Rosabelle Manor

My husband and I search long and hard for a place to get married, we wanted a place that was easy to work with, simple, beautiful and affordable. We first visited Rosabelle Manor during an open house (it was actually the first place we visited after attending a wedding expo in Rome), at the time I wanted to do a bit more research and check out all my options. After an exhaustive search of the north Georgia and surrounding Tennessee area, we came back to and decided on Rosabelle Manor, and I am very happy with the outcome. I enjoyed the package and financing options, that allowed us a monthly payment schedule. This ability coupled with Gail, who is all around great, and always answered my questions no matter how silly, made the experience fun, Gail, was an excellent planner and coordinator, and Made out day special and no fuss, even with the last minute rain plan change. There were only a few minor negatives, all of which were unforeseen. First was that there was not enough sausage stars for our guests (part of our menu), they went over so well, perhaps I should have double down on them lol. And secondly, I didn't think to prompt the photographer to get more picture with out of town family, again this is not his fault, Merrit was awesome and even fulfilled out special request to do a shoot at the railroad tracks. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the ease of working with this venue, it was enough planning that I got the experience without having to seek out all the vendors myself and it was a great price and beautiful setting. I don't know where to start. Gail helped us plan the most perfect wedding in under 60 days. I couldn't have asked for anything more! She set up every single vendor appointment for me (caterer, photographer, florist, dj, and cake). This was such a stress free experience! The price was amazing and we had the one in a lifetime package. Gail gave us a discount even with such short notice. I will miss emailing her with my many questions, which she answers immediately. Rosabelle Manor was a dream come true for my husband and I. We only visited 2-3 venues before Rosabelle; however, once we saw how beautiful Rosabelle was, there was no reason to look any further. Our entire year of wedding planning was a breeze thanks to Gail and her team at Rosabelle. This was an all inclusive venue, so we did not have to look for a photographer, florist, DJ, caterer, wedding planner, etc. All vendors were included! On our wedding day, everything was simply perfect! The flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The florist, Ellen worked with me for many months leading up to the wedding to perfect the vision I had in mind for flowers. She created a Pinterest board for me to pin my ideas to and went from there. Merritt, our photographer was wonderful as well. He kept in touch with me and was very responsive over email. He and his partner worked hard to get every picture, detail, etc. that I requested on our big day. Adrienne's Delectable catered our wedding, and the food was to die for! Andrew & Brian did a wonderful job as well ensuring that our music was on point. Everyone was getting down on that dance floor and having the time of their lives! Lastly, Gail worked with us from day one to make sure our wedding was perfect and everything we wanted it to be. She was so prompt in responding to my many questions leading up to our wedding day. I'm sure I was one of the most "picky" brides that she has dealt with; however, Gail honored all of my crazy requests down to the last miniscule detail. She was by far the best wedding planner/advisor that I could have asked for. To say our big day was absolutely perfect would be an understatement. Our day was all we could have dreamed of and more! A HUGE thank you to Rosabelle Manor and all of the wonderful staff and vendors.

My kids were married at Rosabelle Manor in May 2014. It was an absolutely beautiful and perfect wedding. Gail, Coordinator, was on top of everything and the family was free to enjoy the day and not worry about any of the venue details. RM offers total package wedding, so all we had to bring were our own personal decoration items as well as alcohol and soda beverages. Gail was very helpful and responsive to all our questions all the way thru the big day! Floral arrangements were absolutely stunning. Wedding Venue was beautiful, but not quite as beautiful as Bride and Groom.....LOL. Gail, we cant thank you enough for making this day so SPECIAL for ALL of us!!

