we needed a limo for a wedding and i must tell you if your going to get married its a lot of nerves and this Limousine service was great and the drivers were on time great and got us to the church on time..would use them again..and i can recommend them to anyone..

I have been meaning to write this for some time now, as I have used them on several occasions. I rented limos from here couple of times. Each time with great experience. The team at Royal limo are true professionals that strive to make their clients happy. I have used them for service for a special event, to & from the airport multiple times, and every time I have had excellent service from booking to the drivers. They have been flexible for me, have helped me at the last minute when needed & are totally reliable. Keep your business local & support these guys that will bend over backwards to make you happy.

The customer service at this place is by far the worse ever!!!! .. I called to inquire of the price for a party bus last week and was given a quote of 1200 for 5 hours. I called today to actually book the bus and the man who picked up the phone told me that the price was 1400. I asked him how often does the prices change because I had just called last week and was given a different price however, I couldn't recall who I had spoken with . He said that was then this is now. The phone rep was so unprofessional it was unreal. I asked him what his supervisors name was and he wouldn't tell me. After asking several times he said his name was "John Doe "and repeatedly said the name in a loud manner without me being able to get a word in .. Finally he stopped saying the name and asked him when will his supervisor be in the office. He replied "Never, your never going to speak with him bitch" and hung up the phone. I attempted to call back but he blocked my number from being able to call the company so I can't call his supervisor to complain .. I am going to wait until Monday and call from a different number to try and get the supervisor which is a hastle. The guy was so disrespectful and rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY ITS A JOKE

HORRIBLE experience. I highly recommend that you stay away unless you are open to ruining your big day. The owner and driver is one man show- very unprofessional and rude. This is one of the most important days in your life go with professionals so that you do not have regrets. These guys are not it...

100% class, was in NYC for one night and decided to rent a limo just to see the sites, our driver was a great guy hilarious, typical NYC demeanor the limo itself was beautiful, my clients were impressed and the price was affordable. The entire experience was great. Love these guys when i get back to NYC will use them again! I even had them drive me to JFK the next morning! Highly recommend!

Amazing service! Having your perfect day go as perfect as planned is harder said than done. Royal Limousine sure made that possible! I was more than happy with the service! The chauffeur was more than courtesy and accommodating! I felt like pure luxury riding in this limousine to my big day! I will definitely be using Royal Limousine for future events. UPDATE 07/14/2015: Soooo after all of this, Royal Luxury Limo falsely created a reservation dated May 11th, 2015 (My wedding was in April) took a screen of their screen and submitted it to Citibank claiming that they were to be paid in May and they had a system issue which is why they are submitting the charges late. I did not use this company at all, in fact I cancelled my reservation the very day it was made (again, I have the emails to prove this). On July 10th, 2015 this company processed my debit card for $456. The initial amount quoted me was $390 for a pick up and drop off service back in March, not sure where the $456 came from. Keep in mind that I did not use their service at all. I contacted this company and asked about this charge and was told "call the lawyer" then he hung up. I called again and asked for the lawyer contact info and was told "I'm not supposed to talk to you call the lawyer" then he hung up again. There were no law suits filed but there will be one now if I don't get my money back. brides beware. Go elsewhere. This company has awful reviews on Yelp. This has been nothing short of a nightmare. ORIGINAL REVIEW SUBMITTED ON 03/23/2015 I shared my awful experience with this company by posting a review that was factual only to receive a "cease & desist" letter. I also received the following email from Royal Limo: “Now I can see why you NO LONGER work at the bank. You don’t have a clue how credit cards work - do you? Does it look like we claimed the funds? No! Then what the **** are you talking about?! Just run a dispute. Maybe then people who work at the bank will explain how things work to you so you can get some lessons in banking. We will be sending you a subpoena for defamation of character within 24 hrs after you post the review. No problem. You think you can threaten us? No problem. We have all the proof right here in your emails. The conversation was also recorded. Easy case. Go ahead. If you have a spare $10K laying around - do it ASAP. The attorney will see you around in court.”

