We held our reception in the Waterford Room, and it was absolutely gorgeous — full of natural light, elegant details, and with beautiful views that our guests couldn’t stop talking about. The space felt both grand and inviting, and it created the perfect atmosphere for celebrating with family and friends. On the day of the wedding, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. It rained all morning, and we thought we'd have to move our ceremony indoors. But the rain cleared just in time — and thanks to the incredible team, we still got to have our ceremony outside, exactly how we had imagined. Everything was handled so smoothly, and we truly felt taken care of every step of the way. And we can’t forget to mention the food — it was absolutely delicious! From the cocktail hour to the dinner service, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was (especially the appetizers and entrees!). The staff did an amazing job making sure everyone was well taken care of — service was prompt, professional, and friendly all night long. A special shoutout to Shelby, our coordinator, who was amazing to work with from day one. She was organized, responsive, and so thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. Our guests are still raving about the venue and the whole experience. If you're looking for a breathtaking location with a professional, caring staff, Saint Clements Castle (especially the Waterford Room!) is the place. We are so grateful to the entire team for making our wedding day so beautiful and unforgettable. Thank you again for everything!

Multiple people have told us that our wedding is the best one they've ever been to and it was everything we could have dreamed of. We couldn't have asked for better service or a more beautiful location to tie the knot!

The food was phenomenal—I’ve had multiple guests rave about it—and so many people said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended. My only small complaint was that the cocktail hour appetizer stations were a bit too spread out. If they had been closer together, I think more guests would have sampled the amazing food. I never imagined I’d get married at a castle, but here I was, living my dream, and Saint Clements was the perfect place to feel like a queen!

We had so many compliments on both the food and the venue. It would be nice to have had the bridal suite for the whole morning but it worked out getting ready at a nearby AirBnB. To say the staff made the planning process, and day of, smooth is an understatement! Being out of state we had a lot of questions and reah outs. Rebecca and the whole staff were extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. My wife and I appreciated how responsive they all were. If you’re looking for an event space, especially a wedding, I HIGHLY recommend Saint Clements. 20 out of 10 experience!!

turned into months of frustration, disappointment, and blatant disregard for the couple's wishes. First off, the pressure to book was intense, with constant lies about available dates to push us into a decision. The lack of transparency around pricing was equally troubling. Significant price increases happened on items that were not noted are subject to have price increases. After many disagreements, they reluctantly honored the original price of the item we were interested in, yet our guests, my husband, myself or our parents never even saw the item despite paying for it!! My mother, noted missing items from her meal—no goat cheese on the salad, substituted with parmesan—and the pasta course was a joke. Large bowls of pasta as was usually given at their events, but guests were served tiny ramekins. My husband and I didn't even receive our pasta course at all! As if the food issues weren’t enough, St. Clement's is rigid and controlling when it comes to customizing your wedding. They flat-out refused changes that would have made our day more personal. Worse, their discriminatory practices barred us from bringing in an ethnic celebratory alcohol tied to our culture—while allowing other similar drinks from different backgrounds. They nearly banned us from having our traditional dance as well. The venue’s lack of respect for cultural traditions was deeply upsetting for both us and our families. Trying to coordinate with our wedding coordinator, Rebecca, was next to impossible, especially in the final weeks when critical decisions needed to be made. Communication became sparse, and it was clear they cared more about marketing to our guests than our experience. In a written email from Rebecca, she explicitly referred to our wedding as a "marketing event" for St. Clement’s, rather than focusing on making it a special day for us. This is not just unprofessional; it’s heartless. Upper management, Pam, was just as unhelpful and disrespectful. When we raised concerns, she would constantly talk over us, going on long-winded rants to avoid listening to our grievances. At one point, she even claimed she was talking over us because she couldn’t hear us due to her air conditioning unit. Her dismissiveness and refusal to acknowledge our concerns were infuriating. To add insult to injury, the venue completely ignored our detailed wedding packet, which included specific instructions and photos on how things should be set up. Despite months of planning and discussions, it was as if they hadn’t even bothered to look at the packet we provided that went in great detail so the venue could execute everything exactly as we would have hoped. While no vendor can be perfect, the level of neglect we experienced at St. Clement's was beyond unacceptable. We poured months of effort into making our day special, only for St. Clement’s to ignore most of our wishes and treat us with contempt. This venue is not only expensive, but also deceptive, manipulative, and discriminatory. It was by far the most stressful part of our wedding, and I regret choosing St. Clement’s. Many of our vendors and guests called their behavior “disgusting” and “unacceptable,” and I couldn’t agree more. Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere for a venue that values your day as much as you do.

