Our large event space has a capacity of 320 with tables and chairs, which are included with your rental of the large space, and 600 without tables. With your choice of cocktail, farmhouse, round, or rectangle tables. Bring your event to life with onsight decor rental from Something Borrowed.

Our newly remodeled building boasts eclectic decor and an industrial vibe with original wood rafter ceilings, brick and cinder-block walls, oversized windows, overhead doors and a floor custom-made from concrete and local river rock. - Rosemary StiensOwnerMy name is Rosemary Stiens. My husband Kirby and I raised our four children on a farm that once housed the Rose Hill School. Rose Hill Acres Event Center is a dream close to 30 years in the making. God’s timing was that I raise my children first, then I could truly enjoy this dream. Learning stories about life events, history and family has always been an interest of mine. I am curious by nature and am always asking questions. The event center is a natural progression to helping others start major events, their story, if you will. Seeing people on one of their best days is a blessing to watch while their story begins. As much as we would like to believe fulfilling a dream was done on our own because it was our dream, everyone has those who lift us along the way if we look around. My husband Kirby is a hardworking farmer who has always prioritized his family. While he tolerated my frustration about how long my dream took to come to fruition when the time was right, he dusted the dream off and encouraged me to go after it and I am grateful for his support. You see my blessings in the pictures. My wish is that all who enjoy Rose Hill Acres Event Center, whether it be for business, pleasure, or family, be as blessed with support and love, both sweet and tough, and unending faith as that is what dreams truly are made of.

I have worked at Rose Hill Acres & Something Borrowed since June of 2022. My favorite part of working here is that everyday is different, and allows for creative freedom. ations by consistently engaging in dialogue throughout the long planning process. They were consistently willing to discuss ways to bring my vision to life for our special day. The beautiful decor available for rental helped set an elegant summer cocktail hour, dinner, and dance celebration that was enjoyed by all in an immaculately clean and gorgeous setting. The outdoor space provided a retreat for those seeking a quieter conversation area, away from the lights and sounds of the energetic dance floor. Rosemary Stiens, the owner, was present the day before as we were setting up to check in and ensure the space was ready to go for us! Janara Sims, who oversees the venue's inventory and decor rentals, was extremely helpful in selecting and setting up all of our rentals and decor. We enjoyed all the amenities offered, such as the rehearsal dinner room at Something Borrowed, along with the convenient tuxedo rental boutique. The large bridal suite was stunning and met the needs of space for our makeup artist, hair stylist, and all bridesmaids. The private groomsmen’s suite was an added bonus that the party was able to appreciate. Our caterer was able to easily maneuver the food through the kitchen space to set up with ease. Maryville Florist worked with Rose Hill staff to coordinate their attractive flower arrangements throughout the space. In doing so, the vibrant, aesthetically pleasing venue made for the most beautiful day. Rose Hill Acres Event Center could not have been more helpful in ensuring our family and friends had an enjoyable evening!

Beautiful venue with tons of room and character. We were so pleased with the accommodating staff and many options of layouts for our reception. This is the perfect venue for any ev...
ent, but especially weddings and receptions. There is an outside area for people to gather and get away from the music if they'd like. They also offer decor rentals which we took full advantage of. We also got our tux rentals through them. It is a one stop shop for anything wedding which is so nice because wedding planning is already so stressful. They truly went above and beyond, and we wouldn't have wanted our reception anywhere else!

Looking back on our wedding day, I’m still overwhelmed with gratitude, and so much of that is because of Rose Hill Acres Event Center and the incredible team behind it.
The staff ...
at Rose Hills went above and beyond to make sure the time leading up to my special day and my wedding day feel truly special. I didn't have any stress because I knew that the staff was going to take care of everything I needed.
One thing I absolutely loved about Rose Hills was how much character the venue already had. The space itself holds so much charm that I didn't feel like I had to go overboard with my decorations. Which gave me a peace of mind leading up to the big day!
Rose Hill Acres Event Center was everything I hoped for and more, and I truly couldn't have imagined a more perfect place or team to bring our wedding day to life.
