Ryan was amazing!! Super responsive and professional from the start. She got us great vendors within our budget, and with short notice, as we planned our wedding pretty fast. She is so knowledge of the wedding industry and different options how to do things. She is super organized too and helped with every little detail. Where I had my wedding was just a venue rental so there were so many moving parts. I couldn’t have done it without her! I was able not to stress about plans and enjoy my wedding day because Ryan was there. She even had an assistant there the day of which gave us extra support and was amazing. She handled a curveball that the venue gave us last minute (completely their fault) very well and made sure we were taken care of. I 100% recommend Ryan Van Duyne events!!!

Our wedding/vow renewal was on the small side but had many details and multiple locations. Ryan took care of everything for our ceremony and the dinner following it. There were a lot of little things to tend to and I was confident that they would be taken care of. Ryan was organized, focused and on top of everything. From the start, I found Ryan on the knot to help plan my wedding. Since COVID-19 has been around, it was just overwhelming to start and plan a wedding , since my first original planned wedding was cancelled. From the beginning Ryan has been AMAZING ! She is always there for you and super helpful . From visiting venues to the final check list and all the in between. She made my special day stress free. Ryan is amazing! My mom found Ryan through the knot for my wedding day. At first I thought we could plan our whole wedding on our own but looking back I'm so grateful we chose Ryan because she made this whole 9 month planning process easier and more convenient for us. She was always in communication with us and responded quickly everytime! If we didn't hear back from her within the same hour we always heard back from her in the same day! Ryan took the pressure off of us in terms of reaching out to our major vendors to setting up appointments to gathering information and next steps. She brought up so many important little details that we would have never thought of had we not worked with Ryan! Ryan was super invested in our planning process she was aware of the vibe and theme we were going for that she never suggested anything that didn't fit for what we wanted. For our rehearsal Ryan took time out of her night to help us with our walk through and was so patient with me and my large and crazy wedding party lol! And on the Day of the wedding, Ryan did basically ALL the running around, picking up, dropping off, and setting up . She truly went above and beyond and we couldn't have had the wedding of our Dreams without her. Her professionalism, personalism, honesty, and attentiveness is UNMATCHED! I highly recommend Ryan if you want your Dream Wedding to actually come true because that's exactly what she commits to and will make sure to stick to the budget you give her. WE LOVE RYAN :D

She was amazing, she was able to help out with all the un seen events that happened during my wedding. Bad weather guest showing up early as well as being there on time to help set up venue.

Ryan is amazing! I hired her as the Event Coordinator for my husbands surprise 60th birthday. This is the 2nd event she helped me with, the first a wedding in September and she continues exceed expectations. She coordinated all the vendors, the venue, set-up, clean-up and was there throughout the event ensuring all our needs were met. She allowed me to enjoy the festivities. I highly recommend her!

I found Ryan through a referral via a private FB group and I quickly understood why she was recommended. Ryan was such a pleasure to interact with. She is warm, personable, and very professional. She was also able to accommodate our budget, which I very much appreciated. Even though we're going with another coordinator --I'm Hispanic and the other coordinator happens to be bilingual. Great for dealing with my side of the family en Español should she need to-- I highly recommend Ryan for your event.

Ryan was an absolute live saver for our wedding. I am so, so glad I came across her website when we decided to hire a day of coordinator. Our wedding was pretty simple overall, but we had a lot of vendors and I was concerned about keeping everything straight on the day. Ryan took all of that stress completely out of my hands. She put together an extremely detailed timeline and shared it with the vendors so everything could go flawlessly. It was so cool to walk into my own wedding and see everything exactly how I wanted it, and I hadn’t had to do a single thing. Besides all of the technical/logistical stuff, Ryan was there to help me through a very stressful weather situation! She kept me as calm as possible and somehow we got married outside just an hour after a crazy thunderstorm. It didn’t faze her at all. I highly recommend hiring Ryan for your day!!

We hired Ryan a few months before our wedding and it was a great decision! She was definitely more affordable than any other coordinators we looked into and so thorough. She did a zoom call with us to go over all the details and our vision of the wedding. We then did a walk through at our venue a month before so she knew exactly how we wanted the venue set up. She coordinated with all of our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding to establish a timeline, and the day of the wedding she was there from 1130am until close at 11pm. She set up our venue with all of our decor and details, helped the vendors set up, made the timeline run smoothly, and packed away many of our valuables the end of the night. She made our wedding totally stress free! I would totally recommend her, she was great to work with.

We hired Ryan to be our day of coordinator through a friend's recommendation and we weren't disappointed. She kept communication with us throughout the whole wedding planning process even though she was only helping with day of. She even came to our house which is sort of in the middle of nowhere to help me figure out some details to ease my mind. The day of I felt like I was able to enjoy my day because she was there to make it all go smoothly.