I have always dreamed of getting married in an Antebellum House and Rosabelle Manor is just that! Gail had me at built in 1905! Gail is fabulous and very helpful and informative with any questons that I had. My husband and I attended the open house and got to meet all of the vendors that they recommend and we choose all of them to do our wedding. Any questions or concerns that we had, they answered them and set us at ease. We choose the classic package and added an extra hour to the event and my wedding day was flawless! Everyone that I have met that is looking for a place to get married, I steer them to Rosabelle! Gail and Simone were absolutely wonderful on our wedding day! From Simone helping me with my veil and bussell to Gail coordinating everything went on time and in order to making sure that I always had a full champagne glass! ;) It truly was the BEST day of my life and will be forever grateful for everything Gail and Rosabelle Manor did to make it that way!

I was very pleased with the overall venue and service for Rosabelle Manor. The only thing I would change is the outside patio. I didn't really like that it was concrete. It would be prettier as brick. Overall five stars!

We used Rosabelle Manor for our Fall wedding, and the staff made the whole experience fantastic! Their packages include catering and a photographer and the ease of planning was a blessing. The house is beautifully decorated and we didn't have to add much. The decor lent itself to a country-chic wedding theme, and we used that to guide our choices. We live in Atlanta and are pretty committed to city-life, but it was fun to try something new. There are no indoor ceremony options at this venue, so you have to hope for good weather. We got married in front of the outdoor fireplace and it was gorgeous. Afterwards, we used the fireplace to host a s'more bar. Gail was our planner and day-of coordinator and made it as stress-free as possible. She was great to work with, very responsive, and handled every detail perfectly. If given a choice, I don't think we would have selected the caterer or photographer as they were average, but again, the ease was well worth it.

We held a Rehearsal Dinner at Rosabelle Manor. It was lovely and our guests really enjoyed this venue. Most were from out of state. Gail was wonderful to work with. She suggested a great caterer and source for flowers. They were all great to work with. Would strongly suggest this venue for a function in that area!

My wedding was everything that I hoped it would be! Gail was superb in helping us plan our day and make sure everything went as planned! Could not have asked for a more perfect day!

I chose the blissful brunch package and could not be happier. The food was delicious. The flowers were gorgeous. Everyone complimented on how pretty everything was. We added alcohol to our package and the bar tender was extremely nice. I had a wonderful day and would request to anyone looking to not sacrifice and still be able to stay in budget. Gail was wonderful putting up all our decorations and made the day stress free.

Rosabelle Manor was such a beautiful venue, guests told us it was the nicest wedding they have been to. The house is must see. The venders that came with the package were great. I would give all of them five stars. The coordinator Gail was awesome she was so easy to get a hold of whenever we needed her. She was able to keep up with all our changes we made along then way, and it was a lot. The only thing I wish was different is that the bride's room does not have a little side changing room like the groom's room. We are all modest so we had to take turns getting dressed.

Gail was Awesome!! They handled everything on the wedding day! It was so smooth and timed perfectly! Gail is there for you from start to finish to answer any and every question you may have. I would recommend Rosabelle Manor to any one getting married. It was the best experience! I would do it all over again!

