I don’t have enough good things to say about Rockwoods! Their staff is SO accommodating, helpful, and on top of everything. The ease with which we were able to plan and coordinate pretty much every aspect of our day through Rockwoods was amazing and took so much stress off of our shoulders. It really is a one stop shop! Our coordinator, Megan, was an absolute dream. She knew what we needed even before we did sometimes. All in all, Rockwoods was everything we wanted and more!

Rockwoods is a great venue for a great price!! The event coordinators there are top notch and get every detail in place for you. Their list of preferred vendors were amazing as well. Loved the reception space, the double-sided access to the bar, the private patio, large bathroom, space, huge bridal suite and large and free parking lot. Highly recommend this place, the pricing was also much more affordable compared to anything else near this area!

The staff is amazing to work with! The food was the best! Our guests are still talking about it! We chose all at Rockwoods to make it easy! Easy, amazing and flexible for what your needs are.

I’m in love with our wedding day! Full service, awesome coordinators, bar staff, servers that are efficient. The whole wedding went so smooth! Anything that may have gone wrong, I don’t know about, which is the way you want it right? We had our ceremony at the venue and people sat at their tables. Lots of comments about how awesome it was to grab a drink and have a spot to sit to watch. Then, no commute to a reception. The food is to die for. The space looks like a regular hall at first, but they put up tule and lights and backdrops (for a reasonable fee) and bam the place is sparkling. There is a private outdoor space with tables and a large fire pit. They have a restaurant attached so you can go check out the food and vibe, which was cool. We had such a fun wedding! I am so happy we had it at Rockwoods!

Rockwoods was great to work with! Starting with the booking and planning it was flawless and they made it easy and stress free. Come the day of they wedding, they handled everything perfectly and I had nothing to worry about. The food was excellent and they were so fun to work with! I would highly recommend them as a venue.

SO happy we decided to go with Rockwoods for our wedding! Everything was amazing. Julie was such a pleasure to work with, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. Our guests RAVED about the food (beef pot roast and chicken saltimbocca) and the staff worked closely with us to ensure decor and appearance was what we wanted. We would 100% recommend Rockwoods to anyone who's getting married!!!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Rockwoods and neither can our guests! From start to finish they were so helpful and easy to work with. We dropped all our decorations off Friday and they set it up beautifully and then cleaned it all up when it was over. It was two less things we had to stress about. The food was delicious and responsibly priced. We have received so many compliments about the food and the service from our guests. We highly recommend going with Rockwoods for your wedding, you won’t regret it! P.S. You have to get the Pot Roast!!

Rockwoods was everything we could have asked for. Lisa and Julie were great to work with being very attentive to our questions and were timely with responses. It was great that we (bride and groom) did not have to set up or take down decorations. The staff at Rockwoods was very helpful the night of the wedding as well. We are very pleased with how everything turned out.

This venue was incredible! They made the whole day flow seamlessly, we get completely taken care of the whole time. This venue even does all of the set up and take down for your decorations, and you can even pick up your decorations the next day- that doesn’t happen often anymore! We’d book them 100 times over :)

Rockwoods was amazing for our wedding! Their coordinators are on top of everything and so professional. It was so nice to just drop off our decorations and not have to worry about setting up or taking stuff down. The food was amazing and the bartenders were extremely friendly and professional the whole night! Highly highly recommend Rockwoods for any bride that doesn’t want to be stressed during and leading up to the wedding!

