I wish I could jam extra stars into this review! Saddleback Bar Services was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Julia was responsive via email and helped meet all out questions and concerns. She shared with us her entire list of options from her distributor to ease our selection process of drinks, and when some of our preferences were not available she made great suggestions of local beers / mixers that we grew to love as well! Julia did a great job fitting her beautiful outdoor trailer into our Cocktail Hour garden (no easy feat) and her set up was beautifully organized. She was very time efficient as well when it came to relocating to an indoor bar after the outdoor cocktail hour. She served up our wedding of 72 guests total with such grace! No one ever waited for very long for their drinks, and everyone raved about her cocktails. She also mastered our signature cocktails and had everyone sharing compliments on our selections. We honestly received rave reviews of Julia all night long and I believe for the most part she handled everything solo! The cherry on top was she also stayed way past closing time and helped us clean up our glassware, which was very much not something she was expected or required to do, to help make me and my new hubby's night and next-day cleanup less painful. Julia was a true pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend her enough! If you're thinking about hiring her, rest assured you will be in GREAT hands with Saddleback Bar Services. Saddleback Bar Services was absolutely incredible! My partner and I are admittedly big craft beer lovers, so having quality beverages was really important to us. Julia and her team went above and beyond to make our craft beer dreams come true - they even managed to get a keg of my all time favorite beer, which was a wonderful surprise! Her self-designed signage skills and adorable horse trailer were a total hit amongst our guests. They also went above and beyond to help the wedding run smoothly. We lost power at our venue and Julia was resourceful in providing some electrical support to keep the wedding going. We are so grateful for her helping spirit, commitment to quality service, and positive, bubbly attitude. Thank you for everything!

Julia took our vision for our custom cocktails and beautifully recreated, garnished and served them with flair. She has built this company from the ground up and it’s been exciting to see her grow with it. The mobile bar cart is extremely charming, rustic, niche and was able to easily serve our 125 person wedding. We would hire Saddleback again in a heartbeat. Where do we begin?! Julia and the Saddleback team are AMAZING!! From the moment we sat down with Julia, we knew we met our match. She’s incredibly detail oriented, from her initial discovery of understanding our needs, right down to the signature cocktails (which our guests can’t stop raving about —Raspberry Whiskey Sours & Blackberry Margaritas). The refurbished horse trailer is absolutely adorable, and was a true highlight of our farm wedding. We’re looking forward to working with Saddleback for other projects too! We can’t wait!!
