I am incredibly grateful for Royal Event Rentals for helping put on a wedding workshop for the Texas State 4-H Photography Program. The generosity allowed our students/ambassadors to capture images that were beautiful representations of lovely wedding decor and experience the day in the life of a wedding photographer. All of the items were high quality and in a great variety of options. Do not hesitate to use Royal Event Rentals!
Allie and Royal Events are absolutely amazing! We rented a black and white dance floor from them for our wedding. They helped us stay in budget and the communication was great. Our guests loved the fun floor! We proudly recommend them for any of your parties :)
Royal Event Rentals went above and beyond to make our wedding day one that we will never forget!! Allison made the entire planning process so stress free and completely made my vision come to life! (Even when I had a complete change of plans LOL) The decor and everything turned out even better than I could have imagined! I look through our wedding pictures in awe of how beautifully everything turned out! I couldn’t recommend them enough!!
This team made my dream wedding a reality! Even when I changed my mind on things at the last minute, they made it happen. I can't stop looking at the photos of my decor; it was just so wonderful. Every part of the service, from the communication beforehand to the cleanup afterward, was a breeze. I could not recommend them more!
We can not say enough good things about Royal Event Rentals!! They played a huge part in our beautiful wedding & we're so grateful we went with them! Our table clothes arrived to the venue pressed & ready to go before we even did! & it was so easy to just be able to put them in a bag to be picked up after our event ended. They were so kind & I will be recommending them to all our our friends & family in the area!
I will start by saving, the woman who called me the day before my wedding from royal events saved my wedding. With everything else going on, I had FORGOTTEN that I needed to pick up my linens. She called before they closed and my dad was able to run out there to grab them. Shoutout to her because she saved my life. The linens looked amazing. Nice and ironed. Color matched the photos online perfect. A very easy vendor to work with. One of my favorite things, for an extra fee they picked up all my linens the next day at my venue. That was the best money I spent . So nice to not have to worry about packing them up and driving them an hour to the location. Seamless and easy. I 10/10 recommend using royal as your vendor !
We had an in-store pickup/return which was so easy for us! The tablecloths were beautiful and we couldn’t be happier!

Allison is amazing to work with!! I was beyond overwhelmed with the rest of the planning process and after telling her my ideas, she went to work and produced a beautiful reception space for my husband and I and our guests! Her attention to detail is what you want when it comes to making your day even more special! Royal Event Rentals are easy to work with and have all of your rental needs! If there is something they don’t provide, she will give you her recommendations on where or who to get it from. But she does offer so much! We even added things the week of the wedding and she was so nice about it! You can’t go wrong with Royal Even Rentals :)

Allison and Royal Event Rentals was wonderful to work with for our wedding! She was FaceTiming me the day before my wedding to help me with a little issue to ensure that I was 100% happy with everything. She was SO helpful and easy to work with and everything looked beautiful!!
My wedding was back in November 2021 and I just completely forgot to ever write my review (I feel so bad)! I rented my dinner table cloths, cocktail table cloths and ties, cloth napkins, and the table runner for my sweetheart table all from them and it was absolutely perfect! Allison is so sweet and easy to work with. It was so convenient and perfect to have a company that dropped off and set up the table cloths and napkins at my venue, steamed the table cloths beforehand, and picked everything up when the wedding was over. It’s seriously a game changing vendor because it’s one less thing you have to worry about on your wedding day! The company has endless color variations, fabrics, table decor, table settings, etc. to choose from. I highly recommend renting from them for your wedding!
The only rental company in DFW with the black matte plates! I wanted a romantic moody look for my wedding and royal came through with everything for my vision. They have dance floors, marquee letters and anything else you can imagine for your special day. Highly recommend them for every event!
RER was not only amazing to work with, but helped my vision come to life better than I ever imagined. Allison and her team were there to help every step of the way, working endless hours to make sure we had everything perfect! It was easy to work with them from start to finish! Allison & her team were lovely to work with! Months prior to our wedding, Allison kindly walked us through options for our table setups... She went above & beyond to help us capture our vision! She graciously helped us with linen pickup & return, making the process an ease considering we lived out of town. Everything looked stunning day of & we are still getting questions about where our table runners were from. We definitely recommend Royal Event Rentals!
We loved Royal Event Rentals and are so happy with the way our wedding design turned out! They supplied beautiful linens, silverware, glassware, and plates and chargers. It was extremely high quality and reasonably priced. Plus, they have an awesome selection of classic and unique pieces that allowed me to really get the look I was going for. I loved that when we went to speak with Allison she took so much time helping me to figure out the best way to bring my vision to life. They also had tons of additional options such as signage, flooring, etc. While our venue didn't need those items it gave me peace of mind that we could add things on easily if we decided we wanted them! The team also was quick to respond when we needed to make a few changes to our numbers and their online portal made it easy to see the invoice and track payments. I would absolutely recommend anyone to work with Royal Event Rentals for their wedding!

