My husband and I got married at the Glen Manor House in October, the venue was perfection and Russell Morin Catering was a pleasure to work with. All of our guests raved about the food, from the passed appetizers, to the raw bar, to the meal, passed deserts and cake - everything was spectacular. So many of our guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. My husband and I both had the filet and it was top notch - we both made sure we made time to eat the amazing food! Liz was our coordinator and she did an excellent job, anything that I mentioned or asked for happened immediately. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and I know it was because Liz was on top of it and taking care of things behind the scenes. The entire staff we had on our wedding day was excellent, everyone from the wait staff to our oyster shucker was friendly and our guests said they really went above and beyond to get everyone what they asked for and make it extra special. We would highly recommend, I wouldn't have changed a thing, the catering and venue was perfect!

Russell Morin catering was absolutely wonderful on our wedding day. Our head coordinator was Krista and she did a fantastic job making sure that everything ran perfectly. The entire team worked seamlessly along side every vendor and paid attention to every detail. All of my guests raved about how attentive the staff was and how delicious the food was! We had a few people with food allergies and the severs made sure to seek them out and make adjustments to any dish or hors d'oeuvres that they could not eat. Krista helped me to pick out the perfect rentals, napkins, table cloths and more. She created several blue themed inspiration boards for me so that I could decide what aesthetic fit us best. Our day was so special and it would not have been possible without Russell Morin!

I had my wedding at the Glen Manor House where Russel Morin does all the catering and coordination. From the start, they were great with helping with all the planning from a year and a half out all the way up to the day of. They helped make the wedding planning less stressful. Overall, the wedding was amazing, just the fairytale I wanted. Everyone at the wedding could not stop raving about the food and the venue. Most saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to! The display of the food was so beautiful and the staff was great and they all just did such a great job. We were also able to do a private food tasting months before the wedding which was awesome! Most companies do not offer that. Highly recommend this company and the Glen Manor House!

This was easily the best caterer I’ve ever had. Everyone at my wedding could not stop talking about the incredible food and service. They were extremely professional to work with and made my big day such a breeze. They even made sure we ate throughout the reception and gave us a full bag of food to go home with! If you’re having a coastal wedding in Rhode Island or Massachusetts, you HAVE to book them. They will impress you and everyone you invite.

Russell Morin provided excellent food and service for our wedding! When we did the tasting, we had some small feedback on the dishes, and they incorporated that feedback when they prepared the food for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Krista, our 'day-of' planner was highly organized and professional, keeping us on track. During the wedding, our assigned attendant was very attentive and sweet. There are not enough good things to say. From the very beginning RM helped me curate the day of my dreams. Emily our coordinator was fantastic, responsive, helpful, calm… on the day of she remembered every one of my immediate families names. My grandparents commented on how kind she treated them and how attentive she was. The service was IMPECCABLE. I never did not have a drink, the food was amazing. Even guests commented on the quality of service and the food. If you want to enjoy your wedding .. drink the drinks… eat the food… enjoy your company - I could not recommend them more. Thank you endlessly for an incredible day!

Krista, our coordinator, was so lovely to work alongside throughout the process. Many of our guests remarked on the food— we did family style service — and noted that it was best wedding food they have ever had. The service was also fantastic. We got married at the Glen Manor House and Russell Morin was the exclusive caterer for our venue. From start to finish, it was so seamless and easy to work with the RM team. We were so impressed with the professionalism, quality of service, and positive attitude of every person we worked with. Specifically, Liz Prosser, she is a Glen Manor House guru and is such an expert at what she does. I had started working with her about a year and a half before the wedding and it was so great. I was in constant communication with her over the entire planning process. I constantly had questions for her, and she was so responsive, helpful, understanding, and kind! I wouldn't have wanted to work with any other team. The entire staff on the wedding day conducted the wedding so perfectly and they were so helpful!!! And of course, the food was AMAZING! I also came to the venue with quite detailed instructions of how I wanted my provided inventory set up for the different aspects of the wedding (bar, entrance, table settings) and the RM team had no issues with it and they set it all up perfectly! I cannot recommend Russell Morin enough!! They are top tier!!!