If you want to take the stress off of your wedding day, go to Rockwoods!! Not only is the venue and the food STELLAR, but Rockwoods makes your wedding day so easy. They do all your decor and floorplan setup and tear down, which in itself is worth it, so you and family don't have to worry about it day of, but they are very communicative in the planning and preparation process, and are there to coordinate throughout the night. 1000% worth it for ease and organization of the day so you and your family and friends can just enjoy celebrating you! We got such great compliments on the food, alcohol, atmosphere, and vibes of our reception- Rockwoods will always have a special place in our hearts :)

The venue was beautiful, they replaced the carpet, so now it's very sharp and classy looking. Lisa was amazing and very thorough. After telling her my ideas and bringing in my decor, I trusted her to run with it and she did not disappoint. Her and her team were there for every step and every question I had. The support staff they have was outstanding!! They were friendly, courteous and on top of everything. They never missed a step. One of the important things I wanted when looking for a venue was setup & cleanup. They handled both and made the day carefree and flawless. They really do know what they are doing and it shows. Not a single regret from myself or my husband.

Rockwoods was an incredible venue for our wedding reception. I could not recommend this place enough. Lisa and Julie were incredibly helpful and whenever I had a question, they were there to help guide me. The food was so delicious (my 83 year old grandmother claimed it was the best wedding food she had eaten in her life), and the staff on the day of was fast, responsive, and so respectful to our guests. Our experience with Rockwoods was exemplary, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a spectacular wedding reception!

Rockwoods provides the best customer service! We just had my daughter’s wedding there and it was an amazing event! I have had several people contact me about them as they were at the wedding and they too were impressed.

We are so happy we went with Rockwoods for our reception! It was the 2nd and last venue we visited and was sold on how great the venue looked, the prices, and the included wedding coordinators. Meagan and Lisa were so helpful during the whole planning process. They helped us with ideas and making decisions...this made it less stressful for me as I can be very indecisive. Our wedding was excellent. Our guests complimented how awesome the food and venue was. We did the filet mignon and chicken champagne buffet. Very reasonable price and worth it! All of Rockwoods staff were friendly and amazing. Bartenders Andy and Collin were so fun. Lisa was so helpful and made our wedding run very smooth. She was on top of everything. She even helped bustle my dress. Everyone had an absolute blast and said it was the best wedding ever - excellent food, service, boba tea cart, photobooth, flashmob dance (do it!), and cake (Buttercream!). If we were to renew our vows and have a party, we'd have it at Rockwoods in the future!

Rockwoods was wonderful to work with! We originally had our wedding planned for June 2020, but had to postpone a year. The event coordinators were great to work with throughout the whole process of planning for over two years. Our guests kept saying that the chicken and steak were really good. The Rockwoods Event Coordinators helped our long awaited for reception absolutely perfect and everything we could ask for!

Rockwoods is absolutely amazing! They take care of EVERYTHING and created a stress free environment for our wedding day! All staff is extremely personal, caring, considerate, and fun! I could not imagine hiring anyone else for our special day. We received so many comments from wedding guests about how great the venue looked and how fantastic the staff is at Rockwoods. Rockwoods made me and my husband feel like royalty on our special day! Everything went so smooth and they made amazing suggestions! They helped me figure out what centerpieces should look like, took care of the decorating for the cake table, and suggested starting the wedding later when there was an accident and guests were running late. This place is worth every single penny and I HIGHLY recommend them I’d you’re looking for a stress-free, fun wedding day. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made!

Rockwoods did a wonderful job taking care of all of the details. Working with them through all the COVID-19 related changes was simplified and they worked with our wishes. The kept our day on track so we could enjoy the day!

Rockwoods is amazing! Our wedding was as beautiful as we could have imagined. I’m a very detail-oriented person and I appreciate that they do several meetings leading up to your date to help make sure that everything is in order. They also do all of the set-up and tear-down, which our families very much appreciated. Everything went so smoothly and the coordinators worked everything out beautifully. We had a smaller ceremony in the Four Seasons room, a bigger reception in the full Woods and Prairie room, and rehearsal dinner in the Four Seasons room the night before. They offer many decorations like centerpieces complimentary and it is very affordable to rent their other decorations. We couldn’t have found a better place in this price range.

We were very pleased with having our wedding ceremony and reception at Rockwoods! The coordinators were amazing and helped make our day as least stressful as possible! The food was amazing, they did the decorating even better than I imagined, and we didn’t have to take everything down afterwards!