Allison will take care of your every need! Working with her from months ahead of time to day of was a breeze! She went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect and even helped clean up other stuff at the end of the night that wasn’t hers because she is so amazing! I also used her for my bridal shower and got so many compliments on the table scapes! 10/10 and will be using her for every event here on out!!!
The PERFECT touch to our wedding decor!! We used the boxwood hedge for our photo backdrop and it was a showstopper!!! Absolutely would recommend! Worth every penny!!
Allison was great to work with and the venue looked great for our wedding! Since she is doing this all by herself (I can't even imagine all that she is doing), there were a few times her email responses took a little while and I know the day of she got stuck having to fix an issue with another event so she showed up a little late to setup ours but everything worked out well and looked great!

Royal Event Rentals has a variety of options and had just what we wanted for our wedding. We rented tablecloths, the greenery wall, and a neon sign. It was all just what we wanted!

Royal Events did a wonderful job with our wedding! We rented tablecloths and runners. Everything was delivered to our venue that morning and they returned after the wedding to pick up, couldn't be easier! Prices are reasonable especially considering not having to dry clean the linens afterward. I highly recommend Royal Events Rentals!

When it comes to your wedding day, having vendors you truly trust makes all of the difference. I've known Allison Sibley for a long time, and I was thrilled to learn about her business with Royal Event Rentals as I was finalizing my decisions on linens, place settings, and other decor. In our initial meeting, she understood exactly the vision I was trying to achieve, and offered suggestions in her inventory to bring it all to life. It was the easiest checkmark off our to-do list as we finalized planning and approaching wedding day. Fast forward to wedding week, the snow and ice storm of the century hit, and our wedding day plans and guest count quickly changed as a result. Not only was Allison able to accommodate quick changes, but she was able to work with my other vendors to decorate our new indoor ceremony space with the existing decor we agreed to. The final result was absolutely stunning and should have been Plan A all along!! Peace of mind and a dream come true at a great price is really all a bride can ask for. I cannot recommend Royal Event Rentals enough.

We used Royal Event Rentals for my daughter’s wedding in September & now they will be my Go-To for all kinds of party & event needs. Allison was invaluable regarding recommendations, pricing, timelines & even advised us NOT to rent some specific items which made our wedding budget stretch even further. She visited the venue with us on more than one occasion making sure everything was in place with our order, helped with table placement & other decor questions. She & her husband Travis continued to go the extra mile by even being there to lend their “muscle” for set-up & take down. Our wedding was gorgeous & every aspect of the rental process flawless, due in a huge part to Royal Event Rentals and their attention to details. It was as if our wedding was the only event in the world that weekend and they will, no doubt make your’s the upmost priority too. This Family Business treated us like Family! Please don’t plan an event without them!
Allison is the best! She always responded quickly when I texted/messaged with her throughout wedding planning. She also has a great amount of options for colors/styles and her prices are fair. Allison and her team showed up early the day of my wedding and set our rentals up beautifully - hassle free! Clean up and returning the rentals was also very easy. Royal Even Rentals made our seating arrangement and table linen planning a breeze. Allison was a delight to work with with her knowledge and recommendations of needed linens and linen ideas. As well as other ideas related to wedding planning. I was able to order more linens easily when I realized we needed more tablecloths than I had planned for. I would definitely recommend Royal Event Rentals for your table decorating needs!
I cannot recommend Allison and her business highly enough! She was the definition of professional, helpful, and fun to work with. I hired Royal Event Rentals for our intimate wedding in August 2020. I messaged Allison multiple times with questions about potential rentals when figuring out table cloths, napkins, and tableware and she was always quick to respond and pleasant to talk to. After messaging for a while, she even offered to meet me at my venue to do some planning and brought samples so I could make a more informed decision. Payment and ordering was easy to set up and very fairly priced. We rented plate chargers, cutlery, cloth napkins, table cloths, and glass goblets (pictured). Allison was punctual with delivery, and stayed to help set up, which I wasn’t expecting and really seemed above and beyond to me. I don’t ever plan on having another wedding, but if I did, I’d hire her in a heartbeat, and I will be keeping this company in mind for future parties and events. You won’t find better value for price or a classier inventory of items to help make all your place setting dreams come true. Thank you, Allison- our big day wouldn’t have been as perfect without your help.
