he unexpected. She was so friendly and down to Earth, I felt I could be open, honest and myself with her. She felt like someone I have always know and the familiarity creates such an open space that a bride to be needs, or at least this bride needed. Unfortunately, weather (SEVERE weather/ice storm) kept her from actually being there the day of and she refunded my deposit but she followed up with texts and calls. That is beyond customer care, she truly cared about my big day and how I was doing. Definitely recommend.
