My daughter and I are both experienced and organized planners - so it never occured to me that we would need to hire a wedding coordinator for her event. Several months prior to the big date, with all vendors booked and confirmed, we had 2 things happen: 1) our first "hiccup" with a vendor occured and 2) we started thinking about the "day-of" schedule, timing and logistics. While we probably could have handled things ourselves, it occured to us that we didn't WANT to be the ones managing issues and schedules leading up to and on wedding day. We decided to hire Rosewood Premier Events for Month-of wedding coordination package and WOW are we SO GLAD WE DID! Nicole became part of our team and stepped in beautifully to take over communication with vendors, to help us put together a schedule, to share and manage the schedule with everyone involved. She is absolutely amazing and I can't say enough great things about how helpful she was! Nicole was there for the final venue walk-through, she was there to help manage the rehearsal, she was the first person to arrive the day of the wedding, and the last person to leave. She managed logistics throughout the day, watching weather forecasts and rearranging photo locations due to rain. She and her team made sure all of the vendors were on the same page, and that they knew what issues were most important for the bride and groom. She even stepped in and managed a veil crisis during the ceremony. I literally don't know how we could have managed the day without her. She then helped with communication afterwards to ensure all of our belongings were accounted for with the venue, and communicating with vendors regarding breakdown after the event. And to top it all off, she took so many videos and photos during the day and shared them all, giving us amazing content right away while we wait for the professional photos and videos! If you aren't sure if hiring a wedding coordinator is worth it, I am here to tell you it is worth every single penny! And I can't recommend Nicole and Rosewood Premier Event highly enough!

mly believed we did not need a wedding planner. Then we started trying to find the perfect venue. If you have started this process then you know just how overwhelming and complex it actually is. We quickly realized, we may need some help. That’s when we were lucky enough to find Rosewood Premier Events. Once we spoke to Sarah, the whole process changed. Sarah made each and every step of planning process feel effortless. While other couples talked about how stressful wedding planning is, my fiancé and I would look at each other and think how lucky we were to have Sarah’s help. Sarah didn’t just help us plan a wedding – she gave us peace, joy, and excitement throughout the entire journey. Sarah is incredibly easy to talk to, endlessly creative, and intuitive. She can help you amplify your own vision or take your vision and help you turn it into something better than you thought possible. She can do all of that, while staying on budget. Sarah found all of our amazing vendors (each one was a dream to work with!) and tailored all of her recommendations to our style & budget. She was meticulously organized especially when it came to scheduling and communication. She toured venues with us, gave honest pros an d cons, and never once made us feel like we were navigating things alone. Every decision felt informed, intentional, and supportive. Our wedding day was absolute bliss – it truly felt magical in every way. We had zero stress because we knew Sarah and her team had it all covered – and they did it flawlessly! While there are other coordinators who can help with planning, what sets Sarah apart is her heart and her wealth of knowledge. She and her team go so far above and beyond – it’s extraordinary. One of my bridesmaids had a last-minute dress emergency, and without hesitation, Sarah’s team stepped in and literally hemmed the dress while we were getting ready. Moments before our outdoor ceremony, it began to rain. Without skipping a beat, her team held umbrellas over our string trio so they could keep playing our ceremony music without interruption. Every single detail was cared for. Every potential problem was solved before we knew it existed. She kept us on track with our to-do list and helped us come up with creative solutions as new problems and decisions presented themselves, often saving us money AND helping us get closer to what we had in mind. She also did a great job with helping us to clarify our vision, supplementing with her own great ideas based on what she's seeing out in the wedding world. When it came to the big weekend, Sarah was on the ground helping with everything that needed to happen, and her staff were similarly amazing. They ran interference all day, and even packed up most of the food and decorations, minimizing cleanup for us the next day. We were a little sad not to be checking in with her regularly after the wedding had concluded--she was both personable and professional, and we looked forward to our meetings. My new wife and I would highly recommend Sarah and her company for all your event planning needs!