I can't express how happy I was with the wonderful wedding held at Rosabelle Manor, for my daughter. Gail and Debbie were awesome to work with, and made my job as, mother of the bride, so much easier! I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out! All the venders, from the caterers, to the photographer, the bakery, and the florist were very professional and went above and beyond! They offered packages that fit my and my husband's needs and were extremely flexible and accommodating as we planned our wedding together. Let me break it down: Your wedding planner: TOP NOTCH. You will be hard pressed to find another planner/coordinator as friendly, on-the-ball, precise and wonderful as the lovely planner and her staff at Rosabelle. This was absolutely key for me as I planned my wedding from afar! The day literally felt like a dream and I know that was in large part to the Planner/Coordinator and her staff taking the time to get to know my husband and I, what we would love, and getting it down to a 'T'. They really take the time for each of their brides and families! The Grounds: Pristine and quaint grounds! Southern charm done in way that is so classic, you feel right at home as soon as you walk into the back yard! My husband and I had our ceremony in the rear of the house especially because of that feeling! However, there are several locations to choose from to customize your experience when you're there and your planner/coordinator will discuss all of the options with you! I wanted a bit of everything, so she organized it to where I had pictures in a location I loved, a photo booth on a side of the house I adored, the reception in another place and the ceremony in the back! We had full reign of the grounds, yet each transition felt as smooth as glass (did I mention that I love the planner?!) ! The Price: Competitive!!! When I began looking for venues, I became discouraged by vendors that stated their prices were 'competitive' or 'some of the best in the area', only to find that they were WAY out of my and my husbands budget. I felt that I might have to compromise on things that I wanted to make my day special and memorable. IF THIS IS YOU: Get to Rosabelle Manor, immediately! No skimping. No scraping the bucket. You'll pay a fair and decent price, have your cake and eat it to! My husband and I were able to have a wonderful day AND our dream two-week Mediterranean honeymoon. When I say 'stress-free', I don't just mean for the planning and day of! Your wallet won't be in a pickle when everything is said and done! Their Vendors: If/When you choose a package, Rosabelle Manor has several tried and true vendors with whom they do business for your perfect day. This is important, because piecing together vendors is stressful and can become pricy. Moreover, the staff at Rosabelle and these vendors have worked together on multiple occasions, so they have a short-hand and a flow that makes your wedding day and planning effortless. Don't worry, they have several options for you to choose from to customize and handcraft your wedding. The photography, catering, confectioners, and florist's were FANTASTIC and I could not have done a better job piecing them together on my own. FEAR NOT: You can still have that special/personal vendor come along if you want.

We were received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. Everything was perfect. The caterer, photographer, and DJ were awesome!!

This venue was amazing! It has so much charm and is absolutely beautiful--perfect for our vintage-themed wedding as it is a restored historic home. The price was extremely affordable--we couldn't find anywhere near this value for what we were getting anywhere else. All of my emails were answered the day I sent them, sometimes even within an hour or so. The staff was very professional and provided everything I asked for. The rehearsal, ceremony and reception ran so smoothly I didn't have any stress at all! The only thing I would have liked to be different: in the package I purchased, they charged extra per person for extra guests, which I was fine with, but the extra charge did not include extra tables for seating. When I expressed that I wanted extra tables, I was told that most people don't have formal seating who do weddings there, and I had to ask outright if I could pay for extra tables instead of being offered that option. I thought that exchange was a little strange, but other than that I had no problems with their customer service and the extra charge for the tables was still very affordable. The package included all of the vendors I could want--DJ, photographer, florist, bakery and caterer. This made the planning process extremely easy! I definitely recommend this venue!!!

Rosabell Manor experience was a pleasure! Gail the Managing Director was friendly and extremely helpful. We were on a short timeframe and everything they did came off beautifully. She coordinated all the services from catering to DJ, flowers and photographer all of the service providers were friendly and professional. The quality of the services was also top notch. I would highly recommend and if we had to choose again I wouldn’t hesitate. We received multiple comments from the guests on the how great the event came off. Thanks to Gail and team!

We had a destination wedding in December and chose to have our stateside reception at Rosabelle Manor. We could not have made a better choice! The venue is amazing and Gail made every little touch so personal and perfect. Everyone said it looked like something from a movie. Would recommend it to anyone!!

We recently had our wedding at the Rosabelle Manor and cannot say enough about our experience - it was wonderful! From our first open house visit, Debbie was amazing to work with and Gail, our coordinator was absolutely amazing. The coordinators are warm, friendly and very responsive to any possible question you can have. Throughout the entire process, we never had to worry about a thing! The preferred vendors were also great - they were very easy and friendly to work with and they delivered flawlessly on everything that was promised in our package. The venue itself is gorgeous! The flowers, arrangements and decorations truly took our breath away. The attention to detail was perfect - they took our ideas and gave us an amazing day. We are still hearing praises from our family and friends about how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly everything went. We all had an amazing time. I truly cannot praise this venue and the coordinators enough! This is definitely the place for an amazing, stress-free wedding or any event.

