RW Style provided our lounge furniture and floral greenery wall. This section of our reception with the gorgeous furniture and greenery wall backdrop was so elegant. It was the perfect amount of furniture for people to sit near the dance floor and feel like they were still in the action. The furniture was good quality and everything was delivered on time.

We ordered farm tables and a sweetheart table from RW and they were STUNNING. The farm tables really captured the essence of the wedding and were a staple of our dinner. We booked them about six months before the wedding and weren’t in contact until about a month before, but that’s only because we didn’t need to be. The client portal was fantastic and contained all the info we needed. It was one of the easiest, most stress-free bookings of our entire wedding.

RW's tables and chairs were exactly what we were looking for. We loved how easy and straightforward their planning portal is. Service was transparent and professional, and we would absolutely recommend them for rentals and styling services!

We can't recommend RW highly enough! They were phenomenal throughout the whole process for our wedding at Cypress Grove. They made sure our wedding was amazing! Thank you!!

Tamuel is THE BEST! We had so many family challenges with our wedding, she handled it with so much grace and professionalism. Her design ideas exceeded our expectations and her vision to transform my parents backyard was a dream!! My only complaint is that I couldn’t convince her to be my wedding planner too, lol! She is amazing and her team was so kind. I can’t find the words to thank her enough!!

I rented several pieces for my cake table and set up a "selfie station". They were amazing and so easy to work with and respond! Everyone was blown away with how romantic chic our wedding was! Felt like Sex in the City! Love them!!!

Enjoyed working with RW. They were accommodating even days before the event and were super easy to work with. We didn't go in the "furniture" route with our event but we initially planned to, and their knowledge and design aesthetic is great. Also, they're warehouse is so varied that they could cater to any style.

We are so happy we used RW, their decor, furniture (lounge sets) are absolutely amazing. Everything to rent is a dream. Everything came out so beautifully at our wedding, we’ve gotten so many compliments about our setup. They were also so sweet and easy to get in contact with. So happy we used them!

My daughter lives out of the country, and I was in charge of her wedding. Her venue was Cypress Grove Estate house, which has breathtaking lake views and large, landscaped lawn areas. I wanted to create a lakeside seating area that would be comfortable for guests to relax in, and to create a photo spot. During a fun visit to the showroom to view the inventory, I was helped to pick out comfortable, welcoming upholstered chairs and a sofa that looked intriguing and dramatic on the lawn near the lake. I’m so glad I did, many guests used the area for relaxing conversations and pictures. It added such a dramatic touch to the beautiful venue!

I cannot speak highly enough of RW Events! I chose to use them as a day-of coordinator for my wedding day and I now know I couldn't have done my wedding day without them! Tamuel is so attentive to the couples needs and wants and works far beyond just the day of. Everyone with RW is incredibly organized and helpful. They handled everything for me on my wedding day, so I could relax and enjoy my day. I am confident that any even they organize or help organize is amazing!

Shadow was absolutely amazing!! She made everything run so flawlessly, from the planning before the wedding to the actual day of. I had family members tell me how wonderful she was, and our caterer gave her high praise as well. She honestly felt like a member of the family throughout the whole process. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect; we had the best time! And I believe we have Shadow to thank for that. I don't think we could have pulled it off without her!

