We could not have asked for a better person than Allison to help with our day of coordination. From as early as us booking her she was open to answering any questions we had and then things got even better when she took over all of the logistics about a month before the wedding. She helped created the perfect timeline and made sure all vendors were aware of anything they needed. She handled everything with our vendors smoothly and made sure the wedding day went off without a hitch. Allison was a dream to work with in the final stages of planning and day of!

Aside from weddings, my most favorite things would be coffee, hiking, and Wesley. Who is Wesley you may ask? He is my precious pup!

any questions I had. I don’t know what we would have done without her and her expertise. We also used her Queen Suite (bride & bridesmaids) and AirBnb (groom and groomsmen) for getting ready. It was easy for the photographer and videographer to go back and forth between the two spaces to get pictures/videos while we were getting ready. The Queen Suite was so spacious and super cute for photos.

t made a huge difference to have a local planner with connections and vendors they had worked with before. They were able to recommend vendors that I would have never found that made our day perfect. Royal Weddings was also was able to find a make up artist and hairstylist through their team, this was complicated because there was only me for the wedding day. Additionally, when we had a vendor back out at the last minute due to an unforeseen conflict Allison worked tirelessly to get another vendor in place prior to the wedding week. Allison helped the planning process and the wedding day / weekend events go smoothly so that I had less concern and stress, I can't thank her and the team enough! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a planner to make their lives easier and their wedding day go perfectly!

e Andrea, Resha and Liz were doing make up. They were absolutely wonderful to work with from my trial, which included making arrangements with me because I live out of state, up until the touch ups to ensure perfection before they left on wedding day! I never felt stressed or anxious, they were flexible with the schedule day of, but made sure we were done on time, actually finishing with time to spare! They traveled to us, brought all the necessities and more, and made sure we were happy with our hairstyle and make up and didn’t hesitate to fix or change something if we asked. Not only did I, as the bride, feel beyond beautiful, but all the girls felt the same! We all received so many compliments throughout the day/night on our hair and make up. Thank you again for making not only me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day, but the entire bride crew!

six bridesmaids, my mom, my husband’s step-mom, and my grandma look fantastic on the wedding day! The bridal party and I were very active on the dance floor and all of our makeup still looked perfect at midnight! Andrea did both my trial and my day-of makeup and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. She understood just how I wanted to look and was professional and welcoming to all of my party. Royal Weddings knows what they are doing and will definitely help to make your day as low stress as they can!

I cannot recommend her enough. I also utilized their hair and makeup, which was nice because Allison had a great rapport with them and it was nice to have one company for a multitude of services. My wedding hair & makeup was flawless and all of my bridesmaids hair and makeup looked amazing. Savannah did my hair & Resha did my makeup! They both are extremely talented & so easy to work with. I promise you will not be disappointed if you choose them!

She went above and beyond from rehearsal the night before, helping set up the day of, managing our timeline, and even helping clean up at the end of the night. It down-poured all day on the day of, but Audrey did everything in her power to make sure we could have our ceremony outside (even if that meant delaying the ceremony). The minute she saw a clear patch in the weather, it was go time. She made it look so effortless, and made me feel a sense of ease. Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and not a thing went wrong thanks to her and her staff. I could never say enough great things about Royal weddings and Events! If you need a coordinator (I promise you do), these are your people!

he very beginning she made me feel so confident that everything would run smoothly and look beautiful. The day of my wedding everything ended up even better than I could have imagined. It was so easy to just give her my thoughts and ideas and then let her roll with it and make the final product. On the Wedding day I didn't have to think about anything but myself, she made sure every vendor was where they needed to be, all details and decorations were in place and made sure my ceremony ran perfectly. I cannot recommend Royal Weddings and Events enough!

Audrey arrived with a team of 4 people the day of the wedding to set-up and they executed everything perfectly. I also used Royal Wedding and Events for hair and make-up services and could not be happier. Savannah provided hair services for myself, four bridesmaids and flower girl. "Best wedding I've ever been to", "Your wedding was so much fun", "Your wedding was beautiful" are just a few of the compliments we received that wouldn't be possible if it weren't for the RW&E team. Andrea did my makeup and Savannah did my hair. They made me feel absolutely beautiful! I received so many compliments and still do! Allison helped keep me on track, was so kind and kept all of my ideas in mind. It was so nice having a detailed itinerary emailed to me and having Allison and her team there to keep it all together. They were so incredibly helpful with setup, keeping it running, and cleanup. If there were any hiccups the entire day I had no idea. It ran so smoothly! Allison and her team were so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend using them for your day of coordination services!

The only thing I would have done differently looking back would have been to hire Royal Weddings as a full day coordinator rather than just the set-up help. When it came down to the day, many decorations and items were missing on my part or miscommunication with other vendors, but her team handled everything. ing FB page. What a Godsend she was! About a month before our wedding, I became very stressed about who would decorate our venue space and break it all down. For the longest I figured my bridal party and I could do it the day of but realized that was unrealistic and would leave us tired and burnt out!! Fortunately, I saw that Audrey provided Event Set Up/Strike services and messaged her. So happy I did because she really worked with me to make our vision come to life! Our venue space looked GREAT, and a week later, we are still receiving compliments on all the decor! Audrey was super sweet and made sure all the details were discussed beforehand to ensure a smooth set up and break down! Definitely consult her team if you’re looking for event decor or other services she has to offer!

ded to complete the job. I knew I wouldn't have to worry about all the details during our celebration. I appreciated her attention to detail. I didn't hear about anything going wrong, which is a testament to all of our vendors! I met with Lauren 3 times before the big day, was present at the rehearsal and then she worked a 14 hour day, the day of the wedding. During the planning phase she was willing to meet me anywhere that was convenient for me, which was so great during such a stressful/busy time. I was able to text her for any concerns, as well. We couldn't beat the price either! So why only 4 stars? The business is still young and they are working out some kinks. I spoke with the owner and handled it with her, so no need to air dirty laundry here. Overall, I recommend Royal Weddings for your day of coordinator needs!

Day of, she guided us along the way and made sure that we had everything we needed. Words can't even begin to express my gratitude for Audrey and everything she did to make my wedding day perfect. I ended up moving my wedding date up sooner than originally planned...
so I was a frazzled mess. Everything was literally thrown together on my end, but Audrey took every mismatched decor item I had provided and made something beautiful out of it all to truly make my venue and wedding day everything I could have ever imagine. It looked like something out of a magazine for a wedding I could never afford but she made it all happen with everything I already had! I tend to lack an attention to detail and Audrey makes sure everything is perfect and taken care of down to each tiny detail. I pretty much owe the success of my entire wedding to her and her coordinating skills. She lifted so much stress off of my shoulders so that I could just enjoy my day and take it all in and know that everything was perfect and in the best hands possible. I can't thank her enough and I HIGHLY recommend using her and her team for all of your event planning needs!!