Rockwood’s sure knows how to take care of their guest! Best Wedding Venue!! They deserve 10 stars! The coordinators at Rockwood’s are amazing huge shout out to Lisa, Meagan, and Katie. We had to postpone our wedding 2 times due to covid and these ladies have been so wonderful to work with. Best communication ever! They respond to emails and calls quickly! We did a plated meal that was served quick. The food was so good we are still getting compliments about it. I highly recommend the pot roast! The bartenders were knowledgeable and nice to all our guest! The venue is beautiful. All the twinkle lights really light up the room and make for pretty pictures. The venue and food cost are very reasonable too. We had Lisa as our wedding day coordinator. She went above and beyond! She made sure the day stayed on track and that things ran smoothly. They really do make everything so convenient for you and guest! 3 huge perks of getting married at Rockwood’s are 1: You can also have your ceremony there. They have indoor and outdoor options! 2: There is a hotel sharing the parking lot! 3: The biggest perk of all… We literally were able to drop off all our decorations 2 days in advance and they set up everything for you!! They also have a lot of beautiful decorations of theirs you can use. Then when the weddings over you can just leave and go to your hotel or next destination. They do all the cleanup for you! They box up your decorations, and you pick them up 1-3 days later. This was great for us. We have been to so many weddings where you see the families all cleaning up an hour before the wedding ends. Who needs that stress!?! We loved our wedding at Rockwood’s and highly recommend it to everyone. Great atmosphere, tasty food, very reasonable prices, and stress-free.

Rockwoods did an amazing job and we are so glad we chose them as our vendor! We can’t say enough great things about them! We were lucky to have Lisa as our day coordinator but all the coordinators were so helpful through the whole process!! The price is incredibly reasonable for everything included. It was great knowing our decorating and tear down was included in the package so we did not have to worry about it the evening before and morning after. The staff, servers and bartenders were so friendly and we had great complaints on our wedding! 10000% recommend!!

Rockwood made what should have been a very stressful and detailed event very easy and without any problems. I wanted our wedding to be a simple, but elegant gathering where our friends and family could come and be part of our special day. We were able to celebrate and could not have asked for better service. From the appetizers, to elegant decorations to the officiant who was able to capture who my husband and I are to perform a beautiful ceremony. When I had needed Rockwood to be nimble at the last minute, folding in a special prayer at my request a day before our ceremony and they were able to accommodate this beautifully. After the ceremony and dinner, the staff at Rockwood continued to work hard throughout the evening to provide ongoing service to our guest, so that we had to worry about nothing. Our friends and relatives had a wonderful time and it was one of the most stressfree evenings I have ever had. Thank you Rockwoods. I would recommend you over and over and over again.

Having our wedding at the Rockwoods was the best decision we made while planning our wedding! They were so helpful, kind, patient, and flexible during these strange times. Having the wonderful event coordination staff help us along the way took an unbelievable amount of stress off of our shoulders. The wedding and reception was amazing and beautiful. Cannot recommend them enough to other couples looking for a beautiful, affordable, accommodating venue.

Rockwoods was honestly AMAZING! Even through planning and putting on a wedding during a pandemic, they made sure everything was taken care of and that everyone was safe! Wonderful space, wonderful coordinators, couldn’t recommend them MORE!

Rockwoods is amazing! If you are nervous about booking a wedding venue due to Covid, you MUST book with Rockwoods. They are so accommodating and flexible -- Katie, Megan and the team will go above and beyond to fulfill any requests. There are many horror stories with venues pocketing money after the wedding reception was canceled due to Covid ... This will NOT be the case with Rockwoods! We ended up canceling our wedding reception and will be doing just our Groom's supper at Rockwoods due to Covid, and they have been OUTSTANDING throughout the entire process. Thank you Rockwoods! Highly recommend.

