As the owner of Splashes of Time Photography (splashesoftime.com) I must say I love photographing weddings at Wedgewood San Clemente!!! The venue is beautiful and their team is very professional.

We would love to thank San Clemente Shore for executing one of the best weddings ever! It's a month later and folks are still telling us how much they enjoyed our wedding. They worked well with getting our vision out, and were accommodating with some of our requests. We did a 1920s themed wedding on 2/15/24, and brought a lot of our own decor. They were great at putting it all out the way we wanted, and helped us along every step of the way. I would love to give a shout out to all of the staff at Wedgewood for helping us along the way. Sierra was amazing! Summer (I believe) was great as well. I loved our banquet coordinator, and the bartenders who were fabulous and made sure we had a drink in our hands all night. Last, but not least, a great shout out to the chefs and serving staff!

We had our wedding in Feb 2024 at Wedgewood San Clemente. If my husband and I could give the entire experience more than 5 stars, we would! Our guests raved about the beautiful venue and awesome staff/vendors. Special shoutout to Tito (our HERO on the wedding day/rehearsal), Sierra, DJ Sean, and of course the countless behind-the-scenes staff members that made the day possible. Planning process: Everyone we interacted with was extremely personable, understanding, and made you feel at ease. The people we worked with (mostly Sierra and Tito) were detail-oriented; they helped us remember the little details leading up to the day. Pricing was transparent. Wedgewood allowed us to customize as much or as little as we wanted; we never felt pressured or judged to remove/add customizations through the last meeting. The recommended vendors were also professional and great to work with. Day of the wedding: As mentioned above, Tito was the man (Wedgewood should give him a raise)! He helped with the rehearsal, setup, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure things went smoothly. The venue staff made sure my husband and I ate well, had drinks in our hands, etc and overall were having a good time. Our DJ that Wedgewood recommended (Sean) was extremely amazing to work with – he truly listened to our vision, from the planning process to the day-of, and kept the party going; our guests had a blast and loved Sean. I’d recommend requesting Sean if that’s an option. The food was great as well, our guests especially loved the salmon. If you are considering this venue for your wedding, definitely go for it. My husband and I had such a great experience, and are so incredibly grateful. Thank you!

It is virtually impossible to get on the phone with a staff member and not a corporate customer service rep. Wedgewood’s email communication is simply horrible. If we asked a question in an email thread, whoever responded would not take the time to read a previous email. So every time a question was asked, we had to start the back and forth all over again. We chose an all-inclusive venue for a reason; we both work full time jobs and didn’t want to have to do the heavy lifting. Ultimately had to do so with all of the back and forth time we lost as a result of this. During our frustration, we sent them a formal email asking for there to be better communication. We simply asked for the individual staff member who responded to our email to sign their name. We just wanted to know who we were talking to. Very rarely after this request did they do so. Email communication continued to be very poor. Even up to discussing our final payment, we had so many back & forth emails where we had to correct the person on the other side because they never saw our follow up emails where we clarified our final guest count. Additionally, when we sent our cashier’s check in as final payment, we asked them to email and confirm when they received it. They never did. We had to reach out two days before our wedding to make sure everything was still good to go. Wedgewood, every quarter, puts on a tasting event for all the engaged couples for that season. At our first planning meeting, Kayleen told us we would attend the tasting event on September 11th. This is a Monday night. We are from out of town, so we both had to request that Monday and Tuesday off. We did so as soon as she told us about the event. A week before the event, we hadn’t heard anything from Wedgewood, so I sent an email (read above for how great their email communication is). Haley, a different staff member, let us know that we were not on the invite list for the September 11th tasting event. We were scheduled to attend one in December and that it would cost $20 per person to attend. There are several things wrong with this. 1) We were already told we would be attending the September 11th event. We had taken, collectively, four days off for this event. 2) How were we supposed to attend the event in December when our details meeting (where we decide what food we want at the wedding) is taking place in October? That didn’t line up at all. 3) Perhaps this is me being petty, but why on earth are we paying $40 when we are giving your venue over $20k? Deceit over Weekend Meetings: When we had our initial meeting with Kayleen to tour the venue, we brought up that we live in Santa Barbara. This is over a 3 hour drive. We would only be able to do in-person meetings on weekend. Kayleen made it clear that this would be no problem and they would accommodate us. However, as soon as we put down our deposit, the staff changed their tune. They said they couldn’t do weekend meetings because they host weddings on weekends. Of course, that makes sense - but why tell us you could? This again left us feeling like we were deceived. Lack of consistency: Over the course of wedding planning through Wedgewood, you have four official meetings. We had items and details picked out from the very first meeting. However, at every subsequent meeting, those details were never written down. As with the email communication, we had to start all over each time. This made us feel like we had no confidence in the venue whatsoever.

