months later on here. Had I known, I would have been more than willing to address those issues. Here is some clarification that hopefully helps. I'm not sure where the 6-weeks came into play. Per our contract you signed, it states we reach out 4 to 5 weeks prior with our Month of Coordination package. We likely did reach out 6 weeks prior to schedule a meeting with you 4 to 5 weeks before your wedding. With you feeling I was not prepared for our first call...that call is when we begin preparing with you so I'm not sure where the confusion was. Our first call was 2 hours long where you spoke mostly how unhappy you were with the vendors you were having challenges with. We rescheduled due to the fact it was getting late in the evening, not because I was unprepared. Yes, if the linens do not come from us we do charge for setting up and tear down of them - similar to how your caterers also charged you to place them down earlier in the day. We did tear down linens that evening and yes, a couple of your thoughtful family members offered to help but please take note, we did not ask for their assistance and in fact told them they did not need to help and they insisted. We wouldn't have recommended this due to timing but you cancelled your linen order a month prior to your wedding. We did try finding linens that would fit your budget, with no wrinkles (per your request). We could not find low priced linens that worked for you. Exhausting our resources and many emails later, no decision made, we did get a little frustrated, running out of options with the wedding two wks away. Also, your package does include confirming details with vendors but does not include searching for new vendors - we did this as a nice gesture. I was not aware that we placed photos on your memory table in the wrong order. Our apologies. We did place the drink coasters out after dinner due to the fact that we were unable to locate them. This rarely happens with us not finding decor items to be placed out. Our apologies. You weren't available during set up to ask their whereabouts. We did move your ceremony flower arrangements to each side of the head table per your request. They were very visible on each end of the table and looked beautiful. We felt the candle cluster at the bar looked lovely. You mention that we could use our best judgment with setting up the bar area with floral and candles. We apologize that we did not space them out the way you would have preferred. We didn't ask for your vendor contracts because you had already sent them to us. Yes, we did review them and if we had questions we addressed them directly with the vendors. So not hearing from us with any issues on the contracts is a good thing! The DJ did have the photo booth backdrop up, we watched him set this up that afternoon. I am sorry if you felt not many used the photo booth. We, as well as the DJ, did recommend that it would be more utilized in another area of the venue but you disagreed. We also did assist with the bus issues. I remember being on the phone with them and have multiple emails from them as well as to yourself, trying to work out a solution days prior to your wedding. I am more than happy to forward you these emails. I can't specifically recall guests asking me to do items for them and simply not doing so. I also do not recall anyone asking us to make an announcement that your bus broke down and you were running late - during that time one of us was greeting guests, as we always like to do, and I was finding another solution to getting you to the venue on a new bus, with the transportation company. We are genuinely sorry you were unhappy. Hopefully hearing our response helps ease your mind a bit. Please feel free to call us if you'd like to discuss this further. All the best to you and Jeffery
