Choosing them as our wedding coordinators was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our special day was everything we envisioned and that my husband and I were able to enjoy every moment without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. From the beginning, Brandi and Kisha were professional, organized, attentive, and extremely responsive. They listened to what we wanted, understood our vision, and made sure everything came together beautifully. On our wedding day, they handled EVERYTHING! They kept the day running smoothly and on schedule, coordinated with all of our vendors, made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when, and took care of any unexpected issues that came up. If something went wrong, Brandi and Kisha handled it. We also experienced some issues with the hotel and our room accommodations, and once again, Brandi and Kisha immediately stepped in and handled the situation for us. Even after our wedding day, they have continued communicating with the hotel and advocating on our behalf to make sure we are properly compensated for the issues we experienced. From day one, Brandi was upbeat, warm, and full of positive energy—something I instantly loved. She was always responsive, taking our calls, replying quickly to messages, and staying on top of every detail. Even in her own period of deep personal grief, she never skipped a beat. She never put us to the side, never made us feel like anything less than her top priority. To call her “professional” doesn’t do her justice. Her involvement in every aspect of our wedding made all the difference. She kept us on track, ensured every vendor had clear instructions, and guided us through the process with a calmness and confidence that I cannot express enough gratitude for. During our venue walkthrough, I explained the vision and vibe I imagined for our wedding day—and without hesitation or limitations, she saw it. She didn’t just see it; she fought with me to bring it to life. She immediately understood what I wanted and what I didn’t. I trusted her completely. She instinctively knew what required my opinion and what didn’t even need to be brought to me because she knew it wouldn’t align with my vision. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything. y detail oriented and focused, that was immediately clear and very important to me. Even though they were day of coordinators, she made herself available throughout the year and scheduled regular check ins. She provided vendor referrals, offered to look into certain things for us, and always had our back at all times making it clear that she was here for us. Kisha and Brandi completely took over everything the month before the wedding. Read through every email exchange we had with our vendors and handled all communications with them moving forward. When issues came up, she gracefully handled them and held our vendors accountable - she ensured they provided exactly what they originally promised to us and we were very grateful to have them handle the awkward conversations for us like the pros they are. A month before the wedding, Kisha also caught a mistake we made - we shared the wrong date with our videographers and she saved us from an epic disaster which we were so also incredibly grateful for. On top of all that, Brandi also went out of her way to pick up wedding items from our house and drove VERY far to pick up late night pizzas to save us time and allow my husband and I to road trip together to our event location instead of taking separate cars. They ran everything like a well oiled machine. I truly don’t know how anyone can manage having a wedding without day of coordinators, they did SO much and there’s no way I could have enjoyed a second of our wedding without them. They also helped transform our venue into a beautiful fairytale. I provided all of the items, told them my vision and asked them to use their best judgement of how things should look in real time. It turned out like a fairytale and that was the word all of our guests used to describe the event. Everyone said it was flawless. The best part was the peace of mind they gave us. It was clear that they are experts at what they do and that we were in good hands. My husband and bridal party all commented on how wonderful they were. I highly recommend you hire Rose & Poppy for your event if you want an expert team that’s detail oriented, great vibes, and will always have your back.

Whether I needed advice, fresh ideas, her opinion on contracts, or help navigating vendor relationships, she was always there with thoughtful guidance and reassurance. Her calm support made all the difference, and she was absolutely invaluable!! I had already secured most of my vendors before working with her, but Kisha seamlessly stepped in to coordinate vendor communication. Not having to manage endless emails saved my sanity in the weeks leading up to the wedding (I seriously cannot stress this point enough lol). She also attended our venue walkthrough with the venue director, which was extremely helpful. She asked all the right questions and made sure everything would meet our expectations. As we got closer to the big day, my fiancé and I had regular check-in meetings with Kisha, which helped us stay on track with our planning timeline and feel confident that everything was coming together. The day before the wedding, Kisha met with us to pick up all the items that needed to be displayed or used at both the ceremony and reception locations. She handled all of that and also attended our rehearsal, walking through the ceremony to ensure everything was perfect. On the wedding day itself, Kisha and her assistant were completely on top of everything!!!! Because of them, my husband and I were able to fully relax and truly enjoy our day without worrying about a single detail (and our family and friends could relax too and enjoy being guests). ch. I would run ideas by them and they would run ideas by me that they feel would be better in their expertise and I truly appreciated that! I told them I want a seamless experience for my guests and to prioritize certain things and they made it a point to make sure those things happen. Of course, no matter what you do.. things will go wrong on your wedding day! But having a team to back you up and diffuse the little fires everywhere is super important. The ladies did their best to make sure everything ran as smooth as possible and I truly appreciate them for being personable and understanding. They even remembered to pack the food we didn’t eat at the wedding and brought it to our hotel for us! We were those naive engaged couples who thought wedding planning was as simple as planning a large party & that we could handle it ourselves on top of our busy work schedules. As w...

