Safe and Reliable Limousine & Transportation

There were really great parts of this experience and really terrible but the great wasn't good enough to out shine the terrible. Pros: I loved our bus and the driver was so nice and fun. Cons: They called me at 7 pm the night before my wedding to tell me they weren't going to give me the limo bus that I had already paid in full for. They double booked and and were going to give me a smaller bus than the one I paid for and booked months in advance. During then next hour while calling back and forth I was told I couldn't get a hold of anyone because it was after business hours. My friend who is a layer called and left a message saying if the bus I paid for is not there they will have papers for a lawsuit in their mail box on Monday. I went through my wedding having not idea if I would have transportation after the ceremony. When we walked out of the church to drive away there was no limo there. They said they went to the wrong location even though I gave them an emailed schedule with times and locations for the day and the pick up location is printed clearly on the contract. They eventually came and picked us up late. After our second to last stop the bus broke down. We lost the AC and nothing worked and we were stuck in a random parking lot that he pulled into. He called for help and after about 30 min they were able to fix it and we could continue. Even though our driver was nice I can't describe to you how upsetting this experience was. I would not recommend.

We rented a van to transport our bridal party from the church to our picture location to our reception hall. We also used the van to transport our wedding guests from the hotel to the reception hall and back to the hotel at the end of the night. Our driver was ontime, friendly, and professional. The price was very reasonable and we were happy with the service.

We used Safe and Reliable Transportation for our wedding a few weeks ago. We used their 30 person limobus and it was everything that we needed. The bus picked up some of our guest from their hotels and then drove the wedding party around until reception time. I have no complaints!

Great staff and exceptional limos. The people at Safe and Reliable went above and beyond to make my special day very special and i would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a limo or even just a taxi service so you don't have to drink and drive.

The added touch he provided made the day so much more memorable when I was emailed photos that he had taken himself and my photographer had missed. Hats off to the team over at Safe and Reluable for exceeding my expectations. I will never use another company again unless it has Safe and Reliable team behind it.

What an experience. They did an amazing job starting with the office taking the time to accommodate all of our needs. The driver was very professional and didn't get frustrated by all of our request. He was absolutely amazing. I will be using safe and reliable for my upcoming wedding next summer. Only company I plan on using in the near future.

We paid to have a limo for our wedding for five hours. It showed up on time but it was a piece of junk!!! Tape used to repair some of the interior, the radio did NOT work at all, there was a constant loud beeping noise in our ears, they provided a bottle of champagne but it was WARM...no ice at all. It was the worst part of our wedding day. The limo ride should be a fun time of celebrating in between events and it was terrible and no one wanted to be in there, esp with NO MUSIC. We informed them about our experience and all they said they could do was give us another limo for five hours....um, sorry we aren't getting married again and we went to prom 10+ years ago - we don't need another limo ride - esp. from this place! Customer beware...the pictures they have of the cars is not always what they send you!!!

We rented a party bus and town car from Safe and Reliable. Both of the drivers were early and knew exactly where we needed to go. We were also able to look at all the buses and limos before we booked one. That was huge considering I've heard horror stories about people booking transportation sight unseen.

I just read about a terrible experience [they cancelled on her with 15 minutes notice and didn't give her back her money, and now wont return calls!!] on FB and remembered mine and had to post. I got married last year. Safe & Reliable was late to the hotel [which was located in Avon], we had to call several times before they magically showed up. The guy pulled in and turned around, as if he was in the wrong place. Then he had no idea where we were going; even though I had filled out a form beforehand with each stop [two photo stops and then our venue]. We got on our way to our first stop and he went past the exit! We weren't paying attention because we were drinking and enjoying the limo. So we were a half hour late to the first photo stop. Mind you everything was planned so we'd make it to the ceremony on time. Then as we were pulling out he almost hit someone, he just gunned it and went even though there were cars. It was awful, we all thought we were going to die. Oh, and to top it off he hit a huge bump going too fast and a beer spilled all over my wedding dress and face. I can't believe this place gets good reviews, it seems like everyone I know has a horror story. You get what you pay for [and they were seemingly the cheapest in the area...so buyer beware]

I booked this limo January 16, 2015 for my July 18 wedding. They were to pick us up to take us to the ceremony and then for pictures and back to the reception. They were supposed to pick us up at 1:30 pm. At 1:15 I was called by them saying they woud be at least an hour late because they were having difficulties and they were busy with Roverfest. That's 15 minutes before they were supposed to be there that they called. i was late to my own wedding because everything was coordinated for the limo! I had to break up the bridal party and get rides for everyone from friend family members. The limo company never showed, hasn't returned my calls and hasn't refunded my $800! I hope this never happens to another bride on her wedding day! Choose a different company!!

We used Safe & Reliable for transportation from the church to the reception. Best value in town and very professional staff.

We had the stretch Hummer and it was amazing. We had the limo for 6 hours and it never felt as though we were putting the driver out or being a pain. Being a June wedding he made sure the AC was always on. With a rain delay he even packed the limo for us so we didn't fall behind schedule. In addition to the great service the limo was clean and comfortable! I was always helped In and out of the car so my dress did not get caught. Excellent service and clean vehicle. Great quality and service at a reasonable price.

We rented a party bus to use before the ceremony to drive around for our photo session. Safe and Reliable was great - the driver arrived early, was completely flexible with wherever we wanted to go, and the bus was amazing inside. It was exactly what we expected. Our wedding party definitely had a blast!

This company was easy to work with. They were responsive to my emails. The only issue we had was that the driver didn't know how to get to one of his stops and got lost, making our bridal party late to the photo session. Otherwise, everything was great.

