We had the most magical day with Salvatore’s for my cinco de mayo wedding. The venue went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. We were even able to use one of their other restaurant areas to take our first look pictures and they turned our Amazing

Salvatore’s met my needs and made my day very special. I even used their florals and they were beautiful. I highly recommend them as a vendor.

We recently had our wedding at Salvatore’s and it was everything we could have dreamed of. We worked with Janet and she was wonderful from the moment we first met her last year. Our wedding was planned in its entirety during the pandemic and Janet was there for us every step of the way. From different restrictions and what we could do, she was so accommodating. She was also so supportive with how we were feeling. Thankfully, we were able to have a full wedding reception with passed appetizers and a dance floor. We loved our appetizers that we chose (cheese tray selection, beef on weck crostini, and loaded baked potato bites). And the food was absolutely amazing! We chose the Chicken Française which was paired with sliced tenderloin of filet. So many people at the wedding told us they loved the food and one groomsman reported he wanted to “lick the plate clean”. Our captain, Jennifer, who took care of us all night, was wonderful! I felt like before I could even ask for something she automatically knew what I wanted. The champagne toast was so cool and everyone loved that as well. Honestly, everything went off without a hitch and I had the best wedding I could have imagined. I am sure that a lot of that had to do with Salvatore’s and if you are considering them, I would highly recommend that you go with them. They were great!

I can’t even begin to express how incredible Salvatore’s is. They truly went well above and beyond anything I could have hoped for our wedding. Everyone that we worked with was so accommodating, anticipated our needs in advance, incredibly friendly, and overall exemplified amazing customer service. In particular, Janet and James were such a joy to work with, made sure that every detail was perfect, and ensured our wedding was so enjoyable and stress free. Just one example of how great Salvatore’s is (although I could talk of so many instances)- the strap on my dress broke and completely unprompted, a server brought me a little sewing kit to help fix my dress. I didn’t tell anyone that my strap was broken and they went out of their way to help me. Salvatore’s made our wedding a great experience. On top of the unparalleled service, the venue is so beautiful and well decorated. The food was amazing as well! I am so glad that we had our wedding at Salvatore’s. I have heard many wonderful comments from our guests about our wedding. I could go on about how great Salvatore’s is but they have an excellent reputation for a reason- they truly are the best! I highly recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely use Salvatore’s for any events we have in the future.

Salvatore’s catered our wedding and helped all of my wedding day visions come true ! They helped plan so much and I got quick email responses. The day of, everything went so smoothly; food was amazing and service was great ! I would definitely recommend :)

We had our wedding reception/private dinner at Salvatores. The actual venue is within The Delevan Hotel. Due to COVID-19 we decided to scale down our originally high number of guests to a small banquet of 24. Our event coordinator gave us some options that would be more accommodating to us and we were very impressed and pleased with how the night turned out. Our family and friends who attended were highly pleased as well. We were blown away with how supportive and high spirited the staff was the night of our event. Very pleased. My wife's grandmother enjoyed it so much that she is planning a birthday celebration for herself there next year.

So thankful that Salvatore’s was able to accommodate us for our September wedding. Due to COVID, we made the last minute decision to change our venue and lower our guest list from 220+ to 50 people. A big shout out to Christina who helped pull it all together, wonderfully. By phone or email, she was an absolute angel, and was always quick to answer my (many) questions and concerns. We definitely recommend spending the night or weekend at the Delavan Hotel. It was so convenient for ourselves, as well as our guests to have rooms right there! My bridesmaids also got ready in the morning with me in our Harriet Suite. Additionally, we used the gorgeous outdoor ceremony space for our first look prior to our ceremony. And the Bella ballroom was a beautiful room for our reception. Our guests raved about the food, and particularly loved the champagne parade prior to dinner. We celebrated our wedding almost 1 year ago. During the planning process the unthinkable happened, my mother passed away 2 months prior to our big day. I had a hard time finding the motivation to move forward with anything. After having an outburst during one of our planning meetings with Krystle H. She recognized my heartache and hugged me. She completely took the reigns and helped me move forward with everything making it as easy as possible. I will forever be grateful for her. As for our big day, the food, the decor, the staff were all absolutely amazing. One of mine and my husband's favorite memories will always be the way the banquet staff kicked off our wedding reception with the champagne parade (our we even put photos of them in our wedding album) Mrs. Salvatore created a beautiful little bouquet for our flower girl that she can keep forever. I cant thank them enough for everything. I recieved so many compliments on how great the food was. Thank You again to all of the planning staff at Salvatores, forever in my heart ❤ we plan on spending our 1 year anniversary at Salvatores as well.

