I have over 10 years of planning, event management, and design under my belt. From weddings and engagements, to holiday parties and corporate events, I've done it all!
I have lived in Northern California for about 6 years, and previously planned events in sunny Arizona. There is nothing better than being immersed in something you love doing so much.
On off days, you'll find me spending my time with our little family, adventuring with my better half, or simply enjoying the little things life has to offer.

From the moment we began working with Hannah Anderson-Ryan, we knew we were in excellent hands. Her full-service planning transformed our wedding at my parents’ property into a breathtaking celebration for over 200 guests. The level of detail she brought to every aspect was nothing short of extraordinary.
Hannah handled every challenge with grace and professionalism. Her ability to manage logistics seamlessly was impressive, and she never wavered in the face of our more demanding requests. The ceremony was stunning, set on a dock surrounded by a beautiful pond with 360-degree seating, creating an intimate and unforgettable atmosphere.
Our celebration featured a fantastic live band, a fun mechanical bull, and valet services that made the experience even more special. Plus, the RV park for overnight stays added a unique touch that our guests loved!
We were so impressed with Hannah’s work that we offered her the opportunity to manage our property as a wedding venue for future clients. Her passion and dedication shine through in everything she does.

If I could give Hannah more than five stars, I would! From the very beginning, she was the calm in the storm, bringing a soothing presence to our wedding planning process. Her kindness and professionalism were evident in every interaction, making us feel supported and at ease throughout the entire journey.
I want to emphasize...Hannah didn’t just meet our expectations—she exceeded them in every way. She was with us every step, offering invaluable advice, creative solutions, and a level of care that made our wedding day truly unforgettable. As soon as we had our first conversation with Hannah we knew we wanted to work with her for our special day—Hannah’s calm yet confident demeanor immediately put us at ease. I was upfront with Hannah that I had a very unique vision for our wedding and wanted to be heavily involved in all the planning and decisions, so Hannah was able to create a custom package for us that met our needs. We had a blank slate wedding, meaning every single fork, chair, cup, bathroom! etc. had to be brought onsite. With SO many moving parts/vendors, our day seriously went off pretty much without a hitch—which we can heavily credit to Hannah. She had our back every step of the way, whether it was negotiating vendor contracts in our favor, immediately finding us post ceremony to bring us a drink, or swooping in at the eleventh hour with a solution when we had a vendor fall through last minute. If you are looking for a wedding planner in the Sun Valley area, do not hesitate to hire Hannah!

We hired Hannah as our wedding planner who helped us from day one all the way up to the wedding day. She did an incredible job finding us amazing vendors to work with and giving us options so we could choose the ones that worked best for us. She really exceeded all my expectations especially when it came to the wedding day. We had a backyard wedding with no tents, and of course the weather decided to pour rain on us for 20 minutes during cocktail hour. Hannah remained calm, helped everyone stay dry while delivering coors lights to my husband and I. After the rain subsided she and her sister were out there drying off all the tables, chairs, dance floor, etc. At this point the band threatened to no longer play at the wedding, and Hannah made sure that they came out and performed for us. I would also like to mention I had no idea this was all going on until the next day. She did an incredible job and we can't thank her enough!

I just wanted to say that Hannah Baker from Sage Weddings was amazing to work with. I recently had my wedding this past May and it was an unforgettable experience. She is truly a master of her craft. If you are on the fence on getting a wedding planner or day-of-planner. If you go with Hannah, you will not regret it.
She made my vision (and Pinterest board) a reality. She has an eye for aesthetic and has the most calming demeaner. At first glance, I knew that she would keep us both grounded on our wedding day. Like most brides, I had a lot of questions and I wasn't sure of what I was doing most of the time. She gave her expertise, answered all of our questions, and eased any anxiety that I had.
The one thing I underestimated is how quickly the wedding progresses. Time goes by so fast and before you realize it, it is cocktail hour, dinner, etc. She was great on letting me know and keeping the wedding on schedule (i.e. working with the DJ to redirect guests to the ceremony area, moving them to the dinner area, gathering everyone for our first dance).
Before the actual wedding day, she was so organized! She coordinated with me regarding the timeline and what my expectations were. She worked with the vendors and communicated with them regarding the timeline.
I truly had no worries on my wedding day and I attribute a lot of that to her. Even going into the wedding day itself, I had little to no anxiety.
One last little tidbit:
One thing I started hearing as I begin planning my wedding is that you and your spouse are the "Guest of Honor", and that we needed to take the time to enjoy the wedding.
I truly believe that if she was not there, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy our wedding as much as we did.

