Following my event at the Royal Park Hotel, I am extremely disappointment with my experience. I was looking forward so much to my wedding with this venue, however, I am very frustrated that my wedding day was spent worrying about the next thing the royal park would either forget, mess up, or rush me through. The communication was terrible with the wedding coordinator (Kathleen). There would be days-weeks that would go by with no response back to emails or phone calls. The "pink sheets" (wedding docs needed to be completed) were not sent to me until less than 48 hour prior to my wedding day and I had to request them. I was rushed to complete them the day before my wedding. At the wedding rehearsal, the room wasn’t even set up yet. They set it up after we all arrived. Day of wedding, I had requested extra chairs for hair and makeup be sent up to my room, they were never delivered. Some of us sat on the floor. I had triple confirmed that the grooms room he was getting ready in could have early check in (2:00). I called on Wednesday prior to confirm and it was in the notes. They couldn’t check into the room until 2:45, we had a photo and videography schedule and this interfered with the boys getting ready. I filled out a sheet for welcome bags to be delivered with a description of them and to who. My bags were not delivered. I had to call when I found out. My guests got the wrong weddings bags. When I came to discuss this post wedding I was told “we were busy.” I paid money to make these bags and provide gratitude to my guests who paid to stay at this hotel and a few weren’t even sent up. They should have been placed in the room prior to check in or handed to them if it was busy. I paid per bag for this to be done. After my ceremony I was rushed through photos and kicked out of the ceremony room. I was not informed I had a time limit, and would have taken this into consideration with my photographer and videographer I spent thousands of dollars on. I missed out on so many photos due to this. They were in there slamming tables, pushing tables, causing chaos making it so stressful to take photos. We were then told to leave the courtyard section, when I was doing more photos. This was absolutely ridiculous and I am so upset at how many missed photos I had because of this. I was also told at rehearsal that the fountain would be on day of wedding, it was not. A guest of mine was not provided a gluten free dish when it was sent twice to the hall. This could have been dangerous. She had to request it. There were also tip jars even though we spent 8k in service fees/gratuity. My guests had housekeeping wake them up after the wedding, prior to check out time, trying to get them to leave, they were pushy. Lastly, a few of our guests had uncleaned rooms. Blood on the walls of the shower, urine all over the toilet, stained and dirty sheets.
We did have a wonderful experience with the woman at our reception (unknown name). She was attentive, kind, and helpful. Kristen was also great. My room was beautiful and clean. The bellhop was kind and helpful as well. Everything else seemed okay- food besides the uncooked carrots, servers at reception, bartenders were awesome. Clean up was fine.
For this being a great venue, beautiful, high reputation, expensive, I am appalled. The wedding the following night (We know them) ran out of food and alcohol and served food from the wedding in the next room.
They take on too many events, screwing everyone over.
We stayed here the night of our wedding, it was beautiful! The service was incredible. We got a complimentary drink when we checked in. The staff was knowledge, the room was beautiful and had a river view. We plan to come back for our anniversary next year!
We only had Royal Park as our rehearsal dinner venue for 14 close friends and then an option for guests to stay (didn't have our actual reception or wedding there) and it was wonderful. Everybody raved about the food, the service and the staff. highly recommend!
The Royal Park was AMAZING! Everything was effortless, from the set up, to the flow of the event, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The bartenders and servers were attentive and helpful to guests with last minute special requests or questions. We worked with Meredith and couldn’t speak more highly of her! She is great at what she does, responsive and had answers to every question I had.
Guests really enjoyed exploring the grounds outdoors during cocktail hour and the beautiful spaces to take pictures. It is truly luxury, and it was so nice to treat our guests in such a beautiful space.
There is something to be said about a venue where you can get ready, ceremony, reception, and sleep all in the same place. We will be back for our anniversary, and more!
This was the first venue I toured and it was love at first sight. I wanted a venue that had everything all in one- beautiful ceremony space, spacious elegant reception hall, fantastic food, and beautiful grounds so we didn't have to travel for pictures. Royal Park fit the bill perfectly. Not to mention that the Bridal Suite is so spacious that a group of 10 was able to get ready and not feel cramped! Kathleen and her team are definitely professional and flexible as they helped us navigate two postponements. We received so many compliments on the venue with many guests commenting that this was the best wedding food they have ever had! We cannot thank Kathleen enough for helping organize our wedding!