Salvatore’s staff made everything so easy! They were always available for questions or if we needed guidance and made the night as stress free as possible. They are without a doubt a class act! Not to mention reasonable in cost for everything included in their package!

Salvatore's did a great job from the time we signed the contract to the night of our wedding. Their event coordinators were great to work with and were always in contact with my husband and I and were quick to answer all of our questions. We also sat down with the florist at Salvatores who designed our flowers just the way we wanted them. On the day of our wedding, everything went as planned. They set up our ballroom as instructed and even went the extra mile to set up some further fall decorations. The bar was well staffed for quick service for our guests. During our reception, they performed a champagne toast which was a special touch. Dinner was served promptly and the food was delicious. The whole experience with Salvatore's was wonderful and we would recommended them to anyone looking to have a wedding or event.

We had originally booked our wedding for September 2018 at Glen Oak (which was owned by Salvatore's at the time) with Janet, who was the event coordinator there. A couple months after booking, Janet called to tell us that Glen Oak had been sold, and we could choose to stay there and work with the new company, or come with her to Salvatore's. Honestly, we loved Janet so much and felt so comfortable with her taking care of everything, we moved the wedding to Salvatore's. They took us in with open arms, made sure we had everything that we were getting at Glen Oak, and more. It was on shorter notice but they were still able to accommodate us and provide all of the same menu items, even if they were not on the Salvatore's menu. We got a complimentary suite for the night, and free shuttle transportation to the airport the next morning for the honeymoon. We got to use the house centerpieces, free of charge, and bring in some other items to jazz them up. We were able to bring in homemade cookies and sweets. The bartenders and servers were awesome - very attentive and polite.

Salvatore’s was the perfect wedding location for my husband and I. They are so attentive and make sure every single detail of our big day was the best it could be!! The food was excellent, the drinks were amazing, and the service was great!! The venue itself is also so gorgeous, it’s truthful breathtaking. The decor made for perfect photos, and looked very high class. I couldn’t have pictured a more perfect place to have my wedding, and I’m so happy we chose Salvatore’s.

We recently had our wedding at Salvatore’s and it was wonderful. Krystle & Kate we so easy to work with and made sure to accommodate any request we had. They were easy to contact and replied right away. On the day of Katw made sure everything was set up the way i envisioned, I have to say everything was perfect. Food was great and all the guests walked away with great things to say! Couldn’t be more perfect❤️

My husband and I were recently married and had our reception in the Amore Room at Salvatore's. I truly can't say enough about the positive experience we had throughout our entire planning process. Kate, our wedding planner, was an absolute dream to work with! She always promptly answered all my of questions, and was so incredibly helpful and accommodating in the months leading up to our wedding. She was so thorough and made sure to cover every detail. She really brought our vision of a perfect wedding to life. Paula also helped bring our vision to life, and created the most beautiful sweetheart table and decorations for my husband and I. The night of our wedding was everything we hoped and dreamed it would be. The room and decorations all came together and created a beautiful atmosphere for us and our guests. The staff were very attentive to all of our guests as well and the food was hot and delicious. We got so many compliments about how beautiful and wonderful our wedding was. There is a reason Salvatore's has been in business for as long as they have and continue to grow and expand!

I have always loved Salvatore’s even as a child. My fiancé proposed to me here and a year later we decided to set up a meeting with Janet to see if this was the place we wanted to get married. We committed that very same day. The day was perfect. Janet made everything so easy from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, dinner to the pizza party. Everything went smooth. If you want a beautiful venue, great food, no worries at all I highly recommend Salvatore’s.