Meeting Shadow from RW Events was one of the best things that could have happened for our wedding! Shadow did an amazing job with the design of our wedding. RW Events is the absolute best wedding team ever! We had Shadow Anderson as our coordinator and honestly our wedding couldn't have gone the way that it did with out her. She was so attentive to us, especially the thousands of emails I sent her for a year, and that is no joke! She answered every single one and I am so greatful for it. As busy as she was during this wedding season she still made my husband Jamie and I feel like we were the absolute priority. She made sure our day was flawless, letting us know of any details that needed to change, and made sure everyone knew what they needed to do. The RW Events team is incredible! Shadow was our wedding coordinator, and she is phenomenal. She made everything so easy! The Luxmore Grande Estate was our venue, so for us, it just made the most sense to use the RW Events team for our wedding coordinator and furniture rentals; it felt like a one-stop-shop. I am so grateful for Shadow - she was so quick to respond to any questions we had during the planning process, assisted with setting up the furniture rentals to ensure we were creating the look we wanted, and had amazing vendor recommendations. Whenever we spoke with Shadow, my stress level would decrease drastically! She was great at reassuring me that everything would come together and go smoothly on the wedding day. As we got closer to the wedding day, Shadow was a rockstar and had so much patience handling any last minute changes and questions. Our wedding day ran so smoothly; if there was a problem, Shadow certainly didn’t let it show! Everything was set up just as I had pictured and she made sure everything was on track and following the timeline. Thanks to Shadow, I was able to relax and enjoy our big day, as well as husband and family. A few weeks later, and everyone is still gushing over how perfect everything was! We went back and forth about whether we needed (read: wanted to pay for) a wedding coordinator to help with our Cypress Grove wedding. I will say, it is likely the single best decision we made. We hired Shadow as a day-of coordinator. This was a perfect option for us because she was available for advice and vendor recommendations for months and months out before the wedding. She cut our planning time in half because she pointed us in the right direction for flowers, hair/makeup, cakes, etc. My fiance, mom and I still got to have "the experience" of tasting cakes and picking flowers, but we didn't have to waste time on options that were far from our style or our budget. Shadow is great for giving a little "tough love" at times. She kept us on track in the months leading up to the wedding, ensuring that everything was ready in a timely manner so that we were not stressed when it got close to our wedding day. When it came to the actual wedding weekend, Shadow really proved her value. She coordinated the rehearsal with flawless timing and precision. My brother-in-law was our officiant (and had never done it before), so she helped guide him and the rest of us. We didn't have to waste time figuring out the best way to stand/line-up/walk out, etc., because Shadow is experienced and knew just how to guide us. These are things that you don't think about as a bride, but they can be stressful when it comes down to it and everyone looks to you for direction. It is nice to have someone else that is experienced to shift some of the responsibility to--there is enough to worry about on your wedding weekend...don't waste energy/emotions/time on things that you can outsource. The day of the wedding. WOW. Shadow had all of our personal decorations/guest book set up in the entryway. She made sure all the vendors arrived and set up appropriately. I did not have to speak with a single vendor--she took care of it all and I was able to focus on spending time with family, getting ready, and taking photos. Shadow made sure everything ran smoothly from set-up, ceremony, cocktail, dinner service, reception, to exit and cleanup. She even sewed on the groom's jacket button prior to ceremony! (something I didn't learn about till he confessed a few days later..). My family, especially my mom, was able to relax and have a great time with family and friends at our wedding. My recommendation is that, if you can swing it, you should definitely hire a coordinator for your wedding. I can assure you that Shadow and RW Events will not let you down.

Hiring Shadow from RW events to be our wedding coordinator was the BEST wedding-planning decision we made! She was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and having her available to answer questions, make suggestions, and give feedback on our ideas was invaluable. From the beginning Shadow completely understood my vision for our wedding and she absolutely nailed the execution! Our wedding day went off without a hitch and it made me calm and reassured knowing Shadow had everything taken care of. My mom, who is the hardest person to please, LOVED Shadow and is still raving about the wonderful job she did. While we were all dancing and celebrating, Shadow and her team packed up all our belongings, décor, etc. for us and loaded up my parents car – none of my bridesmaids, moms, or friends had to lift a finger which was so nice and greatly appreciated (I’ve been in 2 weddings where we had to pack everything up after the reception, even though they had a planner/coordinator (not from RW Events, of course )). We highly recommend Shadow and RW Events, and Shadow, we can’t thank you enough for making our wedding day so perfect!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Shadow for the past year and she is absolutely wonderful!! She is so sweet, personable and SO GOOD at what she does! I found out about RW Events through social media. If you were to pull up my Pinterest wedding board, a lot of my pins are weddings RW has done. I was definitely set on going through them for styling and rentals, and they were the only company I contacted. Their work really speaks for itself and I think that's so important when choosing a vendor. I contacted RW almost a year prior to my wedding and Shadow followed back up with me right away. We scheduled a phone consultation and went over a few ideas. I thought I knew what I wanted but I really didn't. This is why the ladies of RW are so great, they really invest their time in getting to know you and your specific style/feel. Shadow got to know us and created a package customized to us and our tastes. The attention to detail and the customer service that these ladies provide is what sets them apart from other vendors. Shadow was responsive to every email, every text and was always available when I needed her - it's like she knew when I was freaking out and always assured me everything would be okay. I truly believe she outdid herself. Our decor was beautiful! She worked closely with our florist and every last detail flowed together perfectly. Our reception was everything I had imagined and more. It was so us. I really hit the jackpot with RW and Shadow! I referred my sister to RW Events for styling and coordination and I'm so excited to see what magic they come up with for her wedding in March! :)

