Ruffle Effect

am also really listened to my vision and help us bring it together with the most beautiful details!!! We also used them for our flowers and they turned out gorgeous. We received so many compliments from family! It was a beautiful day and so happy we chose Ruffle Effect as our planner.

t ease, always available for our numerous Zoom meetings and quick to respond no matter the time difference. She took care of every detail, making sure nothing was overlooked. What truly stood out was her flexibility—no request was ever a problem, no matter how last-minute or out of the ordinary. She always found a solution and made it happen effortlessly. The rentals were absolutely beautiful, and the fact that Ruffle Effect handled everything made the process so much easier. And the florals? Breathtaking! They perfectly captured the vision we had in mind and elevated the entire atmosphere of our wedding. We can’t thank Casey and her team enough for making our wedding day in California everything we dreamed of. If you’re looking for a planner and florist who will go above and beyond, Ruffle Effect is the one!

finish, they truly brought our colorful and romantic wedding vision to life. The floral arrangements and candles were absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations! Throughout the entire planning process, Ruffle Effects team was incredibly organized, patient, and attentive to every detail. Their communication was top-notch, especially through email, and they always made sure we felt heard and supported every step of the way. They also helped with communicating with vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page prior the wedding. On the big day, everything went so smoothly, thanks to the perfect timeline they created for us. They did an amazing with setting up our personal decor such as pictures and polaroid photo station as well as the florals and center pieces. The entire event flowed effortlessly, and we truly felt that we were able to enjoy every moment without a hitch. We’re so grateful for their hard work and dedication, and we would highly recommend Ruffle Effects to anyone looking for a wedding planner and florist who is not only talented but also incredibly kind and professional!

endly, available and basically amazing! Please if you are planning a wedding, call them!!

ay-of coordinators and the florist, but wow, they were really working with me the entire process up until and through the big day. There are so things I can say but I want to focus on three areas: 1) Prepared and organized. In the planning stages from being familiar with our vendors and communicating with them (we got married at Ranchos Las Lomas and had 24Carrots catering), to sending back and forth planning documents and scheduling details, Casey and Ally were just so good to work with. I am very particular about things but I trusted them throughout the process and felt like nothing was going to fall through the cracks. 2) Amazing florist. I’m so glad we also chose them as our florists; everything turned out exactly as I had hoped from the ceremony arch to the table centerpieces to a custom head table structure we had made. They did not skimp on the flowers at all and they were so good about mock-ups in photo form during the planning process and then an in-person mock-up of the centerpiece to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be. And most importantly, they came in a really good price! 3) So much help in the decorations. One of the reasons why we ultimately chose RuffleEffect is they have a great catalog of items to choose from (check out their “rentals” section on their site) that they can supply to you for free in their packages including candles, frames, table numbers, and some signage. I wanted to create my own custom backdrops and signage, and they helped bring some of the wood panels, create many of the decal stickers, and offered to help with setting up at no extra cost, which is really unheard of. I think that point of them always wanting to do more and wanting to make your vision come to life is really what Casey excels at. She has such a joyous personality that makes it relaxing to work with, really cares about your day, and hires a great team. We get so many compliments about our wedding years later and it’s really because of RuffleEffect.

questions we had along the way and they ran the show perfectly on the day of. I barely had to lift a finger! We also used them for our flowers and they turned out beautiful! We loved that so many rentals were included in the package we selected so there was less we had to worry about. Cannot recommend Ruffle Effect enough!!!

ision is at the heart of every email and conversation. They gave us a road map of things we had to do by certain days which made it so simple for us to stay on task throughout the year. Ruffle Effect also was our floral provider and signage creator! A true one stop shop for everything we needed on the day of! The floral arrangements were STUNNING and exactly what we had envisioned! I will be recommending Ruffle Effect to any friends or family for their upcoming nuptials! Also a special shout out to Ally and Megan, who were tasked with helping us coordinate everything. The two of you are first class people and amazing at what you do. The day of our wedding we felt like we genuinely could sit back and not do a single thing, and that was all because of your hard work and attention to detail! So thank you both very much, and thank you to everyone at Ruffle Effect! -Karissa & Kam

