We are so happy we booked Ruffle Effect to help plan our wedding! Casey, Ally, Jordan and the whole team made the planning process stress free. They were so great at answering any questions we had along the way and they ran the show perfectly on the day of. I barely had to lift a finger! We also used them for our flowers and they turned out beautiful! We loved that so many rentals were included in the package we selected so there was less we had to worry about. Cannot recommend Ruffle Effect enough!!!

Where do we begin! The Ruffle Effect team is who everyone should book when seeking wedding coordination. Everyone at Ruffle Effect is kind, considerate, and always make sure your vision is at the heart of every email and conversation. They gave us a road map of things we had to do by certain days which made it so simple for us to stay on task throughout the year. Ruffle Effect also was our floral provider and signage creator! A true one stop shop for everything we needed on the day of! The floral arrangements were STUNNING and exactly what we had envisioned! I will be recommending Ruffle Effect to any friends or family for their upcoming nuptials! Also a special shout out to Ally and Megan, who were tasked with helping us coordinate everything. We initially signed up with The Ruffle Effect for their design and floral package, and adding the design component was one of the best decisions we made. It kept everything beautifully cohesive compared to trying to handle the design and signage on our own. Casey and her team truly have a gift for understanding a vision—even when we struggled to describe or show exactly what we had in mind for our wedding. We went through a few iterations of the design and floral plan, and throughout the process, the team was open to our input while offering expert guidance to ensure everything would come together seamlessly. It always felt like they genuinely wanted to capture our hopes for the day while keeping everything cohesive and polished. As for planning, we initially planned to rely on our venue’s day-of coordinator to save on costs. However, about six weeks before the wedding, during our final details meeting, we realized that approach wasn’t going to work. The venue’s coordinator wasn’t equipped to manage the details in a way that would allow us to feel stress-free or confident on the big day. We reached out to Casey to see if her team could step in for month-of planning, and it turned out to be the best decision of our entire wedding. Without The Ruffle Effect’s planning expertise, our day would likely have been chaotic and disappointing. They took over all the vendor coordination, built our timeline, understood exactly how we wanted the day to flow, and ensured every detail was flawlessly executed. Having one team handle florals, design, and planning was a game-changer—they knew every single detail from start to finish and seamlessly tied everything together. The team also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. For example, when we were late ordering napkins for our head table, they paid the invoice upfront to ensure the order would arrive on time. They also resolved a last-minute issue with our venue regarding late-night snacks from In-N-Out by picking up the food themselves—without charging us extra. On the day of the wedding, the entire team was incredible. They were always there when we needed something but stayed in the background, quietly ensuring everything ran perfectly. It was the perfect balance of support and behind-the-scenes magic. We cannot recommend The Ruffle Effect more highly. From the design and florals to the planning, Casey and her team made our wedding dreams come true. Hiring them for just florals, design, or planning will be a great decision, but if you are able to, we highly recommend hiring them for all three.

I don't have enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Ruffle Effect; I hired Ruffle Effect for month of coordination and florals. But they went above and beyond that. From the moment we started working together, they checked in with me monthly and always answered my questions. They participated in tastings and walk throughs. And then they took over all things wedding planning and I never had to worry about a thing. On the day of my wedding, I didn't have a single stress and that was all because I knew the Ruffle Effect team was in control. I don't have photos back yet, but I will be sure to add them so you can see how stunning my florals were. Casey understood my vision perfectly and was very understanding when I made changes. Ruffle Effect was such a pleasure to work with! I sort of had a vision in mind for the wedding, but they really made it come to life. They are experts in their field and extremely professional. They communicated effectively throughout the entire process, and were so kind when I went back and forth about a few things and wanted to make changes to the proposal. They also paired BEAUTIFULLY with the Franciscan Gardens venue in San Juan Capistrano, which is like an empty canvas begging to have gorgeous florals attached to it. I received SO many compliments on my wedding. Everyone said it was like ethereal and like a dream with the highlights being the full arch and the hanging wisteria from the pergola. They made my wedding day so magical!

Casey is an absolute gem to work with! From helping us decide which package was best for us to designing and implementing our wedding vision, she was always kind, gracious and responsive. We had the 90 Day Planning + Design package while also using their floral offering, and it was the best combo. It meant that all of our design happened in one place and all elements were congruent. Ally managed more of the detailed planning and was all over it, gathering insurance from vendors and ensuring they had the timeline. We didn't have to think twice about load-in/load-out type details on the day of, and that was such a win! The whole team at Ruffle Effect are so lovely to work with, you definitely want them to help make your wedding vision come to life!