We booked Rachel to be our day-of coordinator and Shadow to design two vintage vignettes for us. First off, let me just say that both of these lovely ladies were the most professional, friendly, and amazing people I worked with during our entire wedding process. Rachel and Shadow were ALWAYS prompt in their responses to emails and made my life so much easier during this wedding process. I sometimes was very indecisive (not so much picky, but more along the lines of not knowing exactly what I wanted) and they were able to narrow things down to a few options which made it easier for me to pick. Shadow designed both of our vignettes (cocktail lounge vintage set-up and our sweetheart table) and they both looked spectacular :) We were so pleased with how everything looked and appreciated the small details that Shadow included in each. Additionally, Rachel was handled our rehearsal walk through the evening before and remained professional throughout it even though most of my bridesmaids were running a little behind. Rachel also had done a lot of work behind the scenes with communicating with all of my vendors and it was something that words cannot convey of how much I appreciated this. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly and if anything went awry, I had no idea! You seriously cannot go wrong booking RW Events for your wedding :)

RW Events is awesome! They provided us all of the help we needed leading up to our big day and all of the beautiful vintage furniture we rented made our wedding day that much more perfect! Shadow was by our side keeping everything and everyone on schedule the entire day. I knew that we did not have to worry about a thing because she would happily take care of it for us! We rented several pieces of furniture for our "social lounge”, dessert table & head table, everything was so romantic! Shadow and RW Events were nothing short of amazing in helping with my wedding day at Cypress Grove! I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew Shadow had it covered! My wife and I got married April 19th of this year, so this review is long over due, but we can not say enough about the team at RW Events/Style. They are amazing!! Through months of planning, countless emails and multiple trips to their warehouse, they made our vision finally come together and it was truly flawless. From linens and tablescapes , to our two social lounges every last detail was executed beautifully. Shadow did an amazing job taking all of our ideas and visions and turning them into reality. We decided to give the team creative control with many things and we couldn't be happier with the result. Our guests have not stopped talking about how gorgeous it was. I hired Rachel about 13 months before my wedding date and she helped every step along the way. I really knew nothing about weddings, except a general idea of what I wanted and Rachel managed to figure it all out. She connected me with vendors and went to appointments with me, she helped me stand up to vendors (and my mom) when I wasn't sure I liked what they were doing, and she did the design and set up of our wedding today perfectly. She made the whole process so much easier and helped me feel calm when I was getting stressed. The only thing she didn't do that I thought maybe she would have was book the hotel room blocks, but even that she gave us a step by step guide on what to do and what important questions to ask. Every vendor she suggested was wonderful. RW Events has their hands in a lot of the wedding business around the area, but I never felt like I wasn't getting the best deal Rachel could find.

Shadow and the RW Events team will make your day truly sensational! Our April wedding at Cypress Grove Estate House was absolutely wonderful, due largely in part to the hard work and dedication of Shadow, our day-of wedding coordinator. We knew from the day we met her that it would be a perfect fit and we just had to have her! She kept us organized and met with us several times before the big day arrived, always with a positive, calming attitude and the ability to remind me of the fact that it would all work out in the end and be amazing. On our actual wedding day, Shadow had everything under control and we couldn’t have asked for more. From coordinating the vendors…to keeping everything on schedule…from decorating the venue with all of our personal touches and then packing them up at the end of the night…from making sure we had time to eat our delicious food to an emergency repair of the bustle on my dress when it ripped…she was a tremendous help and it made our day so extra special. Shadow was with us every step of the way! She’s got this!

