My experience with Royal Events was truly incredible! I'm beyond grateful to this amazing team for bringing my vision to life. My guests couldn't stop raving about the stunning decor created by Victoria and her talented team, as well as the exceptional coordination services led by Kourtney. Thanks to Royal Events, my wedding day was nothing short of perfect!
Royal Events is essentially family now! The team was super professional and very organized. I through a lot of last-minute things in the mix like a photobooth and videographer and the Royal Events team connected me with potential vendors immediately. They have great connections and maintain positive working relationships that were able to be highlighted by their ability to assist with making my day amazing. I'd recommend them 10 times over.

There is so much to say about Victoria King and her amazing staff . From the first day I spoke to her on the phone it was nothing but professionalism , chic style , knowledge and a reassurance that the wedding of my dreams was attainable by any means ! Victoria goes above and beyond for her clients . She would answer my every concern and was willing to allow me to mold my vision for the wedding with her amazing guidance . She is so knowledgeable about her craft and is very budget conscious . My wedding was three weeks ago and my phone is still ringing off of the hook with compliments about everything they did from my bouquet to the centerpieces , the list goes on and on . Victoria and her staff turned the venue into a dream . Their floral arrangements and keen eye for decor made the place breath takingly gorgeous . I always told her that she was my calmness during the process of planning the wedding . I am blown away by her work ethic . If you are looking for a decorator , decide no longer because Royal Events LLC is the place to choose . It was an honor to work with them , I see this company blossoming into a household name . Victoria King, co-owner, of Royal Events and Services, LLC and her team made the planning and execution process for our daughter's wedding effortless. I gave her a budget to work with and she exceeded our expectation. She's a very savvy business woman who knows the importance of excellence in conducting business and delivering superb services. Her goal of making every wedding special and unique comes from her heart. I have attended and celebrated weddings with many family and friends over the years. They ranged from small to large budget weddings. Often, it was obvious when wedding planners exhausted their budgets dollars because of "guest chatter." This was not the case with Royal Events and Services, LLC My husband and I are hard working people with a limited wedding budget for our daughter. Nevertheless, Victoria delivered a wedding the looked like a million dollars! She stretched.....our budget. We were so happy and proud as our family and friends celebrated our daughter's wedding with us. The special memories are forever engraved in our hearts! It would not have happened without Victoria and her team.
RES WOWed me with my TWO weddings back to back. RES provided all of my floral arrangements, wedding decor and day of coornidatiion for both days. I received 24/7 support and guidance in every decision. RES had full creative control and did not disappoint. I would reccomend RES for any couple!!!!!!
Royal events and services planned and coordinated our wedding from start to finish. Our planner, Victoria worked with us closely with finding a venue and selecting each and every vendor. I am sure we did not make her life easy but she kept us on our toes so that we did not miss any deadlines. To stay within budget, she introduced the idea of renting a faux cake from Royal events and services which was gorgeous. We ordered a sheet cake which saved hundreds of dollars to serve to our guests. We gave Royal Events and Services creative decorating freedom and they took us to a place we could never have imagined. The fresh flowers were very beautiful and overall they exceeded our expectations.