Our wedding at San Clemente Shore by Wedgewood was amazing! From the planning to the big day, our wedding was exactly what we dreamt it would be and more! The entire team the day of was so supportive, professional, and organized. They constantly checked in with us, kept us with a drink in our hand, and made us feel so special! If you want a wedding that is personalized and feels like you, but you don't have the time to do a 100% DIY wedding, this is the place for you! We got the Elite package for 100 guests. They let you customize so much of the day, from our linens to the chairs. We also got to incorporate our own decor, specialty drinks, and more. They also set everything up which was so so helpful! Every table and detail was down to the T how we envisioned and discussed it! Thank you to the entire team for making our wedding so unforgettable! A few hiccups to note (definitely not deal breakers, but somethings to keep in mind): 1. We heard that they would accommodate different dietary restrictions if it was less than 10% of our guests for a plated meal, but unfortunately at this venue, this was miscommunicated. During our final meeting we had to pivot to a buffet style dinner. The happy ending to this story is that the food at this venue is phenomenal and the buffet only gave us more of it! We were able to incorporate food that met all of our guests' food restrictions and it was delicious! 2. We left my veil in the closet at the reception (100% our fault) and the next day they said they found it and would put it aside for me. Unfortunately, it was mistakenly given to someone else. I understand that things get busy, but I think this situation could have been avoided had the situation been communicated well.

Lovely venue and setting for a wedding. On our wedding day, Tito was absolutely amazing. However, the company fell short in several respects. During the planning process, getting a reply back was quite difficult. I never was able to get a hold of them by phone. The staffing was always different so often no one knew the communications that occurred. At the end of the night of our wedding, we had personalized items that we were hoping to get back. Unfortunately, the wedding venue threw them out and didn’t ask us if we’d like them to be discarded.

I can’t thank everyone enough at San Clemente Shore!! Yall truly made our big day amazing! Tito was an absolute rockstar as our day of coordinator & the staff was so on point. We didn’t have a single issue during the whole planning process & on the day of and that really is due to them all. Thank yall so much!

So happy we found San Clemente by Wedgewood Weddings - it's a true Southern California treasure! We loved the venue but what stood out most was the team, who went above and beyond to make our day seamless and joyful. Highly recommend.

We held our wedding reception at San Clemente Shore last month and couldn't have picked a better venue. The outdoor patio area is so cozy and nice, with peekaboo ocean views. It was the ideal romantic setting for our wedding. What we loved most was the convenience and proximity to local hotels. Having a hotel directly across the street was perfect for out-of-town guests. They could easily walk back after the reception without worrying about transportation. The on-site coordinator was also fantastic. She made sure everything ran smoothly so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our special day. We didn't stress over any planning details, even when a surprise shower rolled in! I would wholeheartedly recommend San Clemente Shore to any couples looking for a convenient, picturesque wedding venue. Between the coastal ambiance, helpful staff, and location, you really can't go wrong!

We had the LITERAL wedding of our DREAMS. The Team at Wedgewood is amazing - they know their stuff and are experts in pulling weddings together. Sierra was our wedding coordinator and she was so organized and made sure our wedding was perfect. I would 10/10 recommend Wedgewood every time for the execution, the value, the ease. . . perfection.

This was the best choice we made! We had such an incredible experience. This venue was very professional and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. We appreciate everything that they did!

Wow. This place is so beautiful. You could smell the ocean, but you’re not so close that it ruins your hair. Our wedding was absolutely amazing. More than a year later and I’m tearing up even just thinking about how great it was to have our wedding and reception with wedgewood.

This venue and group of people went abov3 and beyond to make our special day as stress-free as possible. With the multiple meetings (either in person, zoom, or phone), the planning and process has been flawless. The recommended vendors they work with are a must as well. They make everything so easy. Another shout out is how much they make sure you're having the best day, and greet you with a glass of your choice as soon as you enter the venue. 10/10 would recommend.

We had the absolute best wedding at San Clemente Shore by Wedgewood Weddings! Our wedding was Saturday 2/11/23 and I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the day went. Our coordinator Hayley went above and beyond to ensure that our day went smoothly and that all of our questions were answered and needs were met. Since the wedding, we have received such positive feedback from our family and friends who attended - everyone agreed that is was an amazing wedding! We are so incredibly grateful. Thank you!!

The venue is nice, the staff is nice, and the DJ is great. Unfortunately, the food gave me, the groom, food poisoning and ruined my entire night into the morning. They also refused to do anything about it and make it right. I also had left a few decorations and they did not take the initiative to reach out and return the items. I recommend you Look elsewhere for your special night.

My husband and I first checked out this venue, but my daughter and her fiancé chose this venue for their wedding. The venue offers all inclusive packages (cake, floral centerpieces, DJ/MC, variety of menu) at a quite reasonable price. The Wedgewood wedding coordinator, Kailey, was very kind and friendly and worked with me every step of the way, answered all my questions promptly, even decorated the ceremony site and the sign-in table, and put me at ease, even on the wedding day. Everything turned out great, beautiful, went smoothly, and everyone had a great time! We were all so happy! :) Thank you, Cailey, and thank the Lord for an amazing beautiful wedding!

