Planning during COVID, and planning a wedding two months out, out of state, while there were so many variables was a nightmare but Lynne and John were great resources for me. I was really looking for someone to help make sure I wasn't forgetting details and could help me find vendors when I don't live in Michigan. The recommendations for venue, photographer, and flowers were IMPECCABLE - all three were exactly what I was looking for and I had such a limited vision for my wedding when I started out. They met with me the week of and spent extra time making sure that they understood the rituals of a South Asian wedding, that they got the music right, and even helped us find a last minute videographer when my husband's parents couldn't travel for the wedding. Lynne was great at making sure I was not forgetting little details and came through with my brother when a lot of last minute things needed to get done the morning of. John helped make sure the officiant (who had to Zoom in from out of the country) was visible, working and the ceremony went off in cyberspace without a single problem. I am so appreciative for what they have done and would definitely say they will be a great resource to any bride and groom!! Thank you guys!

We hired Lynne as our wedding planner and John as our D.J. John and Lynne went above and beyond during the planning and our big day. Without them, I think I would have been a disaster. Especially having a COVID wedding. Lynne is so personal and really helps pull your vision together. John is such a fun and amazing D.J as well! I'm so sad wedding planning is over, now.

Lynne and John were awesome. We had them for day-of coordination and DJ services, and it turned out great. Lynne helped a lot in keeping things organized and making sure everything was where it needed to be, and she also helped us a lot in the weeks leading up to the wedding with ideas and contacting our vendors on our behalf, which took a lot of stress off of me. We had some major issues with one of our vendors and she made sure to deal with them for us so we didn't have to. John was an excellent DJ! He did the music and microphones for the ceremony and reception. They were really helpful while we were trying to choose music, and John made sure to cater the music to exactly what we asked for. Overall, we had a great experience with John and Lynne.

RSVP was honestly one of the best things that ever happened to us while planning our wedding. Our wedding was very a la carte and we had a lot of moving pieces and we really needed extra help when it came to pulling it all together. Lynne and her team were wonderful to work with and they delivered perfection. Always kind to speak with and willing to go over everything and anything and were very responsive. I would love to use them for another event in the future and would recommend them to anyone! They really made sure my day was special and I was blown away to see my venue when I arrived for my reception.

Lynn and John were so helpful to us in so many ways. Originally, we were there to find DJ. We didn't realize how much went into that! And they had so many more services to offer than we knew. They helped us figure out all the songs and the timeline for the entire reception. They provided lighting for our tent. They brought up things we hadn't even thought of! We had an outdoor ceremony, John brought a portable system to play our music on. Lynne provided her services during the set up & reception to make everything go smoothly. She also contacted vendors prior to the wedding to make sure everything was in line, and make sure we had everything we needed. They had a photo booth set up at the reception and they brought in another person to run it. He put together a book of all the pictures by the end of the night. Everyone had so much fun and they really had a big hand in that. We were so lucky to have found them. As the bride and groom, we weren't there to see everything that could have gone wrong or right, and in the end, it was a perfect day- we know that was because of all they did for us.

