Ross Productions

anted and made suggestions along the way They kept us on our feet all night long and kept us wanting more when the night was over We're both glad we chose them over the other companies we were looking at!

pt the party going We also had a singer who Ross productions did a proactive job in coordinating with We’ve had so many people reach out to us since our big day to tell us how fun our reception was Tyler was a pleasure to work with and made things seamless Book them, you won’t be disappointed!!!

ng song because everything just flowed perfectly They played a lot of music from many genres, really read the crowd, and had us all dancing all night long They're the DJ you need at your wedding if you want it to be fun!

urg, but were not impressed by their DJs We heard that Ross Productions was DJing and were not sure what to expect but they blew our minds away The DJ team interacted with all of us and the other vendors, made announcements throughout the night, made us all laugh during the cake cutting, and kept us on our feet the entire night The bride asked the venue if we could party for another hour and they said yes, so the DJ said yes and we kept on partying. Definitely the best wedding we've attended by far, and the best DJ we've seen so far Thanks, Ross Productions for giving us a real party!

r wedding needed When he received the custom monogram, it arrived cracked He let me know immediately and reordered another disc plus a spare, and drove to pick it up to ensure we got it before our wedding day Thank you so much Tyler! If we ever have another event we will definitely hire Ross Productions as our DJ entertainment!

eat time Tony's style of Emceeing definitely created the much-needed energy for our guests, and Amity played every song we wanted including some classic emo-rock which left us thrashing for a bit Thank you Ross Productions, Tony, and Amity for giving us the best night of our lives!

emony and reception. During multiple planning Zoom calls, we were very clear and detailed about what we wanted—especially for the ceremony. We provided specific songs and exact start and stop points, down to the second. Tyler assured us this would not be a problem, and all of these details were documented in a Google planning document he provided. Tyler often spoke about how Ross Productions was different from other DJ companies and emphasized that “excellence” was a core value. Based on these conversations, we felt confident we were in good hands. Unfortunately, on the wedding day, the ceremony did not go as planned. * There was supposed to be a small monitor in the hallway so those waiting to enter could hear the ceremony audio and hear their cues, but it was not present. * The processional song was cut short, even though it was planned to play in full. As a result, my husband was not ready when the DJ knocked to cue his entrance, and we lost an important moment of worship together with my sons. * The bride’s processional song was not cued to the correct starting point, despite this being discussed, documented, and rehearsed. The specific lyrics that were meaningful to us were not playing as I walked down the aisle. * The unity candle lighting song played longer than planned and was not cut as discussed. * Our reception entrance song was supposed to stop at a specific point. This was discussed in advance and reiterated immediately before the entrance, yet the song continued. * The same issue occurred with our first dance, despite clear instructions given during planning and again right before the reception. Overall, it felt as though the detailed notes and planning were not followed. While the open dancing portion of the reception later in the evening was enjoyable, it did not make up for mistakes during the most meaningful and irreplaceable moments of our wedding day. Afterward, when we raised these concerns, we received a partial refund, but we would much rather have had our ceremony executed as planned. Given the number of errors, we simply wanted an explanation of how this happened. Instead, we experienced what felt like deflection, blame placed on others, and a lack of accountability, including being told the matter had been turned over to a lawyer regarding potential “false statements” in a review. This response was surprising and discouraging, as we were only seeking an explanation of what went wrong. All of the details described above were documented in the Google planning document provided during our planning process. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Ross Productions for events where precise timing and close attention to detail are critical.

talked with our guests, made sure the timeline was on tract by coordinating with our other vendors, and played all of our favorite songs Also, the photobooth was a huge hit as well as our monogram Thanks for the best day ever, The Batdorfs

only seemed to be extremely arrogant After passing on their offer we met with Tyler Tyler showed us his true passion in making our wedding a life-lasting memory and let us see him in action at another wedding he had a week after our first consultation After seeing his style with announcements and his clean setup, we booked him I could honestly go on for an hour but to keep it short, they came through and delivered the best experience ever Their flexbility, passion and energy really made all of our guests happy and left everyone wanting more Thank you so much Tyler and Ross Productions team

out a plan and helped us find the best vendors he recommended We wanted to go all out, and being from Baltimore & Philly, we wanted to go BIG! After our second consultation, we chose the Magic Mirror Photo Booth, Sparkular Machines, Dancing on the Clouds, and the Gobo lights to project snowflakes on the walls and ceiling Tyler and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with the overall design, planning, and performance, and the host for the night was fabulous Since we are both LGBT, working with Tyler was super easy and we knew we were in the best hands for our special day We also made a last minute request for our ceremony (switch of songs), and his team was able to get it ready within minutes of the start! You guys are the absolute best! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Love yall!

addons at past weddings and events We went with the Magical Sparkulars, the Halo Photo Booth, Uplighting, and the Intelligent Lighting and were very impressed with how everything looked amazing I forget our Emcee's name but he was amazing too Tyler kept everyone on the dance floor all night long and the Emcee (name skips my mind) engaged with all of our guests and gave everyone the best night we could have ever imagined Thanks Tyler & Ross Productions! We will definitely be sharing your company information with everyone

to our friends – dancing the night away. The seamless transitions between songs kept the energy high and the dance floor packed throughout the entire celebration. His ability to gauge the crowd's mood and play the perfect song at the perfect moment was truly impressive. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without their expertise and passion for music. Thank you Kent for everything you did to make our special day amazing!