Everything went very well and service was awesome! All of our guests had an awesome time. The staff were wonderful and pleasant. The room came to what I envisioned. We are very happy and satisfied! We had looked at several venue locations around Buffalo but none compared to Salvatore's! From the very beginning to the end, we had an amazing experience. Kate was phenomenal to work with and would respond to any/all inquiries with quick and thorough responses. She was paramount in making the overall planning as stress-free as possible. The day of the wedding, the ballroom layout and design were beyond our expectations. We received such rave from our guests from the décor, attentiveness from the staff to the incredible food. We couldn’t have asked for an incredible reception!

Choosing Salvatore's was hands down the best decision we've made when it came to our wedding decisions. From the moment we put our deposit down to the day of the day of the wedding, Salvatore’s staff with us every step making sure we had the dream wedding we had planned. We worked closely with Kate for the reception details and she did a fantastic job and was always available making sure everything went smoothly (She took away any wedding stress we had). The food at the reception was beyond fantastic – We received multiple compliments on our dinner choices! (So worth every penny) The Ceremony was beautiful and perfect – Thank you Matt! (and everyone at the Garden Place). We cannot thank Kate, Matt, and the entire Salvatore’s Staff enough for everything. We have nothing but the up most respect for everyone there. I highly recommend this venue for any future weddings. We were sincerely blown away from their hospitality

We definitely made the right choice in having our reception at Salvatore's - they lived up to their reputation. Kate was so knowledgeable and reassuring with any questions or concerns we had along the way. I felt very comfortable leaving everything in her hands when we dropped off our decor and discussed set up plans. The night-of went smoothly, dinner was absolutely delicious, and the Venetian room was gorgeous. If anything went wrong I certainly didn't notice! We used all of our allotted rooms at the Delavan; our room was impeccably clean and so beautiful. Thank you for such an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience!

We are beyond happy with how our wedding turned out! We had the pleasure of working with Paula Salvatore for all our flowers and ceremony & reception decorations. She did a beautiful job, we got so many compliments. She was so pleasant to work with and you can tell she takes pride in the work she does and will not disappoint-and she certainly did not!! We had our ceremony outside and it was beyond beautiful! It was so nice to have everything all in one place. Janet was our coordinator from start to finish. She was wonderful to work with and very helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone we worked with at Salvatore's was always so nice and willing to help. We had the buffet option for dinner and we had so many of our guests compliment us on the food being one of the best they had ever had at a wedding. The late night snack was a big hit! We were on a very tight budget and I didn't think we'd be able to afford everything we did at Salvatore's but they are very reasonable!!! We are so happy we ended up having our wedding at Salvatore's, it's truly a one stop shop.

The planning process for my wedding was a little difficult. Being from out of town my MIL had to do a lot of the face to face stuff at Salvatores. It seemed like every time I reached out to the event coordinators, I talked to a different one. I was billed for things that my mother had already paid for and had to keep correcting the spelling of my name on everything (it was almost right on the wedding day.) We booked the hotel rooms at the Delavan for my parents and in laws far in advance but when they got there-neither of them had rooms! My mother booked a room with two beds but they only had a room with one bed left. Kind of messed up her plans. Also, on the day of, I was surprised to not hear from an event coordinator at all. When you book your wedding with them they say you have your own personal wedding planner but I didn't find that to be the case. I had my ceremony at the Garden Place Hotel and the janitor that was working was the one that helped answer my questions and get things organized. Overall, leading up to the wedding there was a lot of confusion and frustration. The reception was held at the Delavan. It was wonderful. The food was AMAZING, wait staff were so fast, beautiful place for a reception. I was very happy with how that part went.

We had our wedding on July 28th and our wedding was amazing!!!! Salvatore's went above and beyond to make our day outstanding. Everyone had a fantastic time and the service was unbelievable. I had the pleasure to work with Janet and she helped continuously through the wedding planning process and was always available to talk with. In addition, the staff on our wedding night made sure everything went smoothly and without a hitch! Fantastic job Salvatores!!!!!

