Working with Jennifer months before our event was great, but her and her husband's customer service broke down significantly as we got closer to the event. She was very accommodating to our requests and we added a few additional decor pieces (d...onut bar, drink station) in the month prior without hassle. However, things really fell apart THREE DAYS before our wedding. Our venue was at a friend’s home within a gated private property, which we had discussed with Jennifer ahead of time and which we were very clear about. Without scheduling an appointment, they showed up at the venue, trespassed on private property (her husband actually jumped the fence) and started taking pictures. Our friends live there, and they were shocked that someone would do this, which was also embarrassing for us. We had the contract with them 7 months in advance, and they did not think once to schedule an appointment ahead of time to view the property. They then told us they wouldn’t be able to deliver (semi-trucks go up and down this property all the time). Because there were additional stairs, we had an additional charge per our contract, which would have been fine had it been a reasonable time frame before the event and a reasonable amount. They were about to charge us an extra $600 to move benches 30 yards and down 10 steps. Her husband cited that the benches weighted 65 pounds each (they weighted 30 pounds at most), and it was too many stairs to walk down. The fact that this happened literally days before the wedding while we had 7 months to take care of this was completely unprofessional. This caused an incredible amount of stress and frustration days before our wedding. We opted to have them put the benches at the top of the stairs, and I (the groom), along with my groomsman, and my dad, moved the benches down the stairs ON MY WEDDING DAY. The actual tables and benches were beautiful, but the unprofessionalism of Jennifer and her husband made us regret using their services.
