Lindsay and Carley helped us throw the ultimate wedding (safely and responsibly) during a pandemic! When our original venue and coordinator could no longer host our wedding, Lindsay and Carley came to our rescue! I am a believer in everything happening for a reason and I think fate brought my husband and me to Round Town Events. From the first call, I knew they were going to help us so much and help ease the craziness that is wedding planning...during a pandemic. They were supportive and answered all our questions. When it came time for them to fully take over all conversations with the vendors and create the timeline, I had no worries because I knew our wedding was in the best hands! Our wedding was perfect and Lindsay and Carley always checked in on us to make sure we ate, had drinks, and had our time together. I highly recommend Round Town Events for any couple looking for coordinators to help throw any type of event or party! Thank you, THANK YOU Lindsay and Carley for all the love and support. It was so fun having you two apart of our special day :)
Lindsay and Carley were fantastic wedding planners and I couldn't have had a more relaxing wedding day without their help :) My fiancé and I were living in Southern California and Northern California, respectively, so I was doing much of the planning for an L.A. wedding from all the way in San Francisco. Through texting, FaceTiming, and lots of emailing, they helped me execute one amazing party.
I'm a total A-type when it comes to planning, so I did much of my own research on vendors beforehand...but I'm all over the place when it comes down to narrowing down my never-ending Pinterest pins and Instagram likes into a cohesive design. Through vision boards, FaceTime venue walk-throughs, an in-person mock-up with our rental company, and plenty of back-and-forths, L + C helped guide me to our final layout! They did an amazing job giving me ideas about how to piece together my various styles and fine-tune the items I knew I wanted as part of the wedding. Additionally, it says a lot when our vendors specifically tell you how much they liked working with your planner.
In the month leading up to the wedding, they were great about confirming our timeline to the smallest details and making sure we had all vendors in place so that they could take the reins on the day-of. And the week before the wedding, when things always get a bit more stressful, they made sure to not only go over logistics, but always asked how I was doing and if there was anything else they could help with.
Day-of, I handed over all the decor and setup items...and just enjoyed the rest of our day. I left it up to them to place all the decor in an appealing way, and they did a stellar job. It's amazing when you can trust your planners with the design aspect and not have to worry about it! They even re-purposed my bridesmaid's bouquets into a gorgeous floral design for the sweetheart table!
During the wedding, we felt so relaxed and my fiancé and I had enough time to truly spend time with our guests. Of course the day is always on a non-stop schedule to some degree with hiccups along the way, but L + C made sure the flow of the day went as planned, were ALWAYS attentive to our needs throughout the wedding, and were able to adjust for hiccups/changes along the way so that we could enjoy the day. Their attention to details was on point.
In a nutshell...L + C are easy-going, organized, so fun to chat with, have a great eye for design, and executed our wedding day seamlessly. Definitely recommend them!