Living in Orange County there are many options for wedding venues. During COVID planning a wedding had its challenges but the staff and especially Cailey our wedding coordinator, at San Clemente Shore by Wedgewood Weddings made Wedding planning easy. Working full-time and getting my Master's and having a venue that was inclusive helped with making our dream wedding reality. Each vendor that works with Wedgewood weddings listened to us and was able to fit what we want into our budget. I love how we could change the packages to fit our needs. The month before our wedding the staff communicated and responded within 24 hours when we had questions or last-minute changes and help with our stress level. The wedding weekend from the rehearsal to the wedding day was smooth without any issues. The bar staff continued to make sure that our drinks stay full the entire night and asked if we needed anything. The DJ was amazing and listened to our style and went beyond our expectations. Our guests have commented how much fun they had. Chelsa fromEverlove photography took the time to get to know us as a couple during our engagement shoot to make the photos share our love story. My husband has had many photo shoots because of his work and is planning on using Everlove for his professional work because of the detail and talent our photographer has. We are so glad that we decided to use Wedgewood weddings because they went beyond our dream wedding. Hope I can go to another wedding as a guest because of how smooth everything went and the professionalism of the entire staff and vendors.

My husband and I really wanted to get married by the beach 🏖️ As we searched for venues, it was difficult to find an affordable venue near the beach. We had given up on that dream, when another venue fell through I called Wedgewood Weddings to ask about venue options within our budget. They sent us to San Clemente Shore and boy am I glad! We couldn't have imagined a more gorgeous and perfect day. Only a mile from the beach, the weather was perfect, and our day was SO stress-free. The team at Wedgewood Weddings goes above and beyond to ensure your wedding day is just as you dreamed. Lots of meetings and communication led to a wonderful and stress-free wedding day that turned out exactly how we would've wanted. I would recommend Wedgewood Weddings to anyone! 😊🥰 Thank you for making our wedding day unforgettable and a day where we could focus on getting married without being worried about how all the plans would fall into place. All our guests had a wonderful time and had great compliments about the food as well.

I live in Texas and all my family is mostly located in CA, so we chose Wedgewood. They made the out of state planning so simple and it was everything we could have imagined on the day of. All staff goes above and beyond to make sure the day is perfect for you. I can not rave about them enough.

All I have to say is remarkable. So sweet, so attentive, so on top of their game. I was a little shocked to see such good reviews, then my fiancé and I decided to try to go for it ourselves, and may I say it was better than expected. We were married at San Clemente Shores 12/23/21 and had a wedding, close to 50 attendees. Perfect perfect day and planned the whole wedding in 2 months!! Thank you wedgewood :)

The entire team at Wedgewood was absolutely WONDERFUL! They made the planning process so easy and simple. The coordination throughout the team members made the day so simple and let me really relax and enjoy my special day. Some of our guests even came to me after and said it was one of the best put together weddings they had ever been to. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing. Every single person we interacted with was amazingly friendly and helpful. I loved the aspect of having partnerships with local vendors like Ever Love Photography, Its All About the Cake, Flower Company of San Clemente - They were all awesome as well!. I can't say enough good things about this venue - every thing was perfect :)

The team at Wedgewood are absolutely fantastic and I could not have made a better decision than to have our wedding here with them. They managed EVERYTHING and are truly experts in their field. I’ve never planned a wedding before or even attended one, really, so I came in blind and much of what I need to do was what I found on Instagram. They gave me a super detailed planning binder that walked me through the planning process from start to finish and told me about things I never even thought of. I never felt like they were overselling me or encouraging me to do things I didn’t want. They listened very well and followed up with me regularly to make sure I was on track. I’m very type-A and wanted to be involved in all planning and having them be just as on top of everything made me feel really secure that they had my best interests at heart and would pull off an absolutely incredible day. AND THEY DID! Our wedding was so beautiful and amazing and very uniquely us. It was a very smooth experience and everything went according to plan (weird, right?!). I would absolutely recommend the Wedgewood team to anyone and if I could do it all over again, I would. Thank you all so much for the wedding of my dreams! And arguably more important, my plate and cocktail glass were always full, never empty. They were always one step ahead of us and I didn’t even have to ask for anything because they already had everything I needed at all times. You are all amazing and wonderful humans.