e got further along in the process, we were hit with the reality that it was much more complicated. There were more involved logistics & especially with the type of venue we had chosen (a short-term house rental in the middle of the desert), there were other challenging aspects to consider. We finally made the decision to book wedding planners about 2 months out from our wedding date. Enter, Kisha & Brandi, as our wedding planners. They were so methodical & detail-oriented, in even the smaller tasks. They contacted all our other vendors (who we had booked beforehand) & helped us find more within our budget to make our vision for our big day come to life. They communicated with us regularly & helped us come up with an expedited task list to accommodate our schedules & keep us on track. We felt we were prepared for the day with a timeline broken down to the minute; we were going to be able to let go & enjoy our day. Come the day of our wedding. We were hopeful things would go perfect but of course nothing ever goes as planned. But our wedding planners were able to pivot. They helped with setting up tables & decor, gathering our wedding party & guests, adjusting our schedule when one of our vendors didn’t show up & had another vendor step in, & they stepped in when our other vendor who was supposed to provide specified services didn’t (these vendors that didn’t live up to our expectations were booked prior to us booking our wedding planners and therefore weren’t vetted by them, so that may have been the issue – couples, learn from our mistakes!!). They handled every issue behind the scenes with grace, keeping us informed without ever causing unnecessary stress. They truly became our eyes & ears, allowing us to relax & actually enjoy our wedding. Looking back, we honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without them. If we’d tried to handle everything on our own, the day would have been a logistical nightmare. Instead, it was a beautiful, joy-filled experience that we’ll remember forever. After the wedding, we had a debriefing session where we learned how our caterer had really dropped the ball & Kisha & Brandi continued to have support us, advocating on our behalf, in disputing for our reimbursement from this caterer. Hiring Kisha & Brandi was the single best decision we made for our wedding. We feel so cared for as clients & Kisha & Brandi went above & beyond to make us feel that! They brought our dream day to life & protected our peace throughout it all. We’re forever grateful.

vendors ourselves. She was always incredibly responsive, we never had to worry. Any time we needed advice or ideas, she was a text away. We had a few difficult vendors and she navigated them before the wedding and during in a professional manner even though we were frustrated. We can’t rave about Kisha enough, I wish I could have another wedding because of her 😂 Even at times, when we were feeling overwhelmed and stressed out, she reassured us that the day would be great. Considering that we had a Persian Jewish wedding and how difficult that is to navigate in general, she knew exactly what to do and say. She built out our timeline like we’ve never seen and honestly, we were anxious and afraid that things would be running way behind because of late family and guests, but she made it happen and we couldn’t be thankful enough. The day was perfect and incredible and we wouldn’t change a thing. Also, shout out to her amazing assistant, Brandi, on our wedding day as well. 10/10 service!

e to confidently leave all the important coordination decisions in Kisha’s hands and fully enjoy our day! Truthfully, we did not know what to expect with a coordinator, we just knew we definitely needed one. After our first call with Kisha we felt the biggest load off our shoulders and the excitement and joy of the wedding planning process began. It is also worth noting that our venue and vendors posed some serious (almost comical) unexpected roadblocks on our planning journey, some happening even days before and day of the wedding! Despite these challenges out of our control, Kisha skillfully and gracefully made our dream happen! She knows the industry and has the skills to navigate challenges even in the eleventh hour. We can’t thank Kisha enough for being a part of our big day at Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills. We love you Kisha!

eas and was indecisive at times, she helped me narrow them down and ensured my vision became a reality. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly attentive and supportive! I had no idea there was a slight snafu on the day of the wedding because she's so good at what she does. All day long, she made sure we were taken care of. Despite the wedding being over, she continued to look after us. Rose and Poppy is a perfect choice for any upcoming event you are planning.
