Rosanna was super easy to work with. As soon as we arrived, she showed us invitations that matched our style and budget. We immediately fell in love with an invitation and the whole ordering process took two hours and we were set! When the company sent one of the envelopes wrong, she immediately followed up and dropped them off two days later. Everyone loved our invites! Highly recommend.

Rosanna was absolutely amazing to work with! We rented the acrylic card box and the self standing mirror seating chart and our guests raved about both! Rosanna came that day to our venue and set up the acrylic card box with petals around it and put petals and candles around our seating chart! It could not have looked more beautiful! We can’t thank her enough for working with us and for adding such beautiful pieces to make our wedding day that much more special! When the guests walked into cocktail hour and saw the gorgeous flower wall seating chart, they were floored. People kept coming up to me asking where I got it from! I also had the clear card box which was unbelievably convenient. Rosanna came and set everything up and took everything at the end of the night. She is the best!

Rosanna is the best to work with! Her patience, style, pricing and flexibility are like no other. Quality of work is amazing (our final product was outstanding) and she pays very close attention to detail. She has unlimited samples, so many different styles, and comes up with very unique ways to make your stationary feel like one of a kind. One of the easiest vendors to work with and her shop is gorgeous :) Wouldn't look any further!

Before meeting Rosanna, I researched many other custom invitation companies and always left there feeling like something was missing. As soon as I met RSVP by Rosanna, I knew I nailed it and didn't have to look further. She not only met all of my expectations, but worked with me to make my invites perfect! She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to make my anxiety disappear. I got text's, phone calls, and was able to meet her face to face to review every detail, such as color, font style, and the monogram. The end result was more beautiful then I could have ever imagined and I am still getting compliments to this day! ROSANNA IS THE BEST!

We were referred to RSVP by Rosanna by my sister-in-law who also used her for her wedding day stationary. For our invitations, Rosanna must've showed us a million samples before we finally decided on one we liked but she was very patient with us throughout. The most remarkable part about working with Rosanna is her willingness to really help you out which she did for us hugely on two counts. When we first came to her, we needed a way to get expedited invitations for relatives out of the country. Right on the spot, she was able to create a "mock invitation" which not only came out beautifully but also served its purpose in helping my uncle get approval for a visa to make the trip out here to the US for our wedding. Then our biggest dilemma was when we returned to Rosanna closer to the wedding date for our escort cards & menus. On the day before the wedding, Rosanna ended up running out to Michael's, bought nice matching sets of cardstock, and printed them all out herself because of an unfortunate mix-up with the shipment of the ones we had ordered. They were somehow scheduled to arrive the day AFTER our wedding so Rosanna really came through for us. We'd gladly refer her services to anyone. Thanks again for everything Rosanna! -Noelle & Mark

After being totally overwhelmed by attempting to buy invites online (WAY too many confusing customization options) a friend suggested Rosanna. Her space, The Bridal Suite, is gorgeous! She has tons of invite books to look through and narrowed down my options after I told her what I had in mind. The best part is that she was able to find something in my budget and was not at all pushy for me to get something in a higher price range. I am so happy with my crest shaped invite! She also suggested an envelope liner and stick on pearls which really added to the elegance of my invite. The envelopes did not come in with the liner inserted, which they should have, so Rosanna offered to put them all in for me. I really appreciated that. I can't wait to send out my invites!

From the beginning, Rosanna was so helpful and accommodating. I met her at her adorable studio and checked out the invitations she had in my price range (which was very difficult to do because all of her invites are beautiful). I couldn't make a decision on the font and she was so helpful in making changes I would like and showing me my different options. From start to finish Rosanna really went above and beyond to make my invitations perfect for my wedding day. She is so sweet and a pleasure to work with!

Very unorganized and unprofessional! Went in for a consultation, discussed everything together, and didn't hear from her for a WEEK so I wrote first but no response, so wrote AGAIN, and then she wrote back saying "sorry I'll follow up with you tomorrow" . And that was a week ago. Have I heard from her? NOPE. At least let your customer know that you can't do it or SOMETHING! Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Rosanna was more than a pleasure to work with -- she made herself very available for appointments at any time we requested and was very patient as we looked through her many many MANY books of invitations to choose from. She was very flexible when we changed our mind about our original choice of invitation, and was always willing to give her professional opinion when we needed it most. I absolutely loved working with Rosanna! I must've spent 10+ hours looking at invitations and she was SOOO incredibly pleasant and patient with me the entire time! And once I finally decided, she went above and beyond to ensure my invitation was properly worded and reviewed all of my guest addressing to make sure the final product I received was perfect! She genuinely cares about making sure her client has a great experience and receives the perfect invitations they were envisioning for their big day.