I attended a wedding here last night. BEWARE!!! The staff lie and this place is NOT COVID SAFE! All the outdoor events were great, but once we moved indoors the multiple french doors along the porch wall were only opened as long as the buffet was. After that EVERY door and window in the place was shut tight! People were still eating, so we asked an attendant to please open the one nearest to us to allow fresh air in and she opened it for us, but that's when all the drama started happening. The attendant came back almost immediately and kept trying to close the doors back up. We protested and told her to leave them open for health safety reasons. She then began to tell us how everything has to be closed up for the noose ordinance that went into place at 10 PM. We politely pointed out that it wasn't even 8:30 PM yet. She did this a second time and we had to insist on the doors staying open once again. She said they may have to close the doors a bit soon, but they would stay open a little for some air flow. We were left completely baffled. There was still over an hour and a half before the noise ordinance went into place! A few minutes later, a white blonde lady came over and started telling us a very different story. The ordinance went into place at 9 PM, the other lady has been misinformed, and the doors had to be shut precisely at 9 PM or the local neighbors would start calling the police and the police would shut the wedding down. We asked about COVID health safety and she ignored the question, restating the noise ordinance policy. Literally AT 9 PM she shut the doors COMPLETELY. Just a few minutes after she shut the door, several of us had to get out of the reception hall even though the celebration was still in full swing. I was masked but still chose to leave completely. I have previously worked at a historic wedding venue and I am now a teacher, so all my bullcrap alarms were blaring in my head with this second lady!!! I looked up San Clemente's municipal ordinance code once I got back to my hotel. Guess when the ordinance ACTUALLY goes into place‽ 10 PM! I guess not having the neighbors complain was worth risking the lives of clients and guests to the Wedgewood staff! 🙄😠

I cannot thank Wedgewood enough for giving us the perfect wedding! Everything turned out absolutely incredible! Even with rescheduling due to COVID, they were very easy to work with. I wanted to share a few highlights and shout outs! (1) The outdoor reception area AND the indoor reception area are both so so beautiful!!! And there are views of the ocean, which is a huge plus! (2) They are so helpful during the wedding planning process - They provide a wedding planning book and you have several wedding planning meetings. Those resources and meetings immensely helped us prepare and plan for the wedding; Wedgewood made it so easy to make decisions and create a plan. (3) They provide vendors for you, which really takes a lot of the hard work and searching out of the equation for you. We loved all of the included vendors (Ever Love Photography, Forever Tomorrow Events), as well as the recommended vendors (Elizabeth Hickman, Hair & Makeup). (4) Our day-off wedding coordinator (Corina) was AMAZING. She made everything go off without a hitch and ensured that every wedding detail we planned turned out just how we imagined! She was organized, prepared, and so so kind. (5) Shout out to the bartenders - they are amazing and always made sure our drinks were never empty! (6) Lastly, I just want to say a big thank you to the entire Wedgewood team for making our day more perfect than we ever imagined. Thank you for working so hard to make sure everything went perfectly, so that we didn't have to worry about a thing day of. You all are an amazing team and we are so grateful we choose to do our wedding with you. If anyone is considering doing their wedding with this venue - I highly recommend!!

Do not use them. They are terrible at communicating and have been a hassle during Covid. I wish I read the negative reviews on the BBB before giving them any money. Do not ever use this venue.

Wish I could review the actual venue or the wedding experience but was never able to. Due to Covid-19 the full wedding experience I was in contract for wasn't going to be able to happen in 2021 and the only option with Wedgewood is to have a modified limited ceremony and/or postpone. Their contract language doesn't allow refunds and they were happy to take our deposit which was significant. Beware of venue minimums which for us was 10k. So sick of people ripping off others, spent a third of the cost for a wedding we will never have. Also they are very difficult to reach, it took a week and numerous calls just to cancel and give them free money. Pass on Wedgwood SC

Please, do not have your wedding here. This made planning my wedding the absolute hardest thing I've ever had to do. They are extremely unprofessional and apparently think that they have the power to ignore the state lockdown/closures and continue to host events. They won't refund us back our deposit even though we were absolutely unable to reschedule our wedding to a later date considering my husband is deploying this month!!!! I am appalled and completely disappointed that they are stealing money from people. They rendered no services in which they deserve our deposit. STAY AWAY FROM WEDGEWOOD AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE. If you are considering it I highly recommend running away fast. Wedgewood has handled their response to the Covid-19 situation terribly. Working with them during this time has been extremely stressful. We spoke to many couples who are set to get married at various Wedgewood locations and they said they are dealing with similar issues. We had our wedding scheduled for October 2020, however due to the amount of out of town and elderly guests that would be attending the wedding, we decided it wasn't safe to continue planning and asked Wedgewood to simply move our wedding to a weekend date in Fall 2021. Their response was to offer us alternative dates which include having the wedding in the middle of winter (when the weather is unpredictable, and the ceremony is outdoors), or on a Monday thru Thursday night in the Summer/Fall. This was unacceptable to us. Who wants to have their wedding on a weeknight? We requested a refund of our initial deposit, which they have refused to give us. They wouldn't even refund us half of our initial deposit...because they are taking advantage of their customers during a difficult time. They are basically forcing us into a very unsafe date where over 50% of our guests won't be able to attend, or get married on a weeknight. The promise of having our dream wedding at Wedgewood has been completely taken away from us. Additionally, Wedgewood has a very questionable and uninformed position on the future Covid-19. The CEO sent an email stating he is confident the wedding world will be back to normal in time for weddings July - "dancing has been just the same as it always was, pre-Covid." Looks like the experts, CDC and WHO, completely disagree. It is clear and obvious the Covid-19 cases in CA are rising, and there is absolutely no research or logic to support that social distancing measures will be entirely gone by October. Wedgewood has admitted they are willing to ignore health and safety protocols with leaving social distancing practices up to the "private party." They are acting completely irresponsibly by asking us to gamble with our loved ones safety, which is seriously unethical. These government mandates are in place for a reason, and having a wedding during this time with no vaccine on the horizon is completely reckless and dangerous. Overall we have been completely disappointed in Wedgewood's service, and believe we and many other couples who are set to be married this year are being scammed. We understand the pandemic is no fault of Wedgewood's, nor our own. However, there are plenty of other wedding venues who have been treating their couples with respect during this crisis, and I highly recommend looking there. Also - keep in mind THEY ARE DELETING EVERYONE'S NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK.

