It was the way they made everyone feel seen, heard, and cared for. They weren’t just doing a job, they were showing up with heart. From the vendors to our families, they treated everyone like part of something special. One of my favorite things was that they took care of correspondence with all other vendors in the weeks leading up to the event.
At no point did we ever feel rushed or forced into anything.
All of the stressful and generally not “fun” things to deal with in a wedding were dealt with ease because of them. Of course, there were some unavoidable hiccups on the day of, but they were able to problem-solve with us in real time so we could focus on enjoying the company of our guests and not worrying about minor things! I was so grateful for that.
It was a pleasure to be a part of a wedding ruban bleu team coordinated and I look forward to any future collaborations.

our wedding was perfect in every way, we truly mean it. And that is in large part due to the help that they provided us as our wedding coordinator.
One beautiful thing I’ll keep saying about them was no detail was lost and we did not feel overburdened in any way. At times I swear they knew what i wanted better than I did! They just get it. We discussed and agreed on an overall and itemized budget at the beginning, and they kept us on track throughout.
After working with ruban bleu, all I can say is Perfection! they provide a 5-star wedding planning experience.

Our wedding was on a smaller scale and a smaller budget than some of the weddings profiled on Ruban bleu website. And yet, we never felt like less of a priority to them. They gave us the same attention to detail and support as I'm sure they give all their couples.
Through out the wedding planning process, we can’t count the number of times we said thank goodness we have ruban bleu with us. There were so many little details we did not even think about, because we didn't need to.
We will keep recommending Ruban Bleu to every single friend and family who gets engaged. And for our vow renewal in a few years to come, they’ll definitely be our planner because they were that great to work with.

an understatement, they were amazing every step of the way. From helping find vendors, to the efficient email communications, their perfect advice, and truly handling any of all of my changes/questions/wishes, ruban bleu handled it all with such grace and professionalism. Any stress I ever felt, they always had a solution and took the stressful load off of me which was such a gift in itself. I loved how personal it felt to work with them.
I could go on and on about why you need to hire Ruban Bleu as your wedding coordinator, but if you're looking for a short answer, DO IT! Seriously, you won’t regret it, It's 100% worth every penny.

They ensured that all my specified concerns were properly taken into consideration and they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly on the big day and this made my wedding a uniquely satisfying experience.
I felt relaxed all through the process and the result turned out to be absolutely fulfilling.

She stepped in when my family was delaying with putting everything together. She helped bring our inspiration to life. My husband and I both don’t like planning and can be very disorganized, but Shamecha took that on with grace and kept my anxiety at a minimum during the whole process. She is such a kind, calm & gentle soul and will make your day the absolute best. We can’t thank her enough, and will recommend her to anyone that comes our way!

The weather the day of left much to be desired, but there was such a sense of calm knowing everything was in such capable hands. ng planning!! From our first phone call I could tell how passionate Pat was about her job & learning more about my vision as a bride. Throughout the entire process the team understood what I wanted and never made me feel like to needed to change my vision, which I loved! Although some of the team members were indifferent at some point, but the our main day of coordinator was resilient. She was quick to find solutions to problems on the day of, and our wedding day ran so smoothly because of her hard work. I will gladly recommend Ruban Bleu to anyone looking for a coordinator.

erything and prioritise all your needs. Eunan and Shamecha are the sweetest people and helped my now husband and I through what we wanted for our wedding and things we didn't even think of. The team did an amazing job on our theme and all our guests and my husband and I were left in awe with both the ceremony and reception. It's a memory we'll always treasure and never forget how special the day was.
