I am a major procrastinator (as evidence by me writing this review almost 2 years later) and there were absolutely no problems at any point during the planning process through to the end of the wedding weekend. I found Brooke in the middle of the three months that I had to plan my wedding. What a blessing she was! She definitely went above and beyond and I know I wouldn't have had the fairytale wedding that I had without her. Unfortunately, we had a guest at our wedding that could not be happy no matter what. She even threw a tantrum! Brooke handled it with grace and compassion and my husband and I never even knew what had happened. I was able to enjoy my reception without a care in the world about what was going to happen next or how things would get accomplished. Brooke handled all the vendors, set the timeline and carried it off without a hitch! It was magic!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Brooke - I wish I could rate her much higher than 5 stars!! She has been a fantastic help over the past 2 years as my husband and I planned a wedding before and during Covid! She is always available and had great recommendations. She helped us plan a small Catholic wedding in 2020 and a big party in 2021. She even helped one of my guests find a babysitter! Brooke can do it all. Thank you so much, Brooke!!!!! :)

DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THESE WONDERFUL WOMEN! Ruthanne worked with us as a “day of coordinator” but did so much work leading up to the wedding to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect. She was patient and kind, explaining how the day would go and what our options were. She was calm and collected throughout the entire process and never let me feel like I was being or asking too much. Thanks to them, we were put in touch with a fantastic caterer when we felt like we couldn’t find anyone who could work within my very strict dietary needs. I cannot praise RSVP Events enough. Our day was absolutely perfect and so much better than I ever imagined. If anything went wrong I never knew about it, and to me that is a sign of a fantasist coordinator. If you are looking for people who truly care and take great pride in making your day special, you need to hire RSVP Events. Could not have done it without them!

BROOKE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Wow I cannot thank Brooke enough for her help for our big day! She made the day so easy and perfect. It ended up raining on our outdoor reception, and Brooke was 20 steps ahead of my with reconfiguring all of the tables and decor the night before. She even brought her own personal floating candles for me to help with decor - she is seriously an angel! There was never one moment I had to worry about what was happening, if things were taken care of - she did everything. She was so wonderful to work with, my husband and I absolutely adore her. If you need a coordinator - look no further!!!

Brooke is great and the kindest person. She is very professional and on top of every detail. Brooke was available anytime I need her help and very timely in getting task completed. Brooke was an incredible help to me in planning our son's rehearsal dinner. She is very detailed, keeps everything running smoothly, and is helpful with ideas! In the initial planning process, she brought incredible insight about local vendors, coordinated appointments, asked questions about my dream wedding, and kept us on track. Brooke is fantastic and a hard worker. She has an awesome program that will lead you through the entire process and easy to use. She is awesome to work with. I would recommend using the full service a wedding planner can offer. Especially when both the bride and mother of the bride work full time, attending to all the details is a daunting task. There are details you don’t even realize you need to think about until the wedding happens, then it’s too late. Plus RSVP knows what works and who to use. We used RSVP on a limited basis, but wish I had let them do everything knowing what I know now. Brooke and Madeleine were both great.

I hired Brook and RSVP Events to do the complete plan for my daughter's wedding and she did a fantastic job! In the planning stages Brooke had great insight into local vendors, a time line for finding/scheduling/and finalizing contracts with vendors and helped with allocating our budget to get the wedding of my daughter's dreams. RSVP Events also has an online software, Aisle Planner, that we found very helpful and we utilized it regularly. On the day of the wedding RSVP Events was a life saver, I was able to relax and enjoy the events of the day while Brooke organized and coordinated everyone and everything. I highly recommend using RSVP Events as your wedding or event planner.

Where do I even begin? Brooke took on a first for her when we booked with her THREE weeks before our very large wedding. After a disaster of a year planning on my own and having the planner we did have back out, I booked Brooke. Our photographer had highly highly recommended her from the get go and we should have gone with her from the beginning. She was able to show up the day of without ever meeting me in person (we live 2 hours away) and execute our DREAM wedding. As soon as we teamed up, she hit the ground running checking in with vendors and making sure everyone was set for the day. The day of, she showed up and executed exactly what I had in my head. All she had was a dream board to go off of and she more than nailed it. I fought tears when I walked out to see everything. She made sure I was calm, and was truly my fairy godmother that day. We absolutely loved Brooke and couldn’t recommend enough!! You CANT go wrong with Brooke and RSVP EVENTS!

We had a number of "must haves" on our wedding to-do list and enlisting the help of a highly organized, creative, enthusiastic wedding coordinator was a top priority. Our event was very large with a number of unusual moving parts, so it absolutely HAD to be the perfect person. With my background in large event planning in Las Vegas and my vision of what we wanted to do, we knew it had to be someone special. Brooke was, without a doubt, THE person to pull this off. We interviewed five planners in east Texas and just "clicked" with Brooke from the start. We had more than 400 people at our wedding, and utilized the same venue (and literally the same space) for both the ceremony and reception. Brooke put together a team of remarkable vendors who literally "flipped" the room from ceremony to reception, while all our guests were still in the space - yet the guests never knew the room was being transformed right before their eyes. It was truly magical and worked flawlessly!