We live in Virginia and we got married in Orlando, FL. I was confident that I had everything under control and could do it all myself until I realized how much really went into making our wedding day everything that we wanted. Shadow was assigned as our ceremony coordinator through our Venue and after briefly talking to her I was sold, I needed her all day! She made our wedding day so easy for us both, and everything went amazingly. She's the sweetest thing and is so much fun. Definitely recommend RW Events and Shadow for everyone's wedding!

Rachel from RW was our day of coordinator, and I truly do not know where to begin except to say SHE IS AMAZING! She has been with me from day one, and I am BEYOND thankful! She was always there right beside me to give advice, answer questions, and ease my concerns. She was at every meeting early & even traveled to the venue site numerous times, just to talk things out with me! Along the way I had some bumps in the road, but Rachel was ALWAYS on top of them and able to make the issues disappear! On the day of the wedding she arrived early to oversee set-up and place all of my personal decor {which I can admit, I had too many}! But what amazed me was her never ending effort to make sure the day was just as I had envisioned it, and it was!! Throughout the entire reception ALL of my family mentioned how AMAZING Rachel had been, and how impressed they were with her. I cannot tell you what it truly means to have someone care SO much about your wedding as you do, even to the tiniest detail. I used RW events for day of coordination and styling of my sweetheart table for my Valentine's Day wedding. Shadow did an amazing job creating the wedding of my dreams. She was very sweet and did her best to make sure I was happy and that all my ideas and concerns were addressed. When I saw my sweetheart design at my wedding, I cried because it was so beautiful. I felt like I was in a fairytale or some romantic movie. It was the best day of my life, and Shadow helped make that happen! She went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend RW events for coordination or styling! It was worth every penny.

Katie was our stylist and she created such beautiful vignettes. The moment I met with Katie she just understood the vision we had for our Southern wedding at Cypress Grove Estate House. Every little detail was amazing, from our styled living room set up to our sweet heart table backdrop. Shadow was our day coordinator (with Rachel's assistance) and I would have been lost without them! Katie, Shadow, and Rachel all worekd together to incorporate everything I wanted and really captured the feel of what we wanted our wedding to be. The entire day all I could wait for was my styling pieces. I don't even think I was that excited for my hair, makeup, or dress- it was the details that excited me. The response I received from family and friends was overwhelming and they are still talking about the amazing sweetheart table Katie created! The ladies of RW Events all got involved in our wedding and became part of our new family. They all signed our guest book and took a pair of police aviator sunglasses! I would recommend anyone who is planning a wedding big or small to contact RW Events. Our wedding day was beautiful and seamless. We used RW Events for day of coordination and some decor. Let me start by saying that Rachel was our fairy godmother! She was absolutely amazing in helping set everything up and working with our other vendors to keep everything running seamless. She was incredible in that anytime we had a question she was there to tell us what needed to be done or even better had already done it. Because she was there we actually got to enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about the hundreds of little things that need to be taken care of on our wedding day. Thanks to Rachel and all of her hard work, we were able to sit back, relax and really enjoy our wedding day. My mom came up to me during the reception and was commenting on how fantastic she was. When it was time to be escorted down the aisle my mother still had her purse on her but Rachel was right there and ready to take it off of her hands for the big entrance and when my mother made her way to her seat for the ceremony it was already waiting for her. It’s all those small things that you don’t think of that just magically happen when Rachel is around. At first I didn’t think we really needed a wedding coordinator. My stepdad actually decided to hire her as a wedding present and it was hands down the greatest investment in our wedding. I would highly recommend Rachel and RW Events for day of coordination. It's total peace of mind and worth every penny!

Nothing but the best! These girls run a tight ship and it really pays off, because everything turned out PERFECT! Can't say enough good things about them - such a joy to work with and they helped with every step of the way! They had timing down perfectly and took care of everything, so we had NO worries! RW Events was a fantastic option and an amazing team to work with! Katie was our stylist and she created such beautiful vignettes. From her beautifully detailed hand painted sketches to the execution! Such lovely work :) Shadow was our coordinator (with Rachel's assistance) and we could not have made it through the day without here. We thought she was just going to be our day of assistance, but she helped with the planning along the way and getting my vendors in order. She even met me for both dress fittings, picked up my dress, picked up the cake and brought all of our decor to the venue. Shadow, Katie and Rachel worked together to incorporate our items with the pieces they brought and it was beautifully executed. Shadow and Rachel packed all of our belongings (decor items) and all we had to do was pull the car around front when the night was over. What an amazing team! Did I mention it was Shadow's birthday and she spent the whole day with us to coordinate our wedding :) The day was magical and the day was fantastic! The only set back was that the guests were not directed through the house (Cypress Grove Estate) to sign in at our version of a guest book. We did get a sweet note from all of our lovely vendors and about 5 more notes. I do wish more people would have signed the guest book but that was not the fault of RW, I just wish they guest would have been directed through the house more. Thank you RW for helping make our wedding day seamlessly easy and breathtaking beautiful!!!