I hosted my son and new daughter-in-law's beautiful wedding this past Sunday at Salvatore's. Everything was fantastic. The venue itself is grand and luxurious adding an extra level of elegance to the evening. Our guest raved about cocktail hour and the grand dinner buffet. The decor was placed properly exactly how we had spoken about and were very accommodating to the last minute changes. The staff cleaned up everything and boxed it for us so we didn’t have to do a thing, except come back the next morning and grab the boxes. Which was incredibly convenient. The staff during the reception were amazing, extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the head Hostess, Amber. She went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met and continued to check through the evening. She's AMAZING! Thank you to all the staff that worked hard to make this a perfect day for my son and our family<3

My husband and I are so, so happy that we decided to have our wedding reception at Salvatore's. Since we were planning our wedding from out of town, we looked at many different venues around the Buffalo area and Salvatore's was the best choice we could have made! Surprisingly it was actually one of the more affordable options for us. The venue itself is beautiful, but even more important to us were the people we worked with throughout the whole planning process. We worked with Janet who was super helpful from the start. She was flexible in meeting with us whenever we were in town and was always easy to reach by phone or email. She was very responsive to our requests for special accommodations/meals for certain guests, and took a lot of our stress away. We also decided to work with Paula and Orlando for our flowers and decorations, which worked out perfectly! They were comparably priced compared to other florists we had looked at, and actually offered way more than we expected. I had a general idea about color scheme, flowers and centerpieces, and Paula made it happen - she even ordered lanterns for us to use! Paula's and Orlando's suggestions were invaluable and really made the whole day and night look beautiful. They even came to the church before the ceremony to make sure everything was running smoothly behind the scenes and set up decorations/pin boutonnieres on the guys. We had a wonderful time at the reception, the food was delicious and served quickly, and the wait staff was friendly, flexible and responsive throughout the whole night. Most of our guests also stayed at the attached Delavan hotel the night before and the night of the wedding, which was convenient, affordable and beautiful. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that we would not have changed anything about our wedding, and we would 100% work with Salvatore's again! They were personal, professional, and really made us feel like family.

When we started looking at venues we knew that we were looking for a space that would allow us to have an intimate wedding day with our closest family and friends. My Husband and I really enjoyed having our wedding at Salvatores. Krystal was very helpful in the planning and execution of our special day. Paula executed the decor without a flaw. The Bella Banquet room is aesthetically elegant as well as the Delevan Hotel. Our suite was very spacious with luxurious amenities; and the food was fantastic and very flavorful. Our guests cant stop talking about the food and the high energy of the staff. Salvatore's offered an abundance of options that suited our taste. I highly recommend their services for any special occasion.

Salvatore's was absolutely stunning! From the food, to the drinks, to the atmosphere, it was all great! Comments are still coming in of how good everything was! Kate was great to work with! She was so helpful and friendly to not only me, but also my family! I would highly recommend having your wedding reception at Salvatore's and you're guaranteed to have a magical evening!

Our wedding was this past Saturday, July 21, 2018. Everything was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Kate was our coordinator throughout the entire planning process and she made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is getting married there. The venue was beautiful and was perfect for all of our photography wishes. Last but not least, the food was OUTSTANDING. Salvatore’s is one of the only places in the Buffalo area that you can get that much quality food for an affordable price. We would do it all over again!!!

We had a smaller wedding at Salvatore’s a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Everything we requested was provided without question!..The room was just exquisite and exactly what we pictured. The food was amazing which we heard from many of our guests . But even more importantly...our sincere thanks to Susan & Kate who were our coordinators throughout the months of planning , they were both so accommodating at exp very request we had ...we can’t thank them enough ...they both helped us create a a ABSOLUTLEY perfect day ! Also...a Very Special Thankyou to the staff that worked at our wedding ...they also were just so accommodating to everyone....❤️