From start to finish, Krista and her team were extremely communicative and organized. It was incredible to see how well they were able to make our wedding vision come to life! I cannot recommend Russell Morin enough! They went above and beyond from day one and made our wedding so special. We had been to weddings before catered by Russell Morin and each time, ourselves and the guests attending have raved about the quality of the food and the service provided. The meals come out warm and are cooked to perfection, the passed appetizers are all delectable (and hard to choose just 5!) and their options for add ons are endless and all amazing. It was tough to choose given how many amazing things offered! They also were phenomenal in accommodating many gluten free allergies and other allergies that existed for my husband and our guests. Their attention to detail is phenomenal and I felt so secure in all the choices made from day one. Krista - our coordinator - was truly a blessing and made sure everything went according to plan and was so sweet and thoughtful along the way. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company!

From our signature drinks to the espresso martini bar, there wasn't a single passed hors d'oeuvre, dessert etc. that we didn't fall head over heels for. Even executing our custom menu items to perfection, Russell Morin exceeded our every expectation. We had the absolute pleasure of having Liz as our event and day of coordinator. Liz quickly became our lifeline and someone that we could not have imagined our wedding day without. When we arrived to the venue ahead of our ceremony, our personal decorations were exactly as envisioned and when there was a chance of rain in the forecast Liz didn't hesitate to seamlessly adjust the schedule so that we could still have the outdoor ceremony that we'd hoped for before the storm rolled in. I got married a few days ago at the Glen Manor, and the Russell Morin team is incredible. From the moment I reached out to them when I was in search for a venue, Kimberly was extremely responsive, had put together many different pricing options for us to review, and gave us a tour of the venue. Once we finally decided to move forward, we were assigned an Event Success Manager, Krista, who was absolutely amazing. She was very thorough and extremely organized, helping us keep track of everything way in advance making me feel at ease. We were lucky enough to have her as our Day-of Coordinator, and she made sure everything went as we discussed. The catering team also provided us a Newlywed Attendant Shaila, who made sure we always had a fresh drink in our hands and got to try all the hors d'oeuvres that we missed during Cocktail Hour due to pictures. Lastly, the food was very delicious! We got so many compliments from our guests during and after the event. It was the most perfect wedding that I never imagined I could have, and I owe it all my awesome vendors, including Russell Morin. Thank you again and I recommend them to anyone considering RM to choose them!

We had our wedding at Eisenhower House in August 2023, like other reviews we didn’t hire a planner as the site coordinator Mallory let us know that a caterer like Russell Morin would really drive the event and make sure everything was taken care of. She was right. Initially we had worked with another woman, but thank god Krista took over less than 2 months before the big day! Krista was amazing to work with, so understand, kind and informative. When looking for specific goblets that were unavailable at the time she made it happen! She was also our day of coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly. We had so many guest and the groom with food allergies and it turned out perfect! No mistakes, she ran such a tight ship and we were all impressed. Our guests still rave to this day how that was the best food and drinks they’ve had at a wedding. RM can be a little more expensive than other caterers but they are SO worth it. Thank you Krista for making it such an amazing event!

Krista at Russell Morin was amazing to work with -- RM is so much more than a catering company. We did not hire a wedding planner, but Krista and the RM team helped with some of that lifting -- arranging rentals, coordinating with all our other vendors, and assigning us a "day of" bridal/groom attendant. When my husband and I were planning our October 2023 wedding, we were debating between hiring Russell Morin or Blackstone as our caterer. Though Russell Morin's projected rate was slightly higher than Blackstone, we ended up going with Russell Morin because we felt they had a can-do attitude and seemed a bit more collaborative on shaping their offerings to match our vision. Honestly, I am SO happy we went with Russell Morins. We worked with Maggie, who was an absolute dream: Personable, professional, actionable. The entire process from our tasting the year prior to seat assignments was so organized. The day of our wedding went so smoothly. We had so many guests who were blown away by the service and the menu. (Many said they never had wedding food *that* good before!) What truly meant the most to me was how well they took care of my husband and me. Not only did we have a wedding attendant who held our drinks and fetched us anything we needed—Matt was the best!—but they also gave me a fresh entree because mine was getting a little cold since I got a little preoccupied chatting with guests. (They even sent us home with little prepackaged snack boxes!) Every couple should feel special on their wedding day, and the entire Russell Morin team helped make our wedding the best day ever. To say that I recommend Russell Morin is an understatement, the good things to say about them are endless. They catered my wedding in August and were beyond fantastic. Throughout the entire process they were communicative, friendly, and professional. On our wedding day, everything was set up perfectly, the bar service was great, and there were zero slip ups. Most importantly, the food was EASILY the I've ever had at a wedding. I received compliments from 20+ people about how good the food was, with many of those from people who have attended 10+ weddings, who said it was the best they ever had. My husband and I had a personal attendant the entire night who was great and made sure we had everything we needed. I wish we could have a second wedding so that we could have Russell Morin's food again! I would be a mistake to not hire them.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My husband and I got married this past July, and this catering team was such an amazing group, I would recommend them to anyone. The food is all so good and the dishes unique, the staff was extremely friendly to all the guests (guests were even remarking about this), and Krista is a dream to work with. Even when we went to do the tasting, it was a great experience! Weeks after the wedding, when my husband and I saw friends and family, one of the first things they all remarked about was how delicious the food was. Again, 10/10 experience and highly recommend!