Our venue was completely DIY and Ryan helped us to organize our vendors, worked on the timeline and made sure everything stayed on track the day of the wedding. She was so responsive with any little questions we had leading up to our day and helped us have peace of mind that we were making the right decisions. The day of the wedding, anytime we reached out to her, she was very quick to respond. She set up all of our decorations and helped to make the space look exactly as we wanted. She made sure everything stayed on track and that our reception ran smoothly. Our day was absolutely perfect and we're so happy we hired Ryan! We'd definitely recommend her to anyone!

My wedding wouldn't have happened with out Ryan. We got engaged right when the pandemic started. As a critical care nurse, I knew I didn't have the time or mental capacity to plan a wedding. Ryan and I had a zoom call and I told her my vision and my budget and she made it happen. She would send me emails with a few vendors and their info and cost. I would review them and pick one and she was able to make all the call and get the contracts to me so all I had to do is review and sign. When ever I had a question or had an idea Ryan was always available to chat with and discuss it. A week before the wedding we went over all the hings I was bringing and what I wanted done. When it was the day of the wedding Ryan arrived to the suite. At the time it was raining and I needed to make the call to move our ceremony inside. Ryan was able to keep them from moving things inside and was able to convince them to keep it outside. Our cocktail hour was moved inside and Ryan was able to make sure all of my signs were moved and in the right spot. She also help set up the venue inside for the reception and made sure the rest of the night ran smoothly. I had some communication issues with the venue and Ryan was able to help me handle them. I'm forever grateful for Ryan and her help. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator. I can't thank her enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan as my Day of Coordinator and cannot say enough great things! My venue was a little tricky and everything had to be brought in. Ryan took all the info, called and scheduled deliveries and was there to greet the vendors. She put out all my centerpieces and décor exactly where I envisioned. I highly recommend her!

There are not enough good things I can say about Ryan; from the moment I first spoke with her, she was kind, helpful, calm, fun to be around, and a wealth of information about wedding vendors, wedding planning, wedding day timelines and all other things wedding. She responded to EVERY email I sent within minutes, usually at 6am!, and always had an answer that helped calm my wedding nerves and take so much of the weight of planning off my shoulders. I cannot imagine how we would have organized and coordinated everything on the day of the wedding, especially setup and the timeline for the day, without Ryan's hands-on guidance and expertise. I've actually been missing talking with her now that the big day has passed! She is truly a gem and I couldn't offer a higher recommendation!

We hired Ryan as a day of coordinator after we cancelled our venue due to covid-19. Since we no longer had the expertise of the venue coordinator and caterer, we felt it was very important to have someone to help with day of coordinating. After interviewing a few Day of Coordinators, it was clear Ryan would be the best fit. From day one, she has been incredibly responsive to all communication. She was happy to drive to our outdoor venue prior to us signing a contract. Ryan provided us with a lot of input prior to the wedding, she was always happy to schedule phone calls to help answer our questions. Our calls never felt rushed, we always felt like we had the answers we needed. She always took time to think about the best option for us given our concerns for covid. Even as our plans changed, Ryan was able to adapt to our changing covid requirements. Ryan was always calm and so so nice. Whenever she answered a question, I knew she took the time to think her answer through. She provided us with an extensive list of vendors as well. On the day of the wedding, Ryan was incredibly calm. She arrived to the venue before I did and was already working. If anything at all went wrong on our wedding day, we honestly have no idea. Ryan took care of any issues on the wedding day. She communicated with all of our vendors in advance and on the wedding day. Truly, on the day of the wedding, we felt like there was nothing for us to do but enjoy. Ryan stayed for the entire event and helped clean up and save important items from the wedding. We really enjoyed working with Ryan, she was so easy to talk to about our concerns. With covid, we really didn't expect our wedding to be anything special. Ryan was able to help us pull everything together and helped create a magical day for us.

The Best Day Of Wedding Coordinator!! I got married in July 2019 and enjoyed the planning process with my husband and my family/bridal party. When I was about 2 months away from the wedding date, all the details started to come together and working full time, it was starting to get overwhelming to keep up with everything! That’s when I contacted Ryan. She stepped in right away, contacting all of my vendors, picked right up where I left off in the wedding day time line, and basically immediately took a huge weight off of my shoulders! When the wedding day came, she was there all day and all night long as the main contact for all of the vendors. She helped me and with so many little things that came up that are just bound to happen (even if you try so hard to avoid them!) the entire time. I enjoyed every minute of my wedding day and I have Ryan to thank for that!! She took so much stress away from not just me, but my husband, my bridal party, my parents and my family. You will 100% regret not reaching out to her to help you on your wedding day!!