We had a small intimate wedding dinner for my son and daughter in law at Salvatore’s. Coordinated everything in one weeks time, Kate was so helpful anything we asked for she reassured me that it was not a problem. Our wedding at Salvatore's was a dream come true! Krystle helped us make selections and guided us through the entire process in a professional way, and everything came together flawlessly on our special day. We received so many compliments on the Bella Ballroom including the decorations and the way it was set up to accommodate both our wedding service and the reception. The food was delicious and the service top notch. Kudos to your chefs, bartenders and servers. Paula Salvatore made the flower arrangements and bouquets stunningly beautiful and was a joy to work with. The two words which keep coming to mind regarding Salvatore's are elegant and flawless! Salvatore's was wonderful and made our reception perfect. Amore room was beautifully set up, with flowers and linens by Paula Salvatore (definitely work with her!). Krystal was our wedding coordinator and helped us make sure we had all details set. Everyone was great to work with. Servers during dinner (especially Jennifer) were fantastic and catered to our every need. The evening surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend!!!! Fair pricing too!

We were blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of food, atmosphere and overall experience. Kate and Josette did a phenomenal job in helping me plan and the rest of the staff on the reception day were nothing but helpful in the run up and during the event, we couldn't praise them enough. As a wedding venue we couldn't fault anything. The food was out of this world and all our guests commented on the quality of food and the sweet table. The venue played a huge part in the success of our event and we got lot of compliments about the venue and set-up. It is testament to that.

Salvatore’s went above and beyond on every detail to make our wedding day fantastic!! They were so easy to work with and offered amazing ideas to make our dream a reality!! The food everyone was raving about and all the little details added were just incredible! Omg! This was the best place ever!!! The staff was perfect! Anything I needed they were right there for!!! Any issues that came up (family wise) they handled it perfect! I have no words for how happy I was with everything!!! Kate Trolley who was there every step of the way! She was perfect!!!! (Not sure if i spelled the last name right) Kate made sure all was perfect and listened to what we really wanted and needed for our dream wedding!!! The day of she made sure i did not worry about a thing!!!! If I could do it over I would!!! I def will be having our babyshower there! And anything else!! Def would recommend this place!!

There are not enough stars to rate salvatores! Everyone from kate to all the waitors at our dinner went above and beyond for us , if i needed a phone cord (which i did lol) they went and found one! My last sip of coffee they were already standing there to refill! The food was exceptional, which we already knew would b the case , that is why we picked them . Also i had paula put together my flower arrangements and decor which were beautiful!!!!!!!! But not only did she do that but she went to my ceremony and set up all the decor there and even gave me alittle guidance and then ran back to my dinner to set all that up , honestly she is such a wonderful and sweet person and really made my day easier cuz i knew i didnt have to worry ! Kate handled all my questions and replied back to every stressed out question i had within a day ! Lolol she really makes u feel comfortable on a friend level! I cant say more than a million nice words about salvatores but its really the quality of people they have ther that make it amazing !

Salvatore's was our first choice when picking a wedding venue. The food was great, the room was beautiful, and the people there are absolutely incredible. They were extremely easy to work with, and made our wedding dreams come true! Salvatore's is truly the best!

Salvatore's was our first pick when we were looking at venues for our wedding. The food and service alone is 1st class. Our event coordinator Kate was excellent to work with! She helped my vision come alive in the Venetian ballroom and knew exactly what I was looking for. I could not have asked for a better person to work with! The wait staff provided our 200 guest with hot meals all at the same time with the perfect amount of time between courses. Trish and James were excellent! The champagne parade was fun entertainment for our guest who really seemed to enjoy the performance. We worked with Paula on renting the flower wall - it was the most beautiful backdrop to our sweetheart table! She was so great to work with. Salvatore's really is the whole package, I could not have asked for a more perfect reception!

Salvatore's has a reputation for excellence and they cannot be beat. Their pricing was fair and all encompassing. Kate and Krystle were great to work with to plan and execute every detail. They were detailed, accommodating and professional. Our room looked amazing, set up perfectly. Our food was delicious--it came out hot for everyone and on time. There was the perfect amount of time in between courses. We had a lot of choice in our packages and they were very accommodating to last minute changes. Trisha and her team did a great job that day. We used Paula Salvatore for our centerpieces and floral and I couldn't have asked for anything more. They were absolutely gorgeous and she was amazing to work with, even coming to the church to make sure everything went as planned and everyone looked great. We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a high class even to choose Salvatore's!

