I'm not one to write reviews often, but I want to be as honest as possible when I do. If I was rating based on professionalism and communication I would rate low, but the quality of work I would rate high. I had not met Rosanna in person and ha...d found her on social media through one of my other vendors. I was in a time crunch, maybe a week or two until my wedding, and wanted a mirror for my seating chart. I wish I could blame my lackluster experience on time constraints but I booked my coordinator last minute as well and had such a pleasant experience. I must say communication and professionalism go a long way in this industry. With Rosanna, communication through email and text was not excellent, nor was it consistent. I was going back and forth through emails and, eventually, through texts. I found us emailing back and forth, then she would call me, then the next she would text me; very inconsistent. At one point, we were screenshotting her Instagram stories and posts back and forth through text to see what would work well together as we were talking on the phone. Oddly enough, this was the only way for her to show me my options. In this day and age of technology, there has to be a more organized way to do business remotely, even if it is informal. Rosanna did not seem like someone who cares about your event. Instead, she was someone who wanted to get the job done and get paid. Being personable is very important when choosing vendors for your special day. Yes, I understand that being on a time crunch makes things more stressful, but that's why you go to these people for help. If I knew my interactions with her would have been like this, I would have tried to find a different vendor or write place cards myself eek! Knowing that she works with some of my other vendors made me rethink future referrals to friends. I hope that she decides to make herself more personable.
