Magnolia is lacking in professionalism and communication (mostly the day of/ after our event - please see below) We booked for 12 hours, as well as added on the basement for the Groomsroom ( 4 hours). When I arrive with my groomsman, the "Groom...sroom" was locked. We were supposed to have accesss at 11am. Eventhough our Wedding Coordinator was with my wife and the Ladies, she was able to assist. I called a left a voicemail and nobody ever called back. Our Wedding Coordinator told me should we take care of it. at 12pm someone arrived to unlock the "Groomsroom".
The Groomsroom had ample space, a bar, tv ( which i believe didnt have cable, but yet the cable boxes were present) netflix and a sound system ( played the radio ), air hockey table, foosball table, a bathroom with a shower and tub, and a room to get dressed in. The Air hockey table wasn't working when I tried to play a game with my son (ringbearer). Needless to say it was convenient to be at the venue, however not worthy of the $400. ($100 per Hour) which I was not refunded.
We were married June 19, 2021
After the wedding I reached out multiple times in attempted to be partially refunded, and didn’t speak to them until July 14, 2021.
As of this October 13, 2021 I have yet to hear anything in regards to a partial refund, nor were they willing to discuss or communicate.
We have not been refunded anything for there lack of following the agreed contract/ agreement.
Customer service is non existent.