We had our wedding on 10-28-17 in the Bella room. The set up was absolutely beautiful and every detail was perfect--exactly as we had planned with the staff. We worked with Krystle and Josette and they were both well organized, informative, and supportive of our ideas that we wanted to have for our wedding theme. The food was delicious and everything seemed to occur flawlessly the night of our party! From the early planning stages to the very end, this was the best experience with a vendor we have ever had. We didn't have to worry about anything. Salvatore's took care of all of the details so that we could enjoy the day! This venue is worth every penny that we spent and we would recommend it in a heartbeat! Thank you to the staff that worked our party and to Krystle and Josette, who helped us plan.

We had our wedding in the Bella room on October 27th, 2017 and it was beautiful. Our guests all complemented the food and our bartender was AMAZING! He was the only bartender for about 100 guests and not one person waited long for a drink and he even remembered some people's drink orders so the next time they came up, they didn't even have to tell him what they wanted. We did have some slight day of issues but Salvatore's staff quickly resolved them and none of our guest even noticed. Overall, I loved my wedding at Salvatore's and if I could do it all over again... I wouldn't change a thing!

We were so happy with the way they took care of everything for us. When we walked in, I couldn't believe how gorgeous everything was set up and how they actually listened to how we wanted things. The food was great, people were very nice and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out!

I have never been so impressed with a business as much as I am with Salvatore's. From the food, hotel rooms, shuttle service, Capello Salon, flowers, centerpieces, bartenders, servers... they all have this perfected. Josette was wonderful to work with! She made our dream wedding come true! From helping us plan the menu and room layout, to making suggestions as to the timeline of events, she was there every step of the way. Paula did our flowers and centerpieces ... they were BEAUTIFUL and the perfect colors to match the girls' dresses! Our sweetheart table and cake table looked beautiful, too. The flower girls' princess wands were a BIG hit with the little ones! My bridal party and I had our hair and makeup done at Capello Salon in the Delevan and they did a beautiful job- everyone loved their experience there! It was very convenient to be right down the hallway from the salon! The venue is so pretty-- lots of places for picture taking! Everything was so wonderful- the food, drinks, INCREDIBLE service! I cannot say enough!!

This past Saturday 9.9.17 we had our wedding at Salvatore's for 90 guest.. Everything was absolutely wonderful and the service was amazing.. JoJo our server was so good to us and the bartender was so pleasant. I had an amazing time. Our food was amazing, drinks were delicious and service was prompt. The apps were so fresh and well presented. The champagne parade was also a real treat. The chateaubriand was so tender and the glazed carrots were a big hit.. the pizza and wings from the savory table, were also very good, as well as the apple cobbler. The salted Carmel ice cream was fantastic.!!! Kate our coordinator at Salvatore's was amazing!!! So professional, Patient and courteous and most importantly respectful. Even while dealing with some vendorzillas,, she kept her cool and helped us beyond measure. Fast response with emails, very timely, she even helped me through the tough days!! Our wedding was perfect! It was exactly what we wanted. Our banquet captain was so accommodating, getting our guests anything they wanted! Our bartender was professional and personable. All of the servers were wonderful. We could not have been happier with choosing Salvatore's for our wedding.

I had my wedding here July 2017 in the Bella ballroom. I had to go with a three here because some of my experiences were a 5 and some were a 1. Overall the event was lovely and they really put in the extra effort at the end so my mothers and I wouldn’t have to. They have great packages and are willing to work with you if you want something a little different. I did have a tough time getting a hold of my coordinator since I’m from out of town, but I believe this was due to the turnover we experienced during our planning period. If you do want something outside of their packages please be very, very specific. They missed the mark on a few things which is where I would put my 1. I would definitely use them again if I had to do it all over. The event was a great success and everyone had a really lovely time.

