Sam's Limousine and Transportation Service

******DO NOT BOOK**** They may have a 4.5 star but their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! And the limo they gave us was not kept up at all!! The lights flickered and radio did not even work. And that’s not even the worst part! Everything up to our wedding was great with them! Till the day of they were supposed to be at our venue at 9:30pm for our send off, my planner called them before hand to see where the driver was at 9:00pm and they could not found the driver and the driver never called saying they would be late nothing, so then at 9:35 my planner then again called and they finally found the driver he was 15-20 minutes away!!!! At 9:35 with NO NOTICE!!! And on top of that she was on hold for 10 mins… 35 + minutes later the the diver finally shows up and now we are the last ones to leave our own wedding!!!! And we have been trying to talk to Omar/Fernando for 3 weeks now and no one will call us back they give us the run around we have emailed MORE then once we have called more then once to just get back from the customer service rep and she tells me she would send me $80 back of my $400!!! I’m not asking for all of it because yes they said still picked us up but no call from either Omar/Fernando to talk to us about the situation!! But they were fast to email back about charging my card 🤔 I will keep writing these till me or my husband get a call from Omar/Fernando!!

Using Sam’s Limo was so easy. Got a competitive quote and was able to book right away. Our driver Eddy was awesome. He was early, friendly, and safe. We booked the Lincoln MKT limo which said it held ten passengers but realistically it holds 8 comfortably. We will definitely book with Sam’s again if we ever need limo services.

Party bus arrived late missing a stop and did not notify anyone on tardiness. Charter was late transporting guests to venue and driver caused property damage. Very poor communication from the company, and after 4 months of “investigating”, they state they will not reimburse anything. Go with a more professional company.

We had a relaxing and comfortable ride from our wedding venue back to where we were staying the weekend of our wedding. Our driver was super calm and safely drove us from point A to point B, and once we reached our destination, he assisted us with unloading our things from the trunk. The staff was professional and easy to work with during booking; highly recommend this transportation company!

Hired two black cars and the 36-passenger shuttle bus for my wedding. Everyone showed up on time, they were friendly, and all rides were executed successfully. The booking process was relatively simple and quick. One of the drivers did come up to me during the wedding a couple of times which was a little odd (he was supposed to be dealing with my day of coordinator) and he just wanted to basically chat (had nothing to do with the shuttle logistics). Overall I would recommend.

We booked Sam's Limos because it was recommended by our venue. We used a party bus for our wedding party to get us to the church ceremony and to the reception venue. They were very easy to work with and quick to respond to my emails. They were prompt and did a great job following our schedule. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because we were having issues with the AC on the bus so it was very hot for most of the ride - which is not ideal for a wedding in May! We were sweating in our dresses and tuxes!

Sam's Limousine & Transportation were fabulous to work with for our wedding day. My wife and I wanted to ensure our guests were able to enjoy our wedding responsibly, so we offered bus shuttles from the hotel to the venue. Our guests LOVED this. The shuttles were on time, clean, and had friendly drivers. What more could you ask for. We also used Sam's for our get away vehicle. Our driver was friendly and took the time to get to know us. He also made sure we felt as comfortable as possible. Whether that was for our safety (COVID precautions followed and driving slowly so we made it to our hotel), the environment in the car (music and temperature of car), and our level of engagement with the driver (talking during drive or silence); he made sure the night was about us. I would 100% recommend Sam's if you have any transportation needs!

We used a limo to get from my house to the venue and then from the venue to his parents house and both were absolutely stunning. We loved all the features available for such an affordable price. Both our drivers were a pleasure to interact with and very respectful.

Sam's Limo helped with all of our transportation needs for our wedding on October 24, 2020. We had a party bus for the wedding party, two shuttles for our hotel guests, and our "getaway car" from the reception. All of them were fantastic! Walter was our party bus driver, and he was amazing! All of the vehicles were on time and super clean and professional. I'd even say they were luxury. I would absolutely recommend Sam's if you're getting married in Houston and need any transportation!

We used Sam's Limo for our Oct. 2019 wedding. Our service/schedule was perfect and the bus limo was exactly what we wanted.....it looked "professional" when taking our guest to the venue, but had the ability to play loud music and have party lights when our wedding party got on the bus to go take pictures. Only complaint is that it is pricey, but honestly from the moment I booked to the end of the time schedule w/ the bus the customer service was fantastic so I can't complain.

