We rented glassware and a few chairs from RSVP. They were very helpful and adjusted our rental as needed. We picked up and dropped off the rentals but they will deliver for a fee. ...
They are reasonably priced and have a good variety of rentals available!
Kathy was absolutely wonderful to work with. I didn't know how to calculate glassware amounts and she was able to assist me. For our wedding we rented: water goblets, champagne gla...
ssware, wine glassware, table runners, special ordered colored napkins, special ordered colored cocktail table ties, and pie cutters. Everything looked great and I was super happy with how our napkins came out. To save money, we picked up the rentals ourselves and then dropped them off the following day. I would work with Kathy again..thank you for helping us make the wedding venue look beautiful!!
This rental company was a joy to work with and very affordable compared to other vendors in Destin. Everything arrived as we requested and on time. Items were placed in the drivewa...
y after the event and picked up without any issue. Staff was friendly and helped out where needed. We definitely recommend this coming for your wedding rental needs.
We ordered glasses for the reception and a bartender from this vendor. The bartender was nice and friendly and made a big canister of non alcoholic drinks from a recipe I gave her....
Everything went smoothly. This vendor also offers chairs and arbors and a whole assortment of things to rent.
Prompt delivery on the day of our wedding celebration. The group did a wonderful job with all of our questions through 18 months pf planning and switching. Also, Kennedy, who provi...
ded our bartender services was a delight and very easy to work with. Our guests were impressed! Thanks to all of you for helping make our day perfect!!
RSVP really came through in a pinch for me. I somehow let rentals slide until the week before the wedding (don't ask), and rather than laughing at me, they quickly put together a p...
roposal and made everything happen. Their website leaves something to be desired, but they were very helpful, sending photos of each individual piece I was interested in and modifying the agreement until we got exactly the rentals we needed. In the end, a huge deciding factor for going with RSVP was the money we saved on all the add-on fees. RSVP had a reasonable delivery charge, and unlike many other rental companies I reached out to, was able to wave the set-up fee as long as we were willing to move the items to their final locations on the beach and in the reception space. Easy peasy.
I was a destination and DIY wedding bride and I used RSVP for my labor day weekend wedding. Monica and her team were so helpful. They answered all my questions, sent me extra pictu...
res of their rental pieces. Everything turned out perfect & the items were in good condition. I needed some extra chairs last minute and they were able to accommodate me. I did a lot of price comparison and I think I got a very good value for the items i rented, especially the padded chairs. The lanterns I rented to use for my centerpieces looked awesome! Very happy with the service, delivery and value.
Nancy at RSVP Event Rentals in Waco was amazing! She helped my Mother and I throughout the rental process. She gave me substitute recommendations at her place if an equipment was ...
already rented out to someone else. Their prices are reasonable compared to others in town, and I highly recommend them to anyone for weddings or special events.
Monica was quick to respond to any and all questions I had. She also made multiple adjustments to fit our needs without complaint. The rentals were in great shape and everything we...
ordered arrived promptly as scheduled. Great service to work with!
Working with Monica at RSVP was amazing. She is so professional and answered any questions that we had. Thinking the prices would be more affordable, I had contacted a smaller com...
pany before reaching out to RSVP, only to find hidden fees in the initial price quote. I read the reviews on here and another site about RSVP and immediately contacted Monica. Boy were we glad we did!! Not only was the entire process super effortless, RSVP has an extraordinarily organized itemized list and packet so that you know exactly what everything costs and any fees if applicable. Monica was always quick to respond and offered additional services without being pushy like a few of the other companies. I see why RSVP is the number one choice for rentals in the area! HIGHLY recommend!!
No complaints. Everything was delivered and picked up on time, and everything was perfect.

My husband and I were married in July of 2010 at the Henderson Park Inn in Destin. This was a second marriage for both of us. We wanted it to be simple and just us for the wedding ...
because of this. We knew we wanted to get married in Destin and discovered Henderson Park Inn which was an ideal location. The Inn put us in touch with our planner Jennifer at RSVP. Jennifer was able to pull the wedding together for us in a very short time frame. I am a very detailed oriented person who is very picky about everything. I felt very confident the first time we spoke with Jennifer and trusted her opinions and ideas about everything. I am so glad I did! I was so happy with all of her suggestions. Our wedding was everthing we wanted it to be thanks to Jennifer. We were able to drive down to Destin with no worries and actually enjoy ourselves feeling confident everything would be taken care of. I would highly suggest using RSVP and Jennifer. They exceeded our expectations and made everthing so simple and easy.
My wedding was a dream and RSVP made it all possible! I highly reccomend them to anyone :)
I got what I wanted: white chairs and champagne sashes.
The venue had strict rules about drop off and pick up and RSVP delivered and retrieved the rental items without any proble...
ms. They even picked up the rose petals that were thrown. I didn't do much research, but seemed a little pricey because of rental of the items, plus labor plus delivery plus retrieval plus tax. I would still go with them, because I had been working with Jennifer Tucker our day of planner at RSVP weddings and knew to trust/rely on her recommendation. This the second review I have written.
We got married on a Sunday so RSVP rentals allowed us to pick our chairs up on the Friday before and drop them back off on Monday after the wedding. This made our wedding weekend s...
o much easier not only did we use the chairs Sunday for the wedding; we also used them Saturday for the rehearsal dinner and bonfire. RSVP provided great chairs for a great price! I would use them again!
Sherri and Bree,
I have had SO many compliments on the Inn and your company. Everyone absolutely loved it and the day could not have been more perfect if we picked it out of a p...
ostcard! The entire staff was so helpful and eager to make all of my guests happy, everyone is still talking about how fabulous it was, I want to do it all over again already! Seriously, thank you so much for making the biggest day of my life run so smoothly :) Sherri, your dad was especially helpful, he even went to his home 10 mins before the wedding for super glue because my nail broke! ( I hope we weren't the craziest guests, I know he also woke one of my friends up in his truck at 7 on Sunday morning, haha) Bree, my dad was telling me last night he thought it was funny AND helpful that you took his sunglasses off of him right before we walked out, saved the pics for sure! You really were very easy to work with and I appreciate everything you did for us :)
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! Ya'll are totally awesome at your jobs and knocked everyone's socks off :)
I would be happy to be a reference for you if any new brides ask! Abby Freeman
I could not have asked for better wedding planning. She took care of everything and made my day more relaxing than I could have ever imagined. I would recommend RSVP to anyone!