the high-energy beats that had everyone dancing at the reception, their musical expertise was evident. The way they seamlessly blended songs and genres kept the dance floor alive, and their ability to accommodate requests made the night feel personal and unique. With their professional demeanor and a knack for reading the crowd, they orchestrated a celebration that will forever resonate in our hearts. If you're in search of a top-notch DJ who can elevate your wedding to the next level, look no further – this DJ is an absolute maestro!

nd, above all, unbelievably gifted! Bringing them on board was unquestionably one of the standout choices we made in the planning process. We feel truly privileged to have had them contribute to our wedding celebration and wholeheartedly endorse their services!

eated as a priority we were offered support and advice at every step. We had rain on our wedding day- the ceremony setup was converted on the fly and our setup was seamless for our plan b indoor wedding. The Photo Booth is a must!

e from the planning to the actual day. We were also happy that they act almost as a day of coordinator to help make sure everything is on track and no issues arise. We were very pleased and are recommending them to anyone who wants a DJ that throws a real party!

es and what he would be able to provide (which exceeded our expectations) was top notch. Our two DJs, yes I said two DJs of the evening were Tyler and Amity. Tyler took the reins and was our MC of the evening and kept our reception moving and adjusted several things for us on the fly. Honestly, the guests probably couldn’t tell when we had to change a couple “events” around because it felt that natural and planned. Tyler and Amity both read the crowd and made our reception a fun time for all! On our RSVP card, we had guests request songs and they played every single song our guests requested. Look no further for your DJ services and event audio services. Book with Tyler and his team TODAY!

had! As he is my friend from my wedding planning business I knew I could depend on him and he did not disappoint!

Before signing, he met with us to go through all the different packages we offered with no pressure to sign on the spot which we both loved. After we decided to work with him, we were able to add a selfie station and uplighting to our DJ package as well! For no additional charge he even threw in a LYSY wedding sign that our bridal party was able to carry in to start the party from the start of the reception! Our guests loved getting to pull these back out on the dance floor later in the night too. He curated an excellent mix of music that kept people on the floor but also incorporated our taste of music! We asked all of our guests to submit a song they wanted to hear when RSVPing so we were able to give Tyler that list and he mixed them all in throughout the night. Tyler and his DJ assistant even went as far as to help us clean up at the end too! Tyler and his team went so far above and beyond that I can't thank them enough for making our wedding day so special. I hope to see him working the next wedding I'm at, book him while you still can before dates book up!

ded a form for us to fill out detailing the timeline and song requests and we reviewed it with him a week before the wedding. We expressed to him how important music is to us and that we didn't want any awkward or "dead" space. He continually assured us that he understood and had it covered. Unfortunately, after our experience with Tyler, we would not recommend him for many reasons, but here are the highlights: 1) Tyler did not play our specified pre-ceremony playlist. We poured time into choosing songs that were special to us and provided a spotify playlist link to be played as guests were seated. While having our first look, we heard a loud burst and feedback followed by the wrong music coming from the ceremony space, causing us to wonder what was going wrong. 2) He didn't have a cable needed for setup, so our ceremony musicians were not mic-ed making it difficult for guests to hear the music. What's worse? Our ceremony musicians were our siblings who had specially prepared a song for us. 3) There was no music playing when we were announced as Mr. & Mrs. into our reception. It was awkward as the guests' clapping died down and not having music playing sucked the life out of the moment. Concern set in but there was nothing we could do except hope for the best. 4) Tyler looked at his phone a lot, including while standing right in front of our sweetheart table making announcements. He advertises a personalized experience but it truly seemed like he had not familiarized himself with our order of events. 5) He started playing the wrong first dance. (I, the bride, had to run over to the DJ booth to remind him I had sent an email with a special song I recorded as a surprise to my husband and guests). 6) He played our closing song 30 min early (without telling us) which completely pulled us out of the moment and made us extremely confused. 7) When it came time for the last song, he picked a random one not on our list and never ran it by us. He could have run it by us (he had an assistant AND an apprentice with him behind the booth) but he didn't. When we booked Tyler, we emphasized that our wedding would be very formal and we needed it to be as polished as possible. Tyler assured us he was experienced with this, but each error stressed us out as the night went on. It was a horrible way to feel on our wedding day. Thousands of dollars and hours of communication went into our wedding to ensure it was the best it could be and Tyler Ross Productions significantly downgraded the quality. Our guests and our venue's staff noticed it. Since our wedding, we have pointed out these errors and Tyler provided a response with reasons including his laptop overheating and being dehydrated. These things are unfortunate, but they could have been avoided with backup plans and gatorade. Professionals should be prepared. After asking for a refund, Tyler venmoed us $250- less than 10% of what we paid him. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and hire someone else.
