Our wedding flowers were stunning, Katie did a great job to not only create bouquets that matched our wedding look & feel but felt unique from other flowers out there. Katie was great to work with during the wedding process and really took our vision to bring it to life.

As a cake decorator in St. Louis who works closely with many amazing florists, I chose Rouge because I’d seen their work time and time again and knew their customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. I picked rust as one of my wedding colors and let my bridesmaids choose their dresses so we didn’t realize how many colors they would actually end up being, and I let Katie know it would just be all over the rust/orange spectrum. I didn’t have a lot of flowers at the wedding, but the ones I did were so thoughtfully arranged. They did a wonderful job and even included loose stems for some detail shots and an extra boutenir for the groom since his would get a little smashed by so many hugs. They dropped off my bouquets/boutenirs early for my first look, came back to set up all my table centerpieces, and then came back AGAIN to gather all of the candles from the centerpieces. I’m so happy I chose them and I got SO many compliments on how unique they were. I also felt they were super reasonably priced as far as fresh florals go! Thank you Katie and all of the Rouge team!

Katie and her team at Rouge executed our vision to perfection. Katie/Rouge came highly recommended from our wedding planner, Allyssa Elaine. Our first meeting was about 1 year out from our wedding date. At this meeting, we went over every single floral detail you could imagine (wedding party bouquets/boutonnieres/corsages, signage/bar florals, ceremony/alter pieces/installations, reception tables, candles/stands, etc), including if there were any specific types of flowers we were interested, colors/theme, budget, etc. Katie took meticulous notes through it all, and when she sent us the proposal with every single detail AND it registered right at our budget, we were thrilled to accept her proposal. The year between booking with her and our wedding date, I would send her occasional updates with any changes in our vision, and she noted them with an updated proposal as needed. We had our final meeting a few weeks before the wedding, and I knew she understood our vision. I had no worries that our florals would be everything we wanted and more. To say she absolutely nailed it would be an understatement. She AMAZED us and all of our guests, who could not stop talking about the florals. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous, a dream come true. I told her that I wanted a “garden party color explosion,” and that is precisely what we got! The color palette was EXACTLY what I had imagined. I cannot believe how amazing Katie and her team did! Not only that, but her team executed beautiful ceremony installations (floral hedge, florals hanging from the ceiling, floral pillars), a rapid but detail oriented room flip (repurposing all of our ceremony florals), and a swift clean up. We had mentioned that we were wanting to give away our florals following the wedding and her team made that possible! We were able to keep some for ourselves (around the house and for preservation), send some home to friends/family, and even give some to the hospital for patients to enjoy! I loved that we were able to minimize floral waste though repurposing and gifting. We don’t have all our professional photos back yet (only a few sneak peeks), so these photos can only show some of the magic. I truly felt like we had the most enchanted garden wedding I could ever imagine!

Katie and her team absolutely blew us away!! I knew I wanted to book with Rouge when I saw an Instagram post from another wedding that they were tagged in. We had a specific aesthetic we wanted for our wedding, and Rouge took it to the next level. We originally wanted single stem white roses for our reception table florals, but ultimately trusted their opinion and were fine with white florals in bud vases and were absolutely stunned with how everything turned out. We had a few meetings with Katie to go over planning and details, and everything was such a breeze. We had no issues trusting them with the details. We also rented our candles through them instead of buying our own, which was well worth every single penny. On the day of, Rouge brought everything and set up for the ceremony, came back before the ceremony even finished to be ready to flip the room for the reception, and came back at the end of the night to collect all the candles and vases. We literally didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The florals and table-scapes were also INSANE! We wanted simple, timeless, and romantic and that is exactly what we got. The week before our wedding, I had seen pictures of bouquets with peonies added in them and loved them, but didn’t want to impose and ask for it since it would have been such short notice. My husband instead secretly reached out and asked about it and they made it happen and it was truly the best surprise day of and was literally stunning. We could not have chosen a better florist. Our wedding was exactly what we had pictured and Rouge absolutely nailed it. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We loved our experience with Katie and the team at Rouge! They truly listened to what we wanted and were flexible when I was indecisive. I'm not a big flower person, but they captured the vision and executed! They also did a fantastic job with our Chuppah. We loved the pops of color! Very professional to work with, so friendly, and made it all work within our budget!

Our experience with Rouge Floral was absolutely incredible! The owner, Katie, was extremely communicative and responsive to emails. We had a scheduled time to meet but unfortunately we had a last minute situation come up and we were unable to meet in person at her business (which is a bit over an hour from us). Katie said no problem, and she was able to accommodate us with a meeting over Zoom instead to discuss all of our options and our vision! She took notes while we spoke with her, so we knew she was really listening and trying to get down exactly what we were wanting! The florals on our day were absolutely gorgeous! They had two workers from Rouge there to set up a few hours early! They did a great job and even offered to leave some additional greenery if we wanted to use it miscellaneously on our dessert table. All of the bouquets stayed together for the entirety of the ceremony, my wife’s bouquet was dramatic, cascading, greenery-focused, and had sprinkles of white roses throughout. It was absolutely breathtaking. The absolute star was the floral design used on our venue’s vault door! This came together wonderfully and was truly magical. We can’t recommend Rouge Floral enough!

