There are too many positive things to say about Adrienne to fit into this review. She is exactly what you could hope for in a wedding planner – organized, resourceful, thoughtful, unflappable, and insanely fun to be around. As far as the nuts and bolts go, she had every single thing done and organized ahead of schedule. The day went perfectly smoothly (I am not exaggerating this). One guest had a reaction to a bug bite and she had antihistamine. Another guest broke her heel, and she whipped out gorilla glue and repaired it. Beyond that though, she is an absolute dream to work with. She is kind, caring, and generous. It’s obvious to anyone who meets her that she loves and takes deep pride in her work.

I'm going to need to keep this short because I could speak about Adrienne for days. My god is she wonderful. From the moment I started working with her I felt so at ease. I was severely stressing wedding planning but she swooped in and completely changed the experience for me. I immediately felt lighter, way more positive, and excited for the day!! She took over and all my stress/worries went away. I am not kidding. She is a literal magical fairy. Adrienne is extremely organized, thorough, detailed-oriented, proactive, supportive, EVERYTHING. Adrienne is EVERYTHING and more. She became my therapist, my life coach. Working with her was an absolute dream and we wouldn't have had the wedding we did without her. I have to say, my wedding was pretty damn perfect. And that was because of Adrienne. She made the whole weekend absolutely perfect. All my friends and family adored her too and said she was the coolest wedding planner they've encountered. Some of my engaged friends are immediately hiring her after my wedding. She is a gem of a human - truly a fabulous soul. There is no one better than Ruffles & Tweed all around. From impeccable work ethic to such a lovely, calming, wonderful support, we couldn't have functioned without Adrienne. We are so so so blessed to have found her and worked with Adrienne!!!!!! Will never be able to thank her enough for everything she did <3

Congratulations on your engagement! It is such an exciting time! We got married in July 2023 and Adrienne was an AMAZING coordinator! I was the type A bride that knew exactly what I wanted, thought I could plan the whole thing by myself and then probably about three months into planning realized I was in over my head. By that point we had a venue and some of the main vendors booked but didn't really know what to do next or when to do anything. Then we found Adrienne and I'm so glad I did. We interviewed several wedding coordinators/planners and Adrienne was confident, knowledgeable, and tailored everything to us. She is straight forward, to the point, and easy to work with. I felt like we were on the same page every step on the way - she just got my vision completely (probably more so than my husband now) and knew how to execute it. I also tend to be a bit of an over-communicator throughout the planning process and she always puts me at ease. We had consistent and efficient communication. We ended up hiring her as a three month out coordinator. She went above and beyond the contract to answer any and all questions before the three month started. Once the three month started - she was the point person for everything and kept me on track. I still felt very involved (because I wanted to be) but she handled all the stressful things. She came on a venue visit with us and asked all the right questions. Leading up to the wedding she remained our cool calm and collected go to person. We had a few last minute guest rsvps/ covid and had to rearrange table setting literally days before the wedding and she worked it all out within an hour. On the actual day - she made sure everything was seamless! Truly made sure everything I wanted happened, I was totally relaxed and not worried about a thing because she had it all under control. To this day I have no idea if anything went wrong or there were any issues because I never heard about anything. Beyond being an exceptional wedding coordinator she is a wonderful person! Kind, respectful, communicative, funny, easy going, just the kind of person who you want on your side. She was willing to stick up for us and make sure we got what we needed and I really appreciated the "be kind but take no shit" attitude. She's just the best and I honestly miss our weekly calls with her and want to plan my wedding all over again because she made it so easy and fun! I'm sure you will have a beautiful wedding no matter what, but I promise Adrienne will make the planning process so much easier!

If you are reading this, don’t think twice and book. Adrienne was SPECTACULAR. She was not only incredibly sweet, but so organized and calm that it made our lives feel stress free during the last month and day of. I cannot say enough wonderful things of her and her team who truly brought our vision to life. We are eternally grateful we booked Ruffles & Tweed!!

