My daughter's wedding was this past Sat. The bridal party's flowers were very nice and worth the price charged. I don't know the price of the centerpieces, but they were nice as well. However, there were several issues as detailed:
1. I order...
ed flowers for my house. The centerpiece was $75. We discussed it in details and even talked about the container. When I picked it up, it was in a vase and not even close to $75. They graciously offered to change it to a centerpiece and it ended up being beautiful. Had I not questioned the price, I would have received a $30 arrangement.
2. The bridal party flowers were delivered to my house but my flowers for the wedding were not. My daughter called and they sent my flowers. Rosebud's response to me was that they were not sure where to deliver them. Then why not call and ask? I was with my daughter and she was very clear regarding what was to be delivered where. The Groom’s mother’s flowers were sent to my house instead of the groom's location, and no, my flowers did not go to the groomsmen.
3. Due to the forecasted weather, Rosebud recommended the “gazebo” decorations be changed to 4 arrangements on pillars so they could be portable. No one could believe that I paid $100 per arrangement. I was so disappointed and feel that I was taken advantage of. Rosebud did not address this except to say at the start of their overall response that they were sorry I was disappointed. Please see the UPDATE
4. The most upsetting item (which brought me to tears) was that a rose I bought was not delivered to the venue. As soon as we arrived to the venue, I immediately asked for the rose so I could place it at our table. The staff searched and they could not find it. I called but Rosebud was closed. I didn’t realize it but the venue also called. The venue then offered to go out and purchase a rose.
When I ordered the rose in person, I told them it was for my husband to give his daughter for their dance. Rosebud told me that they delivered the rose and placed it in the gazebo. When I arrived, it was not in the gazebo. Rosebud did send a refund.
UPDATE:
I have spoken to the owner Bob and really appreciated his time and consideration. He was very concerned and sincerely wanted to make things right. He cares about his customers and business reputation, and he was truly upset. He was very gracious and accepting of my feedback. He is going to send a partial refund, which I plan to donate to a Pitman charity so everyone wins. I am very pleased with the outcome.

As was noted by Dawn the flowers for the wedding were nice and overall of good value as indicated in the review and my conversation with Dawn. As in every interaction with clients its important that both parties communicate effectively. I appreciated that Dawn provided us constructive feedback and we will use this information to fine tune our procedures. Even after 71 years in business we can always learn how to do better. The flowers were beautiful and they were brought on time! The staff was extremely friendly and even offered a discount. The only downside is that because of the weather my beautiful flowers started to wilt.

he really helped shape my vision, and help me choose the best flowers to make what I wanted become a reality. We ordered bouquets for me (the bride), and my bridesmaids. Boutonniere's for my groom, his groomsmen, father of the bride and groom and grandparents, as well as wrist corsages for the mother of the bride/groom. I also ordered a toss bouquet, which unfortunately I never received (that would probably be the only downfall), but it really wasn't that big of a deal at all. I didn't notice until it was almost time for the bouquet toss, so I just used one of my bridesmaids bouquet, and it worked just fine. It was an honest mistake on their part, which was totally fine. I also picked up orange rose petals the day before to sprinkle on the tables at the reception and they matched the roses I had in my large bouquet which was also wrapped with burlap and included a burlap rosette. The mens' boutonnieres were baby's breath wrapped in burlap as well. Everything looked exactly as I had expected it to! ed) were understood, as I had even emailed back and forth, confirming all of the details for my wedding day. Two days before my wedding I was told that the flowers that they had ordered for my bouquet were not "bridal flower" quality and that they were sent back. Even though this made me nervous, I was assured that there was a good solution to fix this issue. On the day of my wedding I walked into my house where the flowers were delivered and completely walked past them not even thinking they were flowers for my wedding! When I was told that the flowers that were there, were the flowers delivered by RoseBud Floral Art and I immediately called them because it was not at all what I had ordered. The flowers did not match anything in my wedding, and it was not even close to my vision that we had discussed. They tried to fix the situation by picking up the flowers an hour before I had to walk down the isle to fix them. Because of this, I was not able to have the flowers that I paid for in any of my bridal party pictures on the day of my wedding. I was handed my bouquet seconds before my ceremony began and noticed that the flowers that they had replaced the previous ones with were wilted, brown on the edges, and did not match the other flowers used for the bridal party ones that they also had to fix. The flowers for the centerpieces that I ordered were not at all what I envisioned or what we had discussed. Overall I would not recommend this florist because a bride should never have to stress out about this on her wedding day or feel disappointed that she paid for something that she did not get.

ers. The wedding was several months ago and as I have communicated privately with Kierstyn I could not offer her a direct reason for the flowers in her bouquets to have faded. Some of the same flowers used in her bouquets were also used in her centerpieces and Kierstyn indicated by email that they were fresh and nice. We make every effort for every Bride's wedding to do our very best. But it in unexceptable to have flowers not be in excellent condition for the length of the wedding. We will review our flower handling procedures to make sure in the future this will not happen. As far as fragrance from the flowers, each type of flowers have varying degrees of freshness and unfortunately due the mass producing of flowers some of the flowers have less fragrance then in the past. Floral Wedding Design Manager Katelynn Schmidt Chambers brings a fresh perspective to each and every wedding. Kate has been a top floral designer in the Philadelphia area for more than 15 years. After starting her career at rosebuds in her teens she went on to be the lead Designer and Wedding Floral Coordinator for some of Philadelphia's top wedding florists. We are fortunate that her floral career has made a full circle and she has returned to where she started, Rosebud Floral Art of Pitman, NJ. Kate has great creativity and has designed and setup up weddings in the top venues.