We got married almost a month ago and we had the wedding of our dreams. Shadow from RW Events was our planner and she is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend her. We live in California and planned our "destination" wedding in Orlando at Cypress Grove Estate. Everything turned out beautiful and was just as I had pictured it. I let Shadow know my ideas and dreams and she really recreated them to reality. I'm in awe of her hard work, even when I mess up the time (3 hour time difference) on the phone meeting to the florist. Shadow took care of it for me and again did an amazing job. Any time I would reach out to her she was fast to respond and was always a text away. I cannot thank her enough! Shadow, you rock girl! RW Events is a wonderful company to work with and i highly recommend them, especially Shadow!!!!! Thank you guys again for helping me created my dream wedding!

I felt so supported by my wedding planner throughout the entire year of planning despite being only a day of coordinator she ensured she fully understood my vision and was so accessible to answer many questions along the year long planning process. I got many compliments from my guest and wedding party at how profession and efficient Rachel was at solving problems and ensuring everything was beautiful! If I had to do it all over I would definitely ensure I had RW on my side again!

Working with RW events was amazing! I'm so pleased that I chose them to be a part of my wedding day. Rachel Baird was my wedding coordinator and made sure my husband and I were taken care of and everything went smoothly. They truly helped my vision come to life! Everything was set up just as I wanted and I really didn't have to say much; they knew what needed to be done day of and handled it like rockstars.

RW Events is linked to our venue, Cypress Grove Estate House, and Tori, our day-of coordinator, was included in our venue cost to assist with the ceremony. When we first met with Tori, she was friendly and helpful. However, I didn't hear from her in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and finally reached out. At this time, she recommended we hire her for the full day, but I declined. She later talked to my mom and convinced her. So we ended up paying $750 for 5 hours of assistance at our reception. If I could do it over, I wouldn't. The week of our wedding our venue added some erroneous charges on to our bill. Tori smoothed over the problems. However, we were unclear on what our additional fee was going towards, and asked for clarification, which we didn't receive. I'm not sure if there was something else going on in Tori's life, but even though she was friendly and polite, she seemed checked out during our rehearsal and the day of our wedding, and we had a number of problems. My mom had asked her to bring some easels for signs we had made for the wedding, but she forgot to bring them the day of the wedding, and so we ended up having to lean the signs against the building. During the family photos, we were having a difficult time corralling our family members to the gazebo, and then I noticed Tori sitting in the back with her arms crossed, not noticing the problems. During the reception, she told our DJ to go ahead with the Mother-Son dance, even though the Mother of the Groom was in the bathroom. So we all stood there awkwardly after the announcement, until our stellar DJ jumped in and began playing other dance music. The other small issue we had was that Tori showed up in jeans and boots to our very formal wedding/reception. She is now visible in many of our professional photos of the reception, sitting in the background and looking bored. I assume she was doing things behind the scenes to assist, but we could have managed fine with just the ceremony coordination.

Katie and the RW Events team did a spectacular job turning our southern wedding dreams into a reality. So much detail, down to the Mr. and Mrs. accent pillows on a vintage couch for our guests to enjoy lakeside. Katie's handwritten chalkboard signs were simply beautiful. Everyone kept raving about the decor, All I had to do was point to what I wanted in the showroom and Katie did the rest. :)

I got married a month ago and I'm still smiling about the sheer perfection of my wedding day. All of which, wouldn't have been possible without the dream team of RW Events. Tamuel was detail oriented, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was open and constant, she allowed me to really carry out my vision but, was quick to offer suggestions and provide ANY kind of assistance needed. After meeting with her, touring her warehouse, and meeting her team - I knew my day was going to be perfect. Everyone in my bridal party was nervous about how calm I was on my wedding day but, they provided me that priceless luxury on my wedding day. I knew everything was going to be beautiful and handled seamlessly. When I walked in to my ceremony and reception space, I had that My Fair Wedding moment of complete shock and awe - everything was exactly as I dreamt it would be and then some. Tamuel and her team at RW Events add that special touch and truly go above and beyond to ensure their clients are elated on their special day. Honestly, I wish I could do it over and over again and I wouldn't change a thing! I couldn't recommend RW Events more!

