My husband and I rented three buses and a single car for our wedding to transport around 90 people to and from our hotel and reception location. Wonderful service. Timely and clean. Would hire them again!

We had the 20 passenger party bus from Royale drive us to our wedding ceremony, then around Saratoga for photos, then back to our reception venue. The party bus had the perfect amount of room for our bridal party and sufficient cooler space for all of our needs! They even included champagne for us on the bus! The bus was on time and the driver was great. The bus was super clean. We were able to enjoy our own music by connecting to the bluetooth speakers on the bus which created a fun atmosphere. The process to book was super easy and the staff was organized and professional. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for reliable transportation for your wedding day!

Royale was very easy to work with throughout the process, and they were very flexible in making adjustments and adding additional stops. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and made for a fun trip for the bridal party!

I rented a white trolly for my wedding, which required 2 separate pick-up and 2 drop off locations. The team followed up a few days before to make sure everything was in order, which gave me an extra piece of mind. Our trolley driver was awesome – on time to the first location and early to the second. He was flexible with the few additional stops we had to make after the church ceremony before we got to the Hall of Springs so we could get pictures of the bridal party and parents with the foliage. An extremely well run and professional service, thank you!

We hired Royale to do transportation for our wedding and they were fantastic. We had them do a party bus for the Wedding Party and a shuttle from the hotel to the venue for the guests. Both drivers were timely and professional. The party bus driver drove us to multiple locations to take photos. He was extremely friendly and helped us out when we couldn't figure out how to get the music working. The shuttle bus driver waited at the ceremony site to drive guests from the ceremony site to the reception. It was not a far walk, but our elderly guests were extremely appreciative. He also gave his number out to some of the elderly guests and told them they could call if they needed help to get on the shuttle or if they wanted to leave before the scheduled time. If you are looking for the absolute best people to transport you for your special occasions, look no further because Royale is it!

We rented a Trolley for our wedding through Royal Transportation and were extremely happy. I was able to give them specific times to get our guests from the hotel to the venue and did not have to worry leading up to the wedding. The trolley also did multiple trips after the wedding even though I had only asked for 1 trip on the way back. The driver was professional, trolley was clean and the staff was easy to book with.

We are so happy that we hired Royale Transportation for our wedding day! They were responsive and helped us plan out the routes for the day. We used the 33 passenger shuttle, the 24 passenger party bus, and an SUV to get the bridal party and guests to our wedding ceremony, reception, and to and from the hotel. Our drivers Donald, George, and Carl were friendly and professional. We highly recommend Royale Transportation.

We used Royale transportation for our wedding this past weekend in downtown Albany and our driver James was FANTASTIC. We had multiple trips with just groomsmen, bridesmaids, family, everyone at once, back and forth between the hotel, the venue, the plaza for photos, etc., and we NEVER ever once had to wait for him. He was always on time, courteous and helpful getting bride and bridal party in and out each time, escorting us back and forth with umbrellas when it was raining. Cannot say enough about his professionalism (and willingness to let us still have a blast driving around 🤗). Highly recommend!! Thank you for making our wedding day a success.

5 stars! We got married in Poughkeepsie and Razz drove us and our loved ones from our hotel to the venue and then back again at the end of the night. He was so patient and had great energy and just made everything so easy for us. He showed up a little early at the end of the wedding which was so helpful since we only booked him for one hour and had to do a few trips back and forth to the hotel. Highly recommend!

Was referred to this company by a close friend and we were not disappointed. We booked one of their shuttle buses for our guests and the 24 passenger party bus for our wedding party. Our guest were super happy with their driver Don and our driver Kristin couldn't have been better - she had stocked the bus with cold champagne helped with the music and made sure my dress wasn't on the ground when I got off the bus. Little things you don't realize will help make the day. The booking process was super easy, Gabe helped ease my over thinking mind. The transportation went from being one of the scariest parts to one of the most enjoyable. Highly, highly recommend.

Was very disappointed. We got a call the week of the wedding that the 30 person bus we had ordered was out of service. They then explained how they could give us a 25 person party bus. When it came that day, it looked like a shuttle bus not a party bus or what I had imaged at all. It was way too small for what we wanted even after cutting people out of the bus. The office had bad communication with each other because we had to pay extra for the shuttle bus to come back at the end of the night meanwhile the office told us it was included originally. Overall, they did give us a discount with the 25 person party bus but it definitely killed my mood that day seeing the bus.

