Alejandra was the event coordinator for my daughter’s quince this past weekend. I don't have anything but positive things to say about her. First of all, she put in a lot of thou...
ghtful detail into the timeline she laid out for my event. She was always available for texts and phone calls whenever I had questions and she would always respond promptly. In addition, whenever I needed vendor recommendations, she was able to help me with great recommendations. The day of the event, Alejandra was very well organized and extremely professional in the way she interacted with all of our guests and vendors. She made sure that every detail in that timeline was met. Alejandra is super organized, friendly, caring, and so professional. I strongly recommend her service to anyone because she is the best event coordinator out there!
I reached out to this vendor at least once a week for two weeks asking for an update on the contract she promised to send me that weekend. I know my messages were seen because of t...
he read receipts, yet it has now been a more than 3 weeks with no response, no update—nothing. This has been very disappointing and feels unprofessional, especially since communication is such a crucial part of planning a wedding. If you’re unable to follow through, just be upfront rather than leaving couples waiting and guessing. Unfortunately, I’ve started looking elsewhere, because reliability matters.
Alex and her assistant Mari were the best decision I made for my wedding. I hired them for day of coordination. I was very nervous in how my wedding was going to play out. I made s...
ure to cover most aspects and go over information with them. They followed directions and asked questions I haven't even thought of! I am very thankful for them as I had a beautiful and successful wedding. They made me, my bridal party, vendors and guests feel comfortable. If I ever do another event I would hire them in a heart beat.

I definitely recommend her coz she’ll be really on top of everything.
Working with Alejandra to be my wedding coordinator was the best decision I made. The first meeting we had i knew she cared to make my wedding day special for me not her business....
She asked a lot of questions and that made feel she wanted to know what was important to me and how I pictured my special day. Her attention to details was so comforting. She was in contact with all my vendors before and the day of my wedding, that took so much stress away from me. She made my wedding day run so smoothly. It was a pleasure working with you Alejandra... THANK YOU 💕