We worked with Royal Events when the company was fairly new so as you read this understand the company may get better with time. We were not satisfied with the efforts from Royal Events considering we were not local and needed more of a hands on approach. Upon first meeting with Victoria we felt as though the meeting was rushed and she barely asked us what we wanted or what was our vision. Victoria/Royal Events was recommended to us from a couple friends and their in-house florist business made them more appealing at the time. We decided to go with them and quickly began to regret our decision. There were so many issues. Victoria only wanted to meet once a month. We figured this was on the low end considering we wanted to get more done in the beginning. She repeatedly only provided us with ONE vendor. She barely provided us with quotes. We addressed this issue early on requesting at least 3 vendors with quotes but she continued to provide us with one vendor. To go along with the previous point, she provided overall poor recommendations and logic. We will give her credit for our venue but when trying to find a videographer, makeup artist, floral, sites for engagement shoot , photo booth, and others we were disappointed. We became frustrated during calls because we expected more expertise from her and instead got headaches. We have never done this before so we needed her to provide the expertise. We received monthly tasks no different than what you receive on The Knot and Wedding Wire. These tasks were not helpful at all and it was almost as if she didn't event keep track of progress on the tasks herself. We had to bring up tasks based on other friends recommendations and research ourselves. Prime example is our engagement shoot. We had to suggest it which is major task in the wedding process. Also, it took 3-4 months before we even discussed budget thoroughly. She sent us a budget spreadsheet in the first month but never brought it up again until we did 3-4 months later. Once we finally discussed our financial expectations, the very next week she sends us a vendor OUT OF OUR BUDGET. No explanation of how we can move money around for the vendor or why we should consider the out of budget vendor. The action seemed completely reckless and inconsiderate as though she put no thought into it at all. This happened with our floral arrangements/decor and photo booth. The crazy part is she knew our budget and still send a floral arrangement from HER company that was out of our budget. To add, we came to Tampa and wanted to meet with Victoria considering we had never met face to face. We told her weeks in advance so she can properly plan and planned for a Monday meeting considering she had a wedding that weekend in South Florida. She completely blew off our meeting. If a client that's paying you thousands comes into town and has never met you before I'm pretty sure you would expect them to take extra efforts to make this happen. Lastly, we had two other close friends that were working with her. At first this was comforting, we were glad other decided to go with her reflecting others thought we was a good choice as well. This again quickly went south. After a couple months, the other two people thought she was terrible as well. One friend knew she was terrible because they work with wedding planners as well. They knew from experience this planners was not doing their job appropriately. All were dissatisfied.
Victoria, Ashanti, and their team did an amazing job. From the beginning all the way to the end they help out so much. I'm so glad I chose to go with a planner, and even happier I went with Royal Events & Services! They helped in so many ways. I couldn't imagine doing the wedding with out their help. I went from having my wedding at my parents property with a tent and all, to a LAST MINUTE VENUE CHANGE in a new venue (we were the first wedding at the new venue), on top of my ever growing guest list, Victoria handled all the changes that came along with that change. Everything came out so beautiful! Oh and did I mention the their florals...yes do they do flowers too! RES did all our florals and they turned out so gorgeous! Thank you again ladies!! I highly recommend RES!
We booked Royal Events and Services as our floral supplier. Victoria and her team did an amazing job! We decided to book her pretty last minute, so she did not have enough time to order flowers for a trial run, but she did bring pictures of all the ideas I had given her and used those when picking out our linens and center pieces! She made it super easy to describe to her exactly what I wanted and worked with our budget! The flowers were gorgeous!!! Highly recommend!!!
I am a fairly organized person and so I used their day of coordinator option. I was ahead if every internet timeline, yet I'm not sure I could have done this without RES. Eveyone said it was the most fun AND well organized wedding they've ever been to. Ashanti was incredibly resposive to emails and really helped make sure I had everythjng I needed. She went above and beyond what I would expect from a DOC. Friendly sevice, wonderful execution
OK I just don't know where to start so here goes!
I was in the process of looking for a wedding planner and meet so many in the process but just couldn't find the right one. When I explained my vision they look overwhelmed or they were not affordable. I met Victoria over a year ago and thought to myself I bet her prices must be triple the cost of most Tallahassee wedding planners. Long story short Victoria understood my crazy ideas and made it EXTREMELY affordable !
Our wedding was on 9/4 in Tallahassee FL and it was almost canceled because of a hurricane that hit the very same weekend. After a year of planning the perfect wedding my dreams were almost shattered.
Royal Events was able to organize a plan B in less then 24hrs. Not only did they deliver a great wedding, but they exceeded our original expectations. My husband stated "that if it were not for Royal Events Services he would be broken hearted if I couldn't get the wedding of my dreams".
I recommend them to anyone. They respond promptly. They have the best priced rental rates for flowers, equipment and decorations. And they deliver on your wedding day. You will get the dream wedding of your lifetime guaranteed . RES were heaven sent and a true blessing to me and my husband.They are very passionate with what they do,and they will fight through any battles in order to make sure you have your dream wedding!!!!!!!!
