Julia did a great job fitting her beautiful outdoor trailer into our Cocktail Hour garden (no easy feat) and her set up was beautifully organized. She was very time efficient as well when it came to relocating to an indoor bar after the outdoor cocktail hour. She served up our wedding of 72 guests total with such grace! No one ever waited for very long for their drinks, and everyone raved about her cocktails. She also mastered our signature cocktails and had everyone sharing compliments on our selections. We honestly received rave reviews of Julia all night long and I believe for the most part she handled everything solo! The cherry on top was she also stayed way past closing time and helped us clean up our glassware, which was very much not something she was expected or required to do, to help make me and my new hubby's night and next-day cleanup less painful.
