Royal Palm Events boasts a selection of indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces depending on the size of your wedding party. Their private ballrooms feature Venetian statues, stately gold columns, and gorgeous crystal chandeliers. This venue is the epitome of opulent romance, exquisitely decorated with tones of ivory, brick, and antique gold. Italian marble and hardwood floors throughout create a glamorous old-world feel. to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Chip’s professionalism, experience, and calm presence made the entire planning process stress-free, and Nicole was incredibly organized, attentive, and always ready to help with even the smallest details.
On the big day, they handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without worry. Their communication, flexibility, and genuine care made us feel completely supported. The venue itself is stunning, but the exceptional service from Chip and Nicole is what truly sets Royal Palms apart. We are so grateful for their dedication and kindness and would highly recommend Royal Palms to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an outstanding team behind it!

ll calls were answered, he was available, professional and easy to work with. Chip has excellent customer service skills and it showed. Rachel oversaw the intricate details of the event. She was attentive and helpful to our event planner. Travis gave us a tour of the venue and made sure the chair covers and any additional details were taken care of. The food was delicious and kept warm for the duration of our event. The staff continued to check with us and make sure we were content and our needs were met. There were no mishaps and we are extremely pleased with the staff. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Royal Palm and will use them again in the future.

azing people that were truly a joy to work with! Kim and Chip exude professionalism and are truly a brides God send! I tried to not be the most demanding bride, but come on, at the end of the day, it was my wedding day and I wanted everything as perfect as possible. Kim and Chip worked in concert to assure that that perfection became a reality! There is not a single thing that was promised to us that did not come to fruition! Kim is the epitome of the words "awesome customer service!" Although this venue offers to decorate for you, we chose to have a few outside decorators to come in as well to give it that little something extra! Kim and her team were extremely accommodating and the fusion of her decorations with my decorators pieces made for an evening of blissful opulence!
If you are looking for a beautiful venue that can accommodate your large family and numerous friends, has great food, elegant decor, possibility of an inside or outside ceremony, free parking, easy to work with individuals, and it will not break the bank, although Kim and Chip will work their hardest to make it visually appear that way, then Royal Palm is your pick! We have absolutely positively no regrets about choosing this venue and would recommend it a million times more! Thanks again Kim, Chip, and the entire Royal Palm team!

anager and coordinator, is truly a special woman. She is literally there every step of the way. She is understanding and she is flexible when it comes to decorating, food, and timing. We were able to decorate throughout the week prior to the wedding. We even used some of her decor she already had. The venue has ample parking and is easily accessible. Excellent food, excellent service. Truly the hidden gem of the Westbank. If we had to do it all over again we would choose the Royal Palm one thousand times over.
