We recently had the pleasure of working with Sammy's Rentals for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we contacted them, they were incredibly attentive and responsive, always quick to reply to our emails and address any questions or concerns we had. The setup of the tent for our outdoor wedding was flawless. Sammy's Rentals not only provided us with a beautiful tent but also ensured that everything was set up with precision and care. Their team was efficient, reliable, and paid close attention to detail, which made us feel confident that our wedding day would be perfect. Really came through for us last minute with both pipe/ draping and a beautiful clear tent. Very professional and affordable! Truly saved the day for our rainy wedding!

This is kind of a weird review because we technically didn't end up working with Sammy's. We had hired them for our tent and dancefloor, but then Tropical Storm Ophelia moved us inside a building. We were able to cancel their delivery and set up, but the real cherry on top was how understanding they were. They gave us half of our money back, which my husband and I believe is incredibly fair! Their prices are great, they're easy to communicate with, and understanding during unforeseen circumstances. Definitely recommend.

Did exactly what we expected. Arrived and said it would take 90 minutes to set up, they were done in under an hour. We had a hard deadline to get out at 11pm, it took them about 30 minutes to pack up and they were out with 15 minutes to spare. No issues, not particularly expensive, hassle free. Exactly what you want.

Sammy's is a very well-priced company. They are the company you should use if you want to get a lot for a fair price and they have a lot of great high-end looking rentals. We used their beautiful wooden farm tables and their beautiful antique wooden crossback chairs and nice golden chargers which were all about half the price if not a third of the price of other typical rental companies in the area. Our wedding looked much nicer because we could afford these, if we had gone with another rental company we wouldn't have used cross-back chairs, just folding wooden chairs. We also feel it's absurd to pay so much for just regular tables that you'll cover with a tablecloth anyway same with the utensils, plates, glasses, etc. so it's great to have that value from Sammy's. Everything was delivered on time and to our knowledge nothing was missing. The ivory pintuck table cloths were perfect for our tables - the only thing that we had to go elsewhere to grab where blue water glasses instead of regular water glasses to give a nice accent and pop of color as well as blue napkins to go with those water glasses since Sammy's didn't have the same color blue. Had those been with Sammy's we definitely would've used them. (Sammy's you should get colored glasses - they're very "in" in the DMV area!) Having said that, our caterer said they had a lot of trouble getting the order slips correct from Sammy's. The original invoice accidentally had things that we didn't need or more than we needed (which was something we had told our caterer), so either the information didn't get fed down the whole line of communication or there was some miscommunication and then it took a few tries to get the invoice completely right. Still a great experience but the details were a little sloppy at the end a few days before the wedding when nailing the invoice down.

Sammy's Rentals was great to work with for our wedding. They have a large inventory, were extremely responsive with contract changes, and set up everything exactly as asked. Our wedding went perfectly with their rentals!

My daughter's wedding was in mid-July, and I'm so glad we had a tent for our guests. Sammy's rental was great! Delivery and pick-up were on time. Tent setup was great as well!

We rented our tents, chairs, tables, stage, dance floor, lights and fans from Sammy's Rentals for our daughter's wedding. The team was very accommodating, helpful and patient with our requests. They have your best interest in mind when assisting you in planning an event. I highly recommend them!

We love Sammy's! They provide what they say they're going to provide, at the cost they promised, on time, and everything works. I know it sounds simple, but some vendors are not so reliable! Their website makes it super easy to estimate how much things will cost, their staff is so helpful in recommending what we'll need, and they came out months before the event to confirm where the tent would go. They even let us make MAJOR changes to our rentals 2 days before our wedding, and didn't even make us feel bad about it. Incredible.

We rented an outdoor dance floor for our wedding which we moved to be completely outdoors to help with COVID precautions. Once we figured out how many sections of flooring we needed, it was very easy to go through the process online for booking. We emailed the shop a question prior to renting, and they responded same-day. We were able to schedule delivery and pickup exactly when we wanted, and they arrived on time to set up and tear down. They were quick too! Best prices we could find for what we wanted, and the floor itself looked to be in good shape. We had them place it on (level) grass and because they physically screwed the sections together they stayed level/flat or buckle while we were using it. We would absolutely rent from them again.

Great rental options and super flexible. I must have made half a dozen changes to my rental order, including right up to the week of the wedding, and they were responsive and totally understanding.

We needed a tent for an outdoor reception space for our daughter's wedding. We had a contract with a golf club but to meet the space for 25 people "outdoors" we needed the tent. Sammy's was very easy to work with, answered lots of questions, gave great advice. The tent was beautiful, the lights were perfect and the heater took the chill off once the sun went down. AND, the price was 30% less than other tent vendors.

Great service! We would definitely recommend for any event you may have. We rented chairs from Sammy's for our wedding and they delivered ahead of schedule.

They have really good prices and are extremely flexible when it comes to adjusting your order...even a couple of days before the wedding. They are helpful and always attentive to what you really want. The items we rented were all in good condition and the crew that delivered them were super nice and easy to work with. We had a backyard day wedding for 150 guests with farmer tables, cross back chairs and we rented from them the china, silverware, glasses, buffet tables, buffet others and even the bar. I was the typical bridezilla and they were patient and kind to me all through the process...it was a DYI wedding (no wedding planner or maid of honor). Thank you Sammy's Rental!!!

