Jennifer and I worked together for over a year on my wedding (and last-minute flowers for my bridal shower). At times communication was tough, but it was all worth it in the end. Jennifer completely saw my vision through and everything turned out beautiful. What impressed me the most is that she was the one on site the day off assembling and placing everything herself with little to no help. Pricing is extremely competitive/reasonable and you can feel confident that she will do what it takes to make your floral dreams come to life. The floral arrangements were top notch along with our ceremony arch. Definitely recommend!

I loved working with Jennifer on the flowers for our wedding! She was fantastic to work with during the quote process, and was good to work with as our date drew near and we had some changes. I received a lot of compliments on the flowers at our wedding, guests let us know that they flowers from our centerpieces they took home at the end of the night were still fresh almost 2 weeks later. Roses are Red is some distance from our location, but I would have thought she was next door with her seamless service. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, better that I could imagine!

Jennifer and the Roses are Red team were so amazing to work with. She helped me to have my dream wedding, with the most beautiful flowers. She was able to help match the colors, even though they were not standard (we went with terracotta, eucalyptus green and blush). I was working to be on a tight budget but she found ways to help reduce costs without compromising on the flowers we wanted. She also was so sweet working with my family. Between all of us, there were several emails going around and she was incredibly patient. The day of, I only saw her very briefly. She had arrived at the venue to set up before I was even there and everything looked incredible. As I prepared to head towards the altar, she was on her way out, and I got to say thank you. Truly, I couldn't speak more highly of our experience with Roses are Red! Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer was the best florist I could have ever asked for for my wedding. She truly went above and beyond (at such a great price) to make sure everything was perfect. I do not know much about flowers and am not the best at decor, but she knew the answer for everything. I had a small reception due to Covid and I was worried the restaurant would not reflect the beauty of a wedding. I had nothing to worry about because when I walked into the restaurant where our reception was it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I would rate her 10 stars if I could. You will not regret booking with her!

It was a little tricky finding the pickup location, as she doesn’t have a storefront, but she was willing to deliver anywhere! I will definitely recommend Roses are Red Events to future brides.

The flowers were absolutely spectacular--fresh, beautiful, and exactly in my wedding colors. I don't know much (anything) about flowers, but I spewed various words at Jennifer on our call, and she put together the most fantastic set of flowers for our microwedding. She was also really flexible--for our October wedding, we were in the florist search right when the COVID lockdown happened. Jennifer was responsive and helpful and flexible as we figured out what to do. I would recommend her for any wedding!

Jennifer at Roses are Red Events was amazing in helping make our wedding vision a reality! We ended up having to downscale our wedding as well as move it out of town and Roses are Red worked with us to make sure we still had everything we needed. She also gave us specific instructions to make sure the arrangements looked just as fresh for the ceremony as they did when we picked them up! We worked with Jennifer for our wedding in October 2019 and for the most part she was great to work with. She was really helpful and professional to work with. With everything to keep track of I realized a day after my final payment was due date that I missed it. I called/text her panicking and she was very relaxed about the situation and told me it was not a problem, which was a huge relief. Our flowers were beautiful and the bouquets themselves were fresh and well put together. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I requested the bouquet to be a mixture of a burgundy/wine, white, and blush pink. They were mostly white and blush pink with 3 or 4 bright red roses in them. They were still beautiful, but they weren’t the color I requested and they didn’t really match the bridesmaids dresses or our colors for our wedding. When I reached out to Jennifer after the fact she told me that matching colors can be difficult. While I understand that, I wish she would have reached out to me that week to see if this would be okay. I would have rather she not included the bright red flowers and just leave them white and pink, and was disappointed that I was not able to have the flowers I dreamt of for my wedding. Again, she was great to work with and I would still recommend her. I just think that she might want to let her brides know if she is not able to deliver the exact results someone is paying for so that they could come up with a solution.

Roses are Red Events and Jennifer did an outstanding job for our wedding! From the very beginning with the first consultation, she knew how to bring to life the fuzzy images the flowers I wanted for my wedding. She’s very knowledgeable about her craft and it shows! The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and masterfully arranged. Plus, she was very professional while setting up and taking down the arrangements! I waltzed into my initial consult with Jennifer with no idea what I wanted aside from colors. I sat with her for awhile and by the end of the consult, I was beyond stoked for everything she'd pulled together. She was my first and last floral consult. My daughter’s wedding was February 2019, and the flowers were done absolutely beautifully. From the brides, bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and every arrangement throughout the venue couldn’t have looked more perfect. At the end of the evening, arrangements were made to have everything picked up. It was such a blessing that we didn’t have to be concerned about anything; everyone was exhausted. I would definitely use their Roses are Red services again without a second thought.

