idal couple were limited in their availability to tour venues, asking us to step in to assist them. We found the perfect spot just a few miles from our house making wedding planning and ceremony day easy. On a cold Sunday afternoon in early spring, we took a tour of Rosewood Manor and the Magnolia Barn. Even though the flowers and bushes were in their winter dormant state we could envision how beautiful the property would be in full bloom. They assured us that the foliage had staggered bloom intervals which would still be vibrant for a fall ceremony. Immediately we felt the pride and personal touch of this family owned and managed property. We were bubbling over with excitement when we told the bridal couple about Rosewood Manor. Upon touring the venue, they too agreed. We booked immediately after their visit. Over the coming months leading up to the wedding day the staff was attentive and helpful offering feedback and insight into making their dream day a reality. We were impressed with the ongoing improvements that made Rosewood Manor even more perfect than we could ever imagine. The outdoor ceremony site was picturesque with indoor options. Julio Sr. assured us that it never rains at ceremony time, and they were fully prepared to wipe down seats if there would be a morning shower. We contracted an extra night hosting a dinner on the patio following the rehearsal. The expansive bridal suite was perfect for the wedding party to do their makeup and hair. The groom and his men enjoyed chilling in the Grooms' room watching Ohio State football on the big screen. The fall foliage and manicured landscape was the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The photographer had many options for wedding photos around the property, with plenty of room for large family photos, even capturing a beautiful sunset. The happy couple had a private dinner in the bridal suite while the caterer tended to their guests. There was plenty of room for dining and dancing inside, while children could unwind outside and even babies could find a quiet nook to nap. We appreciated the thorough attention to details and communication as there were no surprises to us or our vendors on wedding day. From our initial tour to the last dance, the staff was always prompt with their communication and ready to lend a helping hand. Our friends and family still rave about the special day at the beautiful Rosewood Manor.

We chose the event coordination & Decor plus package which came with bimonthly meetings with a wedding planner, full access to their wide variety of decorations including table linens, centerpieces, sweetheart table backdrop, picture frames for signage & seating chart board; not to mention complete set-up and tear down of all decorations. Danielle was our wedding coordinator, she was fantastic! Danielle walked us step by step through the planning process: offering vender options and contact info, sounding board for all our ideas, wisdom and knowledge for managing realistic wedding day ideals, emotional support but most of all she followed through with all the plans we spent months collaborating on to creating the most beautiful and heart-felt wedding I could have hoped for.

ace, the option for an indoor ceremony (which we needed due to the heat wedding day), beautiful options for photos indoors and outdoors, and the friendly, responsive and professional staff! We had a great experience from the day we signed the contract and all the months leading up to the wedding day! They were great about answering questions, giving guidance, and being flexible with our requests. Our daughter said it was the best day of her life, and we got so many compliments from wedding guests about how beautiful the venue was!

Walking in, this venue blew all of the other ones out of the water, from their hospitality, to the beautiful landscaping, to the home-y vibe of the barn with fairy lights. We walked out knowing that this was the venue!! Working with Julio (our officiant and one of the managers), Danielle (one of the in-house coordinators), and the whole staff was a dream. They have the best vendor connections - I found all of my vendors through them. I could not have pictured a more beautiful wedding, and it was all thanks to the Magnolia team! So well put-together and coordinated. We have had so many compliments from family and friends about the venue. Magnolia Estate (specifically the Magnolia Barn, as that's where we had ours, but Rosewood Manor is also gorgeous!) has my HIGHEST recommendation!! Absolutely also recommend hiring the coordination staff to help your day run smoothly; I could not have done it without them. :-)

, both Danielle and Emily are phenomenal people and helped our wedding day run smoothly. Throughout our year of planning, we met with them on a bimonthly basis. They helped us organize everything from table linens to order of service to vendor communication and management. That lifted a burden from us so that we could fully enjoy and take in our special day. Additional to that service, they provide a whole room of decorations that we could choose from and really get down to the smallest details of what we wanted. The day of our wedding, we ran into very few issues. The few issues that popped up were taken care of swiftly and professionally. The Magnolia Estate team are truly ninjas, because, unless you need them, you don't see them doing all they do during the wedding day. Truly a spectacular venue. We were very happy with all aspects and would highly recommend!

So in the early fall we signed the contract for the venue and Danielle as our Coordinator; however, anytime we called, everyone (the team) knew who we were and cared so intently to ensure they could meet our wishes. Spending the little extra money for a Coordinator is so worth it. My daughter has a hard time making decisions staying on track, and gets overwhelmed very easily, so I told Danielle up front and my daughter was at ease. Danielle laid out a timeline… first get your caterer, DJ, and photographer. Since this was out of town wedding for us, they provided preferred vendors who they know intimately and all work well with The Magnolia Estate again as a team. Every month after, Danielle contacted my daughter with next steps. She has so many good ideas and recommendations if you want to veer away from traditional things. By December we started looking at linen colors, and centerpiece arrangements. OMG! She has two garages full of every kind of centerpieces imaginable. It was so important to me that I did not have to lug ANYTHING to set up or take down and haul away! That is what makes having a coordinator worth it! Every vendor that we booked was happy when we told them where the wedding was because they love Magnolia staff so much and easy to work with and accommodating. It all came together like a well oiled machine. I have never been so relaxed and confident in all my life. The staff was very easy to find for incidentals and fixed things immediately on the spot (due to our last minute change requests). It was so breath taking when I walked into the venue. It represented everything my daughter had dreamed it would be. There was not one thing we would change. The outdoor setting was gorgeous and perfectly placed. Our guests were complimenting everything all night. Danielle even helped my daughter pull off a couple surprises for me. I will forever be grateful to the Magnolia Staff and our Coordinator Danielle…Damn that woman is good! She can handle anyone and anything that you throw at her. Trust me you won’t be disappointed! 😊