My wife and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary with a group of friends and man what a great time. Mark what an awesome guy helped us with the pricing and getting us what we needed for a comfortable time. Our driver Jerzy deserves a medal, what a great guy. He's the nicest most honest person I've ever met. All and all we had a blast and I'll tell you this I promise I'll be back for service. Thanks James Morrison

After searching for days and reading all the reviews of different limo services... I ended up with Royal limo. And - it was a good choice. A very polite driver - Paul - was taking as to the church and to our wedding ceremony. Nice smooth ride... very relaxed - was helping us when ever we had a question. We would go with them again. The only thing is that I couldnt smoke in the car. But everything else was perfect. Service was excelent! We also had some timing issues, so of course we were running behind on our wedding day, but they coordinated with the office so that we could rent the limos an extra hour. Everything went great. I called to find out prices for a limo for my wedding and I was told some random prices which seemed like they were being made up from the top of the representatives head. As the representative was stating the prices for 4 hrs I was jotting them down, then I asked about 3hr rates. I found it mind boggling that the representative quoted me a higher price for 3 hrs then the 4hrs. As I tried to get clarification of the price differences the representative hung up on me. As I called back and asked to speak to a manager I was told NO by that same male representative who then cursed me out. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! POOR BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SKILLS!

Horrible customer service, called to speak to a representative about a minor adjustment to our plans who kept yelling that no adjustments would be, repeatedly asking if I had read the contract. My advice - read the contract, then hire someone else, frustrated limo drivers that want to be lawyers are no fun

He was so professional and courteous and the car was immaculate inside and out. Car looked exactly as on the video on the the website. Booking was very simple and quick. Mark took care of all the booking without a hassle. Thank you again.

Royal Luxury Limo did an awesome job! Derek was fast and friendly in his communication and answering questions. Due to a conflict, the limos were rearranged and we got a free-upgrade from the Chrysler 300 to a Range Rover which was a nice surprise and a great start to our day. The limo itself was very clean (which from a recent wedding I attended, was very important to me). It had the new car smell. Our limo driver, Jerzy, was extremely friendly and accommodating! He was early and helped load some of our items in the limo while we finished getting ready! The summer temperature made out day very hot but the limo had ice cold AC. Jerzy did a great job fluffing my dress when entering the church isle. I love the fact that he was at my disposal at all times and helped me out. It was an overall great day and Royal Luxury limo was a major contributor to this :) Thank you

The only good thing I can say is that they showed up early. the worst part of this was the driver asking for the money every minute he could, he did not help me get out of the limo to go into church my train was dragged in water because he didnt hold it, wouldnt drive us to reception unless we gave him the money including a tip! I mean really what was he going to do with the money while driving us he embarrassed us in fron of the whole wedding party. He got me to curse and scream in front of the church when he said we only paid for 3 hours (we paid for 5 hrs) and said we needed to pay overtime which was a ridiculous amount. I WOULD NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AT ALL! I wouldnt even have given them 1 star

The vehicles were gorgeous, the drivers were professional and on time. No complaints at all.

The qualiy of the car was not as great. Price and service was great too.

Excellent and friendly service from the office staff to the limo, the driver and also the price, they delivered just what they said they would, five star service and I recommend this limousine service to everyone. Jerzy showed up 45 min early which was great which was great assurance and that took some stress off my shoulders. BTW, Jerzy is a great driver. We had so much fun with him that day. Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful service.

Mark was most professional in handling our needs. I was a little nervous because of some horror stories I had heard about other limo services. But, he put all of that to rest. We were treated like we were celebrities, red carpet, champagne and all. Very impressive. The limo arrived on time and the chauffer was very courteous and professionally attired. I would highly recommend Mark and his staff be used for any limo services needed. And yes, we will be Royal Luxury Limousine again for our night on the town with friends

We chose Royal Luxury Limousine for my wedding and our experience was outstanding. Our driver, Tom, arrived slightly early (to our delight). The car was beautiful and completely immaculate. Mark was wonderful to deal with and completely professional. We actually also used them month after the wedding for two other events and it was great.

It was raining on our wedding day and my father and the groomsmen helped escort people with umbrellas more then the limo drivers did. They also refused to put the air conditioner lower and the wedding was in JULY!
