We can honestly say that without Bianca we would not have been able to get married. Bianca single-handedly saved our wedding after our original day-of coordinator canceled one week before our wedding...and honestly, it was all for the better!
Bianca was so professional, understanding, accommodating, friendly, and dedicated to making sure our wedding went through without further issue. We completely trusted her to make our dream come to life and she went above and beyond to deliver.
Bianca visited both myself and my fiance the morning of our wedding to make sure we had everything we needed; she helped coordinate our vendors throughout the day; she set up our silk florals and other decorations (by herself) at the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception; she helped facilitate the entire night alongside the venue, which recommended her services; and she took down everything at the end of the night and packed it away for us.
Bianca is without a doubt the BEST wedding coordinator/planner/decorator and is all around an incredible person! We will forever be grateful for her <3
Bianca and her team are the best wedding coordinators around! They met with me every few months to help put my ideas together. They did all the set up the day of as well as coordinate with every vendor to make sure they were on time and knew what they were suppose to do. They were a huge help, I couldn’t have done it without them.
Bianca was amazing!! We got married in August 2024 and Bianca helped us every step of the way! She helped us narrow down vendors that fit our tastes and budget (which was super helpful as there are tons of great Hudson valley wedding vendors) , had us think about parts of the wedding we hadn’t considered, and was a huge huge help the day of (her assistant Terrie was awesome too!). Between confirming with vendors during the final few days and making sure we had time for everything we wanted on the wedding weekend, Bianca kept in on track!
Bianca was a dream! As someone who runs more anxious, she kept me so calm throughout the entire wedding day and I didn’t have to worry about anything!! She was such a calming and kind presence throughout the day, which is exactly what you need on a high stress day. She was very detailed, patient, and extremely attentive throughout the entire planning process, which I truly appreciated. The day of the wedding she was checking on me and the bridal party throughout the entire morning while also making sure everything was running smoothly over at the venue. She made sure the entire day ran smoothly and at the end of the night everything was packed up for us and put in our rooms. Having Bianca allowed me to relax and really enjoy my day without having to worry about a single thing!

Bianca and her team were truly amazing. Throughout the entire process, I was consistently relieved knowing Bianca was there to make it all happen. I am a Type A person, so this was hard for me to do. Bianca's straight forward and easy going approach was exactly what I needed. She stayed on top of all the vendors and paperwork, while helping to execute my vision for the overall design of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, I don’t think I took 2 steps without one of her amazing assistants being there to hand me a napkin, a drink, my shoes, etc. Our family and our guests keep telling us how great it all was, and any interaction they had with Bianca and her team was lovely.
I can't find enough words to express how happy and completely satisfied my husband and I are with Bianca and her team. I'm a person that visualizes every single detail when it comes to planning. I was a previous planner myself and I knew that I needed someone by my side to understand how important details are to me, in visioning our own wedding. Bianca was so personable, professional and what a pleasure working together with her. Her main focus since day one, was to make sure our vision would come true. The day of our wedding when we looked at the ballroom, I got so emotional. She just didn't make the reception room look how I imagined it, it was magical to me. She surpassed my desires and expectations. Our flowers and décor were so beautiful. These are priceless memories that we will forever have in our hearts. She is truly amazing. I was hesitant to get a wedding planner. Surely I could do this myself. Bianca is easily the smartest and best money I spent on my wedding. She made everything so seamless, easy and fun. I consider myself to be a strong, independent woman and if I was going to hire someone to help with the wedding, they needed to be stronger than me and that is EXACTLY what I got in Bianca. She was available whenever I reached out, was patient, helpful and direct. Because of her, on my wedding day, all I focused on was my new husband and having the best time with friends and loved ones. Thanks to Bianca I have no idea if anything went wrong because she made sure everything went off without a hitch. Oh, and on top of that? She's a joy to be around. Thank you Bianca!
Bianca and her team are excellent!!! Bianca was so helpful in the planning process. She was there to answer any of my questions. Tasha and her partner were there as my day of coordinators at The Preston Barn. Tasha was amazing and did so much for us. Leading up to the wedding, we met to discuss my vision, the timeline, and what we needed from them. They also worked with all of my vendors to make sure the day went smoothly. We didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding. We were able to just enjoy the day. I highly recommend using RSVP by B to help with wedding planning and as a day of coordinator.