Let me just say - HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE!!! I was so stressed going into this experience thinking about meeting with vendors, finding a DJ, finding a caterer... and then BOOM - I found Wedgewood San Clemente. The process and experience leading up to the big day was absolutely fantastic. Wedgewood gives you everything you need to be organized - a binder and check list, reminder emails, calls leading up, in person appointments, and they also host really fun Wedding Fairs during Spring and Summer time. I recommend going to these - I was able to score free stuff, and try most of the food out ahead of time! As for the big day, I couldn't have asked for a better venue or team. They made us feel like a million bucks - the food was phenomenal, the DJ (DJ Gavin) EXCEEDED our expectations, our flowers turned out absolutely gorgeous, the cake was everything I could have asked for and more, and our decor was set up perfectly by the Wedgewood team. There is not a single bad thing I could possibly say. If you are lucky enough to score Keena as your coordinator - you will LOVE her! The whole team in general is phenomenal, and every time I spoke with someone, emailed, or met with the team I received phenomenal service and overall advice. All of the ladies are down to earth, and there just to HELP you. Going through Wedgewood made wedding planning so easy and I am beyond excited we got married here. Could not recommend this enough!

We got married a couple of weeks ago and our overall experience was amazing! The staff made our day stress free, dj was amazing, cake was to die for and our bartender was on top of it. The attention to detail that they paid attention to helped this rigid bride. My only negative was that we had three different coordinators in our year of planning. The last one changed 10 days before the wedding. On the plus, it didn’t impact the day one bit. They took such great notes they picked up right where the last left off. Couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience!!

Where do I start?? When my husband and I were first looking for a venue, we were feeling discouraged because everything was so pricey. We than started evaluating the DIY route which was more affordable but I didn’t want to be stressed leading up or on our big day. We came across Wedgewood San Clemente purely by chance, looked at two other venues and booked with Wedgewood San Clemente a year and a half in advance! Today is one week married and every day we are so thankful that our special day went absolutely perfect. The venue is very organized and made the process very easy for us, everyone was very patient and nice, answering every little question along the way and made sure us and our guests were taken care of the entire day. Also, we were afraid it was going to rain on us but we didn’t worry because they already had a backup plan to bring everything indoors. Thank goodness it didn’t! Overall, if you are looking for somewhere to get married that is affordable, great staff and in a beautiful location, Wedgewood San Clemente is your place!

We booked Wedgewood San Clemente for our wedding and I have never looked back. The all inclusive nature, how willing to work with us the staff and planners are, and the beauty of the venue itself cannot be beat. I feel so at peace with my decision to pick WSC and 6 weeks out I am essentially ready for the day. They have been instrumental in that! Worth the price for the quality, experience, packages, and ease of use. Highly recommend this location for any and all types of weddings and planners, but especially those brides who are overwhelmed by the planning process like I was!

This was the absolute perfect venue! First of all, it’s gorgeous! And the night of the wedding it looked enchanting. They make the planning fool proof. It is by far the most affordable venue I could find in this area. The DJ was absolutely perfect! He was so patient with me and followed my insane directions without making me feel like I was crazy for how specific I was. And he had amazing input. My pictures are incredible! To be honest, it was the part I was the most worried about, just because I am not the most photogenic person that has ever lived, but these photographers were magic! They made it so it didn’t feel like an uncomfortable photo shoot. And they were super patient with us (we were a bit like herding cats at the end of the ceremony, but they kept us together). The cake was absolutely perfect! From the tasting to the wedding date, I had full confidence that they would make an amazing cake for us, and they exceeded my expectations. The food was perfect! I am still getting compliments on the menu. The bartender was so sweet and so considerate and made sure my husband and I had a really fun time (without embarrassing our families). The most important part was the coordinators. They were everything I never knew I needed for a wedding. They give you a planner on your first sit down which makes everything really easy. They are absolute pros. And the day of the wedding, they were perfection. They make the set up SO easy! And the execution of what I had detailed for the decorations was exactly what I had pictured, but better. It was the perfect wedding! And my favorite part was our guests had the best time, and it was really all thanks to the team at Wedgewood.