Sam's refused to refund our $70 deposit on a rental that we were forced to cancel due to Coronavirus. Extremely poor business ethics, given the current state of affairs.

My husband and I rented the stretch limo for our wedding night. We were SO happy with our driver, Patrick. He did a great job coordinating with my Maid of Honor and was so helpful getting us to and from our drop off points.

Sam's Limousine provided luxury shuttle buses for my wedding guests. Siham was awesome to work with!! She was very accommodating and even let me make last minute changes just days before my wedding! I don't think any other transportation vendor has as big of a fleet as Sam's Limousine. Highly recommend!!

We hired Sam's Limousine for our wedding to transport guests from the hotel to the venue, which was a very short distance all within downtown. We gave clear instructions to the driver to make continuous trips from the hotel to the venue to pick up and drop off guests from the time of 5:20 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Around 5:30 p.m., the bridal party started receiving calls from the hotel and hotel guests that driver was nowhere to be found. We called dispatch to try and locate the driver and they were unable to and said they would call back, which they did not. Not a single wedding guest was picked up from the hotel and brought to the venue. Our wedding guests (several elderly) who flew in from all over the country/world were left stranded and had to scramble to get taxis/rideshares (in their formal attire). As a result our ceremony was delayed and we were left extremely embarrassed. We made several attempts to contact the business and speak to a manager (as we are reasonable people and understand things go wrong) regarding our unfortunate and disappointing service. However, it took several phone messages and eight e-mails to the corporate account manager to finally get a phone call back. When they did eventually return our call, the corporate account manager admitted that the driver had "completely dropped the ball" but offered no reasonable resolution to redress the situation.

Sam's Limousine took our guests to and from the hotel and our wedding venue. They only issue we had with them was their arrival at our venue. They got stuck outside the back entrance gate (no fault of their own) but the drivers kept calling me instead of my wedding coordinator to try to get instruction from me (This was 20 minutes before our ceremony and I was in my gown already feeling nervous for our big day). Apart from that communication hiccup the buses were clean and the drivers were punctual.

It was a pleasure to work with Sam's Limo! Michael Khalil was so helpful in organizing transportation for both of our days of wedding celebrations! The guests were very pleased with their services! Very professional, 5 stars and highly recommended!

BEWARE,VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOST SOMETHING AND WAS TOLD BY DISPATCH “I DON’T GIVE A SH!T GO BUY ANOTHER ONE”. Literally cursed me out!! I can’t get a hold of anyone bc the same 2 people keep answering the phone. I will call the news station to air this poor company out. I left something on their bus, would like it returned and they frankly DO NOT CARE. VERY HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

We hired Sam's for our wedding transportation. We had a coach bus for guests to go from the hotel block to the wedding venue and back. We also hired a limo for me and the groom as a getaway car after the reception. They were easy to work with, the transportation on time, and affordable. They were recommended by a friend, glad we took their advice!

What an AWFUL experience we had with Sam’s Scam Charter Bus Company. Tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt after being told (less than 24 hours prior to our trip departure) via EMAIL that our 53 passenger bus was cancelled! I mean, who does that? I was mad and frustrated with Faris Ghandour being a manager with this company and seriously backing his team members miscommunication on billing and booking. The trip was simple, pick up at school, take kids to six flags, bring us back home. Well turns out, the company moved and the address hadn’t been modified with the ISD, but supposedly as Faris stated “we do all kinds of work with all the ISD’s, we know how this works and we service your district frequently.” Well I guess you haven’t worked with this district in a while... it appears no one ever received your new W9... meaning we haven’t done business with you since you moved... meaning I was lied to by this manager. Fast forward, we put the bulk of the bus charge on a credit card to be sure these CHILDREN get the experience they deserve and PAID for. The bus driver was 45 minutes LATE! I had the kids there waiting from 6am! We were scheduled to leave at 6:45 at the latest. We didn’t leave until after 7am... then he had the nerve to ask me where we were going. Usually we would but our driver a ticket into the park, a meal, or a hotel room but the company literally stated “we spoke with management and it will not be necessary as he will be logged off” We get back to the bus to find our driver exhausted and irritable... it wasn’t until he yelled “ARE YOU SERIOUS” at the two directors on the bus when we asked politely if we could stop by Buckees on the way home for the kids to freshen up and grab food for those that didn’t spend $15 on a pretzel. The driver said, “I’m already gonna be over my hours!” To which I thought, well, you were late, which adjusted our schedule in the first place, but Instead said “I was told you were “logging off” for the time we were in the park.” The driver replied, “yea, but we have to have at least 15 hours.” I literally just stared at him and said, “never mind.” Last year we told our tour company to go with sam’s Because we had a good experience with them the first go around. THAT was a mistake, we literally had the craziest drivers who also didn’t know their way from Houston to Orlando, FL. First driver literally drove all over the road, slammed on the breaks frequently like it was a tick of hers, “talked to the road” because it kept her entertained while driving, played her own music through a mini independent speaker, and stopped for gas at three various places not to fill up, but to find cheaper gas... I gave them a final shot thinking this trip would be as easy as the first time I put it together... I was wrong. I’m making the recommendation to pull the ISDs contract with Sam’s on Monday to ensure none of my colleagues will have to go through this in the future!