Katie and Meagan knocked it out of the park. The contract was transparent, no surprises. They helped us work through COVID and had so much patience. We did not have to set up or tear down, we rented some of their decor and it was just so perfect. I was breathless when I saw how they had decorated. On top of that, the food was amazing, the staff was professional and everything was taken care of. I am so happy we went with Rockwoods, they made our Wedding day absolutely picture perfect.

Rockwoods did an exceptional job hosting my daughter's wedding reception. Every interaction with staff leading up to the big day was very pleasant. They did a great job helping to coordinate every detail of the big day - and when that day came we were able to just relax and enjoy, and they handled everything. They are priced very reasonably for what you get - and the food was delicious! Would definitely recommend.

Rockwoods is the best value out there. You get so much for what you pay for - they are reasonably priced and forward about their pricing. It includes a day of coordinator who makes sure everything happens as it should. We got to completely enjoy our day because they took care of everything - no one from our family or friends had to set up or tear down anything! Not to mention Rockwoods has endless inventory of items you can choose for decorations so there's no need to buy 200+ of something you will never use again. Our gets raved about how good the food was. It came out hot and very quickly so no one was sitting there hungry. We live in the are and the banquet food as just as good and fresh as what you would order in the restaurant! Katie and team were amazing to work with. They are all positive energetic and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping to make our wedding day perfect!

We had our wedding on September 28th 2019 at Rockwoods. All of the event coordinators were excellent! They walked us through different room layouts, colors, food, and even helped us pick out a DJ. Everything went according to plans with the venue, the coordinators were great at keeping us on the timeline. The food was excellent too, everyone got the correct food and it was all delicious. I would highly recommend the Rockwoods.

Rockwoods couldn't have been a more perfect place for our wedding. From day one they have been so helpful and our wedding day itself went even better than I could have imagined. Katie, Laurie, and Isabel helped every little detail come out perfectly. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day, which is exactly what I wanted. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how nice the venue was and how delicious their meals were. I will be telling all of my friends who get engaged down the road to look into Rockwoods, it was perfect!

We started to shop around wedding venues about a year ago before our wedding day and found Rockwoods through different website recommendations. Before meeting with the team, we had dinner at the Rockwoods restaurant and tried their dinner options. The food turned out to be amazingly tasteful! The next day, we made an appointment and met with their manager/wedding coordinator. At this point, we had no idea about our wedding details except for the wedding theme. Katie patiently went over the whole wedding process and even told us that they could make it like a fancy wedding with just a list of guests if we don't have a detailed plan. After the first appointment, they even provided a wedding planning checklist, which turned out to be really helpful! Throughout the whole planning phase, they periodically checked in with us to make sure everything was in place. A few days before our big day, there were a few changes in our guest list, but everything went perfectly with their help and accommodations. We brought our own wedding decorations and tags, and the staff decorated the whole place perfectly just as we planned and collected everything for us at the end of the event. That alone saved us a lot of time and effort and gave us peace of mind. Luckily, they also have an officiant service and we had the pleasure to have Katie as our officiant! The ceremony went smoothly with laughter and emotional moments. We loved it, our family couldn't stop thinking about it, and many of our guests kept saying it was one of the best and most beautiful wedding ceremonies they've been to. In addition to their superb wedding service, one big reason that we chose Rockwoods is that they have great relationships with other wedding venues (like Mid West Sound DJ), and all the great service comes into one single bill. One-stop shopping. We are amazed by the quality of the DJ and the wedding cakes!! (We just sent the design of the wedding cake we want, and they made exactly the perfect cake!) All of our guests were impressed by the ceremony and reception services they received (food, drinks, etc.), but also had a fantastic time with the entertainment that the DJ provided. Also, the photo booth (part of DJ package) was a big hit! If you are from around and looking for a great place to have your beautiful wedding and entertain your guests, then look no further. Great food, fantastic service, helpful staff, and more with an affordable price. We can't recommend highly enough of Rockwoods as your wedding venue!