She listened to what we wanted, and leaned on her experience to suggest ideas and provide advice on elements we had not considered. Nicole was our day of coordinator and we cant thank her enough for all of her help! She was able to keep us on schedule while also letting us fully enjoy our wedding day. Judy was our one-on-one attendant and she was amazing! Thank you Judy! We had a great tasting at their corporate office. We brought two of our parents to attend, and they had a great time trying the food alongside us. We were impressed with the amount of options for all parts of the dining experience. From appetizers to main course and even a variety of cakes and desserts, we felt that Russell Morin provided a great catering service for our wedding.

Russell Morin made our wedding at the Providence Public Library absolutely perfect. They took care of every single detail. The preparation process ahead of time was detailed and they made sure that we could ask questions and make changes right up until the day of. Maggie, Kelsey, and Nicole were a perfect team helping get our wedding together. For the day of details, trust the other reviews--the food is amazing. For weeks afterwards, we have had guests gushing about the food. They got every little detail too, including having people's drink order memorized over the course of the night. If you want your wedding to be perfect, Russell Morin is an easy choice.

My wife and I got married at Shining Tides in August and given that RMCE is the exclusive caterer of Shining Tides, we had the extremely good fortune to work with Krista, Yasmin and the entire RMCE team! There are so many reasons you would be making the right decision in choosing RMCE as your caterer but let's start with the most obvious one: the FOOD. When I say the food knocked our socks off, I mean it wholeheartedly. Being two food-lovers, the food for our guests was extremely important to us for the big day. Needless to say, when we went to our tasting with RMCE, it completely affirmed what we already believed to be the case; the hors d'oeuvres not only looked amazing, but also tasted amazing (we had mini fish tacos, arancini, "big mac" beef wellingtons, and lobster chips, among other amazing passed items), the mains were perfectly cooked as well, and the dessert options were equally delicious and so artfully made. Our guests were raving about the food all night! Then of course, there's the staff, who were absolutely amazing. Krista at RMCE was a dream to work with leading up to the wedding; she is kind, helpful, detail-oriented and deeply invested in making sure everything goes off without a hitch! Her and Elizabeth from Shining Tides worked very well together and made us feel totally at ease in the months leading up to the big day. Similarly, Yasmin, our day-of-coordinator, was just as wonderful to work with and worked tirelessly both before and throughout the big day to make sure everything ran seamlessly. And lastly, the entire RMCE catering staff was so great. Having worked in catering myself, I know it can be a stressful, fast-paced and at times thankless job, and we were just so impressed and humbled by how kind, efficient and professionally they all worked throughout the night. Our RMCE wedding attendant, Judy, was constantly checking in to make sure that both ourselves and our immediate family had all the drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts we could handle, and it just meant a lot to us to be able to say hi to all of our guests while still being able to enjoy the amazing food and drinks we had picked out. All of this is to say, going with RMCE will be the best wedding vendor decision you could make and we truly could not be happier that we had the chance to work with Russell Morin!!!