ully cohesive compared to trying to handle the design and signage on our own. Casey and her team truly have a gift for understanding a vision—even when we struggled to describe or show exactly what we had in mind for our wedding. We went through a few iterations of the design and floral plan, and throughout the process, the team was open to our input while offering expert guidance to ensure everything would come together seamlessly. It always felt like they genuinely wanted to capture our hopes for the day while keeping everything cohesive and polished. As for planning, we initially planned to rely on our venue’s day-of coordinator to save on costs. However, about six weeks before the wedding, during our final details meeting, we realized that approach wasn’t going to work. The venue’s coordinator wasn’t equipped to manage the details in a way that would allow us to feel stress-free or confident on the big day. We reached out to Casey to see if her team could step in for month-of planning, and it turned out to be the best decision of our entire wedding. Without The Ruffle Effect’s planning expertise, our day would likely have been chaotic and disappointing. They took over all the vendor coordination, built our timeline, understood exactly how we wanted the day to flow, and ensured every detail was flawlessly executed. Having one team handle florals, design, and planning was a game-changer—they knew every single detail from start to finish and seamlessly tied everything together. The team also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. For example, when we were late ordering napkins for our head table, they paid the invoice upfront to ensure the order would arrive on time. They also resolved a last-minute issue with our venue regarding late-night snacks from In-N-Out by picking up the food themselves—without charging us extra. On the day of the wedding, the entire team was incredible. They were always there when we needed something but stayed in the background, quietly ensuring everything ran perfectly. It was the perfect balance of support and behind-the-scenes magic. We cannot recommend The Ruffle Effect more highly. From the design and florals to the planning, Casey and her team made our wedding dreams come true. Hiring them for just florals, design, or planning will be a great decision, but if you are able to, we highly recommend hiring them for all three.

at. From the moment we started working together, they checked in with me monthly and always answered my questions. They participated in tastings and walk throughs. And then they took over all things wedding planning and I never had to worry about a thing. On the day of my wedding, I didn't have a single stress and that was all because I knew the Ruffle Effect team was in control. I don't have photos back yet, but I will be sure to add them so you can see how stunning my florals were. Casey understood my vision perfectly and was very understanding when I made changes. Hiring Ruffle Effect was the best decision I made and I will recommend to all future brides to do the same!

professional. They communicated effectively throughout the entire process, and were so kind when I went back and forth about a few things and wanted to make changes to the proposal. They also paired BEAUTIFULLY with the Franciscan Gardens venue in San Juan Capistrano, which is like an empty canvas begging to have gorgeous florals attached to it. I received SO many compliments on my wedding. Everyone said it was like ethereal and like a dream with the highlights being the full arch and the hanging wisteria from the pergola. They made my wedding day so magical!

onsive. We had the 90 Day Planning + Design package while also using their floral offering, and it was the best combo. It meant that all of our design happened in one place and all elements were congruent. Ally managed more of the detailed planning and was all over it, gathering insurance from vendors and ensuring they had the timeline. We didn't have to think twice about load-in/load-out type details on the day of, and that was such a win! The whole team at Ruffle Effect are so lovely to work with, you definitely want them to help make your wedding vision come to life!

, organized, and caring which made for a seamless wedding. The best perk was getting access to their rentals that included signage. I can not rave about them enough. Hiring RE as my coordinator and florist was the best investment. Thank you ladies!!!

up, to the day of -her florals just absolutely blew us out of the water. Casey is also incredibly kind, thoughtful, and worked seamlessly with our other vendors and venue. She truly made our wedding day absolutely stunning and we will always be so glad we had her as part of our wedding planning and creation experience. Thank you, Casey!

t build it creatively but execute it flawlessly. Casey and Ally were so great to work with throughout the process. They were responsive and attentive to the little details and gave us a sense of confidence throughout the wedding planning process. We brought them on board as 90-day coordinators with floral and design. They helped us refine our vision and helped manage all our vendors leading up to the wedding. But where they really blew us away was how they managed everything the day of. So many people told my wife and me to be as present as possible and soak in the day. Ally and her assistant Jordan did an incredible job allowing my wife and me to do just that day. Every detail was met, and both Ally and Jordan were very attentive to our needs. We are so grateful to have had the chance to work with Ruffle Effect and will be recommending them to our friends!