We could not be happier with RSVP by B! The whole experience leading up to the big day was amazing with Bianca! She was always available and helped calm my nerves throughout the process, which we all know can get a little stressful :). She is very professional and easy going. Tasha was our "day of" and she was amazing as well! I can honestly say that I felt very well taken care of by her on my wedding day. Bianca is an outstanding wedding coordinator. We used RSVP by B as our “day of” coordinator - which includes so much more than just your wedding day. As a queer couple, we were especially conscientious of inclusive language and making our community feel comfortable and seen. Bianca was right there with us and even made sure other folks were using the right language so we didn’t have to. She organized all of our vendors, perfectly executed our vision and even brought us iced coffee on our big day (which was much needed and appreciated). From start to finish, Bianca was professional, fun and on top of everything. Our 120 person wedding was perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Highly, highly recommend RSVP by B for your special day!
Bianca was an absolute pleasure to work with. She worked with us for almost 3 years as we planned and re-planned the wedding due to COVID delays. The wedding finally came off this year without a hitch thanks to all her efforts. Not once during the day did we have one care or one worry thanks to her and the team. We were able to celebrate with all our guests while she made sure everything came off according to plan behind the scenes. We could not recommend her more.
We can’t say enough good things about Bianca‘s work as our day of Wedding Coordinator. We had a beautiful campground wedding on a picture-perfect day, and all of the vendors we brought in were spectacular, except one. The one who dropped the ball did so in such a big way that we are not overstating it to say that it could’ve ruined the wedding reception. Bianca handled the challenging situation as the true professional she is. Not only solving it completely but making it entirely invisible to the guests and us. Bianca was a joy to work with and is truly an exceptional professional. We had a perfect wedding weekend, and Bianca made sure that happened. We strongly recommend her.
So thankful we had Bianca and her amazing team (Jane & Tasha) for our wedding weekend. Bianca was incredibly responsive and coordinated all of our many vendors, making our lives so much easier in the weeks leading up to our weeding. We hired Bianca and her team for their "day of" services and they did an amazing job alleviating a lot of the stress before our big day. They handled any last minute vendor follow up, attended our final meetings with the venue, compiled a detailed timeline for the wedding day and most importantly, kept everyone on track on the actual wedding day! We can't imagine not having Bianca with us that day. Highly recommend!!!