I hired Ruffle Effect for month of planning and for all my florals. Hands down the best decision I made in the whole wedding planning process!!! Jordan and the team were so helpful, organized, and caring which made for a seamless wedding. The best perk was getting access to their rentals that included signage. I can not rave about them enough. Hiring RE as my coordinator and florist was the best investment. Thank you ladies!!!

My husband Ryan and I were married in April and had Casey and her team as our amazing florist! Casey is so incredibly talented. From the first moment talking with her, to our mock up, to the day of -her florals just absolutely blew us out of the water. We LOVED working with Ruffle Effect. My wife and I were so grateful to find a coordinator and florist in one stop who was able to capture our vision for the wedding day and not just build it creatively but execute it flawlessly. We had our wedding a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. Casey, Ally and the rest of the Ruffle Effect team really came through for us. We had the 90 day planning package with roughly 60 days until we got married and they were super professional, thoughtful, creative, helpful and really took most of the wedding planning stress off the table for me and my husband to truly enjoy our day. They took care of planning, design and florals from start to finish and they really listened to what we wanted and really helped us achieve that dream. STOP AND LOOK NO FURTHER! RUFFLE EFFECT IS THE G.O.A.T. They are the absolute best. Hands down one of the best decisions I've made was hiring Ruffle Effect for my wedding. They took care of all the logistical nitty gritty, stressful parts of wedding planning. They are easy to work with. They are professionals but felt like friends. You can trust them with anything! I literally just gave them the vibes and inspo for my wedding and let them do their thing. They will truly bring your visions to life! Ally and Casey are absolute angels. As a bride, I was able to let go and just enjoy the day. Even my mom commented that she didn't have to worry about anything. They took care of everything. Hiring Ruffle Effect for planning, styling, and florals was by far the best decision we made for our wedding! Ally and Casey are an absolute dream team, and they made the wedding planning process smooth and easy, and made our wedding day seamless, special, and a huge success!  Casey was our lead florist and her eye for florals and design is unmatched. We got so many compliments on our flowers! A friend recommended her to me when I asked who did her florals, because I was obsessed with the flowers at her wedding.  I was delighted when she told me Ruffle Effect also was her coordinator! Working with them on the planning and styling side as well helped the whole aesthetic of our wedding feel cohesive (and made planning so much simpler!).  Ally was our lead planner, and went truly above and beyond. She talked to our vendors so we didn't have to worry about anything on the day, answered all of my annoying questions, and gave thoughtful and thorough recommendations. On our wedding day, she ran a tight ship but made it feel loose and breezy. Ally helped pack everything up at the end of the night to make sure we got everything safely and didn't have to think about it at the end of a long day. She even ran out to get our reception's late night snack of 100 small fries from McDonalds! She was like our fairy godmother who made all our wedding dreams come true. She had an amazing ability to keep calm, even while managing so much and keeping an eye on time and details in the thick of our reception. More impressively, she was able to keep me calm! Throughout planning and the wedding day, she made us feel so safe in her hands.  From our initial phone consultation to the last moments of our wedding, I was put at ease by Ally and Casey. They made what is often considered to be a stressful time feel easy, fun, and full of possibility. They took care of more than we expected for our wedding, providing everything from our photo backgrounds to welcome signs to frames to menus, and more. We felt so taken care of throughout the planning process and especially on the day. I am endlessly grateful for these ladies and cannot recommend them enough!! 