My husband and I got married at Shining Tides in July and worked with Russell Morin for our reception. Every step in the planning process was seamless. Krista was fabulous at organizing us every step of the way to get us the wedding of our dreams! The food was EXCELLENT! We splurged for the appetizer landscape during cocktail hour and it was a big hit. Many of our guests raved about the food. A HUGE shoutout to Yasmin, our day-of coordinator. She was excited, thoughtful, and extremely detail-oriented. She solved day-of problems before we even knew about them! Would 11/10 recommend! They even sent us on our way with subs to eat when we got to our hotel - thoughtful down to the last detail!

Cannot say enough about how amazing the food is! From the apps, to the entrees, and our strawberry shortcake bar, all of our wedding guests raved about the the food the entire evening. The RM team is extremely organized and professional, and we felt confident that our wedding would be in capable hands with the timeline they created. We are so grateful for all of their assistance and guidance throughout the entire planning process. Would highly recommend!!!

Russell Morin is by far the premier Catering & Event company in New England. From the food to the staff, everything was top-notch and done at the highest level. We got married June 24th, 2023 and it was the best day of our lives. Krista Briggs and her team did not just cater my event, they helped with planning every aspect of the day. They were involved in the pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception. I was so excited when Krista got assigned to our wedding because she was so easy to work with. She genuinely cared about our wedding and was excited for us. Her enthusiasm helped me during those stressful days of planning. The food was terrific! People continue to ask me who catered the wedding because they want to do the same for their events. They have such a wide range of food items, passed hors d'oeuvres and drink choices. The selection for passed hors d'oeuvres was incredible, it was so hard to choose six! I think the best part about working with Krista and Russell Morin was how detail-oriented they were. Krista communicated everything to me and on the day of my wedding, I trusted her completely to set up all that was needed to be set up. They worked very closely with the event planner at my venue and that made it so easy for me to relax (as much as I could) on my wedding day. Abbie Lavery was my husband and I's personal attendant the day of the wedding and she was amazing. She was by our side, giving us drinks and food while we were taking pictures. She always made sure we were taken care of! She also made sure we ate our dinner, something we heard most couples didn't have time to do. We ate our whole meal!! I cannot express enough how amazing this company is. I hope I can use them in the future for events because the food was unforgettable.

Our daughters wedding was just amazing at Glen Manor. In large part to Liz managing all the particulars. It could not have gone any better. Food was fabulous!!

We cannot say enough good things about Morins, our fantastic coordinator Maggie and her whole team. Every single guest complimented us on the delicious food and the friendly staff! Maggie was incredibly kind and resourceful, full of helpful advice, and kept the day running smoothly and on schedule without ever interrupting any special moment. Our newlywed attendant Janet was also so kind and helpful and even removed a few stains from my dress throughout the night. Morins truly allowed us to relax and enjoy one of the best days of our lives!

Russell Morin was the exclusive caterer for our wedding venue, but after our wedding, we would still choose them even if we had to pick our own caterer. They were great to work with, and the food was delicious. All of the flavors were great, and there was plenty of food with solid portion sizes. The service was extraordinary. I even ran into a service person in the bathroom and she immediately asked if there was anything she could get more or assist me with. We had numerous guests with allergies and they were great at accommodating that. We also had an attendant who made sure we got to try all the foods/apps and always had a drink available to us. The meat (and all other foods) was cooked perfectly. Many of our guests reached out to us after the wedding to tell us how great the food was. Russell Morin handled the bar as well, and the bartenders were great and helped ensure there was never much of a line for drinks. We worked with Kelsey during the planning stages, who was enthusiastic and organized. She ran our tasting and also helped accommodate the requests and questions we had during the planning process. Yasmin was our day-of venue coordinator, and she was also very helpful and attentive. Immediately leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day, she was great day at ensuring everything went well. Both of them were a pleasure to work with.

We got married at the Providence Public Library and had Russell Morin Catering & Events cater our event and had a wonderful experience!! Maggie was a fantastic coordinator! She was attentive, thorough, and just genuinely excited for us while helping us plan our big day, and was extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed during our wedding. Janet and Hannah were angels, helping me with my bustle, making sure we were eating, even offering flip flops during the reception just in case! The food was HANDS DOWN amazing. We even had a great experience during our tasting! Strongly recommend the fish and chips cone for an app. Overall, RMC is the best. If you want amazing food, great service, and a friendly staff on your special day book them!