Gabe & Royale Transportation we’re amazing! Not only did Gabe put up with many iterations of planning but he recommended the most efficient way to get our guests to & from our venue. He coordinated 3 different cars for different purposes throughout our daughters wedding day & all went off without issues. All the drivers were pleasant & accommodating. I would highly recommend Royale Transportation for any & all transportation needs!

If you need ANY transportation for your wedding, book it through Royale Transportation!! We booked a trolley to transport guests to and from the venue and hotel on the day of our wedding. Our trolley driver, Kristin, was AMAZING. She even remembered to grab my veil for the venue when myself and all of my bridal party forgot. The service at Royale is wonderful and I could not have asked for a better experience!

We hired Royale to provide transportation from three Lake George hotels to our daughter’s wedding venue, the Promise Gardens, about 20 minutes away. Royale was easy to book, organized, very professional. Drivers were prompt and very courteous. Overall a wonderful experience after having our initial transportation company fall through.

Royale Transportation made my wedding day complete!! We booked a trolley to transport our guests from multiple LG hotels to our wedding at the Erlowest, then back to their hotels after, and also to and from the village for the afterparty. Gabe, the owner, was professional, kind, and very easy to work with. It was peak season when we got married, so sometimes the emails weren't immediate in response, but I always heard back from him in a timely matter. Our driver Karl was fantastic. He was punctual and flexible to our needs. I was so worried about the timeline of guests arriving to the ceremony from so many different hotels, but Karl did a great job. If we got married again, we'd still Karl and Royale Transport!

Royale Transportation was very easy to work with, from booking, payments, and willingness to drive wherever we wished for photo opportunities. The driver, Ryan, was punctual and able to adjust the route to avoid the high traffic and construction areas. He clearly knew the area well enough to handle the detour accordingly. We had a smooth ride, didn't have to worry about a thing, our whole bridal party had a great time on the party bus!! We recommend Royale Transportation for any travel needs!

We rented the trolley for our wedding in September 2019 and it was perfect! Our driver was amazing. He was so nice and he even helped carry my dress because the church had poured new concrete sidewalks the day before. The entire process with Royale Transportation was fantastic from the beginning. They were all nice and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend you book them!

Royale Transportation provided a limo and shuttle bus for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with the service. Everything went smoothly on the day of, and coordinating with them beforehand was a breeze. Customer serivce was great, they even upgraded our shuttle bus to a party bus for free when the original bus had mechanical troubles the week of our wedding. Highly recommended!

Royale has a great selection of limos and antique cars for weddings. My husband was able to go out and see everything in person before booking the limo we used for our wedding. The driver was courteous, the ride was smooth and the limo was beautiful and clean inside and out. The champagne bottle and glasses inside were a definite plus!

Larry was absolutely amazing! He danced, he sang, he was a complete gentleman. He offered us cold waters and was always on time! We loved our wedding trolley experience!

Our limo driver (Richard) was very crabby all day. The company did not let him know that we had extended the time we had booked them for, nor that we would need to be brought to another location for photos. He was rude when trying to explain to him what needed to be done & when giving him directions.

We used Royale for our wedding transportation because of other great experiences we have had in the past with them!! The company and their staff was both professional and extremely helpful in coordinating and organizing the timeline for our wedding. Our driver was pleasant and treated us like ‘royalty’. Royale Transportation treated us very well and provided the wedding party with a great time while being transported to the wedding. They are very reasonably priced and have many different kinds of cars and buses. Even though they were unable to provide my daughter with the car that we originally contracted for, they provided a better vehicle at no additional cost!

We had a lovely white trolley for our wedding day that made several trips between the ceremony and reception locations for our bridal party & parents. Our driver was fantastic; extremely professional, attentive, and just an overall kind individual. Everything ran on schedule and turned out great on our wedding day. The contact we had with the company leading up to the wedding day was great until about 2 weeks out. We were told that we would be assigned a driver and provided with contact info by a certain date, and that date came and went with no information. My husband followed up several times and each time he spoke with someone different who gave a different timeline. Ultimately we were assigned a driver the day before the wedding. This is likely normal protocol but unfortunately false expectations were set and so we were worried about this unnecessarily. I would definitely recommend Royale Limousine however suggest clarifying when to expect your vehicle and driver assignment as your wedding day approaches.

We had the white trolley for transport on our wedding day and had the best experience! Don was our driver and he went above and beyond for us! He was on time, had every kind of beverage imaginable and even had a mirror for me to check my makeup before I hopped off to go into the church! Not to mention a literal red carpet for me to step onto upon exiting the trolley. After our ceremony he was so helpful, carrying some of the heavier decor from the church that we were also using at the reception. We had a great experience and will recommend royal limousine to all of our friends for their upcoming weddings! Special thank you to Don to all of his help!