She was so attentive to details and ensured that we were on schedule the day of the wedding. My husband and I did not have to worry about anything and were able to fully enjoy our wedding. Bianca is such a helpful, creative, and responsive addition to helping you truly enjoy and plan your wedding day. Bianca came with us to our venue when we were deciding where to have our wedding and she offered decorating advice that fit with our vision. Due to COVID, we had to postpone our reception until the following year, and Bianca was a big help with making sure we had everything we needed. She created a specific time line for us, accompanied us to meetings with the venue, helped with our rehearsal and was a key part of our wedding day. When we arrived at the venue, Bianca and Jane greeted our wedding party and helped with distributing flowers. They helped keep us on track the entire night, always asking if we were enjoying and if there was anything we needed. Bianca and Jane decorated the space sooo beautifully. The first time I walked in that day to see the venue with all of the decorations we had spoke about (and I told her to use her creative judgment) I was blown away at how beautiful and special the space looked. We hired RSVP By B as our DOC + help leading up to the event and would highly recommend them for this service or full wedding coordination! Bianca was so laid back and easy to work with. We were two producers planning an event together so while we were basically organized, she had so much knowledge and expertise to let us know things we missed or needed to do. She kept us on track leading up to our wedding day and frankly kept us sane. We knew she was always a text away, she was super flexible meeting us or setting up times to meet. On the day of our wedding her and Jane were total rockstars. She was so kind to everyone and all our guests raved about how friendly and organized they were. Jane even helped calm down my nephew and went above and beyond to make our day seamless and most importantly, FUN! We can't thank them enough. I wish we had another event to plan just so we could use them again :) Thank you both for being such kind people and awesome at what you do!
Bianca was everything I needed and more!! If I am being honest, I was such an unorganized bride. From having my whole wedding planned for 2 years and then COVID ruining everything, I had to replan in 3 months. Bianca was SO helpful, and so understanding. She was so thorough and asked me questions for things I hadnt even thought of. The day of, her and her team were magnificent, and she even went out of her way literally, turned her car around to come back to my house to get the note I forgot to give to my husband to read for the videographer. She was literally the MVP of the day and I did not have to worry about anything because I knew Bianca would have it covered. Seriously if you need a day of coordinator Bianca is YOUR GIRL!!!! HIRE HER!
Bianca was incredibly helpful to us throughout our wedding planning process. She had a particular expertise with the venue was chose, which was incredibly necessary and helpful given we were not extremely local to our venue. She was accessible, responsive, knowledgable, gave excellent vendor recommendations, and was willing and able to meet us and talk on the phone for anything we needed . We would absolutely recommend Bianca to anyone planning a wedding in the Hudson Valley and beyond.

My husband and I are very happy to have worked with Bianca and Jane for our wedding. We were undecided for quite a while about wedding planners, and by the time we asked Bianca she had already booked another wedding for our date. She was very flexible and offered to have her assistants, Jane, and Stefania attend our wedding after she helped us with some initial planning.
Bianca was incredibly organized, and very responsive to all our questions! She also was good about offering to get in touch with certain vendors we were looking for, or giving us suggestions of some she had successfully worked with previously. Both she and Jane came out to the venue for our final planning meeting, walked us through everything, taking as much time as we needed.
On the day of the wedding, Jane and Stefania were wonderful. They were attentive to all details, and I didn’t feel like I had to worry about anything! Jane took all our flowers and decorations and made sure they were in the correct spots, as well as making sure the tables were set up the way we wanted. Jane is an incredibly warm and positive person, and I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed with her around!

RSVP by B is an incredible service! Bianca helped us in the months leading up to our wedding about details and organization and helped to reach out to vendors and coordinate with our venue. Jane and Terry were amazing coordinators on our big day and made everything run so efficiently and smoothly! They truly took care of us and our bridal party the entire day and didn’t let a single hiccup reach us- they handled everything right away with grace! Jane is the best wedding “mom” who made sure we ate and our drinks were full all night. This is by the far the best investment we made in our wedding. We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Bianca and Jane of RSVP by B! As our day-of wedding coordinator, Bianca made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything on our big day. Leading up to the wedding, Bianca had wonderful vendor recommendations and was extremely responsive by phone and email. She was friendly and easy to work with- making her feel like an old friend by the time our wedding rolled around. We were completely comfortable trusting her with day-of set up and coordination- everything was perfectly in-line with our vision, and came together even better than expected! Bianca managed our ceremony and reception timing seamlessly, working with our other vendors to ensure everything ran on schedule. She even made sure my husband and I had a few quiet moments alone throughout the day to eat and really take everything in. All of Bianca’s hard work and behind-the-scenes coordination helped make our day absolutely magical!
Loved working with Bianca at RSVP by B for our wedding celebration! I’m a project manager by day and love to plan, so I was looking for someone who would cover my blind spots during the planning stage and step in more fully on the day to execute on my vision. Bianca and her team did just that! She asked all the right questions leading up to the event and helped make sure things were organized so that the festivities would run smoothly. For the reception, I left her a room full of (organized) decorations and a rough layout for the tables, then came back after the ceremony to a beautiful dining hall and reception! She made sure I was taken care of all day while still giving me plenty of space to just be with my friends and family and husband. From cocktails after the ceremony to a coordinator to help with family photos ... everything went so smoothly! She even helped coordinate local baby sitters to look after the small children during the reception! Once the party ended, her team helped consolidate all decorations and gifts so it was easy to pack up. Bianca was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Thank you Bianca! The day wouldn’t have been flawless without you and your team!
Bianca was so helpful. We were taken back when we learned that the venue required a day-of-coordinator, but it ended up being a blessing. Bianca made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing the day-of and before the wedding she gave us recommendations and answered all our questions.
Also, Bianca is one of the only professionals in town who didn't make me feel like I was getting robbed to have day-of assistance. I'd recommend her to everyone in need of a little wedding help!