The Royal Park handled our wedding effortlessly. There were things going on that we didn't even know about but we only saw the end result which was a perfect day. They are really experienced after having done so many weddings and are prepared to handle whatever you throw at them. We had some unique signature drinks and the beverage manager ensured they were delicious and beautiful. The service staff was by far the best part of the venue. We never wanted for anything. I was even trying to track down the appetizers while trying to mingle with people and the server went and made us a personal plate of each appetizer waiting at our table. The food was incredible. The flavors were an experience unlike any wedding I've ever been to. We are very happy with Royal Park.
Royal park was the perfect venue for our winter wedding. Our ceremony was in the conservatory and our reception was in one of their parlors. Meredith was organized and on top of everything. The food was amazing and the staff was so helpful with set up/ tear down. I didn’t have to worry about a thing the entire night. Our wedding was better than I could have ever imagined! 10/10 recommend royal park hotel!
The best part about having my wedding reception here was the beautiful setting. I received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the hotel was. I give three stars because we ended up having quite a few issues during the reception. Communication was slow during planning time. We didn’t receive a tasting beforehand, which was COVID related I assume. However, it is tough to pick a menu when you don’t know how anything tastes. It was unbearably hot in the hall, despite repeatedly asking to turn up air conditioning. I ended up with about 200 guests and felt cocktail hour was extremely crowded with long lines at the bar the entire time. The maximum capacity is 250, so be aware of that. We were supposed to have waiters circling with wine during cocktail hour, however there weren’t any that I saw doing that. The head table was served very undercooked chicken. I never received a formal apology or explanation which was disappointing. I had a bridal suite booked that all my wedding party had access to. On two separate times all our room keys were deactivated, causing a significant time delay and inconvenience. Bottom line, it is a beautiful hall but expect some kinks to occur.
We chose the Royal Park Hotel for our wedding because out of all the venues that we toured, it was the only location where the food and beverage manager kept us for a full hour and not only answered our questions, but gave helpful advice. The food is delicious, the staff is professional, and the hotel grounds are gorgeous and well-maintained.
Meredith and the staff were understanding and offered solutions when our March 2020 wedding had to be suddenly cancelled, and again when restrictions around our rescheduled date meant that plans had to be changed on a dime. The hotel's service was excellent in extremely challenging circumstances, and we were thrilled to have such a beautiful, one-of-a-kind wedding there.
Though we sadly weren’t able to actually hold our wedding at Royal Park due to Covid, they were excellent throughout the planning process and I so appreciate them for it! They were communicative, flexible and professional all while helping us navigate the uncertainties surrounding our wedding. And of course the venue is beautiful and amenities are top-notch. I wish we could have had our wedding here but look forward to using them for future events! Thank you!
Royal Park was exceptional and the perfect choice for our wedding! Meredith was thorough, responsive and supportive throughout the process. The attentional to detail was phenomenal and brought our vision to life! The conservatory is elegant and stunning - the perfect venue!
I cannot say enough about how lovely our wedding was at the Royal Park Hotel. I worked with Kathleen and Manda and they were fabulous. They were more than accommodating during the pandemic and everything went even better than I could have imagined. I recommend having a wedding here without hesitation. I would do it again in a heartbeat. BEAUTIFUL venue :)
We can not recommend Royal Park Hotel (especially Meredith) enough! My husband and I got married in the breathtaking conservatory. It’s so beautiful there, very little you need to do decor wise. Meredith was so helpful and accommodating, answering emails and hopping on the phone with us as we replanned our wedding from NYC.
Our wedding was truly perfect (in the middle of a pandemic), every detail was amazing! The food and the drinks were top notch, the hotel accommodations were amazing and the precautions being taken made everyone feel very safe. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve been to! That’s saying a lot any day, but especially in the middle of a pandemic!
Thank you so much Meredith and the rest of the Royal Park staff, we will cherish our memories forever.
Royal Park hotel absolutely knows what they're doing when it comes to weddings. The staff (Kathleen) are so knowledgeable, attentive, and detail oriented that it truly makes your day seamless. We had both our ceremony and our reception at the hotel and I could not say enough great things about it. Our guests are all still talking about how beautiful it was!