I have no idea where to actually start! Lynne and John are not only amazing, they're good people. I hired lynne for the planning and I hired John for the DJ. It was reassuring to have a husband and wife work together. I have a difficult personality and I always stress about things, but Lynne and John had patience and took those stressors away and kept me in line when it was needed. Also, Lynne had great vendors that made my day special as well. Lynne and John took a gym church hall and turned it into a wedding venue. It was absolutely stunning and I am not exaggerating! They have pictures to prove it! Also, Lynne and John are not lying when they say they will be with you every step of the way. I have no regrets of hiring a wedding planner for full services. It is a MUST for every bride and groom. You will not regret it! It was actually nice to take a step back for my wedding weekend and let lynne take care of it all. I fully enjoyed my wedding weekend too. I could enjoy all my family and friends without a worry. I would highly recommend you to have Lynne and John by your side for your special day! I will always have them on speed dial if I ever need another event planned. I will always recommend them to my family, friends, and strangers. Trust me and don't hesitate, just do it! I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner. I knew that I did not want a full-time wedding planner, meaning someone who would manage the entire event. I also knew that I did not want to spend my wedding day taking care of details, arranging tables and decorations and assisting guests with seating, etc., etc. After some thought, I decided that a day planner would be the way to go. Contracting a day planner would allow me to enjoy my wedding rather than focus on everyone else’s concerns. I ended up hiring Lynne Glannan. From the first time I met Lynne, I knew I was in experienced hands. Lynne and her husband (you get two-for-one) have been in the wedding business for a zillion years. Within a half-hour, Lynne had drafted a wedding day itinerary – I didn’t really know where to start with that task, suggested a florist, provided a source for linens and assured me that my wedding day would now be mine to enjoy. Over the next few months, Lynne and I exchanged many e-mails and phone calls. She was always very responsive and even keeled. Now, here’s the real reason to hire Lynne. On the morning of my wedding day, I was notified that our contracted venue had lost power and that our ceremony and reception had been moved. No bride, or groom, wants to start her day with that message. My first call was to Lynne. After telling her a story “that she had probably not ‘heard before,’” Lynne took over. As I was getting my hair and makeup done, Lynne somehow set up the entire reception room without the need to ask me a single question. When I came down from the bridal suite, I was floored. Everything was in its place and the room looked beautiful. Mind you, this was after the venue had been changed with less than four hours’ notice. Lynne also helped to organize the wedding party procession which allowed me to actually watch the the bridesmaids and groomsman walk down the aisle. At the end of the ceremony, my husband and I were exhausted. Lynne and her husband packed up all of our supplies and helped load our cars. Kudos to Lynne and hubby for a job well done!

John did our ceremony and reception music as well as lighting for our ceremony, and he was absolutely phenomenal. Our dance floor was full the whole night, and our guests have all commented what a great time they had at our wedding. Lynne did a great job with the reception planning and making sure we were organized. Thank you, John and Lynne!

John and Lynne with RSVP Wedding & Event Designers did an amazing job on our wedding day! We received great compliments from our guests on the music they played and our dance floor was packed all night until the end! They also did wonderful with setting up the perfect lighting to compliment my reception. As a bride, it gets very stressful with planning, which Lynne helped tremendously! They did our DJ service for the reception, ceremony music and helped with day-of planning. John and Lynne were there every step of the way! They really made our day extra special and couldn’t have asked for a better service.

I worked with Lynne and John for my June wedding and cannot have picked a better team. They were not only super affordable for day of coordination, they went above and beyond anything I could have expected. They have many, many years of experience between them and know just about everyone in the wedding space around Southeast MI, seriously, they were good friends with my caterer and had worked with almost all my other vendors before. One thing I really appreciated during the planning process was that Lynne was always willing to come up with creative solutions for problems I had and not charge me an arm and a leg for them. They were very fair and compassionate. She also never pushed me to oversell, she simply told me what she could offer and allowed me to make a decision without making me feel like I needed what she was offering. I am so glad I had them at my wedding. I can't imagine how things would have gone if they were not! I experienced an issue during my ceremony where my chairs were not on time and guest were already arriving. John swooped in and took care of everything, even rearranging the chairs per my desires when the vendor failed to follow the original plan. When I got to the reception, Lynne was there to calm me down and had a private place all ready for my husband and I to go and have a moment to eat and catch our breath before greeting guests. Both Lynn, John, and their aid were so supportive the entire evening. I never felt like these were people who were there to complete a service, then leave. Although they were the epitome of professionalism, they fit right in with my wedding guests and everyone said they made the whole show go off right. I seriously cannot recommend them enough and would hire them 1000 times over! I only wish I'd started planning with them earlier because they are totally worth it.

We could not have gotten though our engagement and wedding without the help of John and Lynne!! They are absolutely fantastic! You can put all your trust in their hands and they will work nonstop making sure you have no stress and making sure your dream night comes true!! 💜💜

We didn't actually pick this company for our big day, however when our DJ wasn't available due to a scheduling error on my part this company took on the challenge with 5 days notice! My mother and father-in-law or very specific about what they wanted and John didn't disappoint! I couldn't be happier with the service that they provided and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! John and Lynne are a fabulous team! They were both so great to work with. We hired them for Day-of-planning, photo booth and DJ services for our April 2019 wedding. Lynne and her assistant helped to set up all the décor for the reception, and it looked exactly as we had hoped it would. They did such a great job getting everything in place, even all the little details. She helped organize the ceremony, starting at the rehearsal. With so many people and opinions, she was able to get order in all the chaos. I was so happy to be able to enjoy our day knowing that Lynne was taking care of everything behind the scenes. John did an amazing job with the music. He paid attention to our must-play lists, and had the dance floor full most of the night. The guests said he did a great job of switching up the music if there weren’t that many people dancing. The photo booth was so much fun! I loved that they made us a scrapbook with all the photos that the guests were able to sign. I would recommend John and Lynne to anyone for their wedding services. They not only helped to make our dream wedding a reality, but they are the nicest people and they genuinely felt like family.