Very beautiful, affordable floral arrangements, designed uniquely for each bride! I was so pleased when I met with Jennifer and she designed my bouquets and center pieces based off of my visions. Everything came out just perfect. Some of her responses did take a little longer than I preferred, but everything turned out perfectly.

I used Jennifer for my Beach Themed Wedding and she hit it out of the park!!! She was on-time with the drop off at the chapel & the Hall. Which was a great feeling on the day of your wedding. Secondly because our first meeting was so professional, informative and helpful. Many details were discussed and I could feel Jennifer's vibrant energy, I took a leap of faith to trust her in bringing my vision to life. The week of my wedding I felt so unorganized but my florist contacted me, returned phone calls immediately and helped me to stay at ease. The flowers were remarkable, I cant believe that my wedding looked like a million bucks due to Roses are Red Events and I paid way less than what other florist wanted to charge. Roses Are Red Events did a great job with the floral arrangements in my wedding. They were bright and beautiful and how I wanted them. The only things I would say to improve are communication and sizes (It was difficult to get a hold of the florist and was only able to through email. Also, the center pieces although beautiful were smaller than I imagined). Above all that, great service!

We hired Roses are Red Events for our wedding, and Jennifer did an amazing job!! Our centerpieces had floating candles and rose petals with colored pebbles at the bottom and they looked absolutely gorgeous!! All the bouquets turned out great. Her prices are very fair as well. We could not recommend this place more!! We were so happy with the final result!!

Jen was amazing to work with. She was the first and only vendor that we met with. We first met with her because of her designs on her website and I purposely wanted to avoid using the vendors that my friends used, just to do something different. Our first meeting with Jen lasted about 3 hours. She is so thorough and detailed. She has great ideas and can really put together beautiful combinations of colors. We felt very comfortable using her after that first meeting. The prices are aligned with exactly what I was expecting. The day of the wedding, it was great to see it all come together. The colors were beautiful as were the centerpieces. There were a few things that didn't look as I had expected - none of which are deal breakers in any way. Honestly, everything was gorgeous, reasonable priced, and Jen offers fantastic customer service and detail. 1.The ribbon around the hand held portion of the bouquets was cheap quality. They were coming unraveled before the ceremony began. Luckily, that is such a small detail that is not visible to anyone because your hands are covering/holding it. 2. The flowers for the groom/groomsmen was smaller than I expected and the center pin was supposed to be purple and looked more like a hot pink. 3. Some of our centerpieces were large stick arrangements with crystals hanging from them. They were beautiful, although I envisioned them to be larger than they were.

I went to Jennifer to do my bouquets and flowers for the boys since I was doing my own centerpieces. She was great to work with and she really worked with me to get the idea of what I wanted out of my head and into a reality. The flowers showed up to the church a little later than expected but they were stunning and exactly as beautiful as I hoped they would've been. I got many compliments on them from people all night and they lasted all day. I definitely recommend Jennifer for wedding flowers to anyone since she is easy to work with, responsive, affordable, and creative.