We held our ceremony and reception at the Royal Park Hotel! We were very pleased with the service and the accommodations were excellent! Kathleen Reid was absolutely amazing and made sure we were happy throughout the entire process! She went above and beyond! We could not be more satisfied with everything having to do with the Royal Park Hotel!
Top notch customer service. Every staff member is so professional. Not a single problem on my wedding day (that I know of haha)
Kathleen and the entire rest of the staff at the Royal Park were absolutely fantastic. They were organized, friendly, and accommodating. All of my guests raved about the food (brunch wedding as well as dinner the evening prior) and found the rooms comfortable and well appointed. A major plus is the "one stop shopping" with the restaurant, comfortable outdoor areas, beautiful indoor and outdoor setting for photos, and within easy walking to downtown. We also found their prices to be well within the average range for weddings- we definitely feel we got more than our money's worth. Thank you to the entire staff!
My husband and I had both our ceremony and reception in the conservatory with just under 60 guests, and I can easily say it was the best day of our lives. From the beginning, Kathleen Reid was so helpful and promptly met with us to give a tour of the hotel and conservatory, and we were ready to sign the contract on the spot.
Fast forward to the days leading up to our wedding, I had both Kathleen and Aly Woolford to help with coordinating, and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them!! From the service, to inventory setup, food, hotel rooms/suite, timing of events...it was all PERFECTION. Not one thing went wrong. The conservatory is breathtakingly beautiful, and I am beyond thrilled we chose to have our wedding there.
If you want to feel confident and know that all your needs will not only be met but exceeded, have your wedding at the Royal Park Hotel.
Our wedding reception was beautiful due to the professionalism and amazing job the Royal Park Hotel staff did. We worked with Kathleen for months to organize all the details and menu. She was extremely patient and helpful. Joe coordinated the day of the wedding and made sure everything went according to plan. Aly helped set up the room perfectly. The chef provided delicious food that all guests enjoyed, including the vegan option. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a small reception in the conservatory and even though there were other events happening the same day, all staff members gave us their attention and assistance. Also, we received a complimentary night at the hotel, which was a nice addition. Highly recommend this location!
The staff at the Royal Park Hotel were amazing to work with from the first conversation to the end of the wedding day. Kathleen and Joe were extremely communicative throughout the whole process. On the wedding day, they were very helpful and organized, keeping the timeline on track and making sure the evening flowed seamlessly. They are also both very personable and were fun to work with. The service during dinner was impeccable. All of the wait staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. We had our ceremony and reception in the conservatory and it was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious and I received so many compliments on the venue, the staff, and the meal. I would highly recommend the Royal Park Hotel. It was a wonderful experience.
We just held our wedding shower in the conservatory and it was the most beautiful afternoon spent in a gorgeous venue. Laura was so great and kind. She took the time to really listen to our thoughts and ideas while ensuring everything went off without a hitch. I was so touched with her heartfelt advice for our upcoming wedding day of making sure we have moments to take it all in. I can not recommend the Royal Park enough!
We worked with Kathleen Reid at the Royal Park Hotel to plan our wedding reception. Kathleen was extremely patient and helpful in answering my never-ending list of questions/changes over the 8 month planning period. She made us feel as if we were the only couple she was working with! She and her staff executed the day seamlessly and we had the most beautiful reception. The hotel is stunning and provides an elegant, classic feel for any event. I highly recommend having your wedding/other wedding related activities at the Royal Park and ask for Kathleen, she is the best!
Having our wedding at the Royal Park Hotel was the best decision we ever made. The venue itself is stunning and impressive, and the food is delicious, but it's the staff that makes the wedding run smoothly. Kathleen was WONDERFUL to work with. She is professional, fun, organized and prepared. I don't know how she keeps up with all of the events at the Royal Park Hotel, but she does so flawlessly. She was so helpful throughout the planning process! On the night of the wedding, I worked with Joe and Greg. Both of these staff members were excellent! They made sure the night ran smoothly and really made us feel special and important the entire time. I highly recommend the Royal Park Hotel!
Kathleen and her staff were amazing! Having your wedding at the RPH is a true experience. They were accommodating and wonderful to work with! We were married in the Conservatory and had our reception in the Parlors - both were perfect. The conservatory set the tone for the whole evening. It was perfect from background to the lighting - we got great pictures! The grounds surrounding the hotel were perfect in capturing our special day! I would highly recommend.