Ally & Hannah were AMAZING to work with. They were super attentive and communicative. They were very creative and flexible when it came to last minute changes. I would absolutely recommend them! I couldn't have gotten through my wedding without them!

Hannah is amazing. She was the first wedding planner to return my call. When I first spoke to Hannah, she had a sense of calmness to her voice. I knew she would be perfect to help me stay grounded with all the wedding planning. She is professional, a problem solver, and goes about an issue with such grace and ease. She was willing to speak with vendors on my behalf. She was very good at keeping me updated with vendors response, timeline, to-do list, etc. A week before the wedding, I was missing send off ideas and she provided an idea and where to buy within an hour. I received the lighted wands just in time for the wedding. I had been stressing about a steamer since my wedding was 5 hours away from home and I was traveling with a lot of wedding decor. She eased my stressed and stated she would bring a steamer. I asked her for professional help steaming my wedding dress the day of as I was a complete novice. She jumped in and was so helpful. She went out of her way to drive 45 minutes to pick up all my florals from the florist the day before the wedding. The day of the wedding, she went above and beyond when my florals needed an extra pop of color. She went that morning and bought flowers that were then added to all the florals. She was an angel and amazing. Hannah took the time to know the specifics and delivered. The Wedding day went without a hitch and I owe it all to Hannah. She is truly the best and HIGHLY recommend.

Hannah went above and beyond!! She eased my stress, helped talk with the vendors for me, and made sure all the details were taken care of. My veil was put in the bag upside down so it was all wrinkled and the venue didn't have a steamer so Hannah got her husband to go buy one and bring it back so she could steam my veil. Literally saving the day! It was also the first cold weekend and the wedding was outside. My poor flower girl was freezing so Hannah gave her jacket to the flower girl to wear until it was her turn to go down the aisle. She also made the timeline prior to the day of and went over it with me to make sure everything I wanted was included. She helped to keep us on schedule and told us what we would be doing during each step. The wedding went so smooth because of her! She was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend her!! I cannot express how grateful I am for her.

We hired Hannah for full service wedding planning while I was deployed to Iraq to help make the planning process a little easier on my fiance and I while I was abroad. Hannah's knowledge of the industry and patience and compassion for bringing her client's visions to life is evident in how she runs her business - from all the pre-planning to the day of our wedding, she brought our dream wedding to life.

Without a doubt, Hannah and her team made our dream day come true! Her teams attention to detail from guest with Celiacs disease to my wife’s love of symmetry made the weekend run smoothly.
Sandra and I are so thankful for the hard work they put in, plus the helpful tips from which florist to choose to how we picked the correct length of table runners.

I recently had the privilege of working with Hannah for our special weekend, and I cannot express how grateful I am for her exceptional services. From start to finish, she demonstrated a level of dedication that truly transformed our wedding into a dream come true. There’s no one else I would have entrusted our wedding weekend with, especially with all the moving parts and details that go into hosting a large wedding at a private residence!
One of the most remarkable aspects of our experience with her was her unwavering positivity and readiness to tackle any obstacle that came our way. Her ability to keep calm under pressure and consistently provide creative solutions truly set her apart. Rather than burdening us with problems during the wedding weekend, she consistently approached us with well-thought-out options that showcased her dedication to making our wedding flawless.
Honestly, my only wedding regret is not hiring Hannah to be on site for two additional events we hosted! So if you are having multiple wedding events, I highly encourage you to have her be there with you – it makes a world of a difference because of how incredible she is!