Booked Sams Limo for our send off after our wedding! The driver arrived early and we were able to have our last dance and send off on time. The driver got us to our hotel in no time without any trouble! Definitely would recommend!!

Sam’s Limousine Company provided a stellar shuttle service on our wedding day in December. The customer service leading up to the event was excellent and the service provided for our guests on the day was perfect. Everything ran on time and everyone was full of praise for the “awesome driver”. All round excellent experience, highly recommended.

We contracted two shuttles through Sam's Limousine and Transportation Service for the day of our daughter's wedding to shuttle bridal party and guests to and from hotel, church, and reception venue downtown Houston. Sam's Limousine was easy to work with, very accommodating to our requests, and reasonably priced. The drivers were very considerate and professional! We had a one glitch the evening of our daughter's wedding. Despite the contracted timeline, the shuttle that was scheduled to pick up at 5:15 didn't arrive until about 5:40, which made me late to my daughter's reception.

We used Sam's Limousine for our wedding rehearsal and ceremony/reception. Mike was very helpful! We were pleased with the attentiveness and the quality of the busses. The drivers were very pleasant and accommodating in icky weather situations. Thank you for doing a great job!

Sam's Limo and Transportation Service was awesome! They were on time on picking us up and dropping us off. The driver was so accommodating! When we realized we couldn't get into one park to take our photos, he suggested another park and drove us there right away. He shared his location with my photographer so they would know where they were at all times. Not to mention - The Stretch Cadillac Escalade Limo with Suicide Doors was pretty awesome. It fit my entire bridal party in there comfortably! They were very professional and made sure to check in the week before to see if there were any changes. Will definitely use them and highly recommend them in the future.

Sam's dropped the ball during my wedding. We rented a bus for our guests and a shuttle for the bridal party / groomsmen. The bus was on time but the shuttle was a half hour late. Our wedding party had to Uber to the church. I've called and spoken with the manager Fernando twice about this, but he doesn't seem to care and hasn't done anything to make this right. If you need timely transportation for your wedding, DO NOT use Sam's Limousine.

This place was incredible for our wedding! They gave us a great deal bundling the rehearsal dinner and wedding, plus were extremely flexible when numbers changed close to the wedding date. We loved working with Bernadette and Jennifer and the drivers were both wonderful!

Used Sam's Limousine for my daughter's wedding in May and we could not have asked for better service. The entire process, from booking to the day of the event, was a breeze. The sales agent that assisted me made sure I got the best deal possible to meet our needs while still remaining within our budget. The driver was punctual and the buses, limousine and sedan we rented were all impeccable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of transportation services in Houston!

Sam's was great! We hired them for our bus for our rehearsal dinner and for our wedding shuttle. The drivers were professional and the buses were clean. They might not be the cheapest, but you don't want to skimp on your shuttle for your wedding.

One of the worst. I hired them for our wedding. The driver showed up extra early to pickup the bridal party and then called my phone every few minutes when they didn’t come out. He was not helpful to bride at all. Upon returning to the reception venue he took the longest route possible. When we arrived he rudely told me that we went over our time and would need to charge me extra while he held out his hand for a tip.he once again offered no assistance to anyone in the party. When I got back from the honeymoon I emailed the company about my dissatisfaction and never received a call or response back. Terrible service. I will not recommend.

We used Sam’s Limousine for the bride and groom as they departed from the reception. The driver was very professional and friendly and the sedan was very nice and clean. There’s a reason why Sam’s is so well known in the Houston area. They are prompt, professional and great to do business with. Sam’s was the best price out of all the companies, both big and small, that we looked at. Payment (including tip) was made in advance, which made the day of the wedding and the couple’s departure so much easier! We would highly recommend Sam’s Limousine!