roughly 60 days until we got married and they were super professional, thoughtful, creative, helpful and really took most of the wedding planning stress off the table for me and my husband to truly enjoy our day. They took care of planning, design and florals from start to finish and they really listened to what we wanted and really helped us achieve that dream. I would definitely recommend these ladies to any couple looking for an A team for their wedding day as planners and day of co-ordinators.

ent, even the smallest detail was covered, including creative scheduling for our ceremony that was much more personal to us. Flowers were an absolute showstopper, with all of our guests raving about the arrangements. We asked for a simple, tasteful wedding and The Ruffle Effect way beyond delivered a perfect weekend. If you've made it to the end of this review and haven't booked yet, don't wait any longer!

ss our vision, I knew we were in the hands of true professionals who genuinely cared about creating a magical atmosphere for our wedding. The attention to detail and creativity that Casey brought to the table was truly remarkable. She took the time to understand our style, preferences, and the overall theme of the wedding. The result was a breathtaking display of flowers that perfectly complemented every aspect of the venue, from the ceremony to the reception. What impressed us the most was Casey's ability to turn our ideas into reality. Casey and her team went above and beyond to source the most beautiful and unique flowers, ensuring that each arrangement was a work of art. The color palette she chose was exquisite, and the way she combined different blooms and greenery was nothing short of perfection. Throughout the planning process, Casey was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication was prompt and clear, which made us feel confident and relaxed leading up to the big day. She was open to our suggestions and even offered some fantastic ideas that we hadn't thought of. It truly felt like a collaborative effort, and that made the experience even more special. On the wedding day itself, we were completely blown away. The floral arrangements were beyond anything we could have imagined. The ceremony arch was a romantic masterpiece, and the reception centerpieces left our guests in awe. The attention to detail extended to every corner of the venue, creating a cohesive and enchanting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the celebration. Not only did Casey and her team deliver on their promises, but they also went above and beyond by ensuring that every arrangement was perfectly placed and fresh throughout the entire event. Their dedication and passion for their craft were evident in every petal. If you're looking for a wedding florist who will exceed your expectations, Ruffle Effect is the one to choose. Their artistic flair, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients make them stand out in the best possible way. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without them, and we are forever grateful for their contribution to our magical day. Thank you Ruffle Effect for making our wedding a blooming success!

ok care of all the logistical nitty gritty, stressful parts of wedding planning. They are easy to work with. They are professionals but felt like friends. You can trust them with anything! I literally just gave them the vibes and inspo for my wedding and let them do their thing. They will truly bring your visions to life! Ally and Casey are absolute angels. As a bride, I was able to let go and just enjoy the day. Even my mom commented that she didn't have to worry about anything. They took care of everything. They coordinated all the vendors, handled all the logistics of the wedding day, cleaned up and returned everything to you at the end of the night. My wedding day was perfect. Having Ally and Casey on your team, lets you focus on what's important -- getting married to your person and celebrating with everyone. I highly highly recommend The Ruffle Effect. They are worth it.

lanning process smooth and easy, and made our wedding day seamless, special, and a huge success!  Casey was our lead florist and her eye for florals and design is unmatched. We got so many compliments on our flowers! A friend recommended her to me when I asked who did her florals, because I was obsessed with the flowers at her wedding.  I was delighted when she told me Ruffle Effect also was her coordinator! Working with them on the planning and styling side as well helped the whole aesthetic of our wedding feel cohesive (and made planning so much simpler!).  Ally was our lead planner, and went truly above and beyond. She talked to our vendors so we didn't have to worry about anything on the day, answered all of my annoying questions, and gave thoughtful and thorough recommendations. On our wedding day, she ran a tight ship but made it feel loose and breezy. Ally helped pack everything up at the end of the night to make sure we got everything safely and didn't have to think about it at the end of a long day. She even ran out to get our reception's late night snack of 100 small fries from McDonalds! She was like our fairy godmother who made all our wedding dreams come true. She had an amazing ability to keep calm, even while managing so much and keeping an eye on time and details in the thick of our reception. More impressively, she was able to keep me calm! Throughout planning and the wedding day, she made us feel so safe in her hands.  From our initial phone consultation to the last moments of our wedding, I was put at ease by Ally and Casey. They made what is often considered to be a stressful time feel easy, fun, and full of possibility. They took care of more than we expected for our wedding, providing everything from our photo backgrounds to welcome signs to frames to menus, and more. We felt so taken care of throughout the planning process and especially on the day. I am endlessly grateful for these ladies and cannot recommend them enough!!

