We chose Rogers and Hollands for the engagement ring and wedding band because of their protection plan that does not require inspections every 6 months, as well as their 12 months no interest financing. They are beautiful rings and their customer service was amazing. We actually ordered online and one of their representatives assisted over chat with finding the right rings and helping me with requesting the right sizing even when it wasn’t listed on the website for that ring. I think we were on chat for nearly 2 hours. She also facilitated getting our credit approval after hours and sent follow up emails regarding the status of the order and knew the details of the diamond that was selected for my ring (slightly larger than what was ordered even!). I also purchased my wedding day jewelry from them. I would definitely make future purchases from them (hopefully when we upgrade my husband’s wedding band).

We love our rings! We worked with Crystal and she was amazing. Every time that we came in she remembered us and our story and provided great service.
I bought my husband's wedding band here. I made payments on it and they messed up the final payment when I took the ring home in which they refunded the full amount to me and didn't have my information to get the money back. They called me repeatedly and I had to go in a final time to fix everything. They were very nice, but I felt for all the trouble (and since I was nice/honest enough to help them take my money a second time) they could have offered me something.
I would not recommend purchasing anything here. My engagement ring came from here and within the first 3 months of wearing it I had to have the ring fixed 4 times!! The center stone setting bent, seriously that should not happen. The younger women workers were very unprofessional and impolite when I took it in to have it fixed. I decided to use a more local jeweler in Caledonia who was very personable and made sure I bought quality and was fully satisfied.
I was able to find exactly the ring I was looking for, and I waited until the weekend where they had their huge sale and was able to get an amazing deal. It has a great warranty, and months later, I'm still looking down at my ring every so often and just glancing at it and smiling!
We got my engagment ring and wedding bands from the Mall of America store. The sales people were great and not pushy at all. They had good prices. I was disappointed that my rings took two days longer to get saudered together than they said they would. I had to pick my ring up on a Friday and I got married on Saturday, I didn't like cutting it that close.
Purchased a beautiful ring and have lost 6 diamonds in one year! Have warranty, diamonds are replaced each time, just disapointed in ring. Customer Service is okay.
Help was great, they got my bands soddered within 48 hours they just didn't look even enough to me, they could have been done a little neater. Great selection and price.

Throughout the engagement process, Rodgers & Hollands in the Mall of America provided exceptional service for us. We purchased all of our rings here, and the consultant we worked with (Michelle) remembered us by name.
They have been wonderful about ring cleanings, and do not require any paperwork or inspections for them to stand behind their products. They have been great about taking care of our jewelry needs even with a mall location!
I searched high and low for the perfect wedding band to go with my engagement ring, and a wedding band for my picky groom. The staff at Rogers and Holland were able to help us find exactly what we wanted! They also have a jeweler on site, and are able to do resizing, cleaning, etc. very quickly! My rings were resized, re-dipped (white gold), and looking perfect in less than 1 day!!!