The RW Events Team is wonderful! From our very first meeting, they knew exactly how to capture our vision of a southern vintage wedding. (even in sunny Orlando, FL) We utilized the planning/coordination services and the 2 + Hue Styling that RW Events has to offer. It was soo worth it!!! Everything turned out exactly as we had discussed and I knew that the day of our wedding we would not have anything to worry about. This lady is truly amazing! We planned a destination wedding and needed someone we could trust who understood how important food and family was to us. She won us over when we arrived in her office and she'd ordered dinner from a local BBQ restaurant. LOL! She knew we'd been traveling all day and didn't have time to catch dinner so this thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. That was only the beginning her gestures of kindness continued throughout leading up to the wedding day. If you're looking for someone you can call a friend after it's all said and done you've come to the right place. We are so glad we hired Tamuel and her company. (And all the other vendors she referred hahaha!)

Still on a wedding high. We are so glad we stumbled across their buisness less than a month before the wedding. They were AMAZING and my reception was beautiful because of Tamuel. They are a bit pricey but worth every penny!!!!!!

Planning a destination wedding is a lot of work we tempted to do it ourselves in the very beginning. I was turning into someone my fiancé did not like which is why he hired RW Events to help us. LOL! I gave them a hard time at first because I was still in denial and thought I could do it alone. Then... I received a little care package in the mail from them. It included a personalized binder, clippings of wedding ideas (that I was having a hard time explaining but they totally understood) location stuff and a journal. SOLD!!!!!! They were amazing and my wedding is truly one of the best days of my life. They helped us with the rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and brunch. Everything was more than I could have imagined they pulled in my love for antiques and my husbands love for boating at each event differently. I'm still in awe of some of the things they did and the little details they remembered. It made my day that much more special. I'm a very hard lady to impress but when you reluctantly hire someone that you've never met and trust them to plan your wedding and not only do they plan it flawlessly but they drove to Savannah early dropped off welcome bags in all of our guests suites, they worked at least 15 hours on the wedding day and I don't event remember them sitting down, and was up bright and early the next day for the brunch with gorgeous antique place settings LOVE!!! I can ramble on and on about them because I was really, really, happy with them and feel that they are a permanent part of the family now! Love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!! Isis & Ethan

I.M.P.R.E.S.S.I.V.E. Tamuel and Janelle were so much fun. It felt like we were working with our longtime friends. When I first met them I was reluctant because I did not want my wedding to look so mainstream. My husband and I wanted a very laid back wedding that felt like a house party and they definitely helped us create our dream wedding. We were so happy with the way everything turned out and our friends are still talking about the wedding. We could not have pulled it off without Tamuel and her staff. LOVE THEM!!

We used Tori from RW Events for our day of coordination for our April 6th wedding at Cypress Grove Estate House and she was awesome! She was so easy to work with and super organized (just like me). She and our Reverend were spot on for the day before rehearsal and obviously have lots of experience - all my wedding party were very impressed with her! I was first contacted by Tori with RW to begin planning the wedding, and then by the end, I had both Tori and Tamuel to work with. They were both SO FANTASTIC at what they do! They had the best recommendations, and they were so much more than I ever expected. The most priceless experience was on day-of. Tori was running around like crazy making sure that I didn't have to worry about anything. Once everything started, I'm not even sure I really noticed either Tori or Tamuel, but with everything running so incredibly smoothly, I'm sure they were there doing their thing, and their thing is GREAT! Would totally get married again just to work with them again!

Hands down, the best planners ever!!!!!!!! They kept this crazy southern gurl in check and thats saying a lot. We just got our album last week and it reminded all over again how amazing and supportive they were.