I had my wedding at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens this past weekend and everything turned out perfect. Before my wedding, I have never been to Buffalo, NY and never stepped inside Salvatore’s restaurant. I did all my planning online and hoped for the best. I came in without expecting too much but I was super pleased with the beauty of this place and the hospitality from everyone. A sincere thank you to Krystle who helped me with the planning and responded to all of my emails this past year. If I were a Bridezilla, then she dealt with the worst of me. Even at last minute, my flower vendor failed to deliver, and she stepped right in and got everything taken care of. Overall, the staff at Salvatore’s is very kind. Everyone. Not just to me but my family and friends commented that the people there are extremely nice to them as well. After having my wedding reception there and dealing with everyone, I recommend that if you truly want things to go right and even have it your ways, please communicate with them. Tell them what you want. They will try their best to please you. Seriously, people here will stop what they’re doing to help you. I was so busy, I forgot to schedule my hair and makeup appointment, I called the morning of my wedding and the Capello Salon at the Delavan hotel took me in right away. They really do accommodate to all your needs.

Salvatore's exceeded our expectations for our wedding! My husband and I are from Rochester but both of my brothers had their receptions at Salvatore's, since the day of their weddings I knew that's where I wanted to have mine. We had no problem traveling the extra hour, it is more than worth it! All of the employees leading up to the day of our reception were helpful and knowledgeable. Krystle gave us all the help that we needed along the way and helped us anyway possible. We attended the food tasting and that was a great expierence to see what we wanted served for our wedding. The food was outstanding, our guests are still talking about the peanut butter pie that was served after dinner. It's a must! The staff the night of the wedding were helpful, organized and polite the entire time. Anything I needed they were there for and checked in on us multiple times. We stayed at the Delevan the night of our wedding. It was complimentary and absolutely stunning! We got so many great pictures of our wedding party at Salvatore's and the Delevan. It was truly an amazing night that my husband and I will never forget!

When my wife and I got engaged, the first thing we wanted to book for the wedding was the reception venue. We went to about a dozen different venues across the Buffalo area in search of the place we thought would be the most accommodating for our guests. The most important thing was that our guests had a great time, and never felt wanting anything. To us, this meant a fair package price, accommodations for our out of town guests, great ambiance in the ballroom, craft beer selection at the bar, wine with dinner, excellent food, and a nice large spot to dance (visible to every table). Salvatore’s knocks it out of the park in every single box we wanted checked. One of the first things that can take a potential venue off your list is the price. Salvatore’s was almost (if not the most) affordable venue that we looked at during our entire search. They have one hotel right on property, as well as another hotel they own that they provide constant shuttles to and from. Their Amore ballroom was absolutely stunning. We were speechless when we saw it set up the day before our wedding. Salvatore’s allowed us to purchase any craft beer we wanted to provide to our guests; we ended up getting a west coast IPA and a summer ale to go along with the two domestic beers included in our package. It was honestly surprising how many people would come up to us and tell us how outstanding the food was that night. I personally think that the food is probably the thing that people will remember most about the venue, and I couldn’t believe how many people absolutely raved about how good everything tasted. We had four passed hors d'oeuvres as well as a cheese and fruit station during the cocktail hour before the 5-course dinner started. The bottomless wine with dinner is perfect for the guests who forget to refill their drink before the bar closes while everyone eats. The steak was amazingly tender and delicious, and the chicken was excellent as well. Nobody will leave hungry after that meal. Even the vegans were impressed with how everything on their menu tasted. For dessert, we had cheesecake, wedding cake, and the Salvatore’s dessert station (where the cheese and fruit display was during cocktail hour). Lastly, the dance floor was placed perfectly in front of the head table, with the guest tables surrounding it in a U-shape so everyone had a great view of the guests that were dancing. Working with Krystle was an absolute pleasure. She was always quick to answer any questions we had about the reception, and we had nothing to worry about the week and days leading up to the wedding—she made sure everything was taken care of. She was upfront and honest about what everything would cost us (including our craft beer) and made sure we were in full understanding about how the night at Salvatore’s would flow. My wife and I truly could not be happier on our selection of Salvatore’s for our wedding. If we had to do it over again, we’d book there again without even hesitating. Every single aspect of the night was perfect, and it couldn’t have been done any better than what Salvatore’s did.