I must say, the flowers provided for my event were beautiful! However, the service I received was less than desirable. I met with Jennifer about 9 months before my wedding. I was excited because one of my wedding colors was a royal blue and she said she could dye roses that shade to match. She was the first florist who told me they could do that. The four florists prior said it would kill the flowers if they tried. We discussed all the other information and my husband and I booked her for our wedding. Things started to go bad a month before the wedding. The photographer was going to one location in Clinton Township to shoot me and my bridesmaids and then would go to the church in Warren to shoot the groom and groomsmen. I wanted everyone to have their flowers for these photo shoots. My MIL said she would pay extra so that RARE could deliver the flowers so it was one less thing for us to worry about the day of the wedding. The week before the wedding Jennifer and I were playing phone tag trying to work out getting the flowers where they needed to be when they needed to be there. We worked it out that she would deliver the flowers to the church at 10:00 a.m. and one of my bridesmaids would stop by the church and pick up the flowers to bring them to the house so we could have them for pictures. I found out the week of the wedding that there was a funeral at the church in the morning. It would be over about 10:30 a.m. I e-mailed Jennifer to let her know that she would not be able to deliver flowers to the church until after 10:30 a.m. I also asked if one of my bridesmaids could stop by her office before then to get the bouquets as the photographer was supposed to start shooting at 10:30 a.m. but never got a response on that question. I called her the day before the wedding to make final arrangements and make sure everyone was on the same page. She told me that it would be “inconvenient” for her to go to the office to let my bridesmaid pick up our bouquets there and said they could pick them up from the church at 10:30 a.m. The problem with that was then I’d be missing a bridesmaid and our flowers for half of the shoot! Even if I got someone else to get them, we’d still be missing the flowers in our photos. She said she could deliver to the house but then someone would need to run the boutonnieres to the guys or they wouldn’t have them in their pictures. We couldn’t really come to an agreement and I told her I’d think about it and call her back. Since it was the day before the wedding to say I was freaking out was an understatement! Luckily, my MIL saved the day and offered to pick up the flowers from RARE office and bring us our bouquets and deliver the flowers to the church. I called Jennifer and told her that’s what we would do. So, after paying her extra to deliver she didn’t end up delivering AND never even offered to give us back the extra $100 we paid her to deliver. Again, the flowers were beautiful but I’m not sure it was worth the hassle/stress.

I am soooo pleased that we went with Jennifer. After our first meeting she knew what we wanted, she understood our vision and we felt very comfortable with her. We currently live in AZ so we had to plan the wedding from out of town and whenever I had questions,which I had a lot, she always took the time to answer them quickly and efficiently. She was amazing. I wanted petals for my aisle way, but in a scroll pattern, not just lines down the sides and she executed it BEAUTIFULLY! She made a template of scroll work and laid it down and filled it in and repeated the process until my aisle way was suburb. I couldn't have asked for it any better, that was basically the only out door decor we had and it looked awesome. Our centerpieces turned out better than expected. The blue led lights really lit up the tab;e cloths and added to the museum. Jennifer understands what vision you have as a bride and executes it wonderfully.

I met with Jennifer at the urging of my MIL to-be. I wasn't sure what I wanted as the centerpieces for my fall wedding. Price was important to me, because we planned on having 300+ guests. After our consultation, Jennifer delivered with elegant, light-catching displays of glass, votives, crystal, and willow and birch branches. As for my bridal party flowers, I found that I could afford EXACTLY what I wanted. I simply explained the color scheme and style I liked and Jennifer took time explaining to me how I could achieve the look on my budget. I was so impressed by Jennifer's professionalism and creativity. She really gave my wedding the perfect ambiance and I received many compliments on the flowers and centerpieces from guests. If I have another major event in the future, I will definitely go with Roses are Red!

I had met with a few other florist/decor vendors before Jennifer and really did not like anyone I had met. Jennifer was a dream vendor! She is very professional, responsive, easy to work with, wants to make sure she is within your budget (such a help!) and offers great tips, ideas and suggestions. I really wasn't sure what I was looking for before meeting with her and she spent over two hours going through idea books with me that she created herself. We met a second time to actually pull centerpieces together and look at samples. I picked out elements that I liked and she put them together to create a really unique and beautiful look for our ceremony and reception. Of all the florists we found, she was the best value and exceeded our floral expectations!

Jennifer has a lot of vision. She was also really good when working with our budget. She not only had fresh items but many items for rent as well. Our centerpieces were beautiful and we had so many compliments.

Jennifer did a fantastic job with all of our wedding flowers! She is the only florist that I met with. I was impressed by her professionalism, samples and quick picks . . . I didn't need to meet with anyone else! Her prices are VERY reasonable. I shared my likes and dislikes with her, we looked at magazine cut-outs and she was on a roll! Had my fiance not been disappointed with the selection I made for him, I would only have had to meet with her once :). I didn't see my flowers until I got on the limo to head to the church (as a friend had picked them up from Jennifer to save money and delivered them while I was getting ready), and I was sooo happy! They smelled wonderful (but not overwhelming). She even threw in an extra Orchid in case my now-husband's was to turn throughout the day. Everything held up great! I would definitely recommend her to other brides. We chose only to go with bouquets and boutiniers, and she was not pushy at all. Jennifer even gave us some advice on our DIY centerpieces. She was professional and easy to work with, and seemed to be able to work with any budget.