It was great! I live in Korea, so I had to arrange everything over the phone or email, but the all inclusive packages made everything so simple. The flowers, food, cake, dj... everything was just one or two emails to set up. The staff was super friendly and professional, no problem with last minute changes or questions. The buffet food was fantastic! Everyone commented on how the hors d'oeuvres and food was the best wedding food we have ever had. The roast was perfect and juicy, the salad and pasta were fresh, the wines were great. My only problem was a couple of tiny things, like guiding the guests to cocktail hour, people couldn't find the gift box or sign in book... just little organizational things. The weather was great and the venue is beautiful. I highly recommend this as an easy and affordable place!

Wedgwood San Clemente allowed me and my husband to have the wedding of our dreams, something I did not think would be possible when we started looking at venues. I looked at so, so many places and nothing compares to the package options at Wedgwood and how they are able to work with you to customize based on your wedding needs and priorities. They are the wedding experts and made the entire process extremely easy by telling us everything we needed to get done and by when. They were also always available to answer all of our questions, and did it very quickly. From the planning process to the big day everything went perfectly! As the bride I can say they made everything STRESS FREE and I was able to just truly enjoy my special day.

Wow!! What can I say, this venue, the staff, and the service was beyond our expectations. We planned our wedding from the East Coast and Wedgewood was able to keep us on track with our planning timeline. The venue is gorgeous and our reception was memorable. We loved that they offered all-inclusive packages and they were very flexible about upgrading too. This review can't t enough about what an awesome wedding service Wedgewood San Clemente is. Wedgewood San Clemente has made wedding planning so extremely easy and enjoyable. My fiancé and I are getting married February 28,2020 and started our planning process last summer, and Wedgewood was the obvious choice for us right from the start. Their ceremony space is absolutely gorgeous, and we loved that the reception space was at the same location, just a couple hundred feet away. Their packages are customizable with the ability to be nearly all-inclusive, which takes SO much stress away from us. We are absolutely thrilled to be getting married at such a beautiful venue with a wonderful team helping us through every step!

Wedgewood Weddings is the way to go to get your wedding right. They did an amazing job! We live in North Carolina and both serve in the military. With their help we were able to pull this wedding off perfectly. They helped us with everything from ensuring our plan was solid to the day-of coordination. They really shined on the day of the wedding. Our coordinator kept us on time, was firm without being pushy, and managed the guests and bridal party expertly. More importantly, Debi treated my bride with respect and professionalism. It was -her- day and the staff made sure she felt that way. Overall, I recommend them fully. It's hassle free, the wedding will look amazing, and it's worth every penny.

The team helping me really guided me through the entire wedding planning process. I am also a student, so I didn’t have time to plan everything myself. All of their recommended and contracted vendors are super professional and did an amazing job bringing my wedding day together. The food was wonderful and all of my guests had a fabulous time. I keep getting told that it was the best wedding that most of them had been to! :)

Debbi and Keena were the two people we dealt with, and they were absolutely wonderful. Kenna was out main point of contact and our coordinator for our special day. She did an amazing job catering to our requests, she remained dynamic throughout the event and handled slight unforeseen timeline changes with grace. All of the sales staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We first met Ashley and she has such a great personality and was able to give suggestions to help us stay within our budget. It was because of her that we booked this venue immediately when we met with her. Our second meeting with Debi was great, showing us how organized the night was going to be and the process of the evening. Everyone at the wedding commented that it was the funnest wedding or the best wedding they have been to, and the venue was so romantic and beautiful. The DJ nailed it and was awesome. All of the staff were very attentive, and kept us on track for time so we just got to enjoy every minute with no worries. Thank you so much for helping us have the best wedding with a very smooth process through planning and making choices. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our wedding from start to finish with Wedgewood.

This is a great place to have a bigger wedding. Their food is great, lots of options for packages, lots of vendor recommendations, and affordable! I would definitely have my wedding here again. It was perfect!!

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. We got married in April and planned our wedding from a different state. All of the coordinators we worked with made the whole wedding process so easy for us. They were always available to answer questions and provide helpful suggestions. They made me feel so comfortable during the rehearsal and on the day of our wedding. Everything went flawlessly on our wedding day thanks to them. The ceremony site and reception space looked beautiful. All of the vendors they recommended were fantastic. We were nervous about our food since we had to select our choices without tasting first, but it was all delicious! I highly recommend this venue.