us plan for our wedding! Ally was our coordinator on the day of (and met with us for most of the meetings and final tour of the venue) and Casey arranged our florals. We purchased the month of package as we ended up trying to do a lot of our own things to prep for the wedding. As the wedding date (6/29/23) got closer, we ran into some health issues and were unable to get as much as we wanted done. With only a few weeks before the wedding, Ally and Casey were able to help us rent a TON of things and make last minute changes with no trouble and without us going over our budget. Anything we were able to DYI, we were able to drop off two days before the wedding and Casey and her team delivered and set up everything the morning of. Everything was beautiful and, although we had fairly minimal floral requests, everything was done exactly how we imagined and Casey's arrangements only added to how beautiful everything already was. Furthermore, Ally was such an incredible help on the day of. She was constantly on the move grabbing family members for photos, clearly and quickly moving through a day-of rehearsal with the bridal party, constantly vigilant of any needs or requests we had, and cleaning up small things that made everything look for organized and ready for the cleaning the end of the night. Incredibly professional, punctual, organized, with amazing service and communication, Ruffle Effect was exactly what we needed to help us not only plan and set up, but enjoy our wedding. Everyone always says that timelines don't go as planned or that there's so much going on that the bride and groom hardly get to enjoy the wedding with friends and family, but Ruffle Effect's attention to detail made it so those fears were put to rest. While the day did seem to fly by for us, we got to enjoy the day thanks to Ally and Casey. Thank you both, and we hope to see your business continue to grow so you can continue to do the amazing work for future couples!

were so wonderful to work with. We really felt cared for! Casey made my floral dreams come true! She listened to what I was envisioning for our wedding day and made it come to life. I walked into our ceremony and reception space, and was completely blown away to how beautiful it was! She was very transparent every step of the way and provided mock ups to help us better visualize the space. She also was able to make it to both our wedding rehearsal and on our wedding day in which she definitely helped me calm my nerves! Ally was our point person for everything! Even though we had only booked a day of coordination which started a month before our wedding, Ally was there every month from the moment we started working with her by reaching out to us if we needed anything, providing recommendations, and just asking if we were okay. She was there for our meetings with other vendors, and the month before she checked in with everyone to make sure our day ran smoothly, and it did! During our wedding day, she made sure that we ate, drank, and even just had time for me and my husband to just breathe! We also got to meet Lauren, a bridal assistant, on the day of our wedding, who was also so amazing! She made sure we were on time with everything and was such a delight to have helping us on such a hectic day. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Ruffle Effect! They are some of the sweetest people to work with. We could not have been blessed with a better team! Thank you all so much again!

g up to our wedding day was taken care of and accounted for. They were both so easy to talk with and made my partner and I feel comfortable and as stress free as possible throughout the entire process. They made our colorful tropical wedding vision come to life. We highly recommend working with Casey and Ally.

ofessional, and experienced team of vendors to help our wedding vision come to life which is why we knew Ruffle Effect had to be there! Casey’s kindness, promptness, and patience, helped make the entire planning experience stress free and actually enjoyable! She was able to take a vision in my head and turn it into a beautiful reality. From the ceremony florals and bouquet, to the escort display and table arrangements, it all exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with how it all came together! Her team is not only reliable but they are always willing to take on new creative adventures and will go above and beyond to ensure you have a beautiful & seamless wedding day. I would highly recommend hiring Ruffle Effect for both planning & floral, however, you can’t go wrong having them as a part of your wedding team on any level!

worked with their other lead planner, Ally. She was always prepared at every meeting and promptly answered all of my emails with every little details question or request that I had. Most companies don't allow unlimited calls and emails for a day of coordinator, but Ruffle Effect does! On wedding day, Ally and her two assistants were on top of it. There were some problems and I didn't even know about them because they solved the problems so quickly! They were such a big help and I could not have imagined our wedding day without them. They always made sure that my husband and I had food, drinks, making sure we got a photo at the photobooth and so much more! I would hire Ally a million times over for she went above and beyond leading up to the wedding and wedding day! Thank you, Ruffle Effect!

