Read through every email exchange we had with our vendors and handled all communications with them moving forward. When issues came up, she gracefully handled them and held our vendors accountable - she ensured they provided exactly what they originally promised to us and we were very grateful to have them handle the awkward conversations for us like the pros they are. A month before the wedding, Kisha also caught a mistake we made - we shared the wrong date with our videographers and she saved us from an epic disaster which we were so also incredibly grateful for. On top of all that, Brandi also went out of her way to pick up wedding items from our house and drove VERY far to pick up late night pizzas to save us time and allow my husband and I to road trip together to our event location instead of taking separate cars. They ran everything like a well oiled machine. I truly don’t know how anyone can manage having a wedding without day of coordinators, they did SO much and there’s no way I could have enjoyed a second of our wedding without them.  They also helped transform our venue into a beautiful fairytale. I provided all of the items, told them my vision and asked them to use their best judgement of how things should look in real time. It turned out like a fairytale and that was the word all of our guests used to describe the event. Everyone said it was flawless. The best part was the peace of mind they gave us. It was clear that they are experts at what they do and that we were in good hands. My husband and bridal party all commented on how wonderful they were. I highly recommend you hire Rose & Poppy for your event if you want an expert team that’s detail oriented, great vibes, and will always have your back.

Whether I needed advice, fresh ideas, her opinion on contracts, or help navigating vendor relationships, she was always there with thoughtful guidance and reassurance. I had already secured most of my vendors before working with her, but Kisha seamlessly stepped in to coordinate vendor communication. Not having to manage endless emails saved my sanity in the weeks leading up to the wedding (I seriously cannot stress this point enough lol). She also attended our venue walkthrough with the venue director, which was extremely helpful. She asked all the right questions and made sure everything would meet our expectations. As we got closer to the big day, my fiancé and I had regular check-in meetings with Kisha, which helped us stay on track with our planning timeline and feel confident that everything was coming together. The day before the wedding, Kisha met with us to pick up all the items that needed to be displayed or used at both the ceremony and reception locations. She handled all of that and also attended our rehearsal, walking through the ceremony to ensure everything was perfect. On the wedding day itself, Kisha and her assistant were completely on top of everything!!!! Because of them, my husband and I were able to fully relax and truly enjoy our day without worrying about a single detail (and our family and friends could relax too and enjoy being guests).  I would 1000% recommend Rose and Poppy Events to any couple looking for a planner or coordinator who genuinely cares and delivers exceptional service. Kisha was an absolute dream to work with, and I cannot thank her enough for being there for us every step of the way. 

ere were always scheduled phone calls throughout the year+ of planning making sure I was on track and didnt forget anything! There was an issue with the deck I was supposed to use as our dance floor the day before our wedding weekend and Keisha helped solve the issue and really made sure I felt heard and supported. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone who wants a wedding planner that treats you like family and has your back!!

e got further along in the process, we were hit with the reality that it was much more complicated. There were more involved logistics & especially with the type of venue we had chosen (a short-term house rental in the middle of the desert), there were other challenging aspects to consider. We finally made the decision to book wedding planners about 2 months out from our wedding date. Enter, Kisha & Brandi, as our wedding planners. They were so methodical & detail-oriented, in even the smaller tasks. They contacted all our other vendors (who we had booked beforehand) & helped us find more within our budget to make our vision for our big day come to life. They communicated with us regularly & helped us come up with an expedited task list to accommodate our schedules & keep us on track. We felt we were prepared for the day with a timeline broken down to the minute; we were going to be able to let go & enjoy our day. Come the day of our wedding. We were hopeful things would go perfect but of course nothing ever goes as planned. But our wedding planners were able to pivot. They helped with setting up tables & decor, gathering our wedding party & guests, adjusting our schedule when one of our vendors didn’t show up & had another vendor step in, & they stepped in when our other vendor who was supposed to provide specified services didn’t (these vendors that didn’t live up to our expectations were booked prior to us booking our wedding planners and therefore weren’t vetted by them, so that may have been the issue – couples, learn from our mistakes!!). They handled every issue behind the scenes with grace, keeping us informed without ever causing unnecessary stress. They truly became our eyes & ears, allowing us to relax & actually enjoy our wedding. Looking back, we honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without them. If we’d tried to handle everything on our own, the day would have been a logistical nightmare. Instead, it was a beautiful, joy-filled experience that we’ll remember forever. After the wedding, we had a debriefing session where we learned how our caterer had really dropped the ball & Kisha & Brandi continued to have support us, advocating on our behalf, in disputing for our reimbursement from this caterer. Hiring Kisha & Brandi was the single best decision we made for our wedding. We feel so cared for as clients & Kisha & Brandi went above & beyond to make us feel that! They brought our dream day to life & protected our peace throughout it all. We’re forever grateful.

We can’t rave about Kisha enough, I wish I could have another wedding because of her 😂 Even at times, when we were feeling overwhelmed and stressed out, she reassured us that the day would be great. Considering that we had a Persian Jewish wedding and how difficult that is to navigate in general, she knew exactly what to do and say. She built out our timeline like we’ve never seen and honestly, we were anxious and afraid that things would be running way behind because of late family and guests, but she made it happen and we couldn’t be thankful enough. The day was perfect and incredible and we wouldn’t change a thing. Also, shout out to her amazing assistant, Brandi, on our wedding day as well. 10/10 service!