I had my ceremony and reception at RPH. Kathleen and her team transformed the conservatory into the kind of classy, romantic, and whimsical setting I envisioned! Our guests raved about how good the food, service, and accommodations were. I can't thank you enough Kathleen for your help and guidance through the planning!
Kathleen is simply the best. She made sure every detail was absolutely perfect and was more than accommodating to our every request. The food was amazing, all my guests were raving. The cannoli's amazing. We could not have imagined a more beautiful wedding, thank you Royal Park and Kathleen!
We can't wait for our wedding this summer. The space is beautiful, staff has been very accommodating in the planning process.
THE BEST! Kathleen and her crew made our wedding day PERFECTION. A beautiful, timeless, intimate ceremony and reception in the Conservatory. I cannot express how happy we are with everything. Perfect execution, delicious food, amazing hotel rooms... ugh, I wish I could rewind time and go back. STUNNING.
I can't even begin to put into words how AMAZING everything was at the Royal Park. I can't speak enough how amazing everything was from Kathleen the coordinator, the communication, the professionalism, customer service, coordination leading up to and the day of, all the way down to the bell hop! From the day I contacted the Royal Park all the way to when I was walking out the day after my wedding, I felt I was cared for and taken care of. Kathleen does an amazing job and we had Greg in the ballroom helping coordinate the day of and he was AMAZING. He went out of his way for so many things that were not asked of him that were so appreciative. He went to get the grandparents more comfortable seats, he noticed we didn't get to eat our late night snack and had it boxed up for us in our room waiting, and was by our side the entire night. The conservatory is too gorgeous for you to not be married in, I HIGHLY recommend this venue to everyone! -Ashley E
For going above and beyond for my wedding. Everything turned out so beautifully. Our coordinator was great to work with, and made sure we had everything we wanted. Though we didn't end up eating our wedding meal, the hotel had it arranged for us to come back later on so we could enjoy it. Any of our "extras" that we brought to the ceremony/reception was held for us to pick up when it was convenient for us. We had a great time.
I had both my ceremony and reception in the Conservatory at the Royal Park Hotel. From my first contact to the end it was a great experience. They went above and beyond my expectations and I had the most beautiful wedding. I had so many questions throughout the process and never had a problem getting a quick response from our event manager. On the day of the wedding I had guy assigned to our event that helped with every little detail to assure everything went as planned.
I recently held my wedding ceremony and reception at the Royal Park Hotel in the conservatory. We had an evening cermoney/reception, and the room looked amazing! All the trees surrounding the conservatory had lights on them, and it made the room feel warm, romantic, and classy. Not only did my guests comment on what a beautiful room it was, people who saw the pictures said the same. The food was also good, and the staff was helpful and professional. I would highly recommand this spot as a place to hold a ceremony and/or reception!
I usually hate hotels, but this hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed breakfast in bed the morning after our wedding and it was fast and delicious! We are looking forward to staying here again!
We stayed at the Royal Park Hotel for our wedding and it was beautiful. The only thing we were disappointed about was the fact that the service in the restaurant for breakfast SUCKED!The servers were so slow...we had to wait for 30 min for our bill and eventually ended up asking another waitress for it.
My husband and I got married at The Royal Park Hotel. Our ceremony was in the Conservatory and our reception was in one of the ballrooms. It was worth all of the money we spent on it. They were there for every question in every email. The service was amazing! The Royal Park hotel goes above and beyond for all of their guests to make your night unforgettable. I'm still speechless as to how amazing everything was. I'm living out of state, so the potential for me to be forgetful and stressed is high. Using them for our venue really helped lessen the load for me and made it really easy. Every time I came into town, I stopped by to talk to my coordinator who was so on top of everything and helped me hammer out all of the details. The wedding was beautiful and our Wedding Suite was AMAZING! Such a beautiful hotel and a spectacular venue!