I messaged Hannah from The Knot, first to get back to me. I knew from our conversation that I wanted her to be my right hand person for my wedding. When she said she would take care of it ( whatever it was) it was taken care of. I didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of my wedding, she took care of it all I just had fun with my friends and family. Even when I thought I should be stressing about things she would walk me through calm as can be.

We used Sage Weddings for our month-of and day-of coordinating and they were amazing. Quick to reply to all emails, very punctual and on top of all things pertinent to the wedding, and flexible with the whole process. They made our special day easy for us, there was nothing missed and we didn’t have to worry about anything because it was being taken care of already. I highly recommend them!!

Hannah and her team are incredible! There is no way we could have pulled of our crazy wonderful off-grid campground wedding without the support of Sage Weddings. Our wedding day would not have been nearly as wonderful without Hannah. Hannah was such a calming presence and major contributor when it came to making the day happen. It was her support and reassurance leading up to the wedding that helped me relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding. Hannah communicated with our vendors and made sure that the logistics were being handled professionally and diligently. She did a fantastic job of making me feel special and prioritized. As a bride, you need Hannah! She managed to transform our venue space to the next level that I wanted. She made sure it was perfect and dream came true. THEN best yet, at the end of the evening she handled the cleaning up portion of the evening ensuring my family and I could leave and enjoy the rest of the evening. Hannah went ABOVE and beyond delivering our cake to our hotel room which we were able to enjoy on our wedding night. Hannah orchestrated so many special details that made the day perfect. To plan a wedding truly consist of time, chaos, visions and execution of ideas. To do all of this in no matter what time frame is most doable with a coordinator. Choosing Hannah, will be the BEST thing you have done.
Not only professionally is she communicative, responsive and efficient. But - personally she is a true sweetheart. You need someone who loves the details, knows the job, does it with kindness and calms you down.
My wedding was a true dream, two years of details I planned and 3 months of Hannah making it all tie together. I could have not imagined a better day without her.

Hannah is an absolute GEM! From the moment we first connected, I loved her energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to helping me make our wedding day as special (and smooth) as possible. What I really appreciated, was her willingness to guide me in the right direction when I felt overwhelmed (or clueless), and I could NOT have done it without her. Even when there was a crisis with the flowers on the day of the wedding, she was right there by my side to make things work! Not only that, she is incredibly kind and sweet and if we lived closer, we’d probably be friends! I highly recommend Hannah as a wedding planner. You will not be disappointed if you choose her for your special day!

Hannah was GREAT! Booking day-of coordination with Sage Weddings was the best thing we could have done. Our wedding was very small but we still wanted to enjoy the day (and truthfully didn't know what we were doing when it came to event planning!). Hannah met with us on Zoom a couple months before the wedding, then took over all communication with vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She helped us realize all the things we hadn't thought about - who's picking up the cake? Who is breaking down the chairs in the ceremony space? Who is setting up the guest book? Who will manage the music changes during the ceremony? Who can help us figure out this dang marriage license? Spoiler: Hannah did it all. Also - our caterer was running very late and Hannah managed to get all the food set up during cocktail hour. If she wasn't there, setting up those burners for the food would have been our first activity as a married couple. Thankfully, we were able to enjoy the night with our families without a hitch. I didn't think we need any help, but now I tell all engaged couples I know that a day-of coordinator is an absolute MUST, and that Hannah at Sage is the best there is.

There are no words that will describe how thankful I am Hannah was our wedding planner. She went above and beyond and our wedding was perfect. She’s organized, professional, and was always thinking ahead. Like many brides, I was nervous about things going well, but the communication and updates we received put my husband and I’s worries to rest. We would have another wedding if we could just to hang out with such a kind person. I highly recommend Sage Weddings and hope you get the chance to work with them if you can.