Rosanna was amazing. She worked with our budget to find the perfect invitation, she personally reviewed our address list to look for typos and possible errors, and she kept us on track to get our invites to us within our tight deadline. If I had to Order wedding invitations all over again, I would definitely choose her again.

We are not one to leve bad reviews, but we had to in this instance. We were excited to have our wedding invitations completed by RSVP by Rosanna, but little did we know that it would be a disaster, which resulted in no invitations. First, we viewed multiple sample invitations and when we decided on one she continually asked if we wanted to see other items. After about 6 books of samples we chose the sample invitation we originally selected and once again, we were redirected. It was not until I said "That's the one we are taking and that's it". Rosanna said she needs to call the company and find out the price and she will follow up by tomorrow with us. The next day, not only did we have to call twice, but she gave an excuse that she sent the company an email and have to wait for a response. Additionally, we decided to follow-up with yet another call the day after and Rosanna mentioned that the company did not know which sample she was referring to and she needed to send a picture to the company that actually made the sample. We were ready to pay more than 3K for just 200 invitations and compensate her in kind. If she did not want the business, then she should have mentioned this, so we could have went with another Vendor. Furthermore, almost two weeks in we still have not received a phone call to apologize or ask if another invitations was of better fit in order to prevent from losing a client. Lastly, when I do call one last instance, she answers the phone with a simple HELLO. I thought she was running a business, so picking up the phone without acknowledging your business is merely unprofessional. I run a private practice and know the basics to running a business. I've never encountered such an unprofessional business. We managed to have our invitations completed by a vendor 10 minutes away from RSVP by Rosanna and not only did we receive better service, but also received a discount after hearing the horrific experience we just encountered.

It is so nice to have someone as organized and precise as Rosanna especially when it comes to invitations. It is definitely a lot less stress for the bride. Rosanna was absolutely amazing to work with! After searching on all of the wedding invitation websites, nothing was jumping out at us at all. But Rosanna had a large selection of many beautiful designs but we fell in love with one of them. Rosanna was a pleasure to work with and very professional. She was so helpful with making decisions and showed me so many different options! When the invitations arrived in the mail, they were exactly what we hoped for and that much more! I decided to make an appointment with RSVP by Rosanna after seeing her beautiful invitations at a bridal show. I had checked out a few other invitation vendors and had seen the same invitations over and over. Rosanna has beautiful, unique, and over the top invitations. She was so flexible in allowing me to come in multiple times to bring my fiance and mom with me to finally make a decision. Rosanna was not pushy and even encouraged me to save money by adding a crystal to the invitation myself which was so easy and definitely a money saver! Once the invitations were ordered, Rosanna worked with me via email to make changes to the invitation so they were exactly how I wanted. There were some delays from the invitation company but Rosanna was in frequent contact with them as I was a very organized bride and became extremely nervous that they would not be in by the time I wanted them. In the long run, they came in on time and they were absolutely beautiful! I received so many compliments from guests about how classy and elegant they were! Thank you Rosanna!

It was a pleasure working with Rosanna. She has a very flexible schedule and responds to emails and phone calls very quickly. She has an amazing selection of invitations and the quality was unbelievable. We went to other vendors and they could not compete with Rosanna's price or selection. Our wedding was only a couple of months away and we were worried that we would not be able to get the invitations on time but Rosanna stood by her word and the invitations actually came in early and we were able to pick them up the same day. We also purchased seating cards and card box that came out perfect! Besides invitations, Rosanna also recommended our DJ, photographer, hair stylist, and makeup artist. It is so hard to find an invitation. I literally became discouraged after going to store after store and buying samples of wedding invitations from the internet. Invitations off of the Knot website. They just stood out. The invitations were different. Words cannot express how pleased I am with my invitations. The owner was super nice and worked with me. She is the only vendor who I trust and value her opinion. As soon as I mailed my wedding invitations, i started getting phone calls and text messages from my guests saying how gorgeous my invitations are and asking me where i purchased them. On top of my guests calling me, Rosanna who is the owner of R.S.V.P. Invitations calls me because shes excited that my invitations went out. I highly recommend R.S.V.P. Invitations. R.S.V.P. invitations was the first and last place I looked for invites for my wedding. The owner Rosanna is extremely helpful and has a huge selection to chose from. If you let her know your budget and what your looking for she will find exactly what you want. She is very prompt in returning calls and keeps you updated on your order. When my invitations came in for pick up I was so pleased with them- they were stunning!!! She also did my rehearsal invitations which I absolutely loved! I highly recommend R.S.V.P. invitations and it makes things so much easier when the person your working with actually cares!