They were so accommodating for our wedding from beginning to end. Karen was so detailed and ensured that the 3 buses and town car we booked had the right itinerary and point of contact. The driver's were so polite and the buses were IMPECCABLY clean. All of my guests were amazed and said the buses looked brand new.I highly recommend these guys! Thank you, Karen and the Sam's team!

I have never ridden in a limo before - my first time was a wonderful experience! I booked a limo with Sam's Limousine for myself, my bridal party, aunt, flower girl and ring bearer. The gentleman I talked to on the phone, Mike, was very nice and worked with me on the best quote. The limo driver (I cannot recall his name - it started with an "M") was on time, extremely patient, and very nice. He drove that limo like a boss! I would definitely book them again for another event!!

We hired a 36 passenger executive shuttle bus for the wedding party to the ceremony and back to the reception. The bus was on time for all pick ups and made transportation a breeze! The bus was very nice and comfortable, and had an AV cord for us to play music!

Transportation from our guests hotel to the venue and back was smooth and without complaints. Super fast and easy booking and the buses are in good shape and quality. They were on time for pick up and very affordable compared to other transportation companies!

There’s a reason why Sam is so well known in Houston. They are prompt, professional and great to do business with. Less than a month before our wedding, the original transportation service we had planned on fell through. I figured we would pay dearly for getting something nice and accommodating on such short notice. My fiancé suggested Sam’s as he had seem several of their vehicles around town. I feared using such a main stream company would result in impersonal service and high prices. Luckily, I was wrong on both accounts. Not only did Sam’s accommodate us on less than 4 weeks notice, but it was also the best price out of all the companies, both big and small, that we looked at. The best part was that they did not charge for stops like most others. We were able to essentially provide transportation service not only for our wedding party but also for some guests that were staying at the hotel where the reception was being held. They basically travelled a constant loop between ceremony and reception. Our driver was very professional and super friendly. Even paying was a breeze. Bonus: the day of, we were surprised with a bigger, nicer bus than we had originally selected – still at the same price. It was delightful surprise and cemented our reasoning that there’s a reason Sam’s is so renowned in Houston.

Warning !!! Do not use Sam's limo service !!! The first limo they showed up in was crashed !!! I demanded they replace it during my ceremony and the second limo had holes in the ceiling !!!! Horrible experience!!! They refused to refund any of our money and definitely put a damper on our day

We went back and forth trying to decide which limousine service we would use, according to the reviews. But we decided to use a company we used years ago, and we were not disappointed. We used 2 limos for my daughter's wedding. John and Simon were our professional chauffeurs. Their service was impeccable. They were on time, curteous, and assisted us in transporting our luggage to the venue and packing up the gifts to return home. We will definitely use Sam's in the future.

We had a great experience with Sam's! We got a 10 passenger limo and a 56 passenger bus for our wedding and both drivers were patient, professional, and punctual. The vehicles were in great shape, clean and comfortable. All very important things on your wedding day (or anytime really)!

We used Sam's Limo for the bachelorette (party bus) and they were amazing. Everyone had a blast and the driver was great. However, I had an opposite experience at the wedding. The limo driver asked me as I was leaving the hotel and heading for the church if I could please give him my credit card, which of course I didn't have on me. My MOH had to run upstairs and get it, then he asked me to sign the slip as I was stepping out of the limo at the church! I'm not sure why that couldn't wait! After the ceremony we were driving around and having champagne. When we arrived at the reception we neatly placed empty bottles in a bag, and the driver informed the groom that he would be charging us a cleaning fee as well as for a car wash! He didn't deserve a tip, but we gave one anyway, and he stormed off saying it wasn't enough! These 2 experiences were so different, that I guess it depends on the driver. I would ask for Steve - the bachelorette driver!

We weren't interested in having a limousine or stretched car and the company did not try to sell us what we didn't want. We asked for a white Lincoln Town Car and we got it. The driver arrived right on time to pick me up and he was very courteous and professional. I ended up leaving my house alone and my driver made me feel very comfortable as he shared experiences about his marriage with me. Our venue was within 5 blocks of our church. There wasn't much driving around to do, but the driver offered to do so if we wanted to. I wish that all drivers were this personable! We used hotel transportation to drive the groom and the groom's parents to the church and back. The Omni was wonderful in handling our requests.