We had our ceremony and reception at Royal Park and it was lovely. The food was amazing and everyone was impressed. However I was really disappointed in the many errors that occurred. Our main entree beef was not what we selected so either Royal Park made a mistake or they substituted without letting us know. It defeated the purpose of us having to drive the hour to do a menu tasting (which we paid full price for). Secondly, I worked with them back on forth to come up with a gobo we liked and they confirmed it could be ordered, however the light gobo they projected was an earlier version and not the one we final approved. Lastly, we had our names spelled out with chocolate sauce and our wedding date on our cake plates and they misspelled my name so my photographer was scraping off the "E" with her nail. I just thought for the price and based on other reviews I could expect flawless execution of the details but that wasn't the case. Although working with everyone there was fine, based on the many let downs I don't think Ill host any further events there. The complimentary room and chocolate covered strawberries and champagne was a nice touch but I would have much rather had my expectations met on what I specified for the day. For the price you pay for excellence, you expect excellence. I am truly disappointed I wasn't able to leave a 5 star review.
We wanted a beautiful, classic venue for both our ceremony and reception that would highlight all of the beautiful colors of fall, and we found it! Janet, the catering manager, was an absolute joy to work with and we heard nothing but glowing reviews from our friends and family about the staff. The food was delicious, the venue is gorgeous, and it was just the perfect space for a fall wedding. It was at the high range of our budget, but so worth every penny.
The royal park hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service was great! My wedding ran smoothly and everyone enjoyed it there. Only thing was they are very strict about noise...got a complaint and had a hotel staff member knocking on my door at 3pm in the afternoon when I was getting ready in my suite with a few bridesmaids and we were not being loud at all. regardless, beautiful place to get married.
The staff at the Royal Park went above and beyond to make our wedding amazing. They were on top of every detail, and made the night go very smoothly. The food was perfect, and came out nice and hot. Everyone said it was a wonderful evening. It was expensive, but it was a perfect evening!
The Royal Park Hotel was an absolutely divine location for me and my husband's reception. The service was five star and the food was delicious. Our guests went on and on about how much they loved the hotel and the food and the service. Our hotel coordinator Kathleen was great. It isn't the least expensive option. But it was worth every penny. That is why we booked this place for our wedding on September 21, 2013 so that we would have no worries and I'm glad we did!
From the moment the door man opened the door for us, I knew this was the perfect place. And the surroundings of downtown Rochester could not be more serene and picturesque. There is plenty to do but you won't want to do anything but stay in the hotel because it's gorgeous! The pond is perfect for a close walk. They even have a library.
My reception at the Royal Park could not have been better. Kathleen was a true pleasure to work with and she made sure everything was in order for our big day! The customer service was truly remarkable. I would recommend the Royal Park to anyone who wants a classy event with top of the line food and service.
The Royal Park hotel was the perfect ceremony and reception site for our wedding. While expensive, it was worth every penny. The staff is so professional and accommodating, the food was amazing, and it was so beautiful
Wonderful Experience at the Royal Park Hotel.
We had our wedding reception at the Brookshire restaurant, which was stunning! Ellen our Conceirge was Outstanding! The front Desk was Great and Annette amazing!
I had both my ceremony and Reception at the Royal Park Hotel. Everything was perfect and even exceeded my expectations at times. Be sure to note your end times for your rental. They started tearing things down very quickly after our events so there was little time for pictures after the wedding in the conservatory since we were "out of time." Overall, it was more expensive than some of the other venues we explored but well worth every penny!
Such a beautiful hotel. Perfect for our 70 guest ceremony in the Park Pavilion with reception in the Conservatory. We received so many compliments on how beautiful our venue was and how friendly the staff was. The food was also great! Our catering manager Janet was so friendly and professional, a real delight to work with. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place for our wedding!! I love the Royal Park Hotel!!!!
The hotel itself is just stunning and such a class act. Though it is quite expensive, it really is worth it when you see how great everything is. Janet, was so great and easy to work with!
Also, the food was the best wedding food we have ever had. So many people mentioned how great it was. Anytime they ask each person how they want the steak cooked, you know it will be good :)

Every aspect of our planning process and Wedding day were perfect! The entire wedding weekend was a fairytale because of The RPH!
We had our wedding at the gorgeous Royal Park Hotel this past fall. The venue was gorgeous, food delicious and heard rave reviews from our guests. Would recommend!
Having our wedding at the Royal Park Hotel in Downtown Rochester was the best planning decision we could have made for our special day.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and the property it sits on is seriously "picture perfect," for any wedding.
