All her little personal touches did not go unnoticed…from making sure the Party Bus was an incredibly fun atmosphere, taking photos while beaming with happiness, keeping the bus so clean, and going above and beyond by washing our champagne glasses during the ceremony so they could be used afterwards on the ride to the reception. Nancy was a total joy and ray of light. Royal Transportation is an extremely professional company and very easy to work with. They are reasonably priced and are very very good at communication. Providing transportation ensured our guests arrived on time and returned safely at the end of the night, which gave us so much peace of mind. Coordinating with Royale was seamless. Felicia was a fantastic point of contact who kept everything organized and made sure I always knew the plan.
Our drivers, Karl and Zinnaira, were wonderful. At the end of the night, my groom and I had the trolley to ourselves for the final ride back to the hotel. Zinnaira went above and beyond by taking photos of us during that quiet, special moment. It is something I will always treasure.
We highly recommend Royale Transportation for any wedding or special event.

Everyone was dropped off at the church exactly on time! The ride was smooth, and the bus was nice and chilled for our humid June day! Champagne was provided for our trip and we even hooked up a phone to their bluetooth speaker.
They were very easy to deal with and were adamant about making sure everything was on schedule. They even agreed to drop us off at the after party despite that not being on the initial itinerary.

Both drivers were timely and professional. The party bus driver drove us to multiple locations to take photos. He was extremely friendly and helped us out when we couldn't figure out how to get the music working.
The shuttle bus driver waited at the ceremony site to drive guests from the ceremony site to the reception. It was not a far walk, but our elderly guests were extremely appreciative. He also gave his number out to some of the elderly guests and told them they could call if they needed help to get on the shuttle or if they wanted to leave before the scheduled time.
If you are looking for the absolute best people to transport you for your special occasions, look no further because Royale is it!

bus. When it came that day, it looked like a shuttle bus not a party bus or what I had imaged at all. It was way too small for what we wanted even after cutting people out of the bus. The office had bad communication with each other because we had to pay extra for the shuttle bus to come back at the end of the night meanwhile the office told us it was included originally. Overall, they did give us a discount with the 25 person party bus but it definitely killed my mood that day seeing the bus.

remely professional, attentive, and just an overall kind individual. Everything ran on schedule and turned out great on our wedding day. The contact we had with the company leading up to the wedding day was great until about 2 weeks out. We were told that we would be assigned a driver and provided with contact info by a certain date, and that date came and went with no information. My husband followed up several times and each time he spoke with someone different who gave a different timeline. Ultimately we were assigned a driver the day before the wedding. This is likely normal protocol but unfortunately false expectations were set and so we were worried about this unnecessarily. I would definitely recommend Royale Limousine however suggest clarifying when to expect your vehicle and driver assignment as your wedding day approaches.

After our ceremony he was so helpful, carrying some of the heavier decor from the church that we were also using at the reception. away" is very appropriate for this transportation company. I booked their red trolley for my June 2018 wedding in VT as my venue had used them before. Initially, I was very pleased, the trolley was exactly what I wanted and the price seemed fair so we paid the deposit and signed the contract. Approximately 4 months before my wedding my fiance received a call from this company canceling our wedding transportation reservation. They told him they 'changed their insurance' and were canceling our contract and asked how we would like our deposit refunded. After multiple calls to this company promising a manager would call me back I heard from no one. I am frankly appalled at this type of customer service. I understand there are many positive reviews on this company but honestly I would look else where before booking. Unless, you want to the next canceled reservation, scrambling at the last minute before your wedding to find another transportation company. I understand wedding have become an industry but this is a terrible spot to put a bride in with so much else to worry about.

ify for future brides what exactly happened and caused us to cancel your reservation. Unfortunately, NY state has recently enacted some very strict DOT regulations that began being implemented as of 12/31/2017. These laws have effected our ability to travel outside of NY State and thus caused us to cancel 2 reservations that we had outside of New York. You booked your transportation with us on January 8th of 2018. We found out from our insurance company that we could no longer meet the requirements set forth by the US DOT in February (when our insurance policy is set to be renewed). We called and advised your fiancé on 02/08/18 exactly one month to the date that you booked. This is something that we have never had to do for a wedding, but unfortunately was out of our control. When you called back a few weeks later we did receive your message but the only number on file for your reservation was for your fiancé who booked the reservation. We did return the call on that phone number. After you called again and spoke to our manager we once again explained the situation and tried to look for a trolley locally for you but had no luck. There simply is no other trolley company anywhere near our area. While I completely understand your frustration, this was the only choice we had other than risk stranding your party on the day of service. We very rarely traveled outside of NY state in our DOT vehicles in the past and did not foresee the changes impacting us the way it did. We are a family owned and operated business and we take tremendous pride in our service. As you can see from all our positive reviews over the years this is not something we are accustomed to.