Rockwood’s was so helpful from the beginning to the end. They really helped plan the best way possible. They made sure to listen to what you wanted and made it happen. I would recommend rockwood’s to anyone that’s getting married and would like a lower stress wedding planning adventure! They were the best and made the day look so perfect!

Rockwoods was the perfect place to have our wedding reception, they helped us keep on time and everything run smoothly. Every guest let us know how amazing the food was and we totally agreed! (we did the champagne chicken) And it was so nice to just be able to walk right over to the Holiday Inn after! I would highly recommend Rockwoods to anyone!

All three women (Katie, Laurie, and Isabel) were very helpful, responded promptly and understanding of any questions/things that arose both prior and during our wedding. They helped us out any way they could with whatever we needed help with. They provided great customer service and catered to us during our reception at their venue. They were very friendly and fun to work with throughout the whole process. The food we had at our wedding (Herb Grilled Chicken and Beef Pot Roast) was superb. It was very delicious and the meal was delivered to guests promptly and on time in according to our dinner time. We received dozens of comments from our guests who told us how spectacular the food was. Our event space and the facility as a whole was just gorgeous. It was decorated very well and was very spacious. The flow of the room and how things were organized was done very well. There was plenty of room for all of our guests to get around and chit chat with other guests, whether it be in the dining room itself or in the bar area as well. We would definitely recommend using Rockwoods as your wedding venue!

My wedding turned out amazing and it's mainly because of the venue! They set everything up, served the food beautifully, and made my mind at ease the whole day. The directors were even so amazing to help fix my dress that I was dancing the tail off of. They go above and beyond!

I could not be more pleased with the personal attention and help given to me from planning to start to finish of our wedding day. I came to the Rockwoods with only a sketchy idea of what I wanted and ended up with the wedding of my dreams. Each member of the Event Coordinator team were so helpful with creative ideas, patience, and truly wanting it to be what we wanted for our wedding - not their way. I felt like our wedding was the most important event to them. They all knew about our wedding and did not mix it up with other weddings. The Four Seasons Room is beautiful with a fireplace and windows overlooking a garden patio - perfect for our classy small wedding and reception. We were able to let go and totally enjoy 'Our Day' because the wait staff was so attentive to our guests; smiling, helpful, and very professional too. The pot roast dinner was more than delicious! I definitely can recommend the Rockwoods for your event or wedding without hesitation.

Worth every penny!! The staff at Rockwoods made my wedding the day and night I have dreamt about. They did everything in their power to accommodate any request that my groom or I had, all with a smile on their face. Best venue a bride could ask for! These ladies are so great to work with and made things extremely easy! I could enjoy my day without having to look at my watch, they took care of everything. Plus my guests could not stop raving about the food! Normally at weddings the food can get cold, not here. This food tasted gourmet and was hot/fresh! I highly recommend this place to anyone for any event :)

Professional and insightful. These ladies at rockwoods know their stuff ! The food is a bit over priced for what you get ($26 for a tiny bit of chicken, spoon of mash and few veggies) If like me you we’re unable to eat before the wedding, don’t expect to be satisfied. Service was timely, order your drinks from the ladies in the room and like magic they find you and serve you. Shame the outside patio isn’t private as we had gate crashers. Members of public walking through your wedding to go outside was a bit off putting but we didn’t let it spoil our day. Also the fire pit wasn’t lit, we had requested . Would have been nice as we had snow that day (April s last flutter) warm up as your smoking Touch of romance outside. All in all it’s a great team! Just don’t expect a meal more a snack.

I loved how helpful the staff was, I loved how they setup all our decorations and the way we wanted it and beyond. Food was excellent everything that we asked for we received. Great experience highly recommend!