My husband and I were married here a few weeks ago, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we randomly stumbled upon Wedgewood while looking for a venue to our actual wedding date, we found the staff to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and supportive. The biggest draw for me to Wedgewood was the fact that they took care of the heavy lifting (as far as wedding planning goes) so the entire process was remarkably stress free. The process of getting set for the wedding was methodical and organized, and I appreciated that they had a list of recommended vendors so I didn't have to sort that out, and that they frequently asked questions I hadn't even considered. The site is gorgeous, the food was delicious (and had plenty of gluten free options - including the cake!), and again, the staff was so, so amazing. We worked with each of the team leads during the process, but our main contact was Debi, and she was fabulous. I cannot recommend Wedgewood enough!

My husband and I were married here October of 2018, and it was a lovely experience. I can’t exactly compare my experience to other venues as this was my first (and hopefully last lol) time getting married, but based on the testimony and experiences of other friends and family I think WW San Clemente was truly one of the best experiences. I live in New Jersey but I was born and raised in the LA area, so we wanted a wedding that was close enough to LA but far enough so it didn’t seem so close to home. This was the perfect place. Debi was our point of contact and she was never sales-y and always helpful. The entire experience appealed to me because it was super inclusive and since I was out of state those packages were perfect. I was able to customize it the perfect amount, and it was a similar or less expensive than all the other venues I was looking at. The venue was beautiful and close enough to the beach that we knew our guests would love it. The planning process was super easy, it even came with a useful binder that helped me organize everything I needed to do and know. The day of the wedding was so simple as well. Definitely add the day of coordination services. I handed everything - signs, candy buffet, cake decoration, etc to debi and she placed everything perfectly. People said I was the least stressed bride they’ve ever seen and I honestly didn’t feel stressed at all throughout the whole wedding. 10/10 would recommend.

We cannot say enough great things about Wedgewood San Clemente. Everything from our intital tour up to our day was so easy and organized. Our coordinators Debbi and Alyssa made our rehearsal and wedding day perfect. They made sure my husband and I were taken care of first and that everything ran seamlessly. The ladies at wedgewood weddings went above and beyond in bringing our special day to life. Seriously, above and beyond we were able to customize a package that fit our guest count and personality. Through the whole process they were courteous, kind and added so much value to our wedding day. They were always available when I had any concerns or questions. Honestly everything was just really great. Our day went so smoothly and we kept getting SO many compliments about the food, service and photography!

Great place. Needed a little work in front of the alter. Put our own plants in because we could not get someone to do it. (apparently those people do not work there anymore so hopefully brides/grooms will not have to ask 100 times). Other then that it was beautiful, they made things so easy. They let us bring in any outside vendors we wanted. They confirmed everything several times. Very helpful. BEAUTIFUL venue.

When I first saw this venue on the knot I immediately thought this place is so beautiful I have to see it in person. I scheduled a visit with my fiancé and my parents and we all fell in love with it! I will obviously write another review after I’m married there in March but the people and the atmosphere are wonderful enough to write a review earlier. I hope my review helps future couples decide to get married here. I can only imagine how my wedding will be in just a few months at this venue. I cannot wait to see how everything turns out!

Let me start by saying this is only my second Yelp review ever, but this place truly deserves a 5-star review. Going into the wedding process I was super nervous. I’m a young bride and don’t have many friends or family that have been married recently. When I found Wedgwood San Clemente online I immediately was drawn to the positive reviews and beautiful ceremony site in the pictures. I did a lot of research online and decided I wanted to visit this location. Upon arrival at my meeting, I felt pretty instantaneously that this was the place I wanted to get married but it was the only venue I visited so naturally - I was skeptical. They had a date available in the time frame I was looking for and I went for it and let me tell you it was the best decision I made in my planning process. Not only did they answer all of my questions within a few hours (more often then not within an hour), but they were so accommodating throughout every detail I needed changed or was unsure about. Their packages are completely customizable to fit your budget, and you can make as many changes as you want up until 10 days before your wedding when the final payment is due. Working with a tighter budget, I was worried I would feel pressured to upgrade but this was never the case in my experience with Wedgewood. Wedding planning can be so stressful, but the coordinators here will really help you make sure that you have everything taken care of. On the day of the wedding I was also worried that our decor and flowers wouldn’t be set up correctly, as I wasn’t there myself to ensure the process was running smoothly and I have a Type-A personality. Debi, our coordinator, made sure that no details were missed and executed our day perfectly. I was astonished by how beautiful the reception area pulled together (in our original tour the space looked very dark and dull). Don’t fret if you feel this was as well, as the space completely transforms with the help of white linens and colorful flowers :) If you are looking for a venue that is beautiful, cost-effective, and easy to work with - this is the venue for you. I can’t thank the Wedgwood staff enough for all their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the wedding world!