ed for month of planning + florals. Rentals/signage was included, so it made everything that much easier. They were our favorite vendor and we had no regret hiring them. Genuinely happy for using their services. Would strongly recommend!!

en before. The team understood our vision and how we wanted the wedding day to go. They communicated with all of our vendors and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. Even with last minute changes they still got everything done perfectly. I’m so grateful to have had them by our side. I didn’t have to worry about one thing during the wedding, which is new for me. Thank you Ruffle effect for truly creating and organizing the most beautiful day of our lives. Can’t thank you enough!

out the entire process. Due to Covid, we postponed our wedding twice and they were so helpful not only checking in on us, but also reaching out to vendors and making sure we always felt at ease with the wedding planning process. Our wedding day was so wonderful and every detail Ruffle Effect took care of was so beautiful. I would highly recommend them!! The florals were gorgeous and our guests continue to tell me how beautiful our wedding was, thanks to Casey, Ally, and the Ruffle Effect team! 5-stars!!!!!! Would highly recommend!!

mazing job with being patient and bringing our wedding day vision into reality. These people they are very kind and professional in what they do and they put pride in their work. I’m so glad I decided to hire them as they are professional and made sure I am as relax as possible as a bride. I totally recommend couples to hire them for both floral design and for their wedding planner! You won’t regret it.

lly, Lauren were an absolute dream to work with. They were extremely responsive, professional (and fun!) and made sure that all questions did not go unanswered. The day of the wedding was seamless - everything was ON TIME and they made sure that me, my husband and my entire bridal party were taken care of. Our stress levels on the day-of were at an absolute minimum and that is largely due to the fact that we had so much trust in the Ruffle Effect team - they are true experts in their craft. On top of coordination services, Casey also did our florals for the big day. Although I personally changed my vision a few weeks prior, Casey did not at all hesitate and truly made my floral dreams a reality. We cannot recommend the Ruffle Effect enough!

edding planning so Casey was a huge help. She always sought out my opinion first but whenever I was unsure (which was pretty much the entire time lol), she provided amazing guidance! I worked with Alyssa more in the weeks leading up to the wedding and she was just as amazing! She was very thorough and prompt in responding to questions/requests. Finally, the day of the wedding... I already knew Ruffle Effect would be amazing but my husband was blown away. Everything ran smoothly and they went above and beyond our expectations! I couldn't be happier with choosing Ruffle Effect as my wedding planner & florist. Thank you so much for making our wedding day a dream!

the day of was more beautiful than I could have even imagined. They were wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and were truly able to bring my vision of my wedding day to life. And finally, Casey is very talented when it comes to florals--the arrangements and bouquets were so elegant, yet so natural. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

ng up to the wedding, Casey was always there to answer questions and meet with us to talk about all of the anxieties and joys that go along with wedding planning. The day of, Naia took the absolute best care of us! We were well fed and hydrated! We were where we needed to be and everything was amazing! I couldn't imagine not having Ruffle Effect at my wedding!

the month of and kept me incredibly relaxed. We weren’t sure about hiring a more full service coordinator but it was hands down the right decision. I was able to enjoy so much more of the process and rest assured that someone was taking care of things. The florals were BEAUTIFUL! The first thing I thought when I saw them was, “wow, Casey completely captured me and my personality in these flowers!” Everything blended so well together and looked absolutely beautiful!

minute) to elope as we didn't want to wait a whole extra year to be married. Casey made a beautiful bouquet with only 2 days notice and I loved it. It was just what I envisioned and it stayed nice for the entire day, and even a few more after. She was so easy to work with and it kept our plans nice and simple. I am so happy I had a beautiful bouquet in all of our pictures, it really made the day that much more special. Thank you again Casey!

ed it into a reality I never thought possible! My wedding night was a dream come true, and it could not have happened without Casey's beautiful work, attention to detail, and ability to really tune into - and bring to life - her clients' thoughts and wishes. She comes with my highest recommendation, and it's hard to do her justice with a written review!

ation and I can't believe how above and beyond the service went. They were there for any questions I had from the very beginning, I could never have done it on my own. I can't tell you how awesome it was walking into our reception venue and seeing it all set up just the way we've always envisioned it. We are beyond grateful for everything they did for us from the beginning to end!