before as we put everything together, Sarah was a wonderful, clear and very responsive communicator. She made time to meet several times in person and virtually to meet us, ask about our vision, preview the venue and meet vendors, and was always available for a call, text or email. She understood right away what we were looking for in terms of the vibe and flow of our wedding, and never pushed us to do anything but gave us some great perspective, options and guidance. It was clear to us right away that we could trust her to communicate and coordinate with our band, food vendor, venue and photographer on our behalf. On the day of the wedding, she quite literally did the work of 3 people over a 12 hour day beginning with set up and ending with clean up - everything seamless. Thanks to her, we didn’t have to lift a finger or make any decisions at all - we could just enjoy the celebration with our loved ones and each other. The loving, joyful and fun memories we will have forever from our wedding day are in large part thanks to the work Sarah did. Can’t imagine not having worked with her - thank you Sarah!

ed out and was incredibly welcoming from our very first conversation. We hired Sarah as a full-time planner, and she was always available to text, email, or chat about anything and everything. I still wanted some independence when it came to design choices, and she was very respectful of that. She is extremely organized and always came prepared—asking the best questions during vendor meetings. She also served as the main point of contact for all our vendors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Since we’re currently out of state but wanted our wedding in Massachusetts, Sarah went above and beyond for us. She visited all the venues we were interested in and sent us videos so we could make informed decisions from afar. I met Sarah in person for the first time on our wedding day, and immediately noticed how sweet and endearing she truly is. She exudes grace and came fully prepared with everything we could possibly need. Even though she had never worked with our venue before and the weather was unpredictable, she remained calm and composed throughout. Since we didn’t do a rehearsal, the bridal party and I felt a bit lost—like herding blind sheep! But Sarah handled it like a pro. She was always exactly where we needed her to be. Her team member Nicole was also incredible—my dress straps broke from dancing, and Nicole stitched them back good as new. I truly could not have done this without Sarah. she was our right hand for the entire year up to the end of our wedding day on Nov 9, 2024. We had meetings around once a month and she was very responsive via email and text when we had questions. She brought to life our vision, created a design board, helped us a lot to find the right vendors, communicated and worked with them until the last hour of the wedding. She was also very resourceful and even helped in little details before the ceremony such as when my wedding dress got a little dirty, she had everything to save the day in her bag to the point that my dad called it her "magic bag", she had from markers of the right colors to tide to go. We cannot be more grateful with Sarah because without her, we would not have been able to bring our dream wedding to reality. Organize a wedding is very stressful and overwhelming and we felt that way many times but Sarah was always reassuring us that she was going to be there to help us with everything and she really did! We recommend Sarah in a heartbeat. Hiring her is the best decision that any couple can do.

ng pieces, but Sarah pulled everything together flawlessly. Leading up to the wedding, many of our vendors heard from Sarah and received a detailed schedule of our wedding day without us ever knowing about it. She also helped facilitate final Zoom calls with our photographer, band, flowers, etc. On the actual day of, Sarah checked in with us frequently and kept us on (and even ahead) of schedule the entire day. She also handled a medical emergency with one of our guests perfectly by rearranging parent-child dances and providing clear communication that the guest was ok and that we would continue the reception. All this is to say that Sarah was the best decision we made - she took a huge weight off our shoulders in the weeks leading up to the wedding and allowed us to fully enjoy our day while she made sure everything went to plan.

hen we were floundering. She handled vendor communication and lots of other tasks, which greatly reduced our anxiety throughout the whole process. She gracefully coordinated everything on our wedding day so that we could enjoy ourselves to the fullest. Most importantly, she was kind and fun to work with from day one. we didn’t hire her earlier to plan the full thing. From our initial conversation, Sarah was highly organized, communicative, thoughtful, and clear about how she could support. Because this was her first Indian wedding, she took a deep dive on all the ceremony elements and cadence of the day to bring herself up to speed. (This was very impressive to us bc other vendors glossed over not having Indian wedding experience.) From the time we started engaging with her more heavily (a little over a month out) we were so impressed. She planned our day of flow, helped us problem solve timing and vendor issues, and took on outreach to vendors so we could have a seamless wedding day. She also went the extra mile so many times — making sure we were not stressed or bothered with logistics on the wedding day and even helping us out at 2 am on our wedding night. If it helps paint a picture of how on top of the wedding she was, my friend told her she’d book her for her own wedding pending finding a fiancé first! You don’t even have to think about it - if you’re thinking to work with Sarah, you’ll have a great experience.