We used Safe & Reliable to provide shuttle service (15 passenger van) for our guests between the hotel and the reception hall. I would definitely recommend them for this service. The driver was prompt, courteous, professional and very friendly. The shuttle was clean and safe. Their office staff was always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. Everything worked out great, and the guests were thankful for the transportation (and I was glad to not have to worry about guests’ safety on the drive back to the hotel). A+ job.

I paid for 5 hours of limo service and 3 of shuttle service. The limo dropped off me and my maids at the ceremony and never returned. My groom and his men were stranded at the hotel and had to be shuttled by his parent's to the ceremony, missing picture time. When I called the limo driver he said someone had told him he was "done". We had a contract, you don't just leave! Then they were going to send the shuttle at the wrong time! I was lucky we were able to fix it in time and had the sense to call. We had contracts with these people and they completely ruined the transportation on our wedding day, i can't believe it still. And no apology, nothing.

We used this Limo company for my bachelorette and my wedding. For the bachelorette we had no problems. For the wedding though our driver was kind of a jerk. I would tell him where i wanted us to go and then ask him to follow our photographers and he would say he didn't need to follow he knew where it was. Well he drove slow and did not take the fastest route. Lets just say we were late to the reception hall and that guy def did not get a tip

Nothing special here, but the driver showed up on time and all went as expected. He did have some issues with his GPS, so it was a bit annoying to have to direct him to/from locations.

The limo was a very big weirdo!

I found out about safe and reliable from a friend who uses them for basic transportation needs, and I suggest they stick to that. When I called to get a price, I was looking for just a Town Car that could take myself and my two bridemaids to the church, then take my husband and myself to take pictures and drop us off at the reception. I also found out the company would be able to pick us up from the reception and return us back to our house. After hearing about the return service, I was sold. I informed the manager that I had been refered to their company by a former client, and he was nice enough to give us an upgrade to a Ford Excersion "The Diplomat" for the same rate as a Town Car. I was very thankful for that and excited to not have to worry about driving on my wedding. The driver picked us up at my house, and the outside of the SUV looked very dated, but I didn't mind too much. Inside the SUV, the back area had been altered to have 2 seats and a "L" shaped bench. Getting into the SUV was quite a challenge and I didn't even have my dress on yet. I had to give the driver turn by turn directions on how to get to the church. The driver was an AWFUL driver. He would brake last second and myself and my two bridemaids were sliding around the back and had to brace ourselves by grasping at the ceiling. That is when I noticed that the top ceiling was a tan color, but had NUMEROUS large black stains on it. After the wedding, my husband and I got into the SUV to have a quick drive around while people left the church. Getting into the SUV in my dress was nearly impossible. I had to crawl on the floor to get to the bench, and then I was sliding around and my flowers kept falling on the ground due to the driver's driving. After pictures at the church, we went to downtown cleveland to the Art Museum to take pictures outside. The driver didn't know how to get there, and his GPS didn't work. My husband and I had to give him turn by turn directions to the art museum while he was following my photographer. The driving was even worse as he would speed up, cross over the lines, and brake all of the sudden. We got lost from the photographer, so we arrived first at the museum and the driver was complaining about having to wait around for the photographer to arrive. The service was so poor, that during my wedding reception, I called and cancelled the pick up ride home because I didn't want to deal with the driver and driving again. My father ended up driving home myself and my new husband. I would NEVER recommend this company for a wedding. They were hands down the WORST part of my wedding. For a service rating, I wish I could give them a negative star.

The limo was great and the service was great...just a little late. Our particular driver didn't use a GPS so he was late arriving because he had written down the wrong address. It was not a deal-breaker though and we had a great time in the limo.

Safe and Reliable may be safe but not reliable. They called my husband an hour before they were to be picked up to let him know that the limo we had ordered had to be fixed and would send out the next size up for us. Turns out at the last minute they were able to fix the part and send us out the 15 person limo we supposedly ordered. When the entire wedding party got into the limo after the ceremony (14 people all together) our best man had to sit on the cooler because there were not enough seats. The limo we ordered was supposed to have 2 seats and a table in between the seats. The limo we received had bench seating. When my husband called to dispute the limo they swore up and down that was the limo we ordered. They were supposed to call my husband back with the paperwork but never did. The only good thing was that our driver was great and courteous. He was their only saving grace. Later, we were to have a Lincoln towncar pick us up after the reception and take us to the hotel for the night. The vehicle that showed up was a 6 person piece of crap limo that looked about 30 years old. My husband asked if the driver could open the trunk so we could put our overnight bags in there and the driver replied, "Well, I'd have to turn the car off to open the trunk and I don't know if it'll start again". Needless to say, I will not be recommending them in the future.

We used two services - the limo and shuttle for the hotel. The shuttle service was great. It was good piece of mind to know that no one would be driving drunk back to the hotel. The limo, however, was a little different story. Our driver was not the most friendly in the world, but beyond that, the air didn't work that well. It was a very hot day, and we were already sweating in our dresses. When asked to turn the air up, the driver got annoyed. He also gave some attitude when asked to turn the radio on. I've definitely experienced limos where the driver was the best part - this was not one of those times.

They were ontime and easy to work with. The limo was nice and clean.

Safe and Reliable gave me an excellent price for a split day and rental, but they had many administrative problems after we signed the contract. Luckily, I made a copy of the contract when I signed it. They welcomed us coming out to look at their fleet spur-of-the-moment, and they upgraded us to a new limo in their fleet at no additional cost. Just make sure you double-check what you are supposed to be getting with them, as they forgot the red carpet on my wedding day.

We loved the style of car & the prices wasn't to bad. The limos were Chrysler 300 limos. They arrived on time and got us to our destinations.;The were unable to find our deposit after it was sent keep documentation.