Being an anxious person in general, and incorporating the additional stress of wedding planning, I don't know what I would have done without Bianca!
Bianca made our dreams become a reality, especially with our short time frame. Due to a cancellation with our original wedding venue, and a *lucky* cancellation at the Crested Hen, we met Bianca. Bianca worked extra hard in a few short weeks to make sure that we got everything we wanted and more. While I thought I had a good handle on the planning, I can truly say I have no idea what I would have done without Bianca. Bianca thought of things I would have totally overlooked. Walking into our wedding venue was surreal and magical - speaking with Bianca for so many hours about decor truly paid off.
Even on the evening of the rehearsal (the night before our wedding), Bianca made sure everything was in place. When we realized we didn't have music or a musician for the church ceremony, Bianca jumped right on it and we secured a musician for our ceremony before the end of the rehearsal!

Bianca and her team were incredible. From our first call with Bianca to the time we left the reception, Bianca and her team could not have been better. Her attention to detail, her responsiveness, he attitude and everything in between was perfect. Our day went better than we could have imagined and that was all because of Bianca. The timeline she created was the perfect amount of speeches and parent dances with lots and lots of open dance floor time. I would recommend Bianca to anyone that is looking for a wedding coordinator in the area. She was absolutely spectacular.
Bianca is incredible! Our wedding was everything we dreamed and it was due in large part to her. We were consistently impressed by her responsiveness. She was able to make fantastic referrals, including an amazing tailor to help with a last minute wedding dress emergency! For six months leading up to and on the day of, Bianca and her assistant Jane worked with us and our vendors to ensure that everything ran smoothly. It was worth every cent and more!
When searching for day-of coordinators for our wedding, we found that everyone in our area (NYC) was too far out of our price range. One of those coordinators led us to RSVP by B, and we couldn't be happier with the work that Bianca (and Jane) did for us. She hadn't yet coordinated a wedding in the city, but took the train in to meet with us for regular appointments and then stayed in a hotel near our venue on the night of our wedding. (Even with the hotel cost, she was more affordable than every other person we had contacted!).
Bianca put us at ease with our price point and really went above and beyond in her services. Though she was just a day-of coordinator, she secured hotel blocks for us months in advance and made recommendations for other vendors. She responded quickly to unlimited emails in the months before the wedding. Her philosophy is that more effort up front can result in an even smoother event.
On the day of our wedding, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Bianca and Jane set up all of our decorations to our exact specifications. When one of my family members took a fall just before the first dance, Bianca calmly, quickly, and seamlessly rearranged the order of events with the caterer and DJ so that our family could take some time to recover before moving on with the program. Both Bianca and Jane were attentive and calm throughout the event. I don't know what we would have done without them!
My wife and I are so glad we had Bianca to help make sure everything went smoothly. Bianca's preparation, organization and attention to detail ensured that we had a stress-free wedding day. We highly recommend RSVP by B to anyone getting married so you can focus on enjoying the day and not on the details.
Cannot say enough good things about Bianca. She got our wedding planning on track and with a smile! She coordinated our barn wedding which involved bringing in vendors for everything, including some that have never been to our venue. She was so sweet and made wedding planning a piece of cake for us. Her wing woman, Jane, took our wedding day fun to the next level making sure our drinks were full and we, our parents and our wedding party were aware of where to be next.