My flowers were beautiful, I gave Jennifer my ideas and her results were magical! I could not have ask for a better outcome. My experience with roses are red was a pure pleasure! Jennifer is full of economical ideas that fit my budget. That was very stress free for me and turned my vision into reality and beyond. She offered me several options In my budget when others couldn't or just wouldn't. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and creativity. All the guests are still raving about my fabulous wedding decor.

The only thing that I felt I really needed to have was up lighting and boy am I glad I did. Their low cost all room rate was amazing. I had contacted several other places and their prices were per light. Looking at another room in the hall that we rented, ours definitely looked like a wedding. The other room was forced to have all the lights on, while we had a nice blue ambience. I would reccommend Roses Are Red Events to anyone and everyone, they were amazing.

Jennifer was a huge help in the planning process but most of all she made my wedding absolutely beautiful. She took my all the ideas I pictured in my head and made them better than I could imagine. The bouquets and boutonnieres were unique and beautiful and held up all day. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Roses are Red Events to anyone.

We couldn't have asked for a better night! Everything went perfectly thanks to Jennifer...we had a vision and she helped us carry it out, we had a budget and she helped us stay within it! With Jennifers artist eye our venue was transformed into the 1950s, brought my parents 40th anniversary to another level! Would highly reccommend...you will not be disappointed!

Roses are Red did a wonderful job with my flowers. I knew very little about the different kinds of flowers, I just knew I wanted calla lilies and roses. Jennifer was great with the rest. She sat down with a book of flowers and we went through each one with my telling her if I like them or not. She came up with the rest. I was absolutely in love with my bouquet and loved my bridesmaid bouquets as well. And the price for the great quality of the work was a great deal. We used Roses are Red for my parents 40th Anniverary party. We loved her work on a friends wedding that we attended, so we decided to give her a try for our party. She was very professional, and even offered assitance in the planning stages of our event. We were very happy with her work, and the attention to detail that she showed. She is a very hard worker, and very precise. Everything that was promised was delivered, and we knew all the cost up front. I highly reccomend Jennifer and will continue to use her for future events. As a bride who had a specific vision and who was overly-concerned with EVERY element and detail of my wedding, it was a pleasure to work with someone who was every bit as interested in making my vision for my special day come true as I was. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with from our initial meeting to the day of my wedding. She is professional, creative, SUPER TALENTED, and just an overall wonderful person. She took elements that I made and designed myself and was able to incorporate them into the amazing centerpieces for our reception and the bouquets and other floral arrangements for our wedding were wonderful. The flowers for the bouquets were fresh, vibrant, and full (not tapered down with alot of greens) and most of all they lived for like 2 weeks after the wedding! I will definitely use her for any events that I have or host in the future because she was absolutely awesome.

We used Jennifer as our florist and wedding coordinator for our wedding in Sept 2009. Not only did she provide quality and reasonably priced service to us, she made sure that we had the wedding of our dreams. Our family and friends are still commenting about how beautiful our wedding was. Jennifer was exceptional as our florist, as well as phenomenal as our wedding coordinator. We definitely would have been lost without her. We also hired Jennifer for our son's wedding in August, where she also did an outstanding job. We have also recommended her to several of our friends. Great ideas! She was very patient! When I panicked she always had a solution. When we made the grand entrance into the reception hall it was breathtaking! She is very creative.

I absolutely loved working with Jennifer! She was extremely helpful and had lots of creative ideas. She also wasn't afraid to let me know her opinion of my ideas, which I really appreciated! She knew we were on a tight budget and really worked with me. I met with a few different florists and she definitely had the best prices. And our reception looked absolutely gorgeous thanks to her! My wedding was an outside wedding. I had a pretty tight budget that I had to stick to and Roses are Red Events did an amazing job helping me find and design the perfect centerpieces and the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen while sticking to my budget. The arrangements were the talk to the guests, and even the photographer. I had only seen pictures of boouquets and arrangments that were done for my wedding, and I could have never been able to afford it without Jennifer.
