I would hire Rosebud again and again. I had a beach wedding and wanted only leafy greens, but not tropical cliche. They put together the most beautiful and unique concept (at the best price) of anyone quoted. They were excited about my idea and made me feel great. Day of, nature didn't cooperate. We needed to move inside due to rain and one of the installations we planned didn't fit through the door. The on-site team had a backup plan with appropriately sized props, helped me imagine it, and executed... taking the stress off of a very stressful situation. And it was gorgeous. I got so many compliments, like nothing strayed from the plan. Of all my vendors, they are my favorite. Thank you!

my bouquet looked NOTHING like we'd agreed. It honestly was hideous. I would've been happier with a grocery store arrangement than what they first brought for me. Thankfully they were still on-site doing an install so my MOH was able to get them to fix it. The next major issue came the next morning when the venue was calling me to inform me I'd be charged an extra $250 because the florist never came to deinstall the dance floor. Both my venue and my coordinator said they had never heard of a florist not deinstalling something they installed. When I contacted them about the issue, as expected, they went total ghost mode. These people are frauds and just bad at their job. Use ANYONE else.

Regarding the deinstallation of the dance floor florals: We always aim to communicate responsibilities and logistics clearly with both the client and venue. We are currently reviewing this situation internally to ensure that any miscommunication is resolved and that this does not happen in the future. It’s never our intention to leave any client feeling unsupported or unheard. We truly value the trust our clients place in us, especially under time constraints, and we're disappointed to hear you felt otherwise. nything I wanted, Sasha said she could make it happen. The flowers on the day of the wedding were so gorgeous, but a few things did go wrong. I requested just the bride's bouquet be brought to our hotel where I was getting ready the morning of the wedding for flat lay pictures. They ended up bringing my bouquet in addition to all the bridesmaid bouquets in vases in a giant cardboard holder. This made it extremely difficult to transport all the vases to the venue, especially with all my bridesmaids being dressed up. It was heavy and required two people to hold. We had to call some guy friends for help moving the florals to our venue, causing us to arrive later than expected. Also, the groom boutonniere was supposed to be different from the others, but nothing in the boxes were labeled, so the wrong boutonniere ended up on my husband, which we didn't notice until after the wedding while looking at photos. Finally, I had confirmed over the phone at our final detail call that I wanted flower petals along the aisle for my ceremony, and they were not delivered. I was obviously distracted and busy the day of the wedding, so I didn't notice until I was walking down the aisle that the flower petals were not there. It was very disappointing because that would've added so much beauty to the ceremony space, but the flowers around the arch of the ceremony were exactly how I imagined, and my bouquet and centerpieces were also perfect. So, the quality of the florals outweighed the mishaps. I would definitely recommend Rosebud to future brides, but just be very clear with what you want and be sure to designate a family member or friend to double check everything the day of the wedding so you have enough time to call and get it resolved.

y experience but did have a few bumps to deal with the day of my wedding that I really didn’t want to have to deal with. I was supposed to have 2 flower girl baskets (stated clearly in my contract) and only 1 was in the bridal suite. They did end up getting me another one by the time I needed it. Then the men’s boutonnieres were supposed to be magnetic and they were not. A few days after my wedding I reached out to the company and they did give me a gift card to use at their establishment, but that does not make up for the inconvenience caused on my wedding day.

And she allowed me to bring the extra material from the bridesmaids’ alterations to be used for the bouquets, so they matched the dresses also. I met with Katelyn and emailed her throughout the whole planning process. She was so helpful and so knowledgeable about all the different types of greenery and flowers and came up with the perfect combination. They even had items there that we could rent for the reception. The delivery to the church, my home, and venue on wedding day was right on schedule and the flowers arrived in perfect condition. I had guests telling me how gorgeous the centerpieces were and asking for the florist’s contact information. Not to mention the price… Kate and Madison worked with my budget and we’re very mindful of that throughout this process. wonderful to work with and made my wedding look incredible! I have got so many compliments on the bouquets and floral arrangements that were used on our moongate (rented from Rosebud). They were just so perfect for our color scheme and the time of year! They were prompt with delivery and set up and were a pleasure to work with! Truly amazed at the beautiful work they do with their flowers!! I cannot recommend them enough!
