S & G Limousine Service

We used S & G limo for our recent wedding and everything was great!! The service was exceptional and they were very accommodating! We would definitely recommend the to others!! Always a great experience with S & G!

I was recently married in Port Washington, NY, and gave a tall order to S&G Limo for multiple pick ups and drop offs. Not only were they on time (if not earlier), but each and every driver was courteous and beyond helpful. Working with the owner was a great experience; he is extremely professional and courteous. The limousines that were sent were pristine, clean, and modern. I would recommend this company to any bride who wants to make sure that transportation runs smoothly on her wedding day

The service was excellent. The Driver was early and very polite. He helped me with my bags and drove very smoothly to my destination. The rates going to the airport are very convenient and affordable. I would definitely recommend this service to a friend or to anyone who needs a good car service. Very impressive.

2 weeks before my wedding, my venue unexpectedly changed and the limo that was supposed to bring my mother's family and friends from Long Island was unable to accommodate the change. My then-fiancé found S and G, who gave us a very reasonable quote and we booked them for my mother. I was taking photos outside our venue when the limo pulled up. We told them when we asked for a quote that it would be 11 people and 1 baby on the way in and 13 people and 1 baby on the way back. After they got out, the driver asked to speak to me and told me the limo was too small for the way back. He, my neighbor and I counted together and he said it was fine, it actually wouldn't be too small. Cut to midnight when everyone is due to be picked up. A new driver, Kareem, is there, with the larger limo and says he can't take them anywhere without $100 cash. Kareem called his dispatcher (Michael? Mike?) who was rude, condescending and dismissive. He tells us it's not his problem and we need to find an ATM. Our wedding is on a Sunday, in a fairly residential section of Brooklyn and it is now 12:30 am. Kareem was very nice about it but the dispatcher was a jerk. My husband asked him to put the $100 on our credit card that we used to reserve it and he literally says "Nope, cash only." My husband goes looking for an ATM, I'm now crying, in my wedding dress and the dispatcher insists that it's out fault for not answering our cell phones. During our wedding ceremony. The next day, while we're on our mini honeymoon, the owner calls my husband. He insists it's not his fault, in fact saying I confirmed with the first driver the larger number of people and what do we want him to do about it? There was no apology, not even a sorry about the misunderstanding. He acted like he was put out by us being upset. They were still rude after the fact and gave huge runaround when we explained that they were in fact in the wrong. Eventually, after multiple conversations and them calling their driver... They finally confirmed they were in the wrong (sort of) but never actually apologized. Stay away from S and G, especially if it's your wedding. They don't have an ounce of empathy in them.

I used S&G for my sons wedding, the car and driver We're both great and we saved a lot of money too. If your planning a wedding , use these guys, they are Professional

Although this limousine was pretty reasonable, it lacks personality. The limousine driver was prompt but didn't even get out of his seat to help me get in or out of the limo! Not only that but the driver had no personality. I would think at a special occasion as a wedding, you would hire someone with more pizazz!