We got married at Wedgewood San Clemente this past weekend. I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with them. Through all of our meetings, the ladies made sure everything was handled. Everything was put together beautifully on the day of - they made sure everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing! we literally had the best night ever. I was so stressed out and the ladies that work there, Debbi and Olivia were awesome. There were a couple things missing but I didn't notice until I saw pictures and I wasn't really being picky about much and I trusted their judgment on decor. They did great. one down fault was my husband and I didn't get enough Mac and cheese balls which was AMAZING! with that being said thank you for all the hard work wedgewood San Clemente!

Absolutely amazing. My wedding could not have been more perfect. The staff was so professional and were so quick to answer all our emails. They bustled my dress so quickly and set up my reception the night before. Everything was beautiful and the price was amazing. Love this company.

Wedgewood was very convenient and was extremely affordable for how much you get and the quality of pretty much everything! We had our wedding this past December. Our package included flowers, cake, and the DJ. They have an overall minimum - not just a food and beverage minimum, so the fees for the lights and other miscellaneous items counted towards the minimum. For the price point, we were able to upgrade to premium open bar. The venue is lovely. The ceremony area is surrounded by trees, an arbor, lots of flowers, and a water feature. The reception area is warm and beautiful. Our guest list was on the smaller side so we only had tables set up on one side of the hall, and the other half was set up as a lounge area where guests could mingle and play games. The food was phenomenal! We chose the buffet. It came with a lot more options for salads - 8 different salads! We had gone to a bridal fair that Wedgewood held a few months before our wedding and we were able to taste some of the food. We went for the mahi-mahi instead of the salmon, and the prime rib was so delicious! The buffet also allowed guests to go back for seconds. The open bar flowed pretty well - not much of a wait according to our guests. We only had one bartender for our guest size (60) so there was sometimes a couple minutes wait but nothing we were overly concerned about. She even noted that my dad loves beer and gave him an extra large beer stein that he held onto and got refilled on the rest of the night! The girls were wonderful to work with - from our first appointment to the day of the wedding. They responded to emails and phone calls so quickly - less than 24 hours, and sometimes within minutes! They took my instructions regarding the decorations I wanted placed around the cocktail and reception areas and executed all of it wonderfully. They were very accommodating with any changes we wanted. We brought our own karaoke system which the coordinator Debi and DJ Garrin who was hired through the package seamlessly set up for us (we rented a projector through Wedgewood and Garrin hooked the sound up into their speakers). I was a bit worried since we weren't able to check the system before the wedding but Debi and Garrin had it taken care of. When it was time to switch to karaoke, Garrin effortlessly transitioned the night. The only hiccup is the bridal suite which wasn't clarified to us until I was confirming details with Hampton Inn & Suites San Clemente the day before the wedding. The bridal suite paid through Wedgewood is only a changing room for the day of, not for overnight stay. It used to be a boardroom that was outfitted for weddings - cute couch, dresser, and side table. It doesn't have windows so it didn't work for hair and make-up or pictures. Hampton worked with my sister so she was able to get her room early and we were able to switch my getting ready room. Debi came through and offered us complimentary patio games that were set up in the lounge area. I was a bit doubtful, but the patio games were actually such a huge hit that all of our guests had such a fun time! Believe me, "patio games" doesn't sound like much, but all of our guests had such a great time - from our teenage nieces to our uncles and dads. Paired with the karaoke and open bar, it was a wonderful night. I honestly cannot be more satisfied with this venue and all the people working here.

Wedgewood San Clemente was absolutely the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process! Their process and packages were so simple, it made planning my wedding a breeze. Everyone keeps telling me how good the food was and how beautiful the grounds were. On a scale from 1-10 our wedding was an 11 thanks to the staff at Wedgewood San Clemente! PS Fernando our wedding dj was incredible. Everything went smoothly and he knew exactly what to play to appease everyone in attendance.

Our wedding day was PERFECT!!! My husband and I had looked at so many venues but when we visited Wedgewood, it was love at first sight!!! We wanted an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and this venue exceeded our expectations!!! Surrounded by white rose bushes the ceremony site is simply beautiful and so romantic!!! The reception banquet room is gorgeous with a wrap around porch for cocktail hour!!! How perfect is that!!! The staff is PHENOMENAL and such a pleasure to work with!!! Debbie and the rest of the Wedgewood team made our wedding day beautiful, fun, stress free and flow so fluently!!! Thank you Wedgewood for making our special day even more special!!! Wedgewood San Clemente was a dream come true wedding location! So close to the beach and right on the beautiful golf course! We loved the rose bushes and large Eucalyptus trees at the ceremony site, along with the amazing arch and brick walkway. The reception room is gorgeous with nice chairs and beautiful architecture. The food was so good and we heard tons of compliments from all our guests! The staff is incredible, so kind and helpful and make you feel so special and important. They were right there to answer all our questions throughout the planning process and were available and happy to help with anything on the day of the wedding. Couldn't be more grateful or satisfied with Wedgewood Wedding & Banquet Center!!
