I *loved* our venue. The reception space felt magical with the fairy lights draping across the ceiling and on bushes outside. The outdoor spaces were beautiful. The indoor spaces were nice for our rehearsal dinner and pizza hour (our cocktail hour). The size was great for our guest count (about 100 people). Being able to rent wedding supplies at reasonable prices from the venue was convenient. Cindy was friendly. Our only negatives were the somewhat inconsistent communication about requirements, expectations, and standards of us and vendors we chose, and the grapevine arch walkway. We were told that it would be covered with vines and people wouldn't be able to see through it by our wedding date, so the plan up until the week before our wedding was for me to walk through the arch to get to the back of our ceremony space without anyone seeing me. The week before the wedding we visited again--it had lots of holes in the vines. Along with landscaping, managing expectations is a requirement of the venue. Thankfully with the help of some creative bridesmaids the tunnel still worked, but it was not fully grown in as we were told it would be in late October.
So... I was invited to my first wedding in the US, and was told I had to plan it too (thanks hubby). We found our dream venue and had our wedding at Rosa Lee Manor in Sept and everyone loved the venue. It was so pretty and versatile, so all our guests had their fav spot. We enjoyed our stay there. Cindy was professional and she helped me a lot by offering me so many tips.
Rosa lee manor is an absolutely beautiful place to get married! I fell in love with this place from day one!! They were very helpful and responded to any questions or emails promptly! The venue is stunning! Many guests commented on its beauty while they were there. The house provides a great place for the wedding party to stay and they provided a breakfast each morning. They were there every step of the way! I would highly recommend!!
Rosa Lee Manor is amazing!!! Cindy was the most helpful person in the world when it came to wedding planning. The venue itself is incredibly beautiful. My husband and I both fell in love with it as soon as we entered the driveway. The entire wedding party stayed at the house the night before and we had a blast! The house sleeps 12 comfortably which worked perfectly for us. We all hopped in the hot tub after the rehearsal to relax. The following day, one of the Rosa Lee staff members was there to help with set up and coordination of vendors. My day-of coordinator could not say more kind things about how easy to work with RLM was. Our photos are incredible as well. The open air ballroom was perfect for our reception. Everything is already so beautiful with the gardens and twinkle lights that are always there, we did minimal decoration for the wedding. Our guests all raved about the venue. My husband and I have joked about getting married again just to go back to RLM. The value of this venue is unbeatable. I would recommend it to anyone who will listen. I could not be happier with how my wedding turned out.
Rosa Lee was everything we were looking for when we searched for venues for our outdoor wedding. The landscaping is gorgeous with flowers everywhere. With your rental, you have access to the grounds and have endless options as to where to have your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Chairs, tables, and linens are included with the rental of the venue which is amazing since I did not have to deal with a rental company. The staff was great and was always making sure that we were taken care of.
Even though it rained on the day of the wedding, the staff at Rosa Lee Manor were very helpful and knew exactly how to handle the last minute change in plans. Also, even in the rain, the location was beautiful!
We knew we wanted a place where we could have the ceremony and reception together. We wanted something in the mountains during fall. We toured Rosa Lee Manor and put down our deposit on the spot. We rented it out all weekend and had all wedding festivities there. It was perfect. The manor is beautiful and elegant. It was quiet and private. We chose our ceremony to be conducted at the gazebo and the reception in the beautiful open air ballroom. The house manager, Cindy, was amazing. She worked with us and helped us so much!
Wonderful staff and beautiful place. Done everything I needed and even helped set up for reception. Could not have asked for a better venue to get married.
Beautiful setting. Staff is ok, they are prompt but can be kind of rude and standoffish. They do try to nickel and dime you for little stuff (it's like 75 cents a chair if you have them set up the chairs, or you can just do it yourself).
The location was perfect. With the open air ballroom we didn't have to deal with tents and the setting was so beautiful decorations were minimal. Cindy was great to work, always responded to my questions quickly and even got a TV channel added so my husband could watch a football game while getting ready. I could not be more pleased with everything.
Way over priced for the value received.