My wife and I just had our wedding ceremony and reception at Rockwoods on March 23rd 2019 and it was amazing! Rockwoods blew it out of the water! We had 250 guests, and they do it all for you so the bride and groom and parents don’t have the stress or headache of all the planning and behind the scenes work that goes into a big/small wedding! Katie does an outstanding job with the ceremony, with professionalism but yet religious but also relaxed. Also she personalizes it to the bride and groom.. we had so many come up to us and say how they loved our ceremony, and the vows! And we’re like um Katie did it all you just answer a questionaire and she customized it to the bride and groom. But most importantly the food and drinks service and taste was out of this world. So many compliments from all the guest saying how great their food was, and how timely the bartenders were! Hands down well worth the money to have Rockwoods host your wedding, because they take care of the decorations, food, booze, and entertainment, all with a smile and friendly staff! We can’t thank Katie, Laurie, Kelly and the rest of the Rockwoods staff for all of your help you guys are amazing!

Rockwoods made it so easy to throw an event. I’m over the hill happy with the results of our reception and I don’t think we could have found a better venue to host it at.

This place is amazing! Not only do that make the whole experience so easy, they are so flexible on so many levels for my time and my needs. The food was incredible! All our guests commented to us how good it was. The room was beautifully decorated and they also created my cake just the way I designed it. We had zero issues and I look forward to hosting my next event there!

The Rockwoods staff were great to work with! They made planning the wedding so easy and fun! They are very helpful and anything you wanted done for your big day was accomplished by the amazing team!! Wonderful event center that has been beautifully updated. The staff is friendly and unbelievably accommodating. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the office staff, they know their stuff!!! The food at my wedding was incredible!! And having the hotel next store was a gem. Don’t think twice about having your wedding or event at Rockwoods. Just know, they have it covered!!

My fiancé and myself were married at Rockwoods this past October. I cannot imagine my day any more perfect than it was! Every staff member we came into contact with from the start of planning to the end of our wedding day were so friendly, understanding, and accommodating! Katie, our event coordinator, officiated our wedding as well! Our ceremony was personal and intimate, we got so many compliments from family and friends. I never knew how stressful planning a wedding is until I started. Katie and the Rockwoods team took away so much stress and worry from the very first meeting we had! They listened to all of our wishes and ideas for our day and made it the most amazing day of our lives! The venue is so beautiful and the staff definitely knows what they are doing when it comes to decorating and details! Our reception was breathtaking and exactly, if not better, how we envisioned it to be! I will ALWAYS recommend Rockswoods to anyone who is planning an event of any kind. They are something special!!

I cannot say enough about the whole Rockwoods Banquet Team! From our first visit, to finalizing the plans, Katie and her team were spot on. My Son and now daughter-in-law also had their Ceremony there and it was more than I could have every expected! So many many compliments on how personal it was and everyone raved about the food and the service!! The decor set up was unbelievable, just like they pictured! From start to finish the staff of Rockwoods was amazing. They help with so much to make your day everything you imagine and then some. The food is also amazing. We had the Filet and Lemon Breaded Chicken and it did not disappoint. We had to make some last minute changes to our plans and they handled it with such ease that by the time my actual ceremony came around you would never know that any changes were made. I cannot rave enough about them!

I loved Rockwoods!Everything went great thanks to the awesome wedding planners and great staff. They were all very polite, professional and great to work with, even when I realized the day before the wedding I had to change times from what I originally said. They just smiled and said "no problem, we'll fix that for you" no questions asked. I would highly recommend them.

If you’re thinking about having a wedding here, don’t hesitate just book your date! The event coordinators always promptly returned any, and all questions I had for them! All the staff was super friendly the day of our wedding, they also set everything up for you decor wise, and take it down for you the night of so there’s no stressing about that. Absolutely LOVED this reception venue! It was perfect and they made it so easy for me too! I planned my husbands and my wedding in 5 weeks and they took the challenge on without even flinching and made it everything I imagined, but yet so easy for me! Highly highly highly recommend! The best bang for your buck, no questions. The staff is so very caring and exceptional at what they do. You get a coordinator included with the cost; they set up everything for you and tear it all down. The ONLY thing you have to worry about on your wedding day is getting married. Spectacular food. All of my guests said it was one of the best weddings they ever attended. Beautiful, reasonably priced, the best ever!