Adrienne is an absolute lifesaver and so talented, not to mention the sweetest person to work with! She jumped in and helped my husband and I with our big day only a few months prior to our wedding date with no hesitation. She went above and beyond both the day of and prior to, traveling to our rehearsal and constantly checking in to make sure we were set for our big day. She even jumped in and sewed a bridesmaid’s ripped dress minutes before the ceremony! I am so grateful we found Ruffles and Tweed and recommend them to every future couple!

It was a great pleasure working with Adrienne for my wedding. I had Adrienne as my day coordinator. However, Adrienne was able to answer a lot of my questions along the way during my planning process. There was a lot of last minute changes with the guests, seating arrangements, and timeline. Adrienne handled those changes perfectly and it was such a seamless experience on my wedding day. All I had to do was enjoying my big day without worry about the vendors. Definitely would recommend working with Adrienne if you are looking for someone experienced in NYC area, professional, and easy to work with for your big day!

We loved working with Adrienne! She is so warm, professional, kind, and organized. Adrienne kept me sane running up to the wedding (especially during the two weeks before, when SO many details came together) and was wonderful to have the day of, alleviating all worries. Our day was so SMOOTH and enjoyable because of Adrienne. She's also wonderful because she keeps all the other vendors on the same page, and you know she has your back!

Eliza H I chose Adrienne as my day of coordinator because she came highly recommend from my venue. I was set on finding someone who worked there before. She was sooo friendly right off the bat and helped me stay organized as I did the bulk of planning my wedding. In the months leading up to the event, she was super responsive and willing to go above and beyond. The best part was getting to my venue day of and seeing all my ideas come to life. She was able to execute on everything and do even more knowing my style. She's positive, friendly and simply wants to make your day pure magic! Would highly recommend choosing Ruffles & Tweed for all things wedding planning!

Adrienne was a wonderful partner from the start. I was excited to do most of the planning for our wedding, so was looking for someone to be my trusted point person on the big day. Adrienne is that person! She clearly explained how a month-of coordinator contract would work, she rolled with all the changes over the year of re-planning after COVID cancelled our original plans, she answered all of my questions along the way, and swooped in to keep things on track the month before. Not only is she completely competent, organized, a great communicator and detail-oriented, but she is also KIND. I knew I needed someone to stand up for what I wanted, but didn't want them to be a "bad cop." All the vendors loved working with her and my family wants to adopt her. I hope I get to work with her again (on a non-wedding) someday!

Adrienne was recommended by the venue I selected for my wedding. She hadn’t even finished planning a wedding there yet, but they were sold on her based on her personality and professionalism and, after our first meeting, so were we. Adrienne is so kind, attentive, and easy to work with. Not only did she make planning a wedding at a vineyard that required everything (tent, floor, bathrooms, dinnerware, lighting, etc.) so seamless, but she did it in less than 7 months! I’m not a planner by any means so I wanted to be as hands off as possible. Through conversation, Adrienne was able to understand and capture my vision perfectly. Even if we hadn’t spoken for a few weeks, Adrienne was always working to perfect every detail, big and small. Any road block we hit, she had a solution or backup plan ready. I kept receiving compliments on how calm and stress-free I was from family, friends, and coworkers, and Adrienne is to thank for that. She was so willing to accommodate personal preferences, budget restrictions, and any last minute requests. Adrienne had great vendor recommendations but wasn’t pushy at all and really researched into alternates when we wanted to go in a different direction. As we approached the wedding date, I was honestly a little nervous to see how it would turn out because we didn’t have a traditional sit down dinner wedding and every vendor was booked through the phone or zoom calls. Still, Adrienne was so responsive, supportive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. When we arrived the day of, my husband and I were so blown away by how perfect the wedding turned out. Adrienne made sure everything ran smoothly and we had 0 complaints. She wasn’t even an expense, she was a necessity and such a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

We cannot recommend Adrienne enough. We were helpless and did not know where to begin with wedding planning and she walked us through each step of the way. She was completely on top of everything, communicated effectively, and always kept the mood fun and light. She is organized, down to earth, and creative. She always made us feel listened to, and in turn we could not be happier with how our wedding day unfolded. She turned our vision into reality. Our wedding day was incredible and it's because of Adrienne!!