Everyone who works at the Royal Park; especially our Catering/Event Manager Janet Englehardt are the best in the business.
They do whatever it takes to make sure your ceremony and reception are everything you dreamed them to be. Even the food tasting was an experience you will never forget!
If I had to do it all over again, I would not choose any other location. It would be the Royal Park again...no question.
Having everything in one location is so convenient for not only your wedding party but for all of your guests.
The bridal suite is absolutely amazing!
At the Royal Park Hotel they exemplify excellence in the industry and are the most wonderful people to work with. Enjoy!
I had my ceremony at Meadow Brook Hall, therefore The Royal Park Hotel made sense for guest accommodations. They did give me a discounted rate (the price of a regular room for an upgraded room). They also have a shuttle bus service from MBH to the hotel available. This, however, is only free before 11pm. After that it is $50 per hour. They only pick up on the hour then the half hour. So, if your reception ends at 11:30 the could pick up at 11 and 11:30 or 12 and 12:30, but not 11:30 and 12 - kinda weird. In the end I booked the shuttle, but I don't think anybody took it. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable with fluffy bedding and luxurious showers. The setting is beautiful. I'd do it again minus the shuttle!
Julie Rossey at the Royal Park is friendly, professional, and fabulous! We had great service, great food, and a beautiful venue. Highly recommended!
Royal Park was wonderful to work with! Great service, delicious food, pretty atmosphere, but expensive. It was well worth it though. I would not have changed a thing!!
Our wedding reception was small but we wanted it to be special. The hotel staff was great at offering suggestions for the planning. The meal was created and presented perfectly. Everything ran like clockwork. Our family stayed in the hotel also and they were very impressed with the excellent service they received. This hotel was gracious and did an excellent job with everything including all the little comforts that made us feel special. They were a little pricey but worth every penny.
Our wedding day at the RPH was everything we had imagined. The staff was attentive and took care of every detail, and we could just enjoy the planning and the actual day. The place is stunningly beautiful, the food is amazing, and the bridal suite is fantastic. LOVE RPH!
We consider this hotel to host our wedding reception. It was really pretty and we really liked the location. It had a small town feel and surrounding grounds were pretty.
the conservatory at the RPH is the most beautiful ceremony location
I didn't actually have my wedding here, but I did come in to see the place and I feel a review is necessary because of the horrible experience we had. First and foremost, the woman was immediately rude to us. The first thing she said was "You'll have to do a Friday or Sunday wedding because Saturday has a minimum of $20k" having no idea of what we were willing to spend. Clearly she made an assumption about our appearance, even though we spent 20k at the Colony Club later. When we went into the atrium for the ceremony it was very small and she even commented that they purposely take wide angle pictures to make it look bigger. I can't imagine more than 80 people in there without everyone touching. The the ball room, which was one of many. "There will be 2 other weddings going on while yours is." Talk about privacy and intimacy! TWO other weddings! The ballroom was nothing special. The decorations were bland and the "Tiffany's chandeliers" looked like they were plastic. While the hotel is gorgeous itself, the wedding banquet halls look exactly that, banquet halls. They have crappy wallpaper, chairs that NEED to be covered and cost way too much. Their 20k minimum ONLY included food and beverage, not the cost to rent the rooms or any additional things you had to pay for like waiters, coat check, parking. Horrible experience. DON'T have your wedding here.
I didn't use Royal Park for my wedding, but my sister-in-law had a reception there. The ballroom was so spacious and gorgeous. With that beautiful venue, you would be able to save on flowers and decoration.
I chose the Royal Park Hotel for their conservatory. It's an all glass room that just makes every event feel grand. In the hotel package for the ceremony and reception, you get a free champagne toast, the bridal suite for that special night and a few others! I had book the bridal suite the night before as well and when we arrived we had been upgraded to the presidential suite which was amazing! Everything was fantastic, the staff (who made sure to cater perfectly to my wheat allergy), the food, the venue!
All the guests loved the Conservatory for the ceremony. The location is so beautiful on its own that only minimal decorations were needed. Also, the hotel staff took great care of guests staying at the hotel.
Our reception was in one of the ballrooms. We had a sit-down dinner. Guests loved the food. No complaints except for maybe the ridiculously outrageous "21% service fee" not gratuity they charge on EVERYTHING -- including room rentals.
