo and driver were amazing! I got married in a Nor’easter rain storm and they got us to and from all our locations safe and dry! Not to mention our driver made sure everyone was relaxed and having a good time!