My husband and I got married at Rockwoods in September of 2017. We had the most amazing experience working with the staff at Rockwoods. We cannot thank them enough for being so organized, flexible, and professional during a very hectic time! The communication during our year of planing was superb. Rockwoods put up all of our decorations and took everything down for us, which was a HUGE bonus! The last thing we wanted to do on our special day was stress about setting up and taking down. Rockwoods made us feel so valued as customers and we highly recommend them. Their prices are affordable. Their food is awesome - we got SO many compliments from friends! We have absolutely nothing negative to say about Rockwods. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Staff at Rockwoods are outstanding!! The best I've ever had to work with. They are very personable and go above and beyond to make sure your night runs smoothly! They are a lot of fun to work with and made things easy for us!! They made it very stress free for us! It was the best decision we made to have our wedding here at Rockwoods!! Also having Katie as our officiant was perfect! She did an amazing job and customized our ceremony to how we wanted it!! Thank you again for all your hard work!

If you are getting married and you are looking for a venue and staff that really cares about your day and ensures that you truly have the wedding of your dreams...Rockwoods is going to be the ticket. Rockwoods is by far the best place to have your reception at. They do ALL of your setup for you! All you have to do is drop off your decor and they handle all the rest. They were so helpful the entire day from start to finish. We had our ceremony and reception at Rockwoods and they did everything they could possibly do to ensure that our day was perfect. When the end of the night came, they did all of the clean up as well! When you have your wedding at Rockwoods, all you need to be concerned about is enjoying your special day with your soon to be hubby and family and friends :) Rockwoods is truly amazing!

Rockwoods was very hands-on and understanding. They listened to everything we wanted and really helped make it our dream wedding. The many months leading up to our wedding they answered every question and email. The night of my wedding we could notice they really understood every detail we wanted. They set up for us and they also did a great job cleaning up at the end of the night. We didn't have to worry about anything!! Hands down recommend Rockwoods to any Bride!

We just got married at Rockwoods on 9/8/17 and we had the BEST day/night ever! First off the wedding coordinators were amazing! They were on top of everything from setting up, taring down, checking in through out the night to make sure everything was going great! They made planning so easy and less stessful! We didnt even have to come grab our decor till a few days later! They are a package deal with an on site officiant who is a manager there, Katie was absolutely amazing! So nice and she even helped me bussle my dress after the ceremony because I could not find my MOH! I mean common how awesome is that! The venue is beautiful I would def recomend getting all the drapery lighting! We had so many comments on what a beautiful and fun wedding we had! I could not recommend them enough!

Nothing but fantastic! The team of ladies were incredible to work with, the food was exceptional, and the whole day was perfect. They take care of EVERYTHING for you along the planning process and the day of. I would recommend this place again and again for any type of event. Kelley went above and beyond for us with each meeting and Katie was also our officiant, which was amazing. You will be so perfectly pleased with this venue, the bar, the location, the ceremony, everything. It was the ideal spot for our breakfast brunch Sunday wedding. I cannot say enough good things!

My daughter had her reception here on July 22nd and we could not have been more pleased. The service is absolutely outstanding! We had some last minute food orders and the staff did not blink an eye at our extra requests. We heard rave reviews from guests about the food and service. Our guests also really enjoyed the private outdoor patio and bonfire pit. It was a great spot to cool off from the dance floor or have a quieter spot to chat. From start to finish this was a fabulous venue!

Rockwoods was absolutely amazing. They took care of everything from start to finish. I had so many compliments n how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue as. We had our ceremony outdoors at Rockwoods with Katie as the officiant. Prior to the ceremony, we took photos at Otsego Park. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Katie at Rockwoods is amazing to work with. She knows what she is doing and they did a great job of decorating. They take care of all decorating and take down for you which is amazing! The food was amazing, I received so many compliments on the food. The wait staff was so accommodating and friendly. They were great!! Would highly recommend them.