RSVP were great. They provided our day of wedding planning, DJ, ceremony officiant, full room draping and uplighting, and photo booth! We recommend them to anyone who asks!

The BEST Wedding & Event Planner in Michigan!! Lynne will go so above and beyond for you, her knowledge along with creativity will make your Wedding Day, what you’ve always dreamed of. She will make you the happiest Bride, and I know you will be blown away with her work! John Glannan, who also does DJ services,( gets everyone on that dance floor) beautiful up lighting, dance floors, and ordaining, etc.. (like I said they make your dreams, reality) will make your Ceremony intimate and Reception a night for your guests to remember.

Where do we even start?! John and Lynne are a husband & wife team that put their heart and souls into their work. My husband and I felt so lucky to have their help planning our wedding, because it was clear it was more than just a job to them - they truly love what they do and we always felt truly taken care of by them, like family. They worked so hard to make every detail of our wedding come together seamlessly, they always thought outside of the box to come up with creative solutions to any problems that came up, and the end result was something truly spectacular. We never could have pulled it off without them and we are forever grateful for them!

John and Lynne are nothing short of amazing! We used John as our DJ and they definitely did not disappoint (the same cannot be said for the other vendors that we used, wish we had used RSVP for the photobooth!). Not only did they let us choose what sort of music was played at our wedding, and what sort we wouldn't want played, they even went out of their way to get a specific band for me because they were my absolute favorite. I am forever grateful for these two, and have been recommending them to everyone I can. When we do our five year vow renewal, I already know that we're going to go through them for everything! They really put a personal touch on everything that you can't find anywhere else.

John and Lynne were amazing to work with! They both took the time to not only put together a playlist for our reception, but lay out a timeline that helped keep everything on track! Using John as our DJ, all the songs we wanted to hear were played and the dance floor was packed all night. John is a DJ that makes it about the party and the dancing and not about himself! Even with his wife being in the hospital he didn’t rest a followed through with everything they promised. God bless his soul! With out them we would have been a clueless mess! Where do I even begin?! Lynne is hands down, amazing. Amazing being an understatement. My wedding would never have happened without her. From the big stuff all the way down to the small ity-bity details, Lynne had my back with everything. I found myself, constantly and I when I say constantly, I mean daily , texting her with questions, concerns, maybe even a few mini-freak outs (ha) about my upcoming wedding and Lynne always responded quickly with the best advice and always had the answers that I was looking for. She was truly an angel! She took care of everything, making sure every single detail was exactly how I envisioned my wedding day. RSVP Wedding & Event Designers, LLC is hands down the best vendor I worked with for my wedding. They made me feel so important and really cared about my wedding. I had 2 meetings with Lynne and John (the owners) and they got all of the information they needed to customize my wedding music. Their music system is the best I have seen. It allows you to request songs you want to hear as well as make sure you don't have songs you don't want to hear. The best part is they have lists of most popular songs for special events (walking down the aisle, first dance, ect.) Honest to god our DJ was the best I have ever met. He was not only enjoyable to work with but absolutely wonderful at his job. Picking the right DJ for my wedding was so important to me because of a bad experience with another company for my sisters Wedding. I could not be happier with RSVP Wedding & Event Designers, LLC. Although Lynne was unable to make it to our wedding that day, John did a wonderful job setting up the uplighting and making the reception look really cool. John and Lynne are AMAZING! We heard of them through 4-5 friends of ours who also used John as their DJ. We loved them both as soon as we met them and had Lynne as our wedding coordinator as well, but basically our planner. We got our caterer through them as well, a pig roast expert named Ralph (he was amazing too, nothing but compliments on the food all night!). Lynne made sure to make sure I was set and ready for our wedding day. Every little detail that I never thought of, she made sure to address. She knew exactly what I wanted and helped my vision happen! I am a “less is more” kinda girl, and even when I was unsure about lighting, John literally went out to buy new lighting with out me knowing to make sure I was happy. That was their line, “I love my brides happy” and that couldn’t be more true! We unfortunately didn’t have John as our DJ, he was already scheduled at a different venue that night, but friends of Lynne’s helped out and we’re perfect, too. We have heard John be a DJ numerous times and he’s always amazing! You can NOT go wrong having these two help you on your big day. You won’t be disappointed!!! :)

This couple is absolutely amazing and can really do it all. The sweetest individuals we had the opportunity to work with. Lynne knows how to create exactly what your looking for while John wants to accommodate any music type your thinking, he is also an amazing officiant, our ceremony was beautiful. We had no worries and they were very easy to communicate with. Lynne and John are your couple to meet any of your needs.

