our wedding. We worked together to put together a playlist for the Prelude, Processional, and Recessional that felt right for us. The trio even arranged several new pieces for us to include at no cost and allowed both of our parents’ wedding songs to be played as guests were entering the ceremony. The music created an important live-ness to our wedding and was so beautifully performed. One of our friends actually recorded it (with Kathleen’s permission) and we spent a good part of the next few days listening to how great they sounded.

Aside from a fair rate and easy communication, they were even a pleasure to work with as we had to postpone our wedding a year due to the pandemic. They supported our decision entirely and happily rebooked us with no problem (or upcharge!). A truly class act.
At my wife's request they played a unique classic (Bittersweet Symphony) as she walked down the aisle and as soon as I heard the music start I became overwhelmed with emotion. I know that moment would've been powerful nonetheless but their beautiful music in the church acoustics took it over the top. What a treat.
Their repertoire is broad with all of the familiar classics and even modern tracks. Their music really elevated our wedding day and we felt it would not have been the same day without them! We cannot recommend them enough!

initial phone conversation with Kathleen, the lead, I was confident that her and her team would deliver an exceptional musical performance. To say they knocked it out of the park is truly an understatement! Prior to our wedding day, Kathleen and I went over all the details to ensure we would be having the exact ceremony we envisioned. The Rose Trio arrived at our ceremony location over a half hour early to set up, and played for well over an hour (we only reserved them for one hour...they truly go above and beyond!!). I wanted a traditional Catholic wedding ceremony feel, and selected the classics - Cannon in D, Bridal March, The Prayer, ect. What was most special is that our pre-lude included some more current love songs that our guests absolutely loved! The Rose Trio can honestly do it all and cater to any wedding style you wish. Their website is very easy to navigate and has clips of actual samples of them playing countless songs, so stress free! Elegant, talented, and truly breathtaking are just a few ways to describe the Rose Trio. My only regret is that I was only able to enjoy them for a short time, as the Bride is the last one to the ceremony and the first one to leave! Being the first of three girls in my family to be married, I am so happy to share that we plan to use the Rose Trio for all of our ceremony and string music needs for years to come! t string ensemble in the nj ny area. and believe me before i book, i research every angle....i contacted many venders before stumbling upon this gem and most of them were in the 5000 range plus for a 4 piece ....when i contacted kathleen and was told how much it was for not 4 people, but 8, i booked her 1 year in advance. and man let me tell you, she was so much fun to work with. our entire wedding was captured under the word " different" and kathleen helped make that happen. she made our wedding so magical by doing our first dance with our singers and it was , the best first dance anyone ever witnessed,...anything that you can think of, if its possible, kathleen will go above and beyond. just ask her about back to the future and indiana...ok so the ceremony....kathleens double quartet showed up 30 min prior and went over everything with our singer and dj. once the ceremony was concluded, i hhad guests coming up to me asking if that was coming from a speaker. but then i said look behind you and they were shocked on how good it sounded. our first dance amazing , the mother son dance , amazing....working with kathleen was a joyful pleasure and i highly recommend her .she turned our special day into a magical moment of memories that will last a life time. 5 stars is hardly anything compared to what i want to really give. 100 stars is more appropriate ,
