planning stage, she kept us on track and helped us bring our vision to life (more like helped us figure the vision out cause we had a hard time deciding what we wanted) with her styling. She answered all of our million questions with patience, and every time we got off the phone with her we would look at each other and say this is the best money we’ve spent on the wedding. Katie is professional, energetic, extremely knowledgeable, patient and calm. On the day of, she was by my side at almost every moment and had everything organized and under control. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything, except for making sure to eat, which Katie also reminded us to do! There were no hiccups and that's 100% due to Katie. Her assistant Sydnee was awesome and they made a great team. What was really special is that Katie kept checking on me to see what I needed and to make sure that I was doing OK, and I really appreciated that. She also took great care to make sure that my pregnant bridesmaid had everything she needed. She worked her magic to get some floral stains out of my dress. I could go on and on about how amazing, hard-working, detail, oriented, and thoughtful she is. My entire family loved having her and I had people tell me that they were going to hire her when they get married. I cannot recommend Katie and her team more, she is the first thing you should book after getting engaged!

Katie was there to handle every issue and question that I had leading up to the wedding; be it calling vendors for me or just letting me vent to her about what was currently stressing me out. On the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly and I attribute all of that to Katie. Our ceremony ended up running longer than anticipated and she was able to change the timeline around for the rest of the evening so that it flowed seamlessly without me even knowing. Katie was everything one would need in a wedding day coordinator: prompt communication, kindness, resourcefulness, and well-organized. She really helped me navigate how to plan a wedding during COVID. Katie was always there when I needed to chat about a potential concern or anxiety about the big day. Not only was she calm, cool, and collected, she's so fun to be around! Her team set up my decor, made sure my vision was executed properly, helped me pee, fixed my veil, etc. RGE really helped our day be as magical as we had hoped.

about a year from our wedding. She kept us on schedule throughout the entire year, in a step-by-step way that kept us from feeling overwhelmed. Even more, Katie's easy demeanor and kindness make her a joy to work with and promote a stress-free experience.
She's incredibly responsive to what you need out of a planner -- Katie was empowered to make executive decisions about things I didn't care about and she worked to perfect the things I did care about.
She really shines on the event days, though. She kept everything under control and moving, all while keeping such a positive attitude and paying close attention to the happiness levels of everyone around her. She understands what's important and what's not (based on her experience but also from a year of working with me). Multiple people in our wedding party said that they're going to hire Katie when they get married based on just watching her during our wedding (and one of my friends already did hire her!).
Perhaps most importantly, our parents and families felt so taken care of by Katie. That meant they could actually relax and enjoy the day (as could we). Kristen from her team, who we met on our wedding day, was also so nice and helpful.

We chose Katie to begin her services 6 weeks out from our wedding day and my only regret is that we didn't book her for more time! Her demeanor, body language, personality, and voice are so soothing and calming. I remember the first time we met her in person was at our final walkthrough where there were a million people asking a million questions and one look at her and having her chime in made me feel so supported and awesome.
Another testament to Katie is that she picked a total A-Team to help her on the big day! She had two amazing gals as her assistants - Monica and Rachel - and they were stellar. Rachel ran our rehearsal like a boss and when Katie came down with pneumonia on our wedding day, Rachel stepped in and absolutely killed it. I just wanted to share that tidbit as well because Katie herself is so amazing, but she surrounds herself with equally as amazing human beings!

he vendors that we selected based on her recommendation were all top notch and contributed to making our day run so smoothly. There were a few hiccups on the day of (ladies, it’s bound to happen)that I did not find out about until days later because Katie handled them so effortlessly. Weather required us to move our ceremony to plan B. While I was upset, Katie reassured me and offered me several options to make me feel comfortable in making the decision to move it. I am very type A, a planner and an organizer, so to be able to sit back on the day of the wedding and not have to worry about anything other than enjoying every moment was such a treat and only possible because I knew that Katie was on top of everything. p in the air as to DC/Baltimore/Maryland) from Tampa, FL, and I had no idea what I was doing. Where to start, what to do, how to research things... it's overwhelming to say the least. Katie provided great direction, asked all of the right questions, made sure we didn't miss any details, and made amazing recommendations that all resulted in my wedding being absolutely perfect. She knew everything to look out for and all of the things that a novice like me would have missed. She was also extremely helpful with advice about how to deal with various family issues that come up during wedding planning. All of the vendors she recommended turned out to be perfect and amazing. When it came to the day of she and her assistant took care of everything. I probably should have though about what would happen to our centerpieces, bouquets, gifts and cards, and I'm sure other accessories that were our responsibility, but none of it crossed my mind and it was all taken care of. Katie made sure NOTHING was missed. My day never would have been as beautiful, as seamless, and as fun as it was without her!