If you're still searching for a wedding coordinator for your special day, your search is over! There is so much to say about how amazing and wonderful Ruffle Effect was in helping us plan for our wedding! Ally was our coordinator on the day of (and met with us for most of the meetings and final tour of the venue) and Casey arranged our florals. We purchased the month of package as we ended up trying to do a lot of our own things to prep for the wedding. As the wedding date (6/29/23) got closer, we ran into some health issues and were unable to get as much as we wanted done. With only a few weeks before the wedding, Ally and Casey were able to help us rent a TON of things and make last minute changes with no trouble and without us going over our budget. Anything we were able to DYI, we were able to drop off two days before the wedding and Casey and her team delivered and set up everything the morning of. Everything was beautiful and, although we had fairly minimal floral requests, everything was done exactly how we imagined and Casey's arrangements only added to how beautiful everything already was. Furthermore, Ally was such an incredible help on the day of. She was constantly on the move grabbing family members for photos, clearly and quickly moving through a day-of rehearsal with the bridal party, constantly vigilant of any needs or requests we had, and cleaning up small things that made everything look for organized and ready for the cleaning the end of the night. Incredibly professional, punctual, organized, with amazing service and communication, Ruffle Effect was exactly what we needed to help us not only plan and set up, but enjoy our wedding. Everyone always says that timelines don't go as planned or that there's so much going on that the bride and groom hardly get to enjoy the wedding with friends and family, but Ruffle Effect's attention to detail made it so those fears were put to rest. While the day did seem to fly by for us, we got to enjoy the day thanks to Ally and Casey. We cannot thank the team at the Ruffle Effect more for giving us day we will never forget! We worked with both Casey for florals and Ally for coordination/planning and both ladies were so wonderful to work with. We really felt cared for! Casey made my floral dreams come true! She listened to what I was envisioning for our wedding day and made it come to life. I walked into our ceremony and reception space, and was completely blown away to how beautiful it was! She was very transparent every step of the way and provided mock ups to help us better visualize the space. She also was able to make it to both our wedding rehearsal and on our wedding day in which she definitely helped me calm my nerves! Ally was our point person for everything! Even though we had only booked a day of coordination which started a month before our wedding, Ally was there every month from the moment we started working with her by reaching out to us if we needed anything, providing recommendations, and just asking if we were okay. She was there for our meetings with other vendors, and the month before she checked in with everyone to make sure our day ran smoothly, and it did! During our wedding day, she made sure that we ate, drank, and even just had time for me and my husband to just breathe! We also got to meet Lauren, a bridal assistant, on the day of our wedding, who was also so amazing! She made sure we were on time with everything and was such a delight to have helping us on such a hectic day. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Ruffle Effect! Ruffle Effect immediately stood out to me when I was searching for a planner for my wedding; they were kind, answered all of my questions, and cared about my thoughts and ideas. I worked with their other lead planner, Ally. She was always prepared at every meeting and promptly answered all of my emails with every little details question or request that I had. Most companies don't allow unlimited calls and emails for a day of coordinator, but Ruffle Effect does! On wedding day, Ally and her two assistants were on top of it. There were some problems and I didn't even know about them because they solved the problems so quickly! They were such a big help and I could not have imagined our wedding day without them. They always made sure that my husband and I had food, drinks, making sure we got a photo at the photobooth and so much more! Ruffle effect was the best decision we made for the wedding. I’m a very Type A person, so I knew I wanted to hire someone to relieve me from doing anything on the wedding day or even before. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Ruffle Effect for both our planning and floral design. Casey and Ally were both so wonderful and beyond helpful throughout the entire process. Due to Covid, we postponed our wedding twice and they were so helpful not only checking in on us, but also reaching out to vendors and making sure we always felt at ease with the wedding planning process. Our wedding day was so wonderful and every detail Ruffle Effect took care of was so beautiful. I would highly recommend them!! We made the best decision by hiring the Ruffle Effect to do both our floral design and to be our wedding coordinator for our big day! Casey, Ally, and the rest of the team did an amazing job with being patient and bringing our wedding day vision into reality. These people they are very kind and professional in what they do and they put pride in their work. I’m so glad I decided to hire them as they are professional and made sure I am as relax as possible as a bride. As we began planning our April 2022 wedding, we weren't sure if we needed a coordinator but oh my gosh, we are SO happy we found Casey & the Ruffle Effect. The whole team: Casey, Ally, Lauren were an absolute dream to work with. They were extremely responsive, professional (and fun!) and made sure that all questions did not go unanswered. The day of the wedding was seamless - everything was ON TIME and they made sure that me, my husband and my entire bridal party were taken care of. Our stress levels on the day-of were at an absolute minimum and that is largely due to the fact that we had so much trust in the Ruffle Effect team - they are true experts in their craft. On top of coordination services, Casey also did our florals for the big day. Although I personally changed my vision a few weeks prior, Casey did not at all hesitate and truly made my floral dreams a reality. We cannot recommend the Ruffle Effect enough!

I am so glad that we worked with Ruffle Effect to handle wedding day coordination, wedding decor, as well as florals for our big day! There are not enough stars available for how amazing Casey and her team is! Our wedding was rescheduled due to COVID and Casey helped us navigate all areas of rescheduling. Leading up to the wedding, Casey was always there to answer questions and meet with us to talk about all of the anxieties and joys that go along with wedding planning. The day of, Naia took the absolute best care of us! We were well fed and hydrated! We were where we needed to be and everything was amazing! I couldn't imagine not having Ruffle Effect at my wedding!

First off, Casey made everything so easy the month of and kept me incredibly relaxed. We weren’t sure about hiring a more full service coordinator but it was hands down the right decision. My husband and I were supposed to get married in April but unfortunately had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic. After a couple months of waiting, we decided (pretty last minute) to elope as we didn't want to wait a whole extra year to be married. Casey made a beautiful bouquet with only 2 days notice and I loved it. It was just what I envisioned and it stayed nice for the entire day, and even a few more after. She was so easy to work with and it kept our plans nice and simple. I am so happy I had a beautiful bouquet in all of our pictures, it really made the day that much more special.