Excellent husband and wife team. Had a lot of different things they could help with. Unfortunately, found them last by word of mouth recommendation so only used their DJ/lighting service. Their lighting brought the venue up a notch. The DJ did an awesome job! They were very friendly and made it feel like they really cared about us as though we were friends. They offer battery operated speakers, which we wanted rather than generators at our ceremony site, which has no access to electricity. A lot of DJ companies don’t have options if the site has no electricity. I have no complaints! I would use their services again.

Edward and I hired RSVP to assist with our wedding venue decor, vendor suggestion, and ceremony coordination. From the start, Lynne and John knew we had our own specific visions, wants, and out of the ordinary requests. We changed directions a number of times but RSVP rolled with those changes to ensure that our wedding was exactly what we wanted. From lightning, to pipe and drape, and ceremony (John was our officiant) execution, Lynne and John provided the pieces that, together, made our dream a reality. The day and night of our wedding has come and gone but the memories will last a lifetime. Thank you RSVP for your large part in our special day.

John and Lynn provided their services at my wedding in April 2016 and they did a magnificent job and still to this day I get compliments. My guests had an amazing time as well as myself. Not only did they do an amazing job providing their services but they took the time to stay in touch every day to see how I was doing with my planing and my sanity cause they knew I was stressed to the max with the whole planing process and they made me feel at ease with everything. By the time everything was said and done, I felt like I known John and Lynn forever and only knew them for a very shot period. On top of the amazing job they did their prices were so unbelievably great and affordable which made my life and planing so much easier. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I can't say enough about how great Lynne and John are to work with. I have called them up on 2 occasions- one was a twin birthday party, where the photo booth was the hit of the night. They were available to troubleshoot even thought I KNOW they had other things going one. I called on them again to help with my corporate holiday party. Due to time / location constraints I was ready to settle on a location when I really wanted something distinctive. Lynne went above and beyond to secure a gorgeous location and has taken care of all of the details so I can enjoy the party. She has even been thoughtful about accommodating many special requests. This doesn't happen by accident, but by exceptional hard work and commitment to excellence that creates memorable results. I can honestly say that working with RSVP, the party starts not on the day of the event, but when you start working with Lynne and John. I will continue to call on them whenever I need a fun, distinctive experience!

Lynne and john are amazing at what they do. They show up on time keep in touch through the wedding process. When they arrive you know everything is okay. John keeps the music flowing I never had to worry about the music. The lights were perfect they put out. He made are introductions perfect the way we dreamed of.He made the wedding flow together. It makes everyone relaxed. The photo booth was awesome I will have those photos forever they had tons of props!! I am so happy they were able they were able to do my wedding they made everything amazing!! I highly recommend them to do anyone's wedding!!!

Lynn and Jon are amazing!! I don't know what I would have done without them! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my wedding. Get this...I wanted a "chuppah" and was explaining how pricey the rentals were, Jon MADE me one, only charged me for the supplies, and kept it for future rentals. It was absolutely beautiful!! All 2 weeks before my wedding. I was mindblown!!! So impressed with their dedication and effort they were willing to happily put in for someone they didn't even know!! Needless to say, they have become personal friends of ours and I'm forever greatful for having them in my life. They put so much love into what they do, and that makes them extra special people. They make sure every detail is perfect and nothing is overlooked. The photo booth props and photos are amazing, not cheap little strips like I've seen before. Jon was a perfect DJ and knew exactly what to play and when to keep the party going. I cannot say enough good things about them both and how much I highly recommend them. They are not a typical "wedding service" company in it for a paycheck , they treat you as family and genuinely care. Prices are very affordable and well worth every dollar. I have told Lynn, she was my guardian angel through my wedding planning process, and I truly meant it!!!!!
