at Sainte Terre because our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect! It is probably the most beautiful venue in the area. The owners, Derek, Holly and Hillary make wedding planning so easy on the bride and groom. Derek and Hillary spent hours planning with us to make our wedding exactly as we imagined. The decor was so tastefully done by Hillary. She created a perfect ‘mandap’ for our traditional Hindu wedding ceremony, and then transformed it the next day for a beautiful Christian wedding ceremony. She also coordinated the day’s events to perfection without any stress or delays. The food, that was probably some of the best Indian and Cajun food we’ve had in a long time. Chef Holly created a masterpiece. This includes the traditional Indian menu on the day of the Hindu wedding and equally amazing Cajun food the next day. The whole experience at Sainte Terre is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this venue to anybody looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding.

She also makes sure everything is turn key the day of so you don't have to worry about anything. Holly makes A-MAZ-ING food 😍, enough said. Derek goes above and beyond to make sure lose ends are tied and helps you in any way he can. They set the bar for other venues in the area to follow. st from out of nowhere. I can attest to the the service. I looked at my glass to go for a refill and my glass was picked up and returned promptly. These are just minor gestures but goes to the heart of everyone at Sainte Terre. My husband and I were parents of the groom and we were made to feel an important part of the event from the day the date was set. We were able to taste the food to be served to our guests at the rehearsal dinner well in advance and they did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing. Holly and her crew are unbelievably talented. 5 star quality for sure. The guests continued to rave about the food the next day and then again during the dinner/reception. There was food provided during the day for the brides party and snacks for the groomsmen while they waited for pictures. The food and service was beyond expectations. The bridal suite was outfitted with plenty of mirrors and lighting, first aid kits and even steamers. Anything we could possibly need was there to make sure everyone looked their best. We even had places to rest and relax during the day while getting ready for pictures and the wedding. The venue itself is secluded and quaint. The copper roof on the chapel glistens and sets of the steeple against a beautiful blue sky. The lighting at night is soft and romantic. The dining hall is designed as a barn but finished out impeccably to accommodate for any style wedding you are looking for. Our bride chose Bohemian and it was enchanting. The decor suited the bride and groom to a T. They wanted something Bohemian but not too staged, casual with a touch of bling, classy and tasteful. The chapel and the reception hall were absolutely perfect. The bride and groom looked right at home in the setting. It was definitely all about them and it showed. Hillary listened to what the bride said and delivered on point. She made sure everyone knew where to be when and that the ceremony went off without a hitch. The other service providers suggested by Sainte Terre were exceptional from the Cakes, to the hair and makeup artists, DJ, florist and photography. Derek had his antenna out for any possible need that anyone had. He would just appear at the right time to put people at ease and made everyone feel welcome and a part of the event and the family. Weddings are meant to be special and memorable, but often there are so many details to get caught up in, that the couple and families are too exhausted to really experience the event. That is not the case with Sainte Terre. We were able to truly take in every moment of the two day event and have memories that will last a lifetime because the family at Sainte Terre took care of every last special detail. I just can't find the words to thank them enough so I all I can say is from the bottom of my heart, Thank You, Sainte Terre. You make me want to marry my husband all over again!

From the moment we signed our contract till 3 months post wedding, they have made us feel so special like we were the only wedding that they have or will ever host. My husband and I spent our honeymoon reliving every single perfect moment of our day. Obsessing over our guests photos and comments. Everyone RAVED about how delicious the food was. We went with a simple menu with fried chicken (husband’s choice) and some of our guests are still asking when they will be opening a restaurant so they can COME BACK! My wedding attendants can’t stop talking about how relaxed and easy the day was. Hillary handled everything. EVERYTHING. Even impressing my Mother. And for someone who manages events for a living, it was difficult for me to trust someone to just take the reins, but Hillary & Derek went above and beyond. I didn’t have a single care that day other than messing up my vows. And the decor took my breath away! This place is beautiful with nothing added. Each visit made it harder to leave but Hillary knocked it out of the park, while still working with our budget. She gave us a design that was true to us, and different from any of the previous designs I had been obsessing over from the months leading up to our wedding. So stop looking. The services and goods that are included in the event rental FAR surpass what you would spend if you attempted this on your own, and trust me it still wouldn’t be able to hold a candle to the things Hillary can do. You can have it ALL at Sainte Terre, a beautiful venue, fantastic food, and the best event director/ decorator in the business! Go now before your date is gone!

Sainte Terre, her anxiousness turned to peace. From the moment we came up the drive and the little white chapel and the large gray barn came into view, Chelsea's face lit up and her smile stayed fixed from ear to ear! It truly was perfect for her and Thomas! They wanted a more traditional wedding with a French country flare (Chelsea spent a couple of years of high school near Paris, France) and a relaxed vibe. The Sainte Terre team helped us to make their wishes turn into a magical weekend! Derek and Hillary met with us several times, listening to what Chelsea had in mind and providing suggestions that added to the theme and beauty of the event. The cost of the venue included Hillary as an amazing wedding planner and decorator, the linens and table settings, an officiant - who did such a wonderful and personal job, the cake cutting, and much more! Hillary turned the facilities into what Chelsea dreamed about - complete with vines and trees, lights and lavender! We met with Holly to plan the food and can not say enough about her enthusiasm, ideas, and skills! The food perfectly complimented the French Country theme that Hillary and Derek helped us create, with an amazing cocktail hour that included a monogrammed baked brie in a pastry, warm mini baguettes, mushroom tarts, and mini quiche! All of this was enjoyed with a blackberry muddled champagne (thanks to Derek and Fete LA) that everyone raved about! From there, Holly created a French feast to include shrimp stuffed crepes with Mornay sauce, Gratin Dauphinois, Chicken Paillard, ratatouille, and mini French onion soups with gougeres! Everyone commented on the incredible food! We cannot say enough about the staff and facilities at Sainte Terre! So many of our guests told us that this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended!

The fact that they literally take care of everything and you don't have to worry about finding someone to do food, decorate, or DJ just makes everything so much easier! The month leading up to my wedding it rained every day. I was so upset my photographer kept having to reschedule my bridals & the staff was so understanding. I had planned an outdoor wedding and ended up having it inside but it turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Two years later people are still commenting on how beautiful our wedding was!
