I guess you can call me the logistics queen behind RS Event Co. I have been told I'm as effervescent as a bottle of Champagne. I hug big and I hold the people that are closest to me in this world VERY close. My passion lies in all things detail - after all, each event is made up of a million little ones! While I offer planning services for all types of events, weddings are my absolute favorite. I love working with people. I love making them laugh. I love love and I love watching each event unfold. This is literally my dream job and I am so grateful that I get to work in this amazing industry.

h Raquel, the experience became so much LESS stressful, and correspondingly so much MORE fun and exciting! First of all, she is so detail-oriented and organized and helped keep me on task during the final stages of the planning process. She also went above and beyond to make our day beautiful — she helped me come up with a surprise rehearsal gift for my husband when my original idea was too expensive, and suggested special touches to make the day truly personalized to us. On the day of the wedding, she totally brought the energy and kept us all laughing — but also on schedule! She handled an unforeseen transportation issue calmly and gracefully (I didn’t even know about it until after the wedding!) and ensured that we stuck to our timeline. Overall, she was just such a pro at everything and thanks to her our wedding not only went off without a hitch, but was also the best night of our lives!!! I seriously cannot recommend her highly enough — I can guarantee your day will be better if she is a part of it!

ecause I can’t hire Raquel to be my full-time life coordinator… if I could, I absolutely would. There was no need for me to stay organized because Raquel took care of everything. I simply answered questions, shared a few ideas, and she executed them flawlessly. Wedding Day: The day itself was as stress-free as possible. I didn’t worry about a single thing—except getting myself ready. Raquel was already at the venue before we arrived, met my bridesmaids, had my dress and outfits hung and steamed, wrangled everyone for pictures, and made sure every person was exactly where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. Something that was really important to me was hiring a planner with a great personality—someone easy to connect with. Raquel is just that. She’s incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and just an all-around wonderful person to be around. Her presence made the experience not only seamless, but genuinely enjoyable.

I could never!), open minded and willing to brainstorm, but also an important (yet patient) force in guiding important decision making and keep everyone on task / deadline. Best of all? Raquel is such a wonderful human being, that over the course of the year we became genuine friends. She CARES, and I think that's one of the most incredible things about her (aside from the very obvious talent she has for planning and coordinating weddings).

She even came over the day before to help coordinate deliveries. Everything went so much more smoothly because of her and it was definitely worth it to have her helping to coordinate things during the day. Would definitely hire her again!

xceeded all our expectations. Without a doubt our wedding day would not have been as seamless and stress free if it were not for Raquel and her expert planning and coordination. Not only did Raquel keep us on track (especially important given we were terrible procrastinators), she is a kind, fun person and was a joy to work with. Sometimes I think we might not have had a wedding if it were not for Raquel--one thing is for sure, it definitely would not have been as perfect a day. Obviously, I cannot recommend her services enough!

From day one, she was professional, supportive and detail oriented, quickly becoming someone we could rely on and ask questions to. She made herself available for not only calls with vendors, but in-person meetings, ensuring our questions were heard and our vision was being brought to life. On the day of the wedding, Raquel struck the perfect balance of being supportive and discreet and after the event, I kept telling friends and family that I felt like everything went perfectly! I know that’s a testament to all the hard work Raquel put in to ensure my husband and I had the best day. She anticipated our needs before we had to ask and went above and beyond in areas that we didn’t even know we’d need until the big day (an example being driving guests from our reception to the parking lot in the venue’s golf cart). These feelings don’t just apply to myself and my husband as my parents have also expressed their gratitude for everything she did. We were all able to be present the entire day because of Raquel and that was truly a gift! For anyone considering a wedding coordinator, please reach out to Raquel! She was so communicative and had an incredible attention to detail on everything from the initial meetings we had, to the follow up meetings with all of my vendors, and the few days prior to my wedding. During the planning process she had so many unique and creative ideas to help make my visions come true. During my wedding day we had a small issue and immediately Raquel was on it! She was highly recommended to me by a friend, and looking back now I couldn't have imagined the day without her. Raquel is highly experienced, professional, and great to work with. Hiring Raquel was far and away the best wedding planning decision we made. We chose her month-of package for our October wedding after attending a wedding she coordinated in June...

and she seamlessly incorporated herself into our process as we finalized everything with all of our vendors and was instrumental in the weekend itself going off without a hitch. She served as a sounding board and expert opinion throughout the end stages of the planning process, took on the tasks that I was dreading handling myself (timeline creation, to name one!), and asked thoughtful questions that hadn't even occurred to me. If there was an issue, I felt confident going into the wedding day that Raquel would be able to resolve it, and she didn't disappoint! From alcohol snafus to the threat of rain, from picture-dirty shoes to an unraveling bowtie, she tackled it all without batting an eye so that we could enjoy our day. Our wedding wouldn't have been what it was without her and we'll always be grateful to her for helping make our dreams come true!

Raquel saved the whole damn thing . . .on multiple occasions. I lost track of the number of times that someone would ask me a question to which I would respond, "I'm not sure, but ...

Raquel will know" and she always did. Raquel managed our complicated bus shuttle schedule, multiple hotels and venues, grocery shopping, many vendors and so much more. She had a sense for when we needed help with something and, equally important, when we needed a break. Everything that she did over our entire wedding weekend was done with the sole purpose of making our wedding as much fun as possible for both us and our guests. Raquel's presence during our wedding weekend made everything calmer and smoother. She basically read our minds and anticipated our needs. I knew that any issue that arose would be dealt with quickly and our guests wouldn't even notice that there was a snag in the plans. Raquel kept us in good spirits when it was clear it would rain all day. She was meticulously organized and went above and beyond in the days leading up to the wedding, confirming with each vendor. I don't know what we would have done without her. I cannot recommend her services enough!