These folks were great! Arrived on time and took care of the wedding party for first look, and then came back to shuttle guests to and from the hotel to the venue. Ran over (time scheduled) and continued without question. Very professional and friendly, from start to finish. Highly recommend.

*** Do not book this transportation company unless you'd like to gamble with your wedding transportation actually showing up. Under this rating system I would say 1 star for "stay away" is very appropriate for this transportation company. I booked their red trolley for my June 2018 wedding in VT as my venue had used them before. Initially, I was very pleased, the trolley was exactly what I wanted and the price seemed fair so we paid the deposit and signed the contract. Approximately 4 months before my wedding my fiance received a call from this company canceling our wedding transportation reservation. They told him they 'changed their insurance' and were canceling our contract and asked how we would like our deposit refunded. After multiple calls to this company promising a manager would call me back I heard from no one. I am frankly appalled at this type of customer service. I understand there are many positive reviews on this company but honestly I would look else where before booking. Unless, you want to the next canceled reservation, scrambling at the last minute before your wedding to find another transportation company. I understand wedding have become an industry but this is a terrible spot to put a bride in with so much else to worry about.

Wedding September 16, 2017 My husband and I had rented a 24 passenger party bus for our wedding. Our driver was above and beyond amazing. He was constantly making sure everyone was comfortable and had a drink of water or champagne if they desired. He had a bottle of champagne set up in front of the vehicle for my husband and I after the ceremony. Our bridal party offered many compliments about the service. Seriously, beyond words. The hospitality was 100 %- I could not have asked for better service. He was on time and got us to our destinations safely. Thank you!

My husband and I booked an 11 passenger shuttle bus for our wedding. Our driver's name was Rich and he was awesome! He was extremely polite, professional, and had a great sense of humor but most importantly, he was on time and stayed on schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone in search for transportation services for their event.

For our wedding party, we rented a trolley to bring them from the hotel to the ceremony, and then over to the reception. They were very professional on the phone, easy to get a hold of, and were so accommodating on that day! The driver was awesome- our wedding party had a blast! Definitely recommend.

Working with Advantage was amazing! We rented a 30 person party bus. It came equipped with water and champagne! Our driver was amazing! He was energetic and accommodating! After shuttling us for pictures he then did some shuttle runs to bring our guests to the venue. Our bus was clean and new looking. All around a great experience!

We booked an Escalade for our wedding party to be transported. The driver showed up on time and made all of the trips we asked. We also booked the antique Rolls Royce for our send-off and it was a hit with everyone. Both drivers offered us champagne and were very professional.

We used Advantage to take 10 people from the venue to the after party. The driver was efficient and pleasant and drove us home safely. This is a very reliable company!

Wasn't able to give NO STARS! As someone who is in the customer service business I would be doing an injustice if I didn’t express and share the horrible experience I have had by using this vendor! (and I will say I’ve never written a bad review as I understand how destructive this can be to a company) I booked this vendor as my transportation service for my wedding- the most important day of my life. The direction was simple, bring my guests from their hotel to the venue and then at the end of the night bring them back to the hotel and return to the venue for the entire wedding party to bring them back to a separate location. First two pick up’s completed and then who knows what happened, I still have never been given the same answer from anyone in management. My entire bridal party was left stranded at the wedding venue, standing out in the dark parking lot, cold and forgotten about. I was MORTIFIED! I had rented a Bed & Breakfast for the bridal party to be brought to for the “after party” – which included a bonfire, drinks and catered food service. Needless to say, after 2 ½ hours waiting for transportation (as I was told “they will be there in 10 minutes” every time I called to check on their services or else I would have made other arrangements) my DJ himself returned to get us. Well by the time we ended up back to our location, the food was cold, the guests were tired and annoyed and my evening was over. I will give credit for them refunding me my money (that was without question since they didn’t follow through with their services) however it’s beyond that. The money invested in the after party was a complete waste (everyone just wanted to go to bed) and a bride’s night was ruined! Please, if you are ever thinking of using this vendor for transportation for any important event- think twice. I would NEVER wish this experience on anyone!!!

We used ATG for limousine services to and from our wedding. Additionally we hired ATG to provide a shuttle service to our guests staying at the nearby hotel, so that they could be safely transported to the reception from the hotel, and back to the hotel later that night. ATG also provided a car service for my husband and I to get to the airport following our wedding, and then picked us up at the airport when we returned from our honeymoon. All services were extremely smooth, and the chauffeurs were very helpful, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. I would absolutely use ATG in the future.