We really enjoyed working with Brittany at Rouge – She listened to our vision and completely made it come to life for our wedding! During our initial consultation, I had a few inspiration photos and some ideas, but she asked a lot of helpful questions around flowers we liked, showing us samples of what they had done before, and our color scheme for the day and general vibe for the ceremony and reception and was able to put together a really nice proposal that was exactly what we were looking for. We also used Rouge for most of the decor, and they put together beautiful greenery “runners” with candles, bud vases for cocktail hour and greenery for our sweetheart table and around our cake. Their online system is really easy to use and it was nice to see all of the elements we had originally talked about still listed as “options,” so I could reference all of the different pieces we had discussed many months before. From there, we could pick and choose things to add back into the final proposal, which was helpful during our final meeting. Her and her team were always readily available for a call or Zoom and was very accessible via email in the weeks and days leading up to the event when I had last minute questions. Highly recommend working with them – they are very affordable and put together absolutely beautiful arrangements and decor. They will make your vision come to life!

Katie and Rouge were absolutely amazing to work with!!! We had a couple meetings leading up to our day and she was very accommodating, helpful and so sweet. She truly did incredible with flowers on our wedding day and I was SO happy with how everything turned out! Katie and Rouge Floral Design made my floral vision come to life on my wedding day! She took the many pictures I sent her and created beautiful bouquets and reception centerpieces. During our floral consultation she allowed me to view some of the florals I could choose from. My wedding colors were a very light pink and I was a little worried the flowers wouldn't match the bridesmaid dresses but that was far from the case. We are so grateful for Rouge’s HUGE role in making my whimsical woodland garden wedding vision come to life. I really wanted a natural, wild, eclectic, wildflower look to my bouquet and arrangements. I was nervous I wasn’t going to be able to translate the vision in my head to my florist, but Rouge did an incredible job understanding me and my style. They absolutely nailed the look I wanted. They gave my hair stylist plenty of flowers to choose from and work with for me hair in the morning. They did such a great job getting all the info they needed from me ahead of time, they were able to setup independently without needing guidance from me on the day of. Rouge was the florist at our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the staff was so helpful during the design meetings. They also helped us transfer the flowers between the ceremony cite and the reception hall which was so helpful!

My flowers turned out better than I had hoped! I changed my color palette from muted dusty rose tones to a very colorful and whimisical vibe at our last meeting before the wedding and they came through with all of the colors. We got a lot of compliments!

I am SO SO happy I chose Rouge Events as our wedding florist!! I worked with Brittany during our meetings, and she was able to work with me on my budget, and could interpret my ideas when I was having a hard time explaining. She is so sweet and easy to work with. My bouquet was absolutely STUNNING and exactly what I had in mind. On the wedding day, Katie was at the venue to set up the ceremony, room flip, and take down. The ceremony floral set up was even prettier than I imagined. Then when we saw the reception set up, I was seriously blown away!! Rouge was punctual and professional. Katie is AMAZING! I went into my appt knowing nothing about flowers and all I did was show her pictures on Pinterest of what I thought I liked and she put it all together for me. I was amazed at what she did. My bouquet was GORGEOUS and the reception hall was just want I wanted (flowers everywhere). I had so many compliments on how gorgeous the flowers were and the candles placed everywhere. I could not be happier with Rouge. She created my floral hair piece along with flower crowns and hair pins for my flower girls. The combination of mix/match bud vases on the tables were stunning. Amazing! Rouge was so easy to work with---responsive, understanding, accommodating and most importantly--they delivered when it mattered most on our wedding day! Our flowers were exactly what we wanted and beautiful. I amended my proposal multiple times throughout the year and Katie and her team made it so easy to make changes. Katie was so responsive via email and professional. The flowers turned out exactly as I wanted. We chose Rouge Events & Design after asking for quotes from 5 St. Louis florists. Her prices were reasonable and she sent back an itemized quote with pictures of example flowers after requesting to see my Pinterest inspiration. She ended up doing a garland for the ceremony, bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and bud vases for the centerpieces, as well as providing some loose flowers for my hair. We had one initial zoom interview and one in-person meeting prior to the wedding. I would have probably preferred more examples or flower options to be shown to me in that last meeting as I really had no idea what the florals would look like other than the inspiration pictures I showed her, even though they turned out lovely.

She listens to your exact wants/needs and clarifies if she needs help understanding. Working with her is like working with a friend- she didn't extras on us or expect to add on anything. I changed my "vision" a few weeks before the big day and she was extremely flexible and brought my vision to life. 10/10 would reccomend!

We hired Rouge Events to do our wedding in October 2021. Katie and the rest of the team were super easy to work with. I only showed them a few photos of my "vision" for the day and what they came up with far exceeded what I could have thought up. They worked with my minimal budget and were able to decorate all 17 of our tables, greenery for cards/gift/dessert tables, ceremony greenery and all the bouquets. Your wedding is in good hands if you hire them!

Katie was so helpful in bringing our vision to life. Her and her team are so talented with florals. It was so easy to work with her, even through all of the date changes because of Covid. I spent the most time researching reasonable florists in the area that still delivered high-quality arrangements and Rouge Events definitely checked all the boxes. They were very understanding as we navigated a covid postponement AND a venue change AND me completely changing my mind on the flowers I wanted.