We had an unexpected storm pass through as soon as we were supposed to start the outdoor ceremony and they got everyone under the tent in a timely manner and were able to keep basically everything on schedule after that. The food is amazing, the Waterford ballroom is beautiful, the staff is so nice and helpful. My husband and I highly recommend having your wedding here!!

On the day of, our coordinator Jeri was a lifesaver and made sure my husband and I nor any of our wedding party/families had to lift a finger. Christopher was our bridal attendant and not only always made sure we had food & drinks, but was a pleasure to spend the evening with. The fact that Saint Clements provides a day-of coordinator as part of the package is hugely underrated! The grounds and castle were stunning and full of gorgeous flowers in bloom that made the perfect backdrop for our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. Our guests won't stop talking about the beautiful venue and we still can't believe the bang for our buck. Saint Clements was one of the most affordable venues we toured and we can't believe the value we got. The food, cake, and bar were excellent and there was plenty of food at both cocktail hour and dinner. We had our ceremony & reception on site on the Waterford side of the castle and though there was another wedding happening on the other side, you never would have known. The staff made sure everyone was in the right area and you have your own set of bathrooms and couldn't hear a peep from the other side. We decided to pay for the ability to arrive an hour early on day-of, which I highly recommend as it made our whole arrival, set-up, and photos before the ceremony feel extremely smooth and relaxed. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Saint Clements and their amazing staff each and every time!!

The venue was stunning, drinks and food were delicious, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating at all times. All of our decor was set up exactly how we had asked. Katie, our day-of coordinator, kept things running smoothly and efficiently without any hiccups. She did not need to ask us anything as she knew exactly how to run the show. She handled a few last-minute changes effortlessly. She was so kind and sweet to everyone that day as well. Everything was beyond our expectations. I would recommend this venue to any couple without hesitation!

The bridal suite was also beautiful and so spacious, with plenty of room for our 15 person wedding party plus both our families to relax before the ceremony. Alyssa was SO incredibly helpful all throughout the planning process. She was ALWAYS so eager and quick to respond to my many many questions. We knew we could count on her to make our wedding perfect from day 1! Danielle was our event manager, who made the day go absolutely perfectly. We did not have to worry about a single thing. She set out all our decor beautifully, made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time, and helped our ceremony and reception proceed flawlessly. Daniela was our wedding attendant, and she was so kind as to continuously check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we were having the best time. It was impossible to be without a drink in hand with her around! We are so grateful to the entire team at Saint Clement’s Castle for the most perfect wedding day we could have ever asked for!

Our sales manager, Rebecca, was so great answering all of our questions leading up, and then the day of, we had Danielle as our day-of coordinator and Amanda as our event manager and they were AMAZING. Literally amazing!! The floors in the Waterford Ballroom were recently redone to be all hard woods, which looked absolutely beautiful. And there's now a second rain option for the ceremony incase of inclement weather since they recently extended their patio under the awning area. It's also great that this venue is all inclusive of food and drink because that made planning so much easier for us. Lastly, the pricing I also found to be very reasonable considering what you get in your package. I received a LOT of quotes when looking at venues and although we did opt for a Friday wedding to try and save a little bit, we thought the pricing for that was super reasonable compared to other quotes we were getting. I just love this place so much!!!!!!! My mom already wants to go back there for a holiday or Mother's Day brunch LOL. In hindsight we could not image getting married anywhere else, this place was PERFECT!