Danielle did a fantastic job of making sure our daughter knew she was in capable hands. They are one of the most minimally-restrictive venues we found when it comes to using your own vendors, providing some of your own decor items to be incorporated, providing SO many of their own fabulous decor items, and so much more. The day of: We had booked Magnolia Barn -- which is a complete misnomer because there is nothing vaguely barnlike about the place except that it is a large property in a less trafficky area. Do yourself a favor: check out the photos of the place and visit in person. The groom and his guys had a suite in a totally separate building located across the parking area, complete with everything they needed in order to hang out and chill before/after they got ready. What can I possibly write to convey how indispensable, helpful, and adept Danielle and her staff were? Both the gazebo/guest area for the ceremony and also the reception area looked STUNNING. The cocktail patio was also nice but very minimalist. Everything, however, was decorated gorgeously (their work, not ours!) Danielle and her staff were present for every moment yet not at all in the way at any point in time. They were personable, friendly, and efficient. Any issues that arose at all that day, Danielle swooped in, to the rescue! We simply could not have been more pleased with the venue staff, and Danielle in particular. It was a huge weight off knowing that we did not have to try to address every little detail on the day of the wedding because Danielle had everything well in hand. My only (minimal) complaints (not truly complaints, just more a few downside items) : 1) the restroom situation: For a venue capable of housing 200-guests, a two-stall ladies' room is WAY undersized. 2) for the bridal suite: no private restroom or even a sink for washing hands. In order to get the bride to the adjacent common-area restroom, we had to hold up a blanket between the two doors, blocking her from view and post "sentries" in the form of two bridesmaids to keep guests out until she left the restroom. 3) the positioning of the onsite groom area in relation the the bridal suite: once the groom's entourage came to the main event area, there was a small room where they could wait. Unfortunately, the open door affords a direct view into the bridal suite when the bride's door opens. Therefore, anytime anyone left or came into the bridal suite, the bride had to rush to the other side of the room, lest her groom see her too soon. 4) The parking area is gravel. This is by no means a deal-breaker. However, we had several handicapped guests who had difficulty crossing the area; we did wish - for their sakes - that the lot was paved instead. Even the noted downsides considered, this is a truly spectacular venue for a bride's special day. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended.

! Our wedding was “off season” for the venue, so we opted to have both wedding and reception inside, Danielle was a fantastic coordinator. She is a great asset if you want or need coordination services to work with vendors, lay out the day of your event and help with decor. Everything was top notch.

She made sure everything ran smoothly and took a lot of the stress out of planning. Plus she’s just a super fun individual and we enjoyed her presence! The facility itself is gorgeous. Our pictures turned out so well. We did a brunch wedding (which was awesome and highly recommend btw!) and so our day started quite early. Magnolia accommodated us getting into the venue at 6am for which I am still so grateful. They were fantastic to work with and I’m so happy we booked with them. They’re very easy going, flexible, accommodating, and friendly.

e day went off without a hitch. The venue was STUNNING, even with hurricane like winds, we had our wedding outside, which is exactly what we wanted. I can’t put into words how amazing this place and people are. Danielle even came out to surprise Roth in a dinosaur costume!!! TALK ABOUT PERSONALIZATION! Everyone at the venue was so sweet and amazing. We can’t recommend Magnolia Estate enough. I wish I could give it 1000000 stars because I would!! Will be recommending Magnolia Estate to anyone getting married in the OH area. Thank you for making our day so special, we have literally no complaints. It was the most perfect day thanks to the team at Magnolia Estate ❤️

She guided her toward incredible ideas after hearing of the look she was hoping to achieve. At every meeting that was held, the confidence that Danielle showed relaxed my daughter immensely. To convey how on point everything was, not once did they have to ask or confirm anything with us. They had all the information and just ran with it. There were tears at the end when we all realized we wouldn't be seeing each other again. The day was simply heaven sent.

We are so pleased we chose Rosewood and couldn't be more satisfied and thrilled with every detail of the wedding.

ely recommend the space to couples in the future. With a 14 hour rental, you get to use the entire property which includes a gorgeous garden ceremony space, both floors of the house itself, a catering kitchen and bar, the woods behind the house (which make for great photos), and the bridal suite. The only caution I would give is that the groom’s suite is very small: smaller than most closets. However, Magnolia provides a separate space for the Groomsmen for an additional charge. Overall, the space beautifully accommodated my wedding of 205 guests.

The grounds are clean, beautifully landscaped and the venue interior is clean and so accommodating and simply gorgeous! Look above at the beautiful chandeliers and outside for the beautiful fountain! We rented the venue for two days, Thursday for decorating and rehearsal and a Friday for the big event! Danielle and Julio are always on site if you need anything and you will make new friends with them! I know we did! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