We had our wedding at Rosabelle on Saturday 11/3/12 and it turned out beautiful! We purchased the exquisite package and got our dream wedding. Flowers,cake, food, DJ, ceremony, location, everything was just how we wanted. They did an excellent job incorporating our "cotton" theme into the wedding. We had to plan our wedding on a budget and in a relatively short amount of time, but Rosabelle Manor allowed us to pull it off without cutting any corners. The venue itself is charming, both inside and out. The all-inclusive package options are great, and you can still make it as creative and personal as you want. The cake vendor works with you to design the cake, the DJ lets you pick every little detail of the music throughout the pre-ceremony, ceremony and reception (if you desire), the photographer is extremely professional and will work with your requests, the caterer's food is delicious, the florist consults you on every single element of the flowers... and the Rosabelle Manor staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. We also brought in some of our own hand-made decorations (plus some snacks) to add to what's already there. Everything is coordinated so that the wedding party doesn't have to worry about doing anything but showing up; the staff is working behind the scenes the entire time to make sure everything sticks to the proper timeline. That's crucial, since it's so easy to lose track of time! I honestly can't come up with many negatives. There were quite a few bees buzzing around outside, but nothing that ever got out of hand. Train tracks are very close to the house, but luckily, a train didn't come through during our ceremony. Overall, my husband and I were extremely happy, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding.

We had my daughters wedding here in August 2012 and everything was perfect!!! Our Coordinator Gail was fantastic and made sure everything ran very smooth. As the MOB I greatly appreciated everything she did to make my daughters wedding day perfect! The packages there include everything, catering, flowers, cake, DJ, and photographer. If you choose to go somewhere else for those items they will give you a credit. They are so easy and fun to work with!!

We used Rosabelle Manor for our second reception and we absolutely loved. They were very good about making us feel at ease and also catering to whatever we needed. I would recommend this venue to anyone that wants a relaxing enjoyable wedding.

Rosabelle Manor features the charm of a Southern plantation home with modern updates for the "shabby chic" bride. I loved everything about the location and accommodations. Gail, our wedding coordinator, took care of all my needs and made my wedding day as stress free as possible. The price list is all inclusive with a few additional costs if you choose. They are very up front on pricing so there will be no surprises at the end. From the flowers, to the cake, to the outdoor decorations, I could not have asked for a more beautiful setting. I would highly recommend Rosabelle Manor to any bride wanting 200 or fewer people.

We had our daughters wedding at Rosabelle Manor in May 2012 with 175 guests attending. Everyone loved it! It felt very intimate yet there was plenty of room. The staff went over and above to make the day special and stress free. Going with a package made the planning much less stressful All their preferred vendors were wonderful! The bride and groom said the day was exactly what they wanted. As parents we felt like the prices were very reasonable and enabled us to give our daughter the wedding of her dreams.

My son was married at Rosabelle. The home and grounds were exquisite, and the packages to choose from make the wedding planning less stressful. Having someone to manage the details meant the world to me. I was able to ENJOY the planning, wedding ceremony, and reception. I would recommend this one stop shopping for anyone planning a wedding.

Rosabelle Manor was everything I wanted for my wedding! Thank you for helping to bring my dream wedding to life. I had looked at this venue a year ago, and put it on my list of potential locations. After the new owners completely remodeled the inside and transformed the grounds into a wonderland, I knew it was the one for me. Rosabelle is such a beautiful place. Everyone that attended complimented the food and everything about the wedding. Thank you Rosabelle Manor! I highly recommend this location. My day was the most perfect day. Every bride should be able to experience this treasure!

I was a smaller location that was very intimate. It fit mine and my groom's taste perfectly! They also took care of all of the details, the catering, the DJ, the flowers, we had noting to worry about.;The parking is limited, they did have use of a parking lot accross the street at the high school, but the day of our rehersal, the school told they that they were no longer allowed to use that parking lot.