From start to finish, planning my wedding with Salvatore's was a complete dream. Every staff member we worked with, from the reception to the hotel, to the florist, to the staff working our reception were so friendly and accommodating. I didn't have a worry in the world when my big day rolled around because of Josette and the Salvatore's team. My husband and I chose to get married at Salvatore's for many reasons, the price being a huge factor. I was pleasantly surprised to see how affordable our wedding at Salvatore's could be when I compared venues. Another big reason we chose Salvatore's is that they allowed us to get married and have our reception immediately following the ceremony without having to transport our guests to another location. We had a lot of out of town guests and knew that the Garden Place Hotel and The Delavan Hotel would accommodate our numbers perfectly. Additionally, the hotel shuttle from the Garden Place to the restaurant was perfect and saved us hundreds of dollars, since we didn't have to book our guests' transportation to and from the hotel. Our florist, Paula Salvatore, had great ideas and was very reasonably priced. My flowers, especially my bouquet and centerpieces, were breathtaking. Throughout the planning stages, the Salvatore's team was right there to field questions and make our ideas a reality. I loved having a "one stop shop" for our wedding. I can't say enough good things about this venue.

I can not say enough about what an amazing job Salvatore's did! The food was phenomenal (our guests could not stop talking about how it was the best meal they have had at a wedding in a long time!). The staff was super helpful in answering all of my questions and getting the room set up just the way I wanted. Everyone keeps talking about how great our wedding was. Great Job Salvatore's!!!

Salvatore's did a phenomenal job with our wedding. Everything was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got so many compliments on how wonderful the room looked and how delicious dinner was. We had the Chicken Milanese and Chateaubriand dual entree. We also had a guest that had specific dietary requirements and Salvatore's accommodated her needs. In addition, the location is fantastic, just off the thruway. Most of our guests were from out of town and were able to stay at Salvatore's hotels with free shuttles to the wedding. Overall, I would highly recommend Salvatore's to any couple looking for a wedding venue, especially for those with many out of town guests.

We seriously had THE WEDDING OF OUR DREAMS!! Salvatore's made our wedding ESPECIALLY PERFECT!! We couldn't have had our reception at a better place!! We got sooooo many compliments on how beautiful and elegant our reception was. The team there is seriously amazing. There were people checking on us frequently just to make sure everything was going well!! The food WAS AMAZING (Especially the cheesecake) Special s/o to Kate!! Kate seriously put up with so many back and forth calls I had with questions and concerns and even the set up of our decorations!! I seriously couldn't have asked for a better team there!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Salvatore's if you are looking for a venue for your reception!!

Salvatore's was absolutely incredible from start to finish! I had my wedding there on 6/25/16 with almost 400 attending guests and everything went perfect! With diet restrictions, food allergies and other special requests, everything was organized, went smooth and food was served hot and it was delicious! I also had multiple other vendors that Josette worked with to make sure that my room was set up on time and it was the most beautiful ballroom I've ever seen!! I can't thank Salvatore's enough for making my wedding amazing! THANK YOU!!!

Salvatores Italian Gardens was FANTASTIC! They made having a wedding a little less stressful as they took care of so many tiny details that weight on a brides mind.

I had my wedding at Salvatores October 8th 2016 in the amore room. I knew from the start that i wanted to have my reception there. Salvatore's has an elegance that you just can't find anywhere else! The bridal suite was arranged specifically to my needs, as well as my bridesmaids. I was so proud to be able to treat my wedding party to the outstanding service that Salvatores tailored just for us. The decor was so beautiful, it was all like a fairy tale! It set the stage for a night I'll never forget. The food was prepared meticulously, and the wait staff, as well as the bartenders were so attentive and accommodating. I am so proud and honored to say that i had my reception at Salvatore's, it was a night of hospitality that i was able to share with our family and friends! I am so gracious and humbled by the attentiveness and impeccable level of service shown to me by everyone involved in the planning and production of my wedding reception. I'd recommend Salvatore's to anyone for all occasions!
