d to Order wedding invitations all over again, I would definitely choose her again.

viewed multiple sample invitations and when we decided on one she continually asked if we wanted to see other items. After about 6 books of samples we chose the sample invitation we originally selected and once again, we were redirected. It was not until I said "That's the one we are taking and that's it". Rosanna said she needs to call the company and find out the price and she will follow up by tomorrow with us. The next day, not only did we have to call twice, but she gave an excuse that she sent the company an email and have to wait for a response. Additionally, we decided to follow-up with yet another call the day after and Rosanna mentioned that the company did not know which sample she was referring to and she needed to send a picture to the company that actually made the sample. We were ready to pay more than 3K for just 200 invitations and compensate her in kind. If she did not want the business, then she should have mentioned this, so we could have went with another Vendor. Furthermore, almost two weeks in we still have not received a phone call to apologize or ask if another invitations was of better fit in order to prevent from losing a client. Lastly, when I do call one last instance, she answers the phone with a simple HELLO. I thought she was running a business, so picking up the phone without acknowledging your business is merely unprofessional. I run a private practice and know the basics to running a business. I've never encountered such an unprofessional business. We managed to have our invitations completed by a vendor 10 minutes away from RSVP by Rosanna and not only did we receive better service, but also received a discount after hearing the horrific experience we just encountered.

In the end, my pocket invitations were stunning and even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I'll be going back for my matching programs and place cards... Rosanna was a pleasure to work with and very professional. She was so helpful with making decisions and showed me so many different options! Normally people throw away your invitations, but surprisingly a lot of people kept ours because it was so elegant and beautiful! I kept getting calls on how pretty they were! Rosanna was not pushy and even encouraged me to save money by adding a crystal to the invitation myself which was so easy and definitely a money saver! Once the invitations were ordered, Rosanna worked with me via email to make changes to the invitation so they were exactly how I wanted. There were some delays from the invitation company but Rosanna was in frequent contact with them as I was a very organized bride and became extremely nervous that they would not be in by the time I wanted them. In the long run, they came in on time and they were absolutely beautiful! I received so many compliments from guests about how classy and elegant they were! Thank you Rosanna!

Our wedding was only a couple of months away and we were worried that we would not be able to get the invitations on time but Rosanna stood by her word and the invitations actually came in early and we were able to pick them up the same day. We also purchased seating cards and card box that came out perfect! Besides invitations, Rosanna also recommended our DJ, photographer, hair stylist, and makeup artist.