Sammy’s was extremely reliable, quality items, clear communication, flexible with our wedding needs, and overall excellent. Mercedes was amazingly patient with my many rental changes along the way. Would highly recommend.

Sammy’s did an excellent job with the delivery, set up and pick up of the chairs. I ordered 30 gold chivari chairs with burgundy cushions. They set up on time and waited on site to pick up the chairs. The staff was very flexible as the morning of the wedding we had to move the ceremony inside due to weather. We had not previously discussed the new set up inside, but the team was easy to work with and set up inside without any issues. I would definitely use their services again!

Sammy’s Rentals provided rentals for our rehearsal dinner, as well as the tent and sound system for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They were easy to work with, and we were very happy with the service they provided.

Sammy's Rentals was the best. We were looking for a dance floor and linens for our wedding and ended up getting the whole room draped by them as well. Affordable but quality. Nicest people. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We rented from Sammy’s Rentals for our Wedding. We had both the wedding and the reception outside so we had a tent, a floor, lights, tables, table settings, a small generator to power everything, and pretty much everything you need to have an outdoor wedding reception. The equipment was delivered and set up two days before. They arrived exactly when they said they would and all the electrical equipment, the microphone, the speakers, the generator, and the lights, all worked perfectly. They came the morning after the ceremony to pick up and took everything away quickly and easily. We had to change our order multiple times due to changing conditions and Sammy’s was always quick and responsive to our requests. Planning a wedding is stressful but I’m happy to say that none of the stress was caused by Sammy’s Rental. They did everything they could to make it an easy and pain free experience. Next time we have a large party we’ll be renting from them again.

Had an act of God and a bad storm knocked our power out and had to cancel my daughters' bridal shower. I only asked to have a refund on the 4 tablecloths I ordered and never even took off the hangers and out of the bags and they would not give it to me. Very poor customer service and a total lack of understanding! Will not use them again.

Our reception tent was the beauiful tent I have ever seen. Sammy's set up the tent three days prior to our event. The ceiling was draped with linen and 4 chandeliers. Our color theme was purple and gold. Everything from the china to stemware was well coordinated. The set up was exactly like i had envisioned. it was absolutely perfect. Thank you Sammy's rental for making our special day one of the most memorable days of our lives.

I don't even know where to start with this review. Sammy's was absolutely amazing. They were accommodating to the literally ~ 7-8 times I changed/added to our order for the wedding. We rented chairs, high chairs, tables, and a dance floor from them for our big day and we could not have been more pleased with the quality of service from communication, value, flexibility, and professionalism. Drop off and pick up of the rental items was easy and timely. Sammy's is HIGHLY recommended.

We hired Sammy's rentals to provide linen napkins in a specific color for our 10/29/2016 wedding, and we were thoroughly pleased with their quality and professionalism! They delivered and picked up the napkins from our venue, and their rates are extremely reasonable, too. I would definitely recommend Sammy's for any of your event rental needs!

Of all the rental companies we visited, this one had the best display of various table arrangements, and their prices are well below the competition. Genesis took my order, and was never flustered by the many times I called to change the order. All went well, and I would highly reccommend using Sammy's Rentals.

I would use them again. The speaker system was a little sketchy and the wireless microphone went in and out. I was on a budget and got all of the tables, linens, chairs, speaker system, lighting in the tent, dance floor and tent for under $4k (for 150 people). I forgot that I had to set up the furniture and they helped me out very nicely when they didn't have to. They say it takes 2-3 hours but add another extra hour for setup because we were cutting it close. They accommodated my needs for the same day pickup.

Sammy's Rental was great to work with. Since we had our reception in the church fellowship hall, we had to rent special tables, chairs and linens. They were of excellent quality. They delivered and picked up on time. The office staff was very profession and helpful to talk to. Due to cold weather, we needed to have a tent in the courtyard for the ceremony. The staff at Sammy's was great to work with. They were always available for questions and the tent turned out great. The also only require a 15% deposit and then if you choose to cancel up to 48 hours before the event, you only lose the deposit, which is awesome!

Sammy's was unbelievably amazing. We rented multiple tents as we had a very unique space that wouldnt be accommodated by just one tent. Sammy figured out the best way to place the tents. He and his staff were absolutely incredible to work with. The venue initially was very hesitant to work with Sammy as it was not their usual tent company but afterwards they were extremely impressed. The tents went up and down exactly on time. When another tent was needed because of last minute changes, Sammy went to get another tent ( and the venue was 65 miles away). He was great was, absolutely wonderful to work with. Will submit some beautiful pics. Would gladly answer any questions, I was soo impressed.

Sammy's Rentals is the best, by far. The price and the products are outstanding. Sammy's customer service is wonderful, as well. I am so thankful to Sammy's for making my wedding beautiful! I rented a tent, tables, chairs, linens, and a generator. All were perfect!
